MNN. Aug. 13, 2015. In 1994 the Longhouse asked me to run for chief against Joe Norton in the band council election to stop the casino. He was set to bring it in which the people did not want. He needed to win the referendum being run at the same time as the election.

To avoid compromising themselves the traditional people decided not to vote for in the band council election but only against the casino. Our way of decision-making is the clan system where we openly discuss the issues in public. We don’t have secret ballots with pretend artificial characters to make pretend deals. We only go forward when we become of one mind.

On election day longhouse people came in large numbers to vote against the casino. At 6 pm the polling stopped in the gym in the karonhianonha school. The Indian Affairs officials and two selected council officials ushered people out the door to start counting the votes. They could not start as they were waiting for something.

This is not new!

Same old, same old. 

In a class room behind the gym toward the back door two spies for the people were hiding. They saw a truck drive up. A box that looked like the box where all the ballots were dumped was brought in. The box with the real ballots was brought out of the gym, taken away, loaded onto the truck and gone. Then the box with the dummy votes was taken into the gym and counted. Joke Norton and most of his nominees won! The referendum votes couldn’t be fixed and the casino was defeated.

In Canada the most important elections are the band elections. It is the fraudulent matrix set up to steal our land and resources to pay for Canada’s existence.

In 1985 I was working in Indian Affairs in Ottawa. I was appointed to review the piles of appeals from band elections throughout Canada. In most I found them to be irregular and had been tampered with. I recommended that either another election be held or they be investigated. If Indian Affairs liked the one that got in, they were allowed to stay. If not, another election was called. Otherwise nothing was done. These small crucial communities were easy for them to manipulate, just like every other election.

We thought we had gotten rid of a bad guy here in Kahnawake. Now twenty years later he comes scampering back to haunt us, just like the bad guys in “As the World Turns”.

MNN. Aug. 10, 2015. After meeting with Donald Trump, Joe “One-armed-Bandit” Norton, of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. told us, “Everything’s got to change”. He lost two referenda to put his casino in our community. The Donald and Joe decided to put it in the St. Lawrence River off Kahnawake.

Now his partner is running for President of the US. It looks like the Donald is behind the false face running Kahnawake, and eventually all of the Rotinoshonni communities in Canada and US.

Joe helps himself to our sovereignty and money to make himself and his outside friends into billionaires [Mohawk Internet Technology]. His name JOSEPH NORTON and his title are both owned outright by the corporation known as the CROWN.

He’s helping Canada steal everything we have: the economy that depends on our resources, justice to keep us out of the way, social issues to distract us, health care to keep us sick, foreign affair to lie to the world about us, defense to design deadly “INDIAN Details” to control us, governance to keep the bankers happy, our energy to sell to the highest bidder, environment to ruin our land, pipelines to carry away stolen oil and gas, military to protect their international partners and terrorism to try to scare us if we resist. Joe and other band councils are front men of this diabolical plan.

Joe never mentions the kaianerehkowa, the Great Peace, in any public statements. “Joke  Norton” is trying to municipalize us, as per Canada’s 1924 business plan. He is implementing the final step in the genocide called CANADA. On October 14, 1998, he signed ten deadly agreements with Quebec to undermine us: to cover fiscal matters on consumer goods and services; tobacco, fuel and alcoholic beverages; transportation and user fees; economic development; administration of justice; registration of births, marriages and deaths; child care; police services; combat sports; and liquor permits. Joe puts a dollar value on everything. He pretends to represent us. Historically, in all Mohawk communities only 5% take part in the imposed European election system.

In 1979 he got someone to put forward a fake resolution to return Kahnawake to a traditional ”form” of government, not the real traditional government. He is trying to bring in “an extraordinary new process”! [What does that mean?]

Joe knows that every living thing on ono’ware:geh is ours, rocks, water, minerals, trees, oil gas and so on. Admiralty courts cannot make a declaration on this. Canada is not a country and has no constitution. Joe wants a nation-to-nation relationship with Quebec, which is a colony. He wants us to “cohabitate and share our resources with the colonial settlers, for the sake of our health, education and justice”.

Macleans magazine declared him to be the most influential INDIAN owned by the corporation of Canada. Joe wants to be like the crooks that taught him about capitalism. MNN. AUG. 7, 2015. Quebec is once again trying to force their colonial jurisdiction over the kanion’ke:haka [Mohawk] tobacco industry. They are trying to eliminate the Mohawks as competition in the tobacco trade. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK pretend to resist while trying to regulate us on behalf of the CROWN. We are not to participate in the tobacco business, which the government want to totally control so they can charge $10 a pack. Tobacco is the most important medicine on ono’ware:geh.Quebec tries to ban cigaret sales Kahnawake.

The CROWN tells their incorporated INDIANS they have to replace the funding from Indian Affairs who stole our Indian Trust Funds. They want the council to regulate us and then collect taxes from our businesses and then from everything else, to totally assimilate us.

The MCK gives a false impression that they are protecting our rights to do business. They have been told to take control like Haudenosaunee Development Institute Inc. HDI is attempting at Six Nations. In 1997 the Onondaga council of chiefs tried and failed to work out the same deal with New York State to control businesses in all our communities. Our resistance lead to the military operation known as the “Indian Detail”, which is now proceeding in NYS court.

Canada is not a legal country as defined by the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. There’s no language called “Canadian”. They use England and France’s languages and continue to occupy our land. They masquerade Canada as a real country to the world. US and Canada know we will never submit to anyone.

The council is the tool that makes the evil possible among us. Kahnawake is supposed to become a replica of the slave state white society. MCK swears allegiance to the CROWN. They and their followers are carrying out the final solution to the “INDIAN problem”. Captain Detlor’s business plan appears to be the final dessimation of the Iroquois people and to enrich himself as much as possible, As the economic hit-man taught him, “Don’t worry about the people, think about you and your family”. When he showed up he was a broke lawyer with no experience. Now he is a multi millionaire through his deception of the people.

Divide and conquer strategy is implemented by putting Handsome Lake Masonic longhouses throughout all Mohawk territories.

It appears his marketing strategy is in play, first, to take control of the local media. Also to create divisions within communities at every level to accommodate their “ordo ab chao”. It appears the next part of the marketing strategy is to provide the order for the chaos that they have created in “6 Nay”. Red-X sees the big picture, that there’s not much time left before the return of Dekanawida.

Before the business plan and formation of HDI, 80 windmills were illegally erected in Kanekotah. After the creation of HDI, another 220 windmills appeared. Since they are mostly Samsung windmills, HDI has something to do with them as well. We already claimed all the windmills on our land.

NY State and Onondaga Nation chiefs Inc. burnt down businesses and homes of non-followers and banished them to the desert in 1997. It appears to Red-X that HDI is following this military model through corporatism. Band councilors will be in on the business as they were in Onondaga.

ATTEMPTED CORPORATE HOSTILE TAKEOVER OF “6 NAY”

May 11, 2015. Haudenosaunee Development [HDI] is the administrative arm of Haudenosaunee Confederacy Council of Chiefs [HCCC]. It is the Masonic longhouse at Six Nations. Two secret Engagement Agreements were made with Samsung for wind and solar power on Rotinoshonni land in 2013 and 2014. Onondaga beaver clan asked for copies of contracts and were refused. They demanded the dismantlement of HDI and for Aaron Detlor, Hazel Hill and Brian Doolittle to be removed and investigated. At the last meeting, recorded by Two Row Times, Cayuga wolfs, snipes and beaver clans opposed the attempted implementation of foreign laws. [HDI 519-445-4222].

Non-ongwe’hon:weh Bar lawyer, Aaron Detlor, represents the CROWN. In 2006 during the Caledonia uprising at Six Nations, Detlor interfered with our young men from guarding the line according to the Men’s Council. He appeared to have a separate agenda. Hazel Hill, of HDI, is an Ontario notary public and signs on behalf of  HCCC chiefs. Band councils and Haudenosaunee “collaborators” that sign on with HDI in effect pledge to support the destruction of the Great Peace, the genocide of our people and waive our sovereign immunity, traditional law and customs over all our land. They agree to help stop all un-HDI sanctioned commercial projects “by all means”.

HCCC is the incorporated Iroquois Confederacy “and all its member nations”, attempting to replace, tribal councils and longhouses. Corporatism gone INDIAN is the height of fascism. On their website, HDI claims to be the administrative arm for all Haudenosaunee communities on our territories. Allegedly, all INDIAN enterprises, development or trade must be sanctioned by HDI. Financial audits, projects and reports have been removed from the website.

This is a corporate hostile takeover bid of every Rotinoshonni community in Canada. The Great Law/kaia’nere:kowa is being turned into a hierarchical pyramid based on the Vatican model.

“Member nations” must go through HDI and support their illegal usurpation of the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois. Otherwise they will be banished by an “independant” HDI board. Clans have no power. The hierarchical corporate government is directly answerable to the CROWN, with payment of taxes and fees. HDI will regulate all businesses that generate an income, such as tobacco, gas stations, gift shops, restaurants, and so on. GRE have made their own arrangements with Canada and US.

GRETI Inc. will control all our money on behalf of HDI and its affiliates. Apparently Detlor incorporated HCCC and HDI under the Corporation of Canada to protect the chiefs. Allegedly, elders and clan mothers have been massively abused. Detlor is not on any paperwork. Hazel Hill, Jock Hill and the elders could be prosecuted and held responsible for any malfeasance.

Many strangers have been infiltrating our communities. Tom Keefer’s family invested in Two Row Times, where he works. Aaron Detlor got control of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Council of Chiefs. Both attended university in Toronto and arrived in Six Nations in 2006. Detlor was an energy lawyer for Power Bud in Toronto. Detlor gave workshops to energy lawyers on how to win law suits against ongwe’hon:weh [see link]. The owner was disbarred and the firm disbanded. Detlor is well briefed on Iroquois issues. He tried to psychologically usurp authority by twisting some of the principles of the Great Peace. This scenario appears to be following the same blueprint that was done to us in Onondaga in 1997.

PRISONERS OF WAR PSYCHOSIS

MNN. MAY 6, 2015.  First Canada passed the Indian Act 1876 to declare us as non-persons and wards of the state.  This was to take control of our Indian Trust Funds. On October 25th 1924 the Indian Advancement Act was implemented by the colony of Canada as the 100-year plan to be rid of the “Indian problem”. Prisoners of war camps POW called “INDIAN reserves”, were set up across Canada by the War Department in 1924. Barbed wire fences, guards, passes and permission to leave and our children removed and placed in residential school death camps. Indian Affairs is run by the Department of Defense to this day. They are now in their 90th year of completing this genocide program.

Military planners design the captivity psychosis in POW camps. They determine the standards of behavior. Brutal and unfeeling wardens select subordinates to oversee the camp. Those who do not fit in and the weaker ones are removed. Lack of adequate food, clothing, shelter and poor physical conditions create shame, stunned stupor, deep confusion, anger and death. Inmates suffer from confinement, inactivity and isolation making them inert and silent. Some are allowed to work as hired hands for local settlers. Inmates eventually become scared of being set free.

Stress and deliberate misinformation causes loss of identity and pride. They are discouraged from thinking about their past. Tension and disorder are constantly fostered between different groups. Divisive quarrels are created to more easily control the inmates. Movies and games are selected for “barbed wire madness” to create futility. Improper food and long term deterioration breaks down their thinking. Inmates become apathetic and refuse to take part in camp affairs. They can’t concentrate and lose their memory about themselves, their families and the communities they come from.

RCMP walked into the longhouse in Akwesasne, put a gun to the chief’s head and shot him dead. He was immediately replaced by the fake chief and band council system. In 1924 at Tyendinaga all of our farms in Prince Edward County were confiscated. We were arrested and interred in the new 18,000 acre concentration camp and turned into prisoners of war. It was originally 880,000 acres.

In 1990 the military came into Akwesasne, Kahnawake and Kanehsatake because legally we are still prisoners of war which is still un der their jurisdiction. Karonhiaktajeh, told us we are the sleeping lion. The tense hatred, accumulated anger, hopelessness and cynicism created is a military control strategy. He created a “de’INDIANIZATION” strategy based on relearning the philosophy of the Great Peace, Kaia’nereh:kowa.

MNN. Apr. 28, 2015. 4 days ago a Napanee Gun Chatter website called Kanionkehaka/Mohawks criminals, “They’re killing all the fishing. We should do something about it”. Every spring when the pickerel return to tyendinaga we deal with this maniacal settler-colonialism. Unknown men on dirt bikes showed up in someone’s backyard in Tyendinaga. They beat up two guys and ran over another. Two days ago two Mohawk men went missing while fishing early in the morning in the Bay of Quinte, Tyler Maracle 21 and Matt Fairman 26.bay of quinte

The Ontario Provincial Police was called to help find them. Hundreds of people showed up to search the shores. A broken oar was found in the water. On the other side of the bay their jackets, cellphone and weighters were found. No boat nor bodies have been found as of yet. Cops did little. The chopper came for one hour, went on to Barry.

Like Onondaga, this community is run by the military with the help of the incorporated band council and mayors of the surrounding towns. The Councils’ job is to know about every INDIAN in the community and to keep us all in darkness.

In October 25, 1924 colonial Indian Lands Acts were illegally passed by Canada, a colony of Britain. The Corporation of Canada set up Prisoner of War Camps called “Indian reservations” and expanded the Department of Indians under direct army control. The I.R. number is the POW camp number. Commissioned and non-commissioned officers are the managers and planners.

Fences went up. Indian agents and guards tended the gate. Soldiers taught in our schools. Passes and permission were needed to leave. We lost all our land and had to work for those who stole it. The Indian agents were our sheep dogs until the 60s. Now the INDIANS can guard themselves, overseen by the band/tribal councils under the watchful eye of the army. The sheep dogs are gone. Perfect form of slavery is when the sheep are controlling themselves with no sheep dog.

The 14th floor “war room” at Indian Affairs is part of the Department of Defense. Each area surrounding our ongwehonwe communities have multi-phased Police Operational Response Plans designed by the military. The army is involved in everything that happens in the POW camps. Police are on stand-by. The investigator in charge is in daily contact with the band councils.

Our men are vital. They are charged with the protection, defence and welfare of the people. They take many forms, such as peacekeeping, teaching, speaking to the people, repossessing lost lands, maintaining human rights and diplomatic relations. We cherish our men.
