MNN. Dec. 12, 2014. When every corporate band council refuses to take an oath to the Queen, it is the beginning of the end for the British Empire in North America.

To work for Indian Affairs in Ottawa, I had to “swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. I wrote “under duress” and signed my name. Our people had been almost exterminated, our property and resources stolen and we live in POW camps. I had no choice in order to get a job and salary.

The oath to a foreign monarch affirms that Canada is a colony of Britain. She is the feudal lord. The soldiers’ oath is a code of moral obligation to her as head of the military and worldwide Free Masonry. They swear an oath to protect the Queen and her heirs and ancestors, the blood line.

The oath is mandatory for any job in any CROWN position and for any salary. It is acquiescence to a foreign autocrat and its Admiralty system of government. If you don’t swear an oath, you will not get a job or any money. Therefore, the INDIANS are starved into submission.

Voluntary oath makes you a subject of the CROWN and all its institutions within the Admiralty system of government, courts, police, legislators. It gives the Privy Council the right to run Canada. If every INDIAN refused to take an oath to the Queen, colonization would be over!

The Assembly of First Nations are willing corporate INDIANS being pressured by the Privy Council, probably out of the 14th floor war room at Indian Affairs. Their public oath to the people is for show. The oath to the Queen is enforceable. Former heads of AFN, Shawn Atleo, Ovid Mercredi and Phil Fontaine, have moved up the corporate ladder like any other colonized subject, through stealth and deception of their own people. The British Empire will not continue stealing our resources and land. The chiefs and councilors swear an oath to Queen Elizabeth and then try to sign us away. MNN. Dec. 2, 2014. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is calling for a one-day community consultation on the supposed loss of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis SSSL by the Mohawks of Kahnawake. It was not lost. We always knew where it was! We are not the intruders. Yet we are being asked if we want to stay on our homeland. To ask that question means they know it’s ours. Discussion is being restricted to accepting the loss of our lands, whether it’s possible for its return and will we be removed.

These remarks are those of elders who are of like minds, based on our teachings before the coming of the colonizers.

The band council framed the question as though we are accepting the loss of our land. It can’t be returned to us, as it’s already ours. We can’t give up something that belongs to our children. it’s our duty and responsibility to protect the birthright of our children for their free use and right to our homeland.

This international issue must include all Rotinoshonni. SSSL is part of Kanienkehaka, “people of the flint”, which is part of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the 49 families of the Confederacy and our friends and allies. The entire area is Kanienkeh. All of our brothers and sisters should be reminded that our lands are not for sale. We continue to adhere to those teachings.

The issue is the illegitimate occupation of non-Ongwehonwe communities on 45,000 acres of a small portion of our massive land tract. The Canadian government is responsible for the centuries of use of our land and resources, disrupting our way of life and the existing problems we have had to endure. How can the non-Ongwehonwe make this up to us? Are those who wish to remain going to cooperate with us? Do the occupiers want to stay or leave? Do they want to live under a council of our People?

Do they wish to follow our law and live in peace with the Ongwehonwe or not? Those settlers who wish to remain must live according to the Kaianerehkowa. Those who do not must vacate and reside among those of like minds. The MCK, an arm of Quebec and Canada, may join us or leave with those who don’t want to comply.

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land is that of the Iroquois, their friends and allies.

On October 25, 1924, the colony of Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a POW camp. Now they want to relocate us. We are here to stay! The settlers who are on the Seigneury will compensate us as they did before the genocidal event of 1924.

The whole economy of US and Canada is based on them continuing the lie that our land can be monetized. As soon as we agree to this fraud, the bankers win. This meeting is meant to put a dollar value on our land. We refuse to participate in this illegal scam.

MNN. APR. 24, 2014. Our representation is based on the law of the land, the constitution of the Rotino’shonni:onwe, known as the Great Law of Peace. On May 18, 1997 over 100 of us were peacefully having a traditional tobacco burning ceremony in Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. At 3.00 pm almost 200 specially trained New York State Troopers viciously attacked us. Many of us were severely injured, hospitalized and others were jailed.

Lawyers saw this unprovoked attack on the news. They came running to represent us pro bono, among them Terrance Hoffman of Syracuse and Morvillo Abramowitz of New York City. No agreement was ever made to pay Hoffman who offered to represent 52 plaintiffs. They all thought it was a “slam dunk”. 17 years have passed. Some of the plaintiffs accepted New York State’s offer to take money and not pursue a trial. Others refused and want the criminals tried. It must now proceed.

Terrance Hoffmann is dropping some of us for having an “unabashed political agenda”!! NYS exercised its political agenda by trying to beat us into submission and getting away with it. He is asking for an order for payment of his fees for the last 16 years!

In April 2008 Judge George Lowe at a closed hearing found compelling evidence that the police should be found guilty and we would win if it went to trial. He wants a divorce for “irreconcilable differences” and an “utter breakdown of our relationship”! Undue pressure is being put on us to settle so the lawyers can profit from the settlement at our expense. The cops and NYS will try to get away with criminality. We have until May 19 2014 to file our side with Magistrate Therese Wiley Dancks at US District Court.

Hoffman’s legalese wants his reasons to be kept secret. He’s still our lawyer and advises us to find someone else or represent ourselves [pro se].

At the October 16, 2013 meeting in Syracuse attended by almost 100 of our people, Dancks, Hoffman and Lowe directed threats at us if we turn down the settlement. Lowe talked at us disrespectfully, like kindergarten children. He represents the best interests of parties that were not there whose reputation and authority were at stake. Throughout Hoffman rarely gave us information. We want the criminals to be accountable. Hoffman never discussed trial strategies. The lawyers ran the show and wanted us to agree with them. All these years our people were never allowed to sit together to talk about our case. This motion confirms our suspicion. The conflict of interest was on their part, looking out for their own interests, not ours. We were made to think we had no right to refuse the NYS offer or change our mind. We have not abandoned our claim.

THE TRIAL OF KANEKOTA

MNN. Mar. 19, 2013. The trial of Kanekota is at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013.  

On July 18, 2012, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota filed action T-1396-12 against the Queen in the Federal Court of Canada. Kanekota is a 575 square miles area in the north of the Grand River. This is the northern part of the Grand River land protected by the Royal Proclamation 1784, for the Mohawk “them and their posterity forever” without encroachment.

Royal proclamations supersede all Admiralty Statues. All Canadian laws and courts are subject to existing royal proclamations. Thahoketoteh contends that Crown agents who ignore a royal proclamation are guilty of high treason. He asked that all stolen farms from the “mega quarry” application be returned to the Mohawk people; all settlers legalize their presence in Kanekota; and all squatters who do not want to legalize themselves be removed at Canada’s expense. This motion was dismissed. payback's bitch,  

Thahoketoteh filed a new action,T-2007-12, asking a constitutional question. He claimed that Canada is under a “legal duty” type of “trust” within the meaning of Section 109, Constitution Act 1867, not to apply or permit the application of federal or provincial law to the Grand River or Haldimand Tract, except by treaty, in compliance with the Royal Proclamation 1763 and proven, in the event of dispute, before the Standing Royal Committee constituted by the Order-in-Council [UK 1704]. 

The oral portion of the trial will be through teleconferencing, which will eventually be available on Mohawk Nation News. Everyone can read the entire case on mightisnotright.org.  Thahoketoteh is representing himself. He expects the judiciary to follow their own law. 

Sec. 109 of the Constitution Act 1867: All Lands, Mines, Minerals, and Royalties belonging to the several Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick at the Union, and all Sums then due or payable for such Lands, Mines, Minerals, or Royalties, shall belong to the several Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in which the same are situate or arise, subject to any Trusts existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same.”

Federal Court: “What elephant? I don’t see it!”

This section 109 is like the elephant in the living room that the judiciary pretends is not there. It affirms the Indian Trust Funds that MNN keeps mentioning.  

Since the trial will not be available to the public we suggest people go to trial of Kanekota to read the written argument. 

Canada is the defendant in this case. We are reminded of the Stones song; Hand of Fate: “I’m on the run. I hear the hounds. My luck is up. My chips are down. So good-bye, baby, so long now.
