SUPREME COURT “DENIED!” MOHAWK MOTHERS

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA, SCC, DENIES THE APPLICATION OF THE KAHNISTENSERA MOHAWK MOTHERS TO DISCUSS THE MISSING AND DISAPPEARED INDIGENOUS CHILDREN. 

SCC DECISION REAFFIRMS THAT THEY ARE INTRUDERS AND WE ARE THE ORIGINAL NATURAL PEOPLE OF TURTLE ISLAND, ONOWAREKEH. 

THE MOHAWK MOTHERS ARE NOT SURPRISED. IT COMES FROM THE SAME COLONIAL SYSTEM THAT ENABLED OUR GENOCIDE.

THE MOHAWK MOTHERS ARE CONSIDERING OTHER OPTIONS. DESTRUCTION OF CORPSES, COVER UPS OF CRIMES, MURDERS AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY BY CHURCH AND STATE MUST BE KNOWN TO THE WORLD AND THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.Remember that anything based upon a lie will always be a lie, no matter how much time or how many other lies are used to bolster the original lie. 

The kahnistensers, Mohawk Mothers, have a duty to seek justice for the murders of indigenous children which the intruders carried out upon their arrival onto onowarekeh turtle island. The church and state are the architects of this problem. The Mothers went to the SCC to seek justice. They decided not to discuss the truth that was placed before them about the disappearances of indigenous children into the hands of the state and church.  The Mohawk Mothers’ duty is to find their children and to punish the perpetrators. This is the largest holocaust in all humanity of the original people of turtle island. “We must all come together to stop the ongoing desecration of turtle island and its original people”.  

The church and state have chosen a painful life for themselves, their victims and creation and have left a giant wound within the people. It is time to heal. No more band aids or lies.  Lies are bandages. 

Same old. Same old. Our ancestors went through this many times. This is the latest lie to back the original sin. “We see that the Canadian state does not want to investigate its own wrongdoing so that we indigenous peoples people can never hold them accountable for their crimes. Decolonization has not started on turtle island. In Africa it is for real. They are becoming free of these colonial invaders. 

The court fears the kaianerekowa, the great peace, which is the law of turtle island. The indigenous people since time immemorial are each sovereign natural people. According to the teiohateh Two Row Agreement, the SCC must deal with the kanienkehaka the ‘people of the flint, according to the agreed upon rules. This is indigenous land.  The 1701 wampum that created the settler colony of Canada allowed the bbritish entrance into Canada in peace. They arrived in August 1701 at Kingston with the two row wampum in their hands and we greeted them. But they did not follow our ways  and should have left. 

The indigenous caretakers of the land cannot give up or sell what creation placed here. No one speaks for the indigenous. Each is sovereign and must follow nature’s laws according to the kaianerekowa, the great peace, as everyone must or leave.  

SCC DENIAL VALIDATED THAT THE TEIOHATEH TWO ROW IS THE LAW OF THE LAND. 

Teiohateh is the only valid treaty which WAS accepted by all the coloniak invaders in 1701 and affirmed in 1710 upon our visit to London. 

The Mohawk Mothers are not surprised by the SCC refusal to hear this case as the SCC has rejected other claims of indigenous people who tried to discuss their differences. The two row agreement exists and is the basis of the relations between indigenous and the intruders. The hope was that SCC on behalf of Canada was finally ready to start honouring the pledges they made with the original people, would visit this issue and that the right decision based on the total truth would have been made.

Judge overturns Mohawk pair’s tobacco conviction, citing centuries-old treaties

The Two men won’t face criminal charges thanks to ancient treaties written in the 1600s and 1700s, a Superior Court judge ruled Wednesday.

In a much-anticipated and precedent-setting trial, Judge Sophie Bourque ruled that the Crown was wrong to charge Derek White and Hunter Montour with criminal charges related to smuggling tobacco.

The pair were among 60 people arrested as part of Operation Mygale on March 30, 2016, an investigation into alleged tobacco smuggling from the United States and evasion of millions of dollars in taxes that should have been paid to the provincial and federal governments.

Police alleged tobacco was traded between North Carolina, New Jersey and Canada. They claimed more than 20 shipments totalling nearly 2,300 tonnes of tobacco were shipped to warehouses in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and St-Rémi. White was charged with defrauding Quebec of $44 million in tobacco taxes.

In 2019, White, a former NASCAR driver, was acquitted on one of the two charges of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. However, he was found guilty of fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and profiting from organized crime for not paying federal excise tax on the tobacco that was imported from the United States. Montour was found guilty of aiding organized crime. 

White was facing up to 14 years in prison, while Montour was facing up to five years.

Tobacco is used to communicate with creation.

The pair launched a constitutional challenge to that ruling, arguing that Excise Tax Act tariffs on imports are not applicable to Mohawk people based on Section 35 Constitution Act rights as well as the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and rights to trade tobacco tax-free.

They argued that the Mohawk nation has the right to control its economy based on ancient agreements with the British colonial powers.

On the other side, the Crown argued that the Covenant Chain was never considered to be a treaty that is protected under the rights of Indigenous people to self-government.In her 365-page judgement, however, Bourque found that the Covenant Chain was still valid, and that it superseded the other 10 treaties. The Covenant Chain concludes that the Mohawk nation has the right to freely develop its economy, she said. This right is inherent for all Indigenous people and it is protected by the Haudenosaunee traditional justice system. She found that White and Montour were exercising those rights, so the criminal charges against them were not valid.She also found that Article 42 of Canada’s excise law was an unjustified violation, giving the Ministry of Revenue a large discretionary power on issuing licences on the tobacco trade without considering ancestral rights.
Bourque said the trial served as an opportunity to re-evaluate ancient agreements with Indigenous communities in light of Canada’s adoption of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
The trial lasted from October 2021 to April 2022. It took Bourque an additional 18 months to render her judgement. The ruling is considered to be an important and precedent-setting one, and as such it may be appealed.

Canada is actually a private company run  like any other corporation, with the Privy Council being the Board of Directors who oversee the officers. Their main job is to continue the illusion of freedom while increasing the dividends for the shareholders. The shareholders who are the Crown, the Crown is the Vatican. Canada showed their hand when the Privy Council stepped from behind the curtain to show their true role, directing the officers of the corporation. Parliament are worker bees whose job is to continue the illusion of freedom to the people. Every hierarchical system is run like your local lodge with a pyramidal control grid, on a need-to-know basis.

Some of the Privy Council representing the elite shareholders have come out of the shadows like Michael Warnick, Keith Lynch [PCO, SNC], Frank Iacabucci, [ex Supreme Court Justice], David Lametti, Joe Wild of PCO and Indian Affairs, and who are all the etalls. The Canadian public should demand to know who these unelected people are and ask themselves why do we people need the Privy Council? Only the shareholders in the City of London need the Privy Council. 

The officers of the corporation are; Prime Minister is President, Leader of the Opposition is Vice President and Minister of Finance is Secretary-Treasurer.

If Canadians stopped voting for the system and intsead demanded a constitutional referendum, they could celebrate their emancipation from slavery.

They want us in their ship and we are left with no canoe of our own. Under duress we are forced to submit to their system. The corporation of Canada forces us all to acquire banking names in all capital letters, which infers a corporation. This makes us into corporate artificial entities rather than peoples who have no protection by international human rights or any constitution.  

CORPORATISM IS HERE TO STAY. BUT NOT THE “INDIANS”! 

Land claims agreements are setting corporate limits to our identity through removal of our original names, place names and words that connect us to our mother and violate the original contract between us and the fraud artists. We are onkwehonwe, nishnawbe, dene, lakota, cree, migmag and so on. We are kanionkehaka’onwe and our territory is kanienkeh, forever. We all have original natural names and all of turtle island is our territory. 

The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. In their Access to Information Act notice [Indian & Northern Affairs, A-2011-01840/LD2]: “Provide all documents held by gov’t pertaining to a declaration by the Governor in Council that the “Registry Group” “Mohawk Council of Akwesasne” are a Band within the meaning of the Indian Act”. They are making contracts that are made to look like they are between the onkwehonweh and Canada. The Dundee land claim was signed by the corporation of Canada and their employees, not by the onkwehonweh, which goes against the true way of this land, kanaierekowa, great peace, forever.

This is a peoples’ meeting. The invitation is open to everyone, including the chiefs, clan mothers and band councils. We have the minds to make good decisions. We are each te-wa-ta-tawi, we carry ourselves and have a right to meet to discuss whatever we want. Creation made us a free people. No one can dictate to us. This is a republic, which is rule by the people. Democracy is mob rule. 

Let’s open our minds and listen to each other. According to kaianerekowa we cannot listen to rumors, gossip and hearsay concerning this gathering and our affairs. I’m putting a call out for help at the site on highway 132 near KSS. I have been informed that the police will be conducting an operation at sunrise this morning to remove me and anyone in the way of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake assertions over our lands.

The journey and the path I’ve taken had begun the day I was born. As a kanienkehake we are born with the responsibility to protect and defend our people, land, medicine, animals, waters, our little people, everything that we give thanks for in the Ohenton karihwatehka.

I am here making a stand to defend and protect our forest from destruction from the geotechnical survey for the feasibility study to possibly build the commercial multi purpose complex.

Based on our cultural customs and traditions, we must consult with the people first. The people’s voice needs to be heard on this matter. Our laws say that all the people must come to one mind to decide on issues of this magnitude. I call on all the organizations involved in this issue to go forward using our traditional ways.

The invaders made laws and the bureaucrats keep political control in the hands of a few, coordinated by the Indian Affairs “war room”. They enforce ownership of us, our children and all life on turtle island and can murder us. It’s called genocide. 

GOAL OF THE GREAT PEACE. Collective rational thought and behavior are followed. All people are equal and have a voice to decide what is in the best interests of all. We must fully understand the decision. Everyone’s ideas must be considered and must be directly involved. The final decision is satisfactory to all, not decisions made or enforced by a few murderous invaders with lethal weapons.

TEMPORARY SPOKESPERSONS are selected for the day from dawn to sundown who speak only for the clan and not themselves. 

The WELL-KEEPER reaches into the well, pulls out the issue for discussion and considers the path it will take, through a clan, all clans, women’s council, men’s council or all the people. The issue is passed over the Council Fire and the decision is announced. The deliberation begins. The spokespersons either ask questions or report a final decision on behalf of their clan. If the clans disagree, or there is an error or the proceedings are irregular, the spokespersons call for deliberation again. The issue is then passed by all three clans.

THREE CRITERIA. The clans consider the short term and long term pros and cons and whether the three criteria are met: 1. PEACE. Does it preserve the peace that is already established? 2. RIGHTEOUSNESS. Is it morally correct? And 3. POWER. Does it preserve the integrity of the people in the present and how does it affect the future generations?

EL TRUDO WILL MAKE NATIVE COMMUNITIES INTO GLOBAL OUTLETS FOR DRUGS.

DURING DELIBERATIONS. Each is asked throughout if they fully understand. If not, the process stops. Every Person has a duty to expand and exercise their minds. Creation made the mind to create a better life. All must be completely reasonable, come with an open mind and fully understand each’s viewpoints. Those who disagree must fully explain their dissenting views. No one can impose their will nor make decisions for another.

All must understand and agree of their own free will. If there is no consensus, the status quo is the consensus. The roytianer and spokespersons ensure that collective rational thought and behavior are followed. All human beings can think rationally to resolve all issues. Human beings are loving, caring and wish to interact positively.  People cannot think clearly when they are in psychological plain, or have feelings of rage or have lost hope or want benefits for only themselves. 

Our mind can bring us from despair to hope. We can resist manipulation, threats, having decisions made for us or pacifying us. Our minds can create a sane world for the present and future generations, a world safe from the emotional, irrational behavior controlled by fear, hatred, greed, jealousy, suspicion and conflict. We are each naturally distinct with our own views, with the ability to use our minds to ensure the survival of all natural life.

kaianerekowa is focusing on hope, not running away.
