The corporation of Canada forces us all to acquire banking names in all capital letters, which infers a corporation. The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. UPDATE: Two kanionkehaka of kahnawake were raided for running businesses based on permits issued by MCK Inc. One entrepreneur in the wine business was informed by the judge in the Admiralty Court in Montreal that the permit from the band council was not valid and illegal. Another entrepreneur was charged with running a business in kahnawake based on a permit issued by the band council, which was also found to be illegal and invalid. Mainstream media interviewed corporate Canadian chiefs who know these permits are illegal as it has been tried and tested in court. Other businesses have been shut down for the same reason. The people of khenteke are in their third year of developing a new economy to benefit the entire community. Agents of the ART and the shadow government of Canada are watching. The families in khenteke are all benefitting from this new economy. The children are closely watching their parents. The Tyendinaga Indian Act band council’s role is to spread the bread crumbs over the people of khenteke.

The kanionkehaka’onwe will always exercise our rights and duties as directed by kaianerekowa, the great peace. Nobody, police, band council, Ontario, Canada or Joe Blow on the street will tell us what to do on our land. In comparison kanawake Indian Act council waits for Canada to tell them what to do. 

In khenteke, nobody dares to interfere with the people who are each sovereign and understand fully the great peace. Nobody can tell them what to think or do on their land.

KHENTEKE MEETING PLACE

In kahnawake the band council holds their meetings at the police station. In khenteke the band council tries to work in harmony with the people and hold meetings at one of the marijuana establishments.

In kahnawake there is only one true native entrepreneur, and her name is kwetiio. Nobody can tell her what to think or do in kahnawake. In khenteke, if cops show up uninvited, they will be met by the men at the eastern door, who carry out their duties according to the kaianerekowa.

We have family who we call tehatiskarorens. Anahariio, an ancient medicine man from kahnawake, treated people from all over the world 80 years ago. He made medicine and told them not to abuse it. We put natural tobacco into our pipe and send our thoughts and words into creation so they would know what we are thinking.

We have a right to create our economy as we see fit. The whole Indian Act band council system should look at how the tyendinaga council is trying to be in harmony. This is the beginning of the end of the pledge of fealty to a foreign autocrat. 

Our peoples must get the federal, provincal and Indian Act monkeys off our backs. We can and will survive and coexist with all life. We will decide where our economy goes. No one else. Not on our land. Soon they will sit down with us and tell us how they will fix the mess they created. They have to negotiate their presence here according to the tekeni teohateh [August 25, 1701] which they violated. Therefore, they are illegal immigrants.

When looking at kahnawake, the khenteke people see the MCK police station as the Canadian embassy. In comparison, The kentekeh people fought against Canada installing one of their military police stations in their community. One guy said, “Surround the Canadian Embassy [police station] and demand the Indian Act band council come out and face the people on our own ground”. 

Those going to the band council legitimizes them and accepts their authority. We have a word for them  tehenteriwahshneh ionkeiatehninos. It is natural for the people to call the meetings. The earth is our longhouse. 

The MCK is self serving and is not our authority. To protect our children’s birthright we have to assert our sovereignty. MCK is organized crime. Passing corporate resolutions on our possessions without the voice of the people. This violates multiple wampums. 

As Jim Stafford says in the very first pro marijuana song: one day this fella from Washington come by and spied them and turned white as a sheet. MNN. Nov. 19, 2018. In 1911 the last Yahi emerged from the wilderness at Oroville California, near San Francisco. The Americans thought they had massacred all the Yahi and that he was the last “wild Indian”. The completely decimated city of Paradise stands on Yahi land, about 125 miles north of Sacramento, where the fire started and spread. The current fires are the largest in the history of California. Paradise will be uninhabitable for the foreseeable future. 

Americans had placed the survivors of the genocide of over 100 million in the Western Hemisphere in prison camps called “reservations”. The Yahi were thought to have all been killed in the California genocide in the 19th century. This is the story of “Ishi, the Last Yahi” who appeared out of the wildeness in 1911 and died in captivity five years later:

The natural people of turtle island are following the instructions of creation, to feed and care for their families and to live in peace anywhere.  Those corporate borders set up the invaders are meant to stop and examine themselves, not us. We true natives of turtle island are not immigrants!!! Our family that is travelling from the South of great turtle island to the North are traversing our land. They can come anyway they want, by plane, by inner tube, by boat, by car or with one foot in front of the other. 

These corporations want some of us as cheap labor to work for the immigrant. These intruders have no right to turn back, falsely charge any of them for being native or hunting them down for doing what we have every right to do. The immigrants are the criminals and have no right to stop us or to interfere with our free use and enjoyment of our lands. 

Family, you are native people. Every single thing on great turtle island from the North Pole to the tip of South America is our home. As relatives we need to support each other so our family can continue to live and survive on our mother. 

Casting away the colonialist propaganda that has kept our families apart, once again we are one people and we care very much for each other. 50 YEARS SINCE CORNWALL BRIDGE BLOCKADE

MNN. Oct. 21, 2018. For over 50 years this National Film Board documentary film was seen by millions of people around the world. Participants regularly get comments on the blockade of the International Bridge at Akwessne. It is one of the most important milestones in which natives made a definite statement to the world and governments that we have special rights and that the Canada-U.S border does not exist for natives people. The Jay Treaty of 1794 was for the intruders only. The treaty between the British and Americans has withstood many legal challenges by governments in the United States and Canada. It affirms our natural rights as the original peoples of turtle island. 

It is an international treaty between foreign nations with a provision [Article III] respecting our natural freedom and right to live freely on our land where creation placed us without any hindrance. 

All natives benefitted from this action by kanionkehaka/Mohawks who stood at the Customs House on that cold day on December 20, 1968. 

The rotinoshonni’onwe Iroquois have a long history of making such statements to the world. Annually in Niagara Falls the natives have marched across the Niagara River since the 1920s to remind them of our free passage and their borders do not apply to us.

Another history making event was when Paul K. Diabo of kahnawake, an ironworker, was ordered by the American government to be deported to Canada as an alien. The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the rights of natives to cross freely between Canada and the United States without hindrance or molestation. 

In 1968 the world saw a small group of Mohawks and other natives make a declaration that we are not going to allow anyone to interfere with our natural rights.  

This commemoration at Concordia University is a significant event. Everyone is welcome.
