MNN: CORPORATIST USURPATION

Cayuga chief of the Iroquois Confederacy, Deskahe, was sent to the League of Nations in Geneva in 1922 to apply for membership and to try to influence it to become an egalitarian system. The bankers wanted one world government with a hierarchy controlled by them. We were sponsored but usurped by the bankers.

 Today due to the abundance of Indigenous resources and funds, Canada is the premier corporatist model for the one world government – corporatism (fascism, Nazism and democracy of the 50% +1), which can be manipulated by the bankers. The corporations illegally control the state, religions, law enforcement, military and media. They give themselves the final word on everything, bank accounts, businesses, citizenship, all employment in all entities large and small.

As agents of a foreign entity, Canada violates international law.  Informed consent of the majority of people as expressed in free and fair elections is required before we can be absorbed by another state. This never happened. We are independent and seek our freedom. We have the right to our nationalities, freedom of speech, movement, family life, security of the person, land, resources and funds.  

As independent sovereign people, we Rotino’shonni:onwe [Iroquois Long House people] have retained our knowledge of our true history, system of governance and treaty making powers. Our international relationship is with the Queen, not the corporation of Canada.

A major Indigenous concept influenced international law. The “Guswentha” or Tekeni Teiohate. The “Two Row Wampum”, is a relationship created between two sovereigns. 

The canoe and boat travel side by side on the river of life. Each vessel symbolically contains their people, language, form of government, laws, culture, traditions and ceremonies. In the Indigenous canoe are all the lands, waters and resources that the natural world has vested in the Ongwehonwe. The Crown issues illegal licenses and title documents from one end of Canada to the other violating the Peace Treaty of 1701. This acknowledges the vast territorial and cultural rights of the Onkwehonwe. Canada has refused to truthfully answer the jurisdictional question raised by Indigenous, which is, “Do you follow your own constitution?” If yes, then they have to nullify illegal laws, pay reparations and damages.

After Deskahe’s efforts failed, we were put into prisoner of war camps [reservations]. All our lands, resources and funds were taken. Indigenous genocide the world over accelerated. Conditions were crafted of poverty, disease, theft of our children, impoverishment, which continue to this day. Deskahe was murdered trying to make Canada   law abiding.

MNN. Feb. 25, 2013. The US inspired “Canada First Defence Strategy” CFDS is a profit-driven scheme to benefit career soldiers and industry. [June 19, 2008].

Prime Minister Harper points out that the military will be “supported by predictable, long-term funding…”  [tax and resource exploitation] so that industry can make money. The plan to build up Canada’s armed forces will provide opportunities for international industry, to create World War III.

Core Defence Strategy missions are: “Conduct daily domestic and continental operations, especially the Arctic; respond to a major terrorist attack; support civilian [law enforcement] authorities in Canada; lead international operations; and respond to crises”. 

“Stable predictable funding” means “A Military in Partnership with Canadian Industry”, to extract resources with no interference from the Indigenous owners. “Contributing to International Peace and Security” and “stability abroad” means unfettered access to other people’s territory and resources. 

In 2008 Canada budgeted $490 billion for the next 20 years. Defense spending rose by 2% starting in 2011, from $18 billion to over $30 billion in 2027. 

The Government plans to “increase the number of military personnel to 70,000 Regular Forces and 30,000 Reserve Forces. Their “Bold Eagle” program targets Indigenous youth, especially in the North, to exploit Indigenous knowledge of the land and weaken indigenous sovereignty at the same time.

In 1958 Canada and US formed NORAD. This was right after they blasted our riverside for the St. Lawrence Seaway for the benefit of industries. Since then they set up “Canada Command” and “US Northern Command”. Headquarters

“Failed and failing states, civil wars and global terrorism” are being created so that the military can describe the world as “volatile and unpredictable”. 

National Defense is the largest property holder in the federal government, which is all un-surrendered indigenous territory. 21,000 buildings over 50 years old and crumbling. 13,500 works including 5,500 kilometers of roads, jetties, training areas, etc. and 800 parcels of land covering 2.25 million hectares will be replaced or fixed up over the next 10 to 20 years. 

The “Strategic Investment Plan” is to coordinate all military spending. Canadians, you are the Nazis when you allow the war program to go on unfettered. You are allowing the theft and exploitation of Indigenous natural resources to continue the war problem.

MNN: IMAGINARY LINE [Reprint]

MNN. Feb. 25, 2013. Kanen:to Paul Diabo was a very important man in Indigenous history. He made it possible for ironworkers and all other Iroquois and Indigenous to cross the border to the Unite States freely. 

Problems began when the US Congress instituted the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924. The Haudenosaunee [Iroquois] people refused to accept US citizenship when they realized that they would lose their treaty status and all claims to be a distinct nation. It seems that the American government didn’t like that and decided to make an example of one young ironworker who still dared to cross that [Canada-US] border to work.

Diabo was an iron-worker from Kahnawa:ke. He was arrested in 1926. In 1927 at age 36, he appeared in court to discuss his deportation to Canada as he was considered an illegal immigrant because of the new act.

Although Kanen:to faced trials and the possibility of going to prison yet another time [he had been in prison for getting caught in Philadelphia before, working on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge], he did not give up. He argued that it was his right to cross the border without interference, according to the Jay Treaty of 1794. He said that since he was a citizen of the Haudenosaunee Six Nations Confederacy he was able to cross the border without anyone stopping him. During his time in court, the people in Kanawa:ke were helping Diabo and his family by providing both financial and moral support. 

Finally in 1928, he did win his case and the right to cross the border freely, a victory for him and all his people. The court later deemed in 1952 that any person who had at least 50% Native blood could have these rights. 

This was an amazing success. And this all happened because one of our Indigenous men risked his freedom to fight for the rights of his people.

MNN: LICENSE TO KILL

MNN. Feb. 24, 2013. Freedom of speech is guaranteed in Section 2 of Canada’s Constitution Act, 1982. Everyone has the fundamental freedom of “thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication”. An honest state presents the facts for public discussion.

The Supreme Court of Canada ruled in 2008 that CSIS, Canadian Secret Intelligence Services, cannot destroy evidence. This happens every day to us about our history, rights, funds and the ongoing genocide of our people.

Canada does not respect its own laws. It has a propaganda mill to control the media. It suppresses and rewrites historical facts, trying to make us invisible. Many vital documents are being destroyed. 

We all have minds, the capacity to see and hear, to think and feel. Every person’s ability to sense and understand is important. Each of us has a unique insight to contribute, no matter how big or small. We can’t just drift along following orders without thinking or questioning. 

The appetites of the colonizers are insatiable. They do not maintain sustainable economies. They depend on the exploitation of stolen non-renewable resources and funds. They are conditioned to want more. Their children are force fed fascism and call it democracy. They have no control over their appetites. Their common sense is shut down. They cannot access the natural principles of self-determination found in the Kaianerehkowa, the law of Great Turtle Island. 

All the weapons of war belong to the Canadian state. The army and police try to scare people into submission, legal or not. It’s not working.

A century ago Louis Riel was hung for treason because he defended Metis rights. Today the death penalty has been banned in Canada. Canadian government officers are trying to implement death sentences by other means such as excessive use of force and extraordinary threats and abuse. Our people are put under so much stress some die in or following custody. Ronald “Lasagna” Cross was so badly beaten by the SQ and military he died not long after the Oka Crisis of 1990. Matt Fisher was killed in Whitehorse prison while being held on fake charges. The Officer beat him to death in the cell until he died. He thinks he got away with it.

MNN: POPULATION & RESOURCE CONTROL PRC

MNN. Feb. 24, 2013. Special agents such as the CBSA Canadian Border Services Agents are trained in psychological warfare and state brutality. They wear black fascist uniforms with Kevlar vests. They try to humiliate, demoralize and injure those who question and complain about mistreatment.

According to Wikileaks, PRC methods devised by the US are designed to confuse, destroy and terminate. “Low level psychological warfare” is mixed with high tech violence on target groups, like Indigenous, followed by the homeless, welfare, pensioners and then the general population. 

The US Department of Defense “Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces” manual describes 3 types of insurgency. The third, “Traditional Insurgency”, refers to Indigenous resistance. Onkwehonwe are engaged in centuries of resistance to regain full sovereignty. We are “dangerous criminals” and are harassed at border crossings. 

The  manual allows the suspension of habeas corpus. They can kidnap and disappear us without notice or right. CBSA can force a confession. 

“PRC measures also include curfews, blackouts, travel restrictions, and restricted residential areas such as protected villages or settlements”, like Indigenous communities, refugee camps, detention centers, prisons and FEMA Camps that can hold millions of people.  They maintain “Registration and pass systems and control of resources and critical supplies such as weapons, food and fuel.”

When we defend our land, the military poiice use: “Checkpoints, searches, roadblocks; surveillance, censorship, and press control; restriction of activity of selected groups [like Indigenous, labor unions, political groups and the like].” We are classed as members of “organized crime” and fake charges are filed against us to create assumptions. When one resists or questions, a profile is created with their background, car model, family and associations. The file is flagged red, green or yellow. Any adherents to the Great Law are classed as “high risk” or “extreme”. Agents are sent to the School of the Americas where “death squads” are trained. 

Another deadly Special Forces strategy is “infiltration” of communities. Agents gather information about individuals and disseminate demoralizing and false information to cause suspicion and divisions. Since the COINTELPRO of the 70s in the US against A.I.M., many have become aware of DISINFORMATION campaigns. 

They get turncoats to train the military and police in their work against us. When we are arrested, we are handed over to the RCMP, CSIS, SQ, CBSA, OPP and the new “Provincial Organized Crime Enforcement Team” POCET set up June 25, 2008. OPP POCET

The integrated enforcement teams of cops, correctional services, parole officers, social services, informants, courts and other controls, are a fine example of state organized crime. PERVERTED POLICE POLICY

MNN. Feb. 24, 2013. Indigenous children are being murdered. Hundreds of girls and women are disappearing. We have to guard ourselves and each other. Take cameras, cell phones, become a witness and make good notes. We need names, badge numbers, videos and photos of the abused and abusers. Then we should file complaints, take them to court and put pressure on politicians. The police and politicians work together to continue the illusion of freedom in the police state we are living in.

Cops are the worst abusers. In Northern British Columbia Human Rights Watch has documented that RCMP are the perpetrators of attacks and rapes on girls and women. In Thunder Bay Ontario the Mayor admits to his role in racism as if it’s normal. 

Watch out for agent provocateurs. They dress like us, with backpacks and vehicles full of implements. They are really cops! Agent provacateurs at G20 Montebello They start throwing these at our kids and then disappear. Cops are attracted to violence. They don’t need peace to keep their jobs. Some try to stir things up so they can use all the expensive toys they claim to need. A despicable tactic is to target and attack young women. This provokes otherwise peaceful men to come to their aid who are then beaten and arrested. They say peace can be gained by violent means. Like George Orwell says in “1984”, “Peace is war!”.

The highly trained people like doctors, miners, scientists, politicians, military and corporation heads need relative order in their communities to go about their jobs of stealing our water, energy and resources. They need the Onkwehonwe out of the way. 

In guerrilla warfare our great strength is when we are on our home turf. We know it and we feel the power that comes from being truly Indigenous. Colonists come from fragmented backgrounds. Their leaders have a program of “low level” warfare by attacking, harassing, taking prisoners, surrounding us, putting out bad stories about us to scare the public.

**Our persistence and perseverance comes from our ancestors. We are so well-rooted with nourishment from the land. A “transplant’s” root has to adjust for a long time to gain strength from the earth, but sometimes the roots don’t easily take. Sometimes transplants need a stick to help them stand up. 

The colonists’ program is to replace the natural people. The natural world has decreed that we shall always be here doing our job, taking care of the land, plants, animals, water and air.

MNN. Feb. 22, 2013. How to steal our consent. According to court rulings and international law, our view and consent are required for any legal use of our land, resources and funds. The racket is to make it look like they got our consent. The ambulance chasers [lawyers] are trained to build a hall of mirrors. When consultation goes on, they make sure we do not hear, see or say anything. Three Monkeys Strategy.

We are overrun by chasers. The bureaucrats, politicians and corporations are trying to fill their ambulances with suffering Indigenous people whom they have maimed. Shysters chase us to represent us. Then meetings are held behind our backs with their mentors and clients on how to avoid consulting us or to twist what we’ve said.

The bar associations hold seminars to train these chasers on how to help industry, government and Indigenous ‘stakeholders’ to “consult” us without actually talking to us. We only find out what we supposedly agreed to when we are told to move away because industry needs the minerals under our community. 

These teach-ins are attended by chasers, CEOs, VPs, directors, managers, mining, forestry, environment, energy and constitutional law breakers, litigators, negotiators, mediators, bureaucrats, and the “Vichy” collaborator band and tribal councils. 

They learn “Tips and Traps” to watch for in their meetings with us. They are told what to avoid: meetings organized by us; meetings in our community; full advertising of the meeting; bringing our own experts; spending too much time in the community to avoid seeing our realities; making scientific evidence available to show the reality of pollution of our land, communities, water and housing; no time lines; full assessment of the consequences of development for the generations to come; letting everyone talk besides those on the band council payroll; allowing grassroots traditionals to define the issues [that’s really dangerous!].

They want to shut us up. They go through the motions. They’re told to always act like they’re in a big hurry [to hit the jackpot].  

When we say “no”, it’s no, and they have to accept it. They can’t start openly or covertly confusing, threatening and undermining us to get their way. 

The Crown has a fiduciary duty to take our advice on investment of our Indian Trust Funds and to report fully to us, the beneficiaries. They can’t avoid their responsibilities to us without going to jail.

MNN: DIRTY TRICKS

MNN. Feb. 22, 2013. The Infinite Elder “Red-X” found the Secret Instruction Manual on “Stealing Indigenous Resources”. Here are some of the colonial strategies.

Colonial Dirty Trick #1: Call it “democracy”, 51%, and you will keep control. Organize fancy cocktail parties with open bars, colonial big-wigs like the GG and other heavies, and pretty girls to entertain whoever they need to. Give the band and tribal councils tiaras to try on and a taste of “life in the fast lane”.  Get them too drunk to notice they’ve sold out their people. 

CDT #2: Outnumber the Indigenous 3 to 1. Keep them away from their home. Red-X said, “Hold them meetings at home in your tipi, longhouse or condemned bungalow with the cracked window panes and asbestos contaminated floors and walls”. 

CDT #3: Put out colonial law as if it’s Indigenous. 

CDT #4: Collect, horde and keep information. Put out lies, false history and myth making. Create new “Indians” that will go along with the land and resource giveaways that don’t belong to them [CAP]. 

CDT #5: Put some heavies at the table, with big titles, long resumes to confuse everybody. Give scripts to the band council to read that they don’t understand. 

CDT #6: Use hierarchical criteria with the colonists setting up at the front. 

CDT #7: Offer a concession to bowl over the Injuns. If they fuss, throw the chair back and leave the table. Take the bribe money with you. 

They are so stubborn.

CDT #8: Say, “We ain’t playing with you bad Injuns anymore”.  Walk out to keep control. 

CDT #9: Use “good cop” “bad cop” strategy to throw those Injuns off balance. [They’re all bad.] Threaten them with illegal injunctions, jail time and law suits. Then sidetrack them with “Cointelpro” charm. Move the meeting place and don’t tell them where. 

CDT #10: Break them into 2 groups and meet them separately. When they complain, leave. 

CDT #11: Targets are needed. Demand one speaker, not different ones every day. Otherwise, pick up the toys and leave.

CD #12: Stuff colonial side with “know-it-alls” to intimidate them. They’ll keep saying this is their land, they are sovereign and call the colonists trespassers. Walk out!

How to counter Dirty Tricks: report daily to community, select new negotiators each day; don’t allow private ‘tete-a-tetes’ for making secret deals; international law requires a neutral 3rd party mediator approved by both parties. 

Don’t fall for “interim measure”, “agreement-in-principle”, “interim land withdrawal”, which don’t meet international law standards and don’t make sense.

ANOTHER US INVASION OF CANADA COMING

MNN. Feb. 19, 2013. In June 2006, US Border Patrol and ATF [Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms] were caught monitoring the Six Nations standoff at Caledonia. There was no outcry. Our men were charged with interfering with these foreign agents.  Was this part of the groundwork for the future US invasion of Canada?

Is Prime Minister Harper the ‘Trojan Horse” for the US? When Hitler went into Austria during WWII, he had sent in secret agents to take over all levers of power, corporations, government, police and military. Bankers and multinational corporations in England want control of our land, resources and funds. Disinformation is a strategy to create a confrontation. They need something sensational and traumatic to compare it with  conflicts showing bombs, riots, blockades and mutilated bodies, especially of children. [Sandy Hook, Aurora, Syria]. Mainstream media’s main role is to promote fear and anger subliminally to the population. In the past we never saw dead bodies on media. Now the norm is front page news picturing dead babies and crying women. We are being conditioned to see this as normal.

To break down our resistance, our women and children are targeted. Indian Affairs takes our children from northern communities, places them in cities like Thunder Bay to be “educated’, and then organized gangs kill them. Police even admit their racist behavior.  CBC on Thunder Bay racism

Children’s Aid Society, law enforcement and military are closing in on our communities. The military is hiding on the outskirts of some of them ready to invade at a moment’s notice. The social services are set to declare an emergency and grab our children. 

A totalitarian regime is being put into place. We are the initial targets to frighten the public so no one will dare to resist. To commit martial law welfare recipients are the most vulnerable.

Our corporate band and tribal councils slyly help their masters make our society dependant, frightened and fearful, with no place to turn. These totalitarian schemes have been tried before.  They fail.  Prime Minister Harper does not object to this violation of Indigenous rights.

US and Canada, you will deal with us as a free people, the rightful guardians of unsurrendered Great Turtle Island. We created the perfect reality, which was interrupted 500 years ago.

On December 21, 2012 the Pope said that child rape isn’t bad. It is/was normal back in his day. Pedophilia isn’t absolute evil. Child pornography is normal in society [child abuse]. There is no good or evil, only better than or worse than. This indicates a criminally evil state of mind, devoid of spirit. 

The Vatican Bank is the Mafia’s bank. Indian Affairs in Canada states that “any licences, permits and other instruments to individuals and organizations” that exploits our resources belongs to us, otherwise, there would be no need for a cabal known as Indian Affairs. They distribute 10% or more of the interest on our Indian Trust Fund to the Vatican, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, international banks, the Queen and the bloodline families for their continuous war.

Currently Mark Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is moving to Britain to commandeer the Bank of England. We fear that he is trying to take the Indian Trust Fund with him. While this genocide is going on in their name, the public looks aside and lets it happen, makes them complicit in it. The kidnapping of our children for the residential school “death camp” program was done by the churches paid by the corporation of Canada with our Indian Trust Funds. This double crime violates the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide signed in Paris on December 9, 1948. 

Kevin Annett was successful in raising awareness of this issue. He did not look away when he learned about the atrocities at Alert Bay British Columbia. He exposed the them  to the point where the Pope is going into hiding to avoid prosecution. The long knives of the bankers and the false monarchies are out to get him. Attempts have been made on Annett’s life. Agents provocateurs are putting confusing spins on him. One agent is known as “Space Cadet” [Cathie Duchene]. A new one is “Tongue-Moll” [Heather Martin], who has several websites devoted to attacking Annett and discrediting ITTCS International Tribunal Into Crimes of Church and State. She has access to platforms where she can defame his character and spew disinformation.
