The need to indulge in the desire for natural sex is the most potent human emotion to create action. The state is continually trying to control it to their advantage.

The goal of the Sexual Revolution is to change the moral compass off of true north and bring it under the control of evil. By manipulating the data, perversion and the occult have almost become the norm. Dr. Albert Kinsey was a sadistic bisexual psychopath. He was able to partially move the moral compass by merging sexology (big porn and big pharma) to create the global “Sex Industrial Complex”.

The state wanted to control sexual energy from birth, to destroy free will and conscience. Sex had to become perverted and guilt-ridden. Women as the natural center of the family had to be violated. In their “Secret Covenant”  their greatest fear is stated: “They must never ever find out what we’ve done. If they do, we shall have no place to run. It will be easy to see who we are once the veil has fallen. They will hunt us down and no person shall give us shelter.”Secret Covenant

The normal “firewall” against moral corruption had to be eroded to divert the sexual impulse. Perverted sex was used to control advancement in the hierarchical order and direct people to do the bankers’ bidding.  

Kinsey, a eugenicist, [1894-1956] researched sex in males and females at Indiana University, funded through Rockefeller, Carnegie and Hugh Hefner Foundations. Government took over education, media and all influential institutions to promote this destructive program.

Kinsey’s corrupt secret scheme is still the basis of education, especially early childhood development. He said sex with infants, children and animals is natural to the human animal from birth. Marriage is ownership of women and children by men. 

Young minds were conditioned to “love” greed, sensual pleasure and perpetual dissatisfaction. Children and adolescents were shown how to enjoy immorality, express designed desires, how to have many sexual partners, to act and dress provocatively, the computer games and phones they can’t live without and to mistrust their parents. Education became rote dog training instead of analytical thinking. Starting in the 1950s unwholesome media fare, mainstream porn, erotic and violence based entertainment and games, drugs and alcohol, were aimed at young minds.   

Kinsey promoted male pedophilia. His two books in 1948 and 1953 advocated abolishing sex crimes and that predators get therapy, instead of long prison terms or execution. Laws were weakened that protected women, children and marriage. Government amended the 1955 “Model Penal Code” MPC. Prison sentences were shortened for 52 major sex crimes and the sex education curricula conformed to Kinsey’s perverted ideas. 

The state took over sex education from the parents, using graphic erotic material. Sexual diseases and dysfunction skyrocketed. Crime quadrupled. 

Kinsey worked with Nazi pedophile, Dr. Fritz Von Balluseck, for over 30 years, before, during and after WW II; also American pedophile, Rex King, for over 20 years. Both provided Kinsey with reports on sexual abuses of thousands of children. Kinsey designed technical reporting systems to get minute details of their sexual abuse of children from 2 months to 16 years of age. They said that infants and children are orgiastic!

Judith Reisman exposed his unscientific fraud in “Kinsey: Crimes and Consequences”, condemning the abuse of thousands of babies and young boys.  

Our ancestors saw that sexual abusers did not have natural affection like real human beings. According to Kinsey, you aren’t going to get any satisfaction while the moral compass points to the true north. INSTIGATING UNITY

MNN. Mar. 23, 2013. CELAC is the “Community of the States of Latin America and the Caribbean”. It is a newly formed non-armed organization, established at a meeting in Caracas Venezuela on December 4, 2011. The late President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is one of the founders. President Sebastien Pinera of Chile is co-chair. 33 sovereign states of the Western Hemisphere are members, representing 600 million people. bring democracy

Canada and US cannot join. CELAC wants to deepen integration in the Americas; and to reduce the adverse influence of the US on the politics and economics of Latin American and Caribbean states. It is a defense against imperialism, to counter the presence of the US military, to weaken foreign political policies that prevent social development of Indigenous people while siphoning their resources. 

CELAC is an alternative to the Organization of American States OAS organized by Washington DC in 1948, which tries to undermine and maintain control of these states. It does not meet the needs of the people.  

prohibitionOne approach being considered to stop the US enhanced “drug war” violence is to legalize drugs. There would then be no reason for the US to arm drug cartels nor remain in these countries. They would not be able to maintain an illegal state of war against their neighbors to the south. 

CELAC is seen as the road to peace. Another goal is to stop the Cuban embargo. Those Indigenous nations independent from Canada and US, can be considered for membership. Colonial band or tribal councils or any such entities would not be eligible. International law allows us the right to represent ourselves without permission from the colonial hierarchy. We have a right to pursue freedom and human rights. The power is with the people. The great law provides that we have a right to self-determination. As Carlos Santana sang:Changes “and we all know its better, yesterday has passed. Now let‘s all start the living for the one that‘s going to last”

DEMILITARIZE MCGILL

MNN. Apr. 2, 2013. Last fall the Student Society of McGill University started a campaign for a campus free from weapons development. McGill has been asked to “divest its holdings in private militias, private military contractors, weapons manufacturers and arms dealers, and to create and enforce a policy of allowing no future research on weapons, surveillance technologies with military applications … or any other project to facilitate the use of force. McGill goes after lucrative research and potential investors in studying war and imperialism”.

This project is on Mohawk territory. “Tiotiake” is the real name of Montreal. These students are following the great white roots to the source of the tree of peace.   

McGill borrowed money from us, which they never intended to pay back. It was a planned theft, with McGill educated lawyers covering their tracks.

In the 1850s McGill was near-bankruptcy. In 1860 it took out a $40,000 loan from the Province of Canada. $8,000 came from the Six Nations Trust Fund. In 1989, Six Nations alerted both McGill and the federal government of the outstanding debt. In the 1990s Philip Montour met with McGill administration, “They had lots of lawyers telling them to admit nothing.” in 2006 McGill admitted that they owe Six Nations $1.7 billion plus interest to date.  

Vice-Principal Communications, Jennifer Robinson, called the claim “unfounded,” then said it was settled in 1873, and then said it was not clear it came from the Six Nations Trust Fund! “We just don’t know where the money came from”, and the University doesn’t have to pay it back.

Now the world sees their true moral compass for researching weapons of mass destruction, down-playing their role in the theft of our fund and the genocide of our people. ROOTLESS CANADA

MNN. Apr. 1, 2013. Article 1 of the “Montevideo Convention 1933” defines a state as a person of international law, a corporation, having:

a] a permanent population: Canadians have no common origin to distinguish them from other human beings. They settled on Great Turtle Island where they have no roots and no legal permission from the indigenous inhabitants. 

No right to our land.

No right to stand on our land.

b] a defined territory: Canada has no land. We never ceded any of it. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Corporation of Canada. 

c] a government of its own: its constitutional acts of 1867 and 1982 and other constitutional documents are acts or proclamations of the British monarch to govern its colony. 

d] the ability to make international treaties: The treaties of Canada, a private corporation, not a legal state, aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. 

The Corporation of Canada was registered in Washington DC, on July 1, 1867, #0000230098 CANADA DC SIC: 8880. The shareholders are the 13 economic royalist families. At one time they were the banished European monarchies that re-emerged as the international bankers.

All valid treaties signed with Indigenous peoples were made with the British monarch, based on the Guswentha, which were all breached. We never surrendered any territory to anyone.  We have a population of the natural people of Great Turtle Island. 

Canada was first a French colony until 1763, then a British colony. Canada does not have a defined territory and is not sovereign. Its top administration is under the direct control of the City of London bankers. It is a military base on our territory to maintain control while they steal our resources and fund. 

In monarchical states, the people are “subjects” who are conquered or take an oath of allegiance. The Dominion [colony] of Canada was established when Britain’s Parliament passed the British North America Act, 1867, to promote British economic interests on Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. 

Canadian pseudo citizenship was established in 1967. Britain may change Canada’s constitution at any time, according to the Canada Act 1982. In 2011 Harper needed the Governor General’s permission to suspend Parliament. 

International law clearly provides that the appropriation of assets of another nation is illegal. Britain does not own our fund, resources or land and cannot give it to anyone. 

Section 91[24] of the BNA Act gave Canada authority to only “negotiate” with the Indians, not to make Admiralty statutes or rules for ‘Indians, and Lands reserved for the indians”.  Section 109 provides a legal commitment to establish the ever growing $50.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund from the exploitation of our resources.

Federal, provincial and local entities have no constitutional jurisdiction over Indigenous. They must deal directly with the true people on all matters. Canada, a corporate entity, has no right to impose their corporate by-laws on us, provincial, federal or municipal. As the reality of Canada unfolds before everyone’s eyes, their dream is becoming a nightmare as Steven Tyler sang in Dream on: “Sing with me, just for today. maybe tomorrow the good lord will take you away. dream on. CRAWLING CREATURE

MNN. Mar. 25, 2013. The Great Law provides that, “As a weapon against a crawling creature, I lay a stick with you so that you may thrust it away from the Council Fire”. A crawling creature may be a disrespectful person seeking to disrupt the people and must be removed. [Wampum 4].

We Indigenous are called “domestic dissidents” who are disrupting the corporate government’s image and economy. Infiltrators are sent in. It could be a vigilante operation to silence us, or to neutralize us by creating factionalism, attacking our reputations and causing confusion. 

“Spies” and “agents” pose as scholars, friends, supporters or helpers. The perfect intruder abandons you suddenly when their assignment is over. Their cover could be blown the longer they remain.

“Infiltration” is low intensity warfare, to mold public opinion, to sabotage us. “Surveillance” is gathering intel to expose, disrupt or discredit us. Infiltrators hang around for years studying and gathering info. Some offer services, like legal advice or romances. Some even have families in the community.  

Infiltrators get involved with one faction. Another infiltrates the opposing faction. They drive wedges between them. Targets are lured into compromising situations. Fear is created, like having them followed, strangers taking pictures and arranging attacks. Infiltrators organize drug, booze and sex parties to recruit youth. Intruder’s cause suspicion. True activists are sometimes “bad jacketed” as being government agents. The courts criminalize us through perjured evidence, false arrests and imprisonment. We face threats, assaults and political assassinations.  

“Provocateurs” disrupt, create disagreements, make divisions, sabotage, squander resources, steal funds, seduce leaders, provoke jealousy and public embarrassment, lead targets into danger and push paranoia. 

New "Indians" are turning up every day.

“Agents” are loners, with a vague cover story that doesn’t identify them. Some have many aliases. Some pretend to be Indigenous. Agents have no job but have a steady income. They will leave at a moment’s notice and disappear. They dress to quickly change their image, like hairstyle, weight, clothes or car.  

Hired thugs, right wing vigilantes, private military and local police are front line foot soldiers. Agents are subsidized, armed, directed and protected by the military. False stories are planted. Bogus organizations are set up. Parents, employers, landlords or school officials can be coerced into causing trouble for the target. 

Look for cameras, microphones & scanners.

They act needy or feign a rare sickness or medical condition to get sympathy and leave suddenly. They act like a best friend, downplay themselves and quietly observe. Targets are taken to unfamiliar outside groups to compromise them. 

Check the authenticity of visitors. “Keep friends and family close and your enemies closer”, as the godfather said. Stay on movement goals. If the eyes say something different from the body, they are not genuine. it reminds us of the old Charlie Pride song: The snakes crawl at night. that’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.

To protect ourselves, watch for visitors who want information, plainclothes who take pictures before and during demonstrations; those who seem out of place and interested in members rather than issues; who suddenly disappear and put out false stories, sometimes  about us being out of our minds.

“Direct Action”: A sign-in policy; get Freedom of Information info; suspects at pickets and protests don’t usually get arrested; educate the public by handing out a written position; lobby politicians; learn from victims of covert actions; class action suits [they usually back out]; court actions create disputes and splits; pro bono lawyers that take opposite sides. 

“Investigate Informers”: check background; check police academy grads list; they usually speak against cops; use phony names; they issue death threats we get blamed for. 

“Privacy”: Step out of the office to speak privately; watch for cars following, acquaintances suddenly becoming friendly; bogus discrediting about drug use or false relationships or activities about a true activist; throwing names around. Sweep your living space for electronics; don’t say anything that you wouldn’t say in court. 

Common sense helps!

Check out non-native groups that divert Indigenous issues such as residential school abuse, missing women, land claims, or “sharing” of our resources. Watch for outsiders that confuse, control and disorient. 

“True Supporters”: Don’t scare or ostracize true supporters or push them to take risks. 

“Debrief”: Write down information, look for patterns, check strengths and weaknesses, assess allies and adversaries. Don’t let agents inside your home to glean information about your prospects, lifestyle or floor plan. 

“Counter Tactics”: Government covert actions mislead the public, punish their own whistle blowers and interfere in anyway they can. Complain about illegal covert interference to human rights organizations.  

COINTELPRO is being used by US and Canada. Agents appear peaceful and friendly, but are there representing the military. As Roger Daltrey sang:We won’t get fooled again “We’ll be fighting in the street, with our children at our feet. And the morals that they worship will be gone. And the men who spurred us on sit in judgement of all wrong. They decide and the shot gun sings the song.”

TOWER OF POWER

Mar. 28, 2013.  Each Indigenous has an equal share of the ever-growing $50.3 trillion Indian Trust Fund being administered by the illegal trustee, the Corporation of Canada, through the Department of Indian Affairs, 10 Wellington Street, Ottawa/Hull. It is the accumulated wealth from the exploitation of our natural resources. We demand our fund. Should they refuse to turn it over to us, we will seize our assets and foreclose on the law-breaking trustee.

They have to pay for their genocide and they know it. Sorry isn’t good enough. 

Canada is spending our fund without our knowledge or consent. They use it as collateral for payment of the corporation’s debts, to raise money on the stock exchange and to bolster the Canadian banking system. 

The Indigenous People will recover our Indian Trust Fund that was set up under Section 109 of the British North America in 1867. The same year the Corporation of Canada passed the illegal “persons” law that “a person is anyone other than an Indian” so they could become the trustees of our fund.  

All parties have been put on notice by registered mail sent to Prime Minister Harper by a Mohawk woman elder, demanding her share of the Indian Trust Fund. 

The trustee has defaulted. The entire fund shall be returned, along with any amount spent or loaned, plus all the interest. The Corporation of Canada will be dissolved to liquidate its debt to us that they cannot pay. 

Not with our ever growing Indian Trust Fund.

We will foreclose on all the banks and shareholders of the Corporation of Canada who are guilty of selling our land and resources to accumulate this fund. Should there not be enough funds to cover the principle amount owed, the accrued interest and fees, all federal property throughout Canada will be seized by the Indigenous beneficiaries of the trust.   

To begin the process, we can convene a meeting of our People of our communities and notify Canada to return our fund. Should they not respond, we will begin the foreclosure procedures and seize all the assets of the corporation. 

Don't come back, you hear!

All Canadians have benefited from the proceeds of our funds. To begin the reconciliation- repayment process, they will have to assist us. Should they wish to stay here, they must polish the chain, wipe the dust off of their own memories and start living according to the principles of the original Two Row Wampum agreement. Once a nation accepts the Peace they are obligated to spread it, to the world.

As Robert Plant sang: Hang man, hang man. Upon your face a smile. Pray tell me that I’m free to ride, ride for many a mile. Your brother brought me silver. You sister warmed my soul. But now I laugh and pull so hard, I see you swinging on the gallows pole.”

KILL THE MESSENGER

MNN. Mar. 28, 2013. On March 26, 2013, the MNN editor was invited to be the opening speaker at Champlain College in Sherbrooke Quebec. The topic was, “A Native Perspective on Canada’s Exploitation of Resources”. Two Mohawks, as is our custom, accompanied the speaker. They sat at a table facing the crowd.

She did a traditional opening; explained the Seigneury of Sault Louis land,dispute which is returning vast areas to the Mohawk Nation; that Canada is not a state according to the Montevideo Convention of 1933; the genocide committed by the Jesuits, the storm troopers of the Catholic Church; the Great Peace of Montreal 1701 that created the official two row wampum relationship between the Indigenous and the visitors to Great Turtle Island; and Section 109 of the BNA Act 1867 that established the ever growing $50.3 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The presentation was legalistic and cautious. 

Cartoons were inserted in the power point presentation to help them understand the basics. They were carefully taken step by step through the legal maze of their settlement history here on our land and their legal position today.

The speaker received an ovation. Then the questions and comments began. Some in tears, said, “What happens to us?” “I came here because I love the Indians. After listening to you, now I hate them and I hate you!”  “I didn’t do anything. My ancestors did.” “Why? Why are you telling us this?” “You have no feelings for us!” I instructed them to study the Great Law of Peace to help them understand our position.    

The speaker, a 73-year old elder of the Mohawk Nation, tried to make light of the provocative jibes to calm them down. This made them madder. The discussion became more and more heated. Some students stomped out. Others heckled and smirked. The air became static with anger and threats. The speaker remarked, “The truth hurts”. Almost the entire student body jeered in astonishment. The three Mohawks could feel intense anger and were ready to deal with it. And they did.

For a moment the crowd calmed down. Then the insults started again. The speaker was accused of “having no feelings”. The speaker answered, “Yes, the we have strong feelings about the genocide of 100 million people and the murder of half our children placed in your church run residential schools. No one has been charged or punished for this.” More angry words flew. None addressed the legitimate issues. The sound arguments backed them into a corner. It was like they were standing on their hind legs and were ready to jump the Mohawks.  

Suddenly a teacher rose up. She reminded them that, “We wanted to hear the Indigenous side. You have to listen even if she turns it inside out”.  The confrontation ended. They formed groups and began talking, some giving the Mohawks dirty looks.

A native speaker should take at least three people security when they go into a potential hostile situation. Because of the rampant spread of the Owistah disease throughout the settler population, an adverse side affect is, when they don’t like the message, they might kill the messenger. MNN. Mar. 27, 2013. The theft of the savings accounts of the people has begun, starting in Cyprus. The bankers “royal economists” created the current fractional reserve system based on debt. They are squeezing the people “so tight against their chest that the people can hardly breathe”. [Dekanawida]. dekanawidah

So who are these bankers that presume to rule over us all? They are the descendants of the 13 royal bloodlines of the European monarchical, hierarchical system. The European people thought they had gotten rid of their kings and queens, through revolution. They went underground and emerged as the bankers.

Their system is dependent upon bribery [Owistah]. From that they created the fractional reserve banking system. In the US a bank needs $10 on deposit to loan out $100. In Canada there is no cap. They can loan out as much as they want. Hmmn! Our $50 trillion Indian Trust Fund is on deposit in the five big Canadian banks. That’s why the media purports “They are too big to fail”.

The MNN editor has already started the process, Demand Payment The other people in the world should be starting to think like John Dillinger or Baby Face Nelson regarding the bank that is stealing your money. You need to withdraw all your savings from the chartered banks and put it in your local credit union or under your mattress.

KANEKOTA BREAKING NEWS

MNN. Mar. 26, 2013. On March 25, 2013, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota had the oral portion of his Case T-2007-12, Thoketoteh v. the Queen. The trial was done by teleconference with the Federal Court of Canada judge and the Attorney General representing Her Majesty. The question is how Section 109 of the British North America Act 1867, legally applies to the constitution, saves and continues the “protection” secured by the Royal Proclamation 1763 as a “legal duty” within stare decis. A precedent has already been set.  

The judge asked the AG why he did not address this first question in all his 300 pages of submission. The AG admitted that he was directed by Indian Affairs to avoid the issue at all cost, not to ever talk of Section 109 and the legal duty and trust issues. Canada has been avoiding this all along. It is the elephant in Canada’s living room. 

Section 109: The elephant will take over the room and crowd you guys out.

Section 109: “We can’t ignore this elephant anymore!”

Their constitution sets out Canada’s obligation to us, that we Indigenous are of this land and that Great Turtle Island is of us. The Indian Trust Fund, set up according to Section 109, is an ever growing $49.1 trillion trust fund that Canada uses to pay its bills and as a slush fund without our permission, to bolster their five “too big to fail” banks. They can’t fail because they have stolen all our money. 

We own everything. Every Indigenous group in Canada can use Section 109 to assert our land rights right everywhere. Everybody has to deal with us on everything. 

Canada, you have no options!

New Federal Court Tele-trial: “Will it be secret trials next?”

The judge will make her decision soon. Kaiainerekowa, the law of the land, will be the only law applied in Kanekota soon.
