Some of our youth get caught in the colonial loser’s game of quick easy money to do their dirty work.  Tribal and band councils inc. and national organizations like AFN Inc. drive the colonial covered wagon and let the horses try to pull us over the cliff. They help create the social destitution that forces us to take handouts of our own money. 

Our traditional Indigenous youth refuse to become part of the grid set up by the corporations. These pseudo signatories are created to meet international law requirements of “consultation and informed consent”.

The incorporated chiefs are allowing construction of the pipeline across Canada to carry flammable crude oil to the world market. They are paid for their treachery. On June 6 a runaway train rammed into Lac Megantic [Quebec] killing over 50 mostly young people. Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway declared bankruptcy. Their checks are bouncing. A ‘rubber’ check is when a promise is made and then not kept. Non-sufficient funds (NSF) means a check cannot be cashed because the money’s gone. The banker shareholders are always paid first leaving none to cover the costs of deaths, destruction and damages. The same banking families shareholders own 51% of all the railways. Corporations bankrupt one corporation. Another of their corporations buy it for pennies on the dollar. Canada gave permission to operate as before.     

Our continued existence blocks the bankers from completely owning Great Turtle Island. They want to leave the environmental calamity to us.

“PRO’ROGUE HARPER

MNN. Aug. 29, 2013. Prime Minister Harper ended a session of Parliament. Proroguing is a fundamental abuse of power. “When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled”. [Monty Python]. We Indigenous have always been in the way. Hence the holocaust of 150 million of us with bullets and disease!

Harper feared a non-confidence motion which would have forced an election. He would have lost. All political parties and the Senate are muffled.  

In Canada everyone needs the bank’s approval to exist – birth certificates, licenses, car registration, medical coverage, credit cards and so on. Mark Carney set up this extensive system as Governor of the Bank of Canada. It is the model for the bankers’ takeover of the world. He’s now the Governor of the Bank of England! 

The bankers are dissolveing their corporations [cities, towns, companies, counties, etc.]. Every corporation is owned by the bankers, set up for profit of the shareholders. Band/tribal councils and all native organizations are corporations and a vital part of the genocide grid. Detroit and other cities are bankrupt. Profits are being distributed among the shareholders.  

Prime Minister Stephen Harper needs to overcome Indigenous opposition. During the suspension of Parliament he can declare an “emergency”, like making weapons for war with Syria! He needs to turn all Indigenous territory [Canada] into fee simple land to allow the banks to own everything. Then they can take all the resources they want. The people are silent.

Financial sectors ignore public sectors, except to collect taxes from them. The banks are picking over the bones of the collapsed economy for pennies on the dollar. They are privatizing vital services such as infrastructure, health, social and educational programs, policing and fire fighting services, roads, schools, water systems, sewage plants and airports. Public services will become even more costly. Only financial institutions will be left standing and in charge.

Indigenous as the natural people of the land are not investors in the demonic world economy. It all belongs to us and always has. Those at the top of the artificially created theft and control hierarchy will continue the genocide until we shut up about the desecration of the environment, our land and theft of our resources for the war.   

Remember, it’s all an illusion. Only we and our Mother Earth are for real! Mass murder will stop. Supporters with good minds can trace the roots of the tree of peace to its source and sit under its shade for protection.

MNN. June 30, 2013.  In 2005 the RCMP published a “ground-breaking” analysis on, “Aboriginal Organized Crime in Canada”. [43 pages]. Academics E. J. Dickson Gilmore and Chris Whitehead of Carleton University Ottawa were the fiction writers. Using classic fake racial profiling and character assassination, they gave the RCMP labels to criminalize all aspects of Indigenous life.

According to modern international law, the Charter of Rights and Freedom and the US Constitution, “There can be no crime without a law”. Everyone is entitled to a fair and public trial. To get around this Gilmore made up a new definition of organized crime: “An ongoing activity motivated by political, social and/or economic conditions [or some combination thereof], .. articulated through formal and informal cooperative social relationships with the potential for corruption an/or violence to facilitate the criminal process.” [page 13]. www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/ccaps/research_eval_e.htm 

If that’s the case, all corporate government like Canada and US are “motivated by political, social and economic ends”; have “a network of both formal and informal cooperative social relationships”; and “have a potential for corruption and/or violence”. 

She invented four “Aboriginal organized criminal types”: 

1.”Activist/Nationalists” who join an organization to express their culture, history or rights. Canadian and US culture is based on extortion of funds from the people by Revenue Canada and the IRS.  global org crime

2.”Random/Opportunists” are less sophisticated and expendable, motivated by peer pressure. 

3.”Activist/Opportunists” start as Nationalist/Activists who try to become selfish like Stephen Harper and Barack Obama. 

4.”Criminal/Opportunists” are motivated by profit, like the multi-national mega corporations that are gulping our resources and ever growing $135 trillion Indian Trust Fund by enforcing illegal corporate by-laws. 

A strong connection exists between criminality and colonial governments. Illegal corporate by-laws are imposed on us, using genocide, murder, violence, corruption and lies. They are unconcerned about the massacre of the buffalo, starvation of the people, incarceration, kidnapping, killing and raping our children in residential school death camps. They complain we primitive people have a hard time adjusting to cities. 

Well-paid shills, Gilmore and Whitehead, provided no clear evidence of “Aboriginal organized crime” in Canada. Probabilities, assumptions and innuendo are outlined. Our nations are being systematically defamed for the career advancement and salaries of cops and their academic accomplices.ideologues

MNN. May 31, 2013. During the tornado of corruption scandals in Ottawa, Prime Minister Stephen “Speedy-Gonzales” Harper sped to Peru for a few days. Media failed to report that he went to give “foreign aid” to Canadian mining companies that are committing major human rights crimes against Indigenous people. [Stephen Boyd, May 30/13, The Tyce. Last year, Canada invested $6.9 billion in extracting mining, oil and gas in South America. The funds came from the Indian Trust Fund without our consent.

Harper landed, said, “Hi!” to the President of Peru and then quickly flew off to Cali to meet with the right-wing Pacific Alliance of Peru, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Canada is at the forefront of strategies to kill Indigenous and steal their natural resources worldwide.

Pacific Alliance of right wing regimes [Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico] is  well known internationally for human rights abuses against their opponents. 15 civilians were recently murdered by Peruvian police during protests over oil, mining and gas extractions. A couple opposed to Vancouver’s MAG Silver mine was gunned down in Chihuahua, Mexico. Barrick Gold’s Pascua Lama mine in Chile commits environmental violations and threats against Indigenous leaders who stand up to paramilitary and mining company aggression in Colombia. The model for “disappearing” enemies was set by CIA backed General Pinochet of Chile in the 1970’s.

UBC trainingHarper gave Peru a $53 million aid package to promote mining security to stand up to Indigenous resistance. Mounties are giving special training in security to Peruvians at UBC’s “Extractive Industries and Development”. They work for Canadian mines with old and new colonial tricks to mow down Indigenous defenders of the land.

53 per cent of Peruvians live in poverty. Mining companies leave behind contamination, labor unrest and social decay. 50% of the 229 social conflicts are related to opposition of resource extraction. Jose de Echave, former vice-minister of the Environment, says Canadian companies are causing mining conflicts and deaths.

Vancouver-based Candente Copper is building a copper mine in northern Peru’s fragile tropical forests. The local Cañaris indigenous people say this would destroy their water and livelihood. By law the government must consult them. To get around the law the government declared the Cañaris as “non-indigenous”. Though 95% voted against the mine, the company is proceeding.

In January 2013 the Peruvian police fired on and tear-gassed about 400 protesting Quechua. At least 25 were injured. A dialogue was set-up. The Indigenous were refused entry into the meeting.

In Peru’s southern Andes, Macusani Yellowcake, a small Toronto-based company, is attacking Indigenous opposition to the the first Peruvian uranium project. Peru has no safety regulations on mining and transportation of radio-active material. Most roads are barely travelable around sheer mountain cliffs. Electricity is almost non-existent and water is scarce. The Quechua herd llamas and grow potatoes. Some selected community “leaders” were bribed to sign agreements with the company.

At Barrick’s Lagunas Norte gold mine, in northern Peru, Canadians constantly stir up civil strife. Harper directs Canada’s International Development Agency CIDA to fund and carry out the mining industry’s brutality.

MNN. May 28, 2013. More trouble brewing for the thugs of the Corporation of Canada. What happens when the CEO, officers and accomplices become openly evil? Ghost Busters can’t help? These fearful dictators are flanked by bodyguards. Despotism is called “democracy”. They donate Indigenous land and possessions to fellow foreigners in exchange for paper immortality and off-shore bank accounts. Laws are made to protect them.

These pall-bearer politicians tell their followers to wave flags to celebrate their loss of freedom. Questioners are threatened with arrest and torture. They are treated like idiots and criminals. Who voted these politicians in? The dearly departed? Many say they never voted for them. 

“Out to Lunch” signs go up to evade public discussions. They talk out of two sides of their mouths while their eyes roam elsewhere. 

The public is being treated like Indians! The politicians’ salaries double or triple while education, health and welfare benefits are cut. That’s how our ever-growing $120 trillion Indian Trust Fund got stolen. Remember, these invaders and their followers all came to Great Turtle Island with nothing! They have nothing they can take when they leave!

Another corpulent crony of Prime Minister Harper has been caught in Panama. Dr. Arthur Porter diagnosed himself with inoperable cancer, was treating himself and could not return to Canada. Now he is returning in handcuffs. He allegedly stole over $22.5 million of Canadian taxpayers’ money from the SNC Lavalin construction of Montreal’s mega hospital. Harper had previously appointed him as his oversight head of corruption at CSIS, Canada Security and Intelligence Services. 

Always follow the money. Remind colonial legal systems we are a sovereign Indigenous nation. Do not fear these noisy infestants. Clean water wards off money-hungry, greedy political idolaters. They can be fought with real history and the law of Great Turtle Island, Kaia’nereh:kowa. Remind them of their weaknesses and greed. Watch out! Before he became the new CEO of the Corporation of Canada, he condemned the liberals and demanded the Prime Minister’s resignation over a less corrupt scandal than the one he is dealing with now. Senators oversee the officers of the government on behalf of the shareholders, draft bills and report to the bankers. As the leader of the bankers’ hierarchical system, Harper has to fall on his sword over the exposure of this corruption, “If he has one moral bone in his body”. His “bagman”, Nigel Wright, was ordered, “I told you to discretely take care of that Duffy swindle, you embecile! Now I might have to resign!”

MNN. May 17, 2013. This is the “between the lines” translation of Canadian Prime Minister Harper’s remarks to the Council of Foreign Relations( CFR) bankers in New York City. He reassured them he has our resources and will stop our griping about the theft. Canada is one of the world’s main providers of war material. He thinks the Indigenous can’t interfere as all their corporate Injuns are paid off.

Bankers are fraudulently investing using our unsurrendered resources as collateral. The investors don’t care as long as they make money. He assures access. Then he snickers, “Heh, heh, heh!” 

He says the pipeline is going through! To overcome opposition, the Canada-US border is going to become “seamless” for the Keystone XL pipeline. He controls the $105 trillion Indian Trust Fund to pay for protection from the Indians and any litigation anyone might try. He slipped out that he is calling an election on October 25, 2013, to get a super majority to do whatever he wants to shut us up. He’s getting fed up with our complaining about theft and genocide. 

Canadians won’t lose their high standard of living based on theft, while the Indigenous landlords live in third world conditions. Canadians have made this their right. “We’ve done a better job than the US with our Indian problem”. Another snicker, “Heh, heh, heh!” 

He supports Israel and their genocidal program, based upon Canada’s. He is committed to making the war in the Mid-East happen. Canadians infiltrate around the world to help set up the kind of totalitarian regimes Washington wants and needs. Syria is being made to look like a sectarian conflict, not the resource grab that it is. He reassures they will be brought into submission!

Harper doesn’t like commissions of inquiries into government mistreatment, disappearance and murder of thousands of Indigenous women and mainly children. Commissions expose the government’s criminality. He wants piecemeal programs leading to nothing. “If something isn’t broken, don’t fix it!” 

On immigration he said Canada goes into these other lands, helps bribe some of them to attack the government. Then they come to Canada for protection. Those who rightfully defend their people and have to flee have no right here. Canada kicks them out, calling them “terrorists”.  

The partnership with the US works because they scheme together to make war and steal resources. Canada is an advanced economy because of this. They keep us in line through the genocidal, Indian Act control grid. Canada masquerades as a constitutional democracy, in fact, they do not have a constitution the court will follow. 

Canada has overcome terror and violence by killing off most of us and continuing the genocide. The US is worried about keeping up their trade with their dictators in South America. Canada just goes in there and murders the native resistance, using private security forces. The masses suffer while the neo-cons grow in power. “Same old, same old”. Another snicker, “Heh, heh, heh!”

Not mentioned at the press conference was the main reason he was called to appear before the bankers, the Indian Trust Fund. They don’t want to be charged for theft or go to jail. Everything he said was a pack of lies. On his way out of the CFR meeting, Harper should have sung the Platters song: “Oh, yes i’m the great pretender. Pretending i’m doing well. MNN. May 9, 2013. A beautiful Indigenous 15 year old girl did not realize for a long time she was being followed by a 60-year old man. One day she realized he was frequently on the same buses and coffee shops watching her. She contacted her mother, took a picture and reported him to the police. They could do nothing unless he said something or snatched her.

Many of the young women who are bought and sold in Canada are Indigenous, many between the ages of 10 to 17. Traffickers make $300,000 a year or more for each girl they sexually exploit. trafficking

Canada designed the child welfare, foster care and detention centers system, to create the international sex trade.  

The church and government-run residential school death camps started the child sex trade. The criminal justice system never charges or convicts the corporation of Canada or the churches for perpetrating this program of kidnapping, rape, murder and community breakdown. Corporate media promotes the image of sexually promiscuous children.

The policy is that an Indigenous girl with no bank account and no contacts with her family or community is a criminal, not a victim. Indigenous girls are easily moved by traffickers over the US-Canada border to disappear out of their jurisdiction.

Brainwashed by Canada, our girls are demonized to subject them to gross physical and psychological violence. We are charged when we react to this abuse. Recruiters don’t even have to use brute force. The kids are conditioned to want to please someone, crave validation and acceptance. 

The government designed a process to remove us from our communities and families and place us in care. When we object to abuse, we are placed in detention centers. There the recruiters find us and take us into the sex trade. 

In Winnipeg 70% of sexual exploitation of our youth and 50% of adult workers are Indigenous. The high rate of apprehensions of our children into the child welfare and then criminal justice system is state strategy. We end up in welfare fraud, prostitution, drug trafficking or almost any means to survive. 

Government puts health, education and family services in large urban centers where our kids have to go for services. They can’t get jobs or education and can be recruited there. Police don’t pay attention to runaways 14 years old and over. Recruiters even go to schools, which don’t protect our kids at all.

MNN. May 6, 2013. Prime Minister Harper just announced at the G20 meeting he is personally dismantling the non-“sovereignty” of Canada, to be governed by a new world order. Canadian Security and Intelligence Service CSIS revealed that foreign governments have taken control of Canadian politicians and bureaucrats, Harper may be one of them. These spies receive money, guidance and their orders from their handlers, the banker shareholders that own the corporation of Canada. Their fake by-laws make it necessary to always spy on each other. They bribe, lie, poison, seduce, assassinate and make secret deals with each other. It’s spy vs. spy.  spy

Harper’s plan to dismantle Canada is good news. There will be burning and shredding of evidence to hide their criminality and genocide before closing their shop of secret horrors and political terrorism. They can take only what they came here with, nothing! Their corporation can only use military force to control their illicit activities and theft. Our resources and the ever-growing $80.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund belongs to us. Soon Great Turtle Island will no longer be occupied by the enemy.

Their artificial ‘sovereignty’ can only control by threatening violence. These invaders with various backgrounds are not part of our land. Their corporate Injun traitors will become useless and have to answer to our people for their treason.

MASS MURDER IN CANADA

MNN. Apr. 26, 2013. In 1870 a school was set up in the Six Nations community targeting  Mohawk children from all Mohawk communities. They were incarcerated and exterminated. Forensic evidence substantiates that the Crown of England, Vatican, Canadian government and churches carried out the killings of 50,000 Indigenous children across Canada. 40% of the students were murdered.

Recently found in secret graves were bones, bits of school uniforms, arms, skeletons of children as young as 3 years of age and other material. They were covered with several feet of dirt, plants and trees.

Which criminal acts is Canada guilty of in relation to the murder of Indigenous children at government residential school death camps? 

A serial killer kills 3 or more persons over a period of time for psychological gratification. Often a sexual element is involved. Other motives include anger, thrill, financial gain and attention getting. Victims may have something in common, occupation, race, appearance, sex or age. Killings could go on over a long period of time. 

Mass murder is killing a large number of people at the same time over a short period of time, in a single location. A number of victims are killed by an individual or an organization.  Some of the perpetrators die by suicide or are killed in shoot outs or go unfounded.

In genocide mass murder is the intention of government agents to exterminate a large number of people, such as unarmed protesters, innocent people in cities, random or planned executions of civilians or children. Governments annihilating entire groups of people can be both genocide or crimes against humanity. Such crimes have no charges nor convictions. 

In 1948 the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” Article 2 provides that genocide is deliberate and systematic murder in whole or in part of an ethnic, racial or national group; killing members of a group; causing serious bodily harm; deliberately inflicting death; preventing births; transferring children to another group; destroying political and social institutions, culture, language, national feelings, religion and economy; or destroying their personal security, health, dignity and lives. Canada signed this convention and is guilty of most of these crimes. 

The National Criminal Court was established in 2002 to try states that signed the treaty such as Canada. The UN determined it cannot interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign nations. Genocide can only end when these powers no longer have a stake in the region where genocide is being carried out. Canada is not sovereign. It is a corporation without land.

The surviving students are now telling us what they know. Attached is the report of the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State ITCCS of the crimes carried out at the “Mush Hole” death camp at Six Nations. The genocide program in Canada is firmly in place and still on track. Duncan Campbell Scott, the colonial superintendent of Indian Affairs, plotted “the final solution of the Indian problem” in the Indian Advancement Act of 1924. The international community has no choice but to follow international law and charge Canada with the crime of genocide, and put a stop worldwide.
