On October 2 Department of Health and Human Services told Congress that anyone “lawfully present” inside the US would qualify for Obamacare even if they are not citizens, that includes students, travelers, registered Immigrants and most illegal aliens or non-citizens.bad medicine

The online application for Obamacare directs the applicant to register to vote. A lot of abuses can occur. Millions of secret outsiders can vote in US elections. 

None are legal citizens of Onowara:geh, Great Turtle Island. They are all illegal “Honey Boo Boos” who came from all over the world to squat and plunder. These thieves are now telling everybody who is or isn’t “legal’. It’s manipulation to steal more resources from us to create a dictatorship. 

A target of at least 21.3 million voters is at stake. They can give a block vote and control the presidency. If they don’t sign up, they will be punished, fined or jailed. 

Trick or TreatyCorporate rule of 51% will put more power in the hands of corporations and oligarchs to run the government and get total control of the treasury. Soon an emergency will be created. Today states are already run by EM Emergency Managers who answer to the corporations. The bankers dissolve the corporation charters of the cities and other entities, like Detroit, and buy up the assets for pennies on the dollar.

MNN. Sep. 7, 2013. US Senator John McCain was caught playing poker on his cell phone during the planning session to kill Syrian people. He laughed, “The worst part is that I lost $10 grand!” Corporate war-mongers are amoral serial killers. They are sex offenders on a large scale. Both get a kick out of killing masses of people.

Some sex offenders keep souvenirs linking them to their victims. It fuels their sense of themselves and the power they think they have over their victims. Mass murderers take the wealth of their victims called the “spoils of war”.   

Gruesome killings are carefully planned out, not random. When 150 million Indigenous were murdered, no evidence was supposed to be left that we ever existed. They left no bragging rights on their brutality to scare everybody! Today we are finding Indigenous artifacts hanging on the wall of the corporate monsters, to remind them of their skill in carrying out bizarre atrocities on millions without guilt punishment. 

The offenders document their crimes to re-experience the thrill of their debased cruelty. War museums, films and school books show how they can take any victim they chose any way they like and tell it as they please.

Sex offenders start by peeping through windows, like the National Security Agency NSA collecting useless mega data on everybody. Privacy is broken into. “Lingerie’, computers and so on are stolen. Photographs are taken with the “goodies’. Some sex offenders are called “imbedded journalists” who travel with the troops to record the atrocities against innocent people.  

They both start small. Then the “sexual attacks” get grosser. In Iraqi prison Abu Graib US forces posed for pictures with huge lascivious smiles on their faces. The prisoners were bound, raped and then suffocated to death.

These murderers cannot be rehabilitated. Statues and memorials are erected of mass murderers and political serial killers like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. The bankers want everyone to know about their brutality. 

Maybe revelations by Julian Assange and Edward Snowdon of their cruelty could be the icing on the cake for these madmen. Mass murderers like Pinochet and George Bush don’t want obscurity.

MNN. Aug. 28, 2013. In the spring of 2005 the women of Akwesasne asked the men to fill council positions in the Turtle, Wolf and Bear clans. Bear and Wolf Clans each selected three men and the Turtle Clan selected one. During the next few years, they worked on establishing various businesses to help the people. 

In July 2011 to September 2012 the Three Feathers casino in Akwesasne was operated by the Longhouse people.

At 5.00 a.m. on December 18, 2012 Three Feathers was raided by US federal marshals, border patrol agents and Mohawk tribal police. Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan was arrested at the business site on a US warrant using NYS Inc. gambling laws that are invalid in Akwesasne. Three men were named in indictments. Kahnieretiio of the Bear Clan was placed under house arrest and could not leave Akwesasne. Tony Laughing was also placed under house arrest with an ankle bracelet. Bail [ransom] of $50,000 was set for Rorahkwiserake of the Wolf Clan who remains in a Plattsburgh NY prison. leg bracelet

On December 28 2012 the Six Nations Rotiskenrakehte/Men received the issue. Six Nations Counsel of Chiefs, Tekarihoken Royaner, offered his clan family support. Kanenhariyo, on formal loan from the Turtle Clan, became temporary Ayonwes [War Chief]. 

The Two Row Wampum agreement gave Europeans limited rights to live on our land. They are bound to return any of our people who may be in violation to be judged by our people. We must also return their prisoners to them. [Two Row Wampum, Great Law of Peace and Great Peace of Montreal 1701.] Ignorance of the law is  no excuse.

The Mohawk/Kanionkehaka are the northern “Keepers of the Eastern Door” of the Iroquois Confederacy. We are the enforcers of the Great Peace and protect our people, territory and waterways. The charges by the foreign corporations of the United States, New York State, US federal marshals, border patrols and Mohawk tribal police against our people are illegal. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. is a foreign entity. The Kaianerekowa/Great Law of Peace is the only law of Onowaregeh. We never forfeited jurisdiction over ourselves, our land and resources to foreign entities incorporated under the Admiralty law of the seas. We have a rightful duty to resist. 

These principles are affirmed in the US Constitution, British North America Act; the international Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, United Nations Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other international legal instruments that the US and Canada have signed. 

General Assembly Resolution 1541 [XV] requires the informed consent of the people before they are included in another state; the international Court of Justice affirmed this in the Western Sahara case; and the Indigenous people never consented to be part of the US and Canada.  

All individual or foreign entities wishing to discuss issues with us must go through proper protocol, which is the US President and Queen Elizabeth, who represents the occupiers.    

This illegal interference in Indigenous trade and commerce will end. The Mohawks will resist illegality and affirm our inherent rights.akwe casino

MURDER AT MEGANTIC

MNN. 8 July 2013. On Saturday morning, July 6th, a bomb wiped out the center of the town of Lac-Megantic [Quebec] on Mohawk Territory. Over 60 of the French settlers for whom we are responsible were murdered and ‘disappeared”.

According to the Great Peace of Montreal 1701 is under the protection of the Constitution of the Council of the Great Peace. We have a duty to protect all living things. We demand a full investigation of this criminal act of the multinational corporations. Montreal, Mine & Atlantic Railway Ltd., was hauling 73 substandard tankers and locomotives carrying toxic crude to Irving Oil in Saint Johns New Brunswick for the US market. Every train that goes through our towns and villages is loaded with enough ammunition to create a “war zone”. 

The train was parked in Nantes. Nobody was in the locomotive. The engineer had locked up and gone to sleep at a nearby hotel. At 11:30 the brakes of one locomotive was mysteriously released. It caught fire and billowed smoke. The fire department was called to put it out. The remaining cars were not checked. At 1:00 am. the remaining cars started moving directly downhill into the Lac-Megantic town center, about 11 kilometers away. A a social gathering was taking place. The train sped toward them, careened off the track, came to a stop near the middle of town and blew up like an atom bomb. The people and town centre were incinerated. The poisons ran into the lake.

Canada ships $73 billion in oil to the US every year, passing them through our towns and villages. Environmental regulations are constantly being removed and/or sidestepped. More shipping of crude oil is planned for the east and west coasts. 

The railroad tankers used in US and Canada are old and dangerous. By deregulation they don’t have to be replaced. Even more unsafe pipelines are being planned. Someone would have a strong motive for releasing those brakes. We Indigenous people should oversee any investigation of such criminal acts on our land. 

Foreign corporations normally cover their criminality by paying off all the corrupt politicians and law makers. They look for perpetrators before picking their “patsy”. The victims are forgotten. We will stop the destruction of Mother Earth caused by their toxic economy. These railroads, pipelines, roads and waterways are creating ecological destruction on our land. We are all at risk.   

There must be an immediate ban on transporting all war materials across Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island. It violates the Council of the Great Peace, the law of the land. As Jimi sang in “House Burning Down”: “Look at the sky/turn a hellfire red. Somebody’s house in burning/down, down, down, down. MNN. June 29, 2013. The mayors of four Montreal South Shore communities are blocking Quebec’s decision to give back a 300-acre plot of stolen land to the Mohawks of Kahnwake. It was taken to build Highway 30 on unceded territory. The mayors said “two wrongs don’t make a right”. Returning stolen property is just wrong! They have big plans for this prime real estate, which is presently zoned for agriculture. highway 30

The Mohawks have seen Kahnawake shrink to make way for railroads, highways and bridges. During construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway, thousands of tons of clay were dug up and dumped onto Kahnawake, making it useless for agriculture. No consultation ever took place.

On August 17, 2008, the Women Title Holders of the Mohawk Nation issued a Notice of Objection to the illegal construction of Highway 30 on Kahnawake. It was sent by registered mail to Canada, Quebec and their puppet Mohawk Council of Kahnawake.

The northern “Keepers of the Eastern Door” of the Iroquois Confederacy have the duty to protect the territory, old villages, burial sites and waterways. The colonial Quebec construction permits are illegal. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is an entity of the Canadian Corporation. They cannot make decisions for the Mohawk Nation.  

According to WAMPUM 44 of the Great Law of Peace, the Women are the caretakers of the land, water and air for the future generations of Great Turtle Island. Foreign laws, the usurpation of Kanionkehaka territory and resources have always been resisted.  

These rights are affirmed in the British North America Act, 1867, Sections 109 and 132; the international Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, United Nations Convention on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other international legal instruments that Canada has signed.

Canada, Quebec, the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake and all their agents violated inherent Mohawk authority. The Mohawk Nation is the legal authority as confirmed by the law of the land, Kaia’nere:kowa. All individual or foreign entities wishing to discuss issues must go through proper diplomatic channels.

The visitors can come to one mind with us by following the white roots to its source and to sit under the shade of the tree of peace. This cycle of abuse, enforcing illegal jurisdiction over Mohawks, illegal construction must end. Dignity, equality and a voice to all peoples is extended. The Mohawks are taking back some of our land. As the Beatles sang, “Get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged. She No Speak

MNN. June 24, 2013. Why did Kanienkehaka/Mohawk power break down? Our men were weakened by the deliberate social and political breakdown, alcoholism, war, poor physical and mental health, teachings of pacifism, movement restrictions, loss of lands and economic rights. Traditionally Haudenosaunee women speak out and question everything.  We are the inherent holders of the land for the coming generations. We create peace by regulating war. None can be called until the women try three times to achieve a peaceful solution. We appoint the warriors, define the conflict and negotiate peace. When the newcomers realized that Haudenosaunee chiefs acted on the recommendations of the women based on the consensus of the people, they set out to break these power bonds. A policy was developed to deal with men only on land, political and trade issues.

The tie to the earth is through the women. The men protect these connections. The strong female role as the foundation of Haudenosaunee society was uprooted. The male dominated hierarchical system took its toll on all the people. The invaders are educated to not hear or see us. Women as the progenitors of the soil were forced by policy to be subservient to the men. will not reform

European men felt uneasy about dealing with women, especially in relation to land and resource holdings. Indigenous female power bonds were a major obstacle. The matrilocal communal land holding system was targeted for destruction. A new regime of land held by a few foreign bankers and corporate entities was set in place to conform to the European hierarchical world view. 

To oppress our women is to oppress all of us. The “She No Speak” colonial system is rigid, punitive, demeaning and self-deprecating towards women. We are not supposed to question male authority. 

Europeans broke the women’ power through non-native religious influence and the Indian Act and Federal Indian Law passed by the colonists. These violations of the rule of law forced us in a subservient position to our men in our relations with the colonists. The major underpinnings of Kanienkehaka sovereignty were undermined.

BUMS RUSH

MNN. Jun 15, 2013. We are the biggest contributors in history. Our real estate, Great Turtle Island, has been illegally put up by foreigners for the largest economy in the world! The crooks are rushing to eject us from our land to try to squeeze the last bit of our rights and ever growing $305 trillion Indian Trust Fund. They will get the bums rush. The rest will follow the white roots and take shelter under the tree. Everybody will be equal, have a voice and be of one mind with us.

The rulers and band/tribal councils: “Let’s get out of here quick, take it all with us and hide!”

The colonial population is in fast decline? The real work force is predominantly native and people of color. We are having lots of babies. The schools are full of brown faces. Many non-natives don’t want  kids but want ours to work for them and take care of them in their old age.  

A cheap work force is their dream. They fear us taking control of our lives, thinking for ourselves and making our own economic and social decisions. 

The leaders of the G20 economic summit are controlled by mostly whites from countries with depleted resources. They want a military power to run the world through slavery and theft. They live in walled enclaves, guarded by troops and keep ordinary people at a distance, especially the natural people of Great Turtle Island and the world. 

We’re supposed to change their sheets, empty their potties, wipe their bums, feed them, etc. but not respected as the true landlords. We are supposed to serve, bow and scrape to them. That’s ending fast!

They are a type of albinism, a genetic adaptation, to cope with the cloudy skies of Europe. They can’t adapt to the strong sun and are getting bred out. 

One day the young people will be shocked to learn that Great Turtle Island was once overrun by visiting palefaces! ”Whatever happened to them, Totah? Did you ever see one?” 

There will soon be a shortage of young people to fill vacant positions in the public sector, services, manufacturing, etc. We will take the jobs and complain about the violations of our sovereignty, theft of our funds, lands and resources. Maybe they’re afraid we’ll run their society like an Indian reservation. Indigenous women have powerful roles in future social, political and economic life. MNN. May 31, 2013. During the tornado of corruption scandals in Ottawa, Prime Minister Stephen “Speedy-Gonzales” Harper sped to Peru for a few days. Media failed to report that he went to give “foreign aid” to Canadian mining companies that are committing major human rights crimes against Indigenous people. [Stephen Boyd, May 30/13, The Tyce. Last year, Canada invested $6.9 billion in extracting mining, oil and gas in South America. The funds came from the Indian Trust Fund without our consent.

Harper landed, said, “Hi!” to the President of Peru and then quickly flew off to Cali to meet with the right-wing Pacific Alliance of Peru, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Canada is at the forefront of strategies to kill Indigenous and steal their natural resources worldwide.

Pacific Alliance of right wing regimes [Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico] is  well known internationally for human rights abuses against their opponents. 15 civilians were recently murdered by Peruvian police during protests over oil, mining and gas extractions. A couple opposed to Vancouver’s MAG Silver mine was gunned down in Chihuahua, Mexico. Barrick Gold’s Pascua Lama mine in Chile commits environmental violations and threats against Indigenous leaders who stand up to paramilitary and mining company aggression in Colombia. The model for “disappearing” enemies was set by CIA backed General Pinochet of Chile in the 1970’s.

UBC trainingHarper gave Peru a $53 million aid package to promote mining security to stand up to Indigenous resistance. Mounties are giving special training in security to Peruvians at UBC’s “Extractive Industries and Development”. They work for Canadian mines with old and new colonial tricks to mow down Indigenous defenders of the land.

53 per cent of Peruvians live in poverty. Mining companies leave behind contamination, labor unrest and social decay. 50% of the 229 social conflicts are related to opposition of resource extraction. Jose de Echave, former vice-minister of the Environment, says Canadian companies are causing mining conflicts and deaths.

Vancouver-based Candente Copper is building a copper mine in northern Peru’s fragile tropical forests. The local Cañaris indigenous people say this would destroy their water and livelihood. By law the government must consult them. To get around the law the government declared the Cañaris as “non-indigenous”. Though 95% voted against the mine, the company is proceeding.

In January 2013 the Peruvian police fired on and tear-gassed about 400 protesting Quechua. At least 25 were injured. A dialogue was set-up. The Indigenous were refused entry into the meeting.

In Peru’s southern Andes, Macusani Yellowcake, a small Toronto-based company, is attacking Indigenous opposition to the the first Peruvian uranium project. Peru has no safety regulations on mining and transportation of radio-active material. Most roads are barely travelable around sheer mountain cliffs. Electricity is almost non-existent and water is scarce. The Quechua herd llamas and grow potatoes. Some selected community “leaders” were bribed to sign agreements with the company.

At Barrick’s Lagunas Norte gold mine, in northern Peru, Canadians constantly stir up civil strife. Harper directs Canada’s International Development Agency CIDA to fund and carry out the mining industry’s brutality.

MNN. Mar. 6, 2013. In 2007 President Hugo Chavez held a large conference of Indigenous people in Caracas Venezuela. The MNN Editor attended. So did Vernon Bellcourt of AIM and others. We stayed in a 5 star hotel. Top officials mingled with us daily. The Venezuelan dynamic socialist movement was proudly displayed. They had returned to the natural path that was always there for everyone. Chavez and his people accomplished so much without a war or global interference. beret

The last days of the colonial system are at hand. Venezuelans had suffered for hundreds of years from military and civilian dictatorships. Local and global forces held them and their resources in economic bondage. Chavez helped free his people from the clutches of the International Monetary Fund and US Corporate greed. 

The new society is based on peace, power and righteousness, the natural law in action. Predatory capitalism is on its way out. 

Chavez headed the Social Democratic Agenda that built an egalitarian society from the ground up. Regional federations of Communal Councils dealing with local issues were set up. Billions were distributed to these Councils. State of the art health centers were established throughout the country. Literacy jumped to almost 100% in a year. After building safe and healthy environments the people could chose to put their money into the “National Development Fund”.   

Using the oil funds, the economy was taken out of private control, giving the people controlling shares. Energy sectors and public utilities, drinking water and fresh air were top priorities. Social structures were reorganized. All officials, economy, finance, banking, transportation, security and public safety had to be transparent. 

Distribution of national wealth is the foundation of the economy. Science and technology has to benefit all people. Education, health, environment, biodiversity, industry, quality of life, financial sectors, including banking and insurance, has to conform to the Bolivarian social philosophy of equal distribution to all. 

Chavez created an innovative musical education program called “El Sisterna”. 500,000 children from all strata of society are trained at more than 120 centers. More than 200 youth orchestras have been formed. Training in music is known to develop math skills in the young. 

For years Venezuela donated 40 million gallons of heating oil to the indigenous and poor of the US.

This movement will make US and Canada irrelevant. Colonial nations are on the edge of fascism. Corporatism, nationalism and the delusion of an almighty-directed capitalism based on military force are openly fighting to stay alive. Sour grapes Prime Minister Harper offered condolences, saying he hopes, “the death of Chavez brings a more promising future for the Venezuelan people”!! He knows his coffin wouldn’t be surrounded by a tearful populace in an epic farewell.

Chavez is no longer here. His vision is. He lead the opposition to Western influence in the region. President Evo Morales of Bolivia said, “Chavez is more alive than ever”. Chavez and five other South American leaders were infected with various forms of cancer. Some are in remission. The most vocal and dynamic died.

PERVERTED POLICE POLICY

MNN. Feb. 24, 2013. Indigenous children are being murdered. Hundreds of girls and women are disappearing. We have to guard ourselves and each other. Take cameras, cell phones, become a witness and make good notes. We need names, badge numbers, videos and photos of the abused and abusers. Then we should file complaints, take them to court and put pressure on politicians. The police and politicians work together to continue the illusion of freedom in the police state we are living in.

Cops are the worst abusers. In Northern British Columbia Human Rights Watch has documented that RCMP are the perpetrators of attacks and rapes on girls and women. In Thunder Bay Ontario the Mayor admits to his role in racism as if it’s normal. 

Watch out for agent provocateurs. They dress like us, with backpacks and vehicles full of implements. They are really cops! Agent provacateurs at G20 Montebello They start throwing these at our kids and then disappear. Cops are attracted to violence. They don’t need peace to keep their jobs. Some try to stir things up so they can use all the expensive toys they claim to need. A despicable tactic is to target and attack young women. This provokes otherwise peaceful men to come to their aid who are then beaten and arrested. They say peace can be gained by violent means. Like George Orwell says in “1984”, “Peace is war!”.

The highly trained people like doctors, miners, scientists, politicians, military and corporation heads need relative order in their communities to go about their jobs of stealing our water, energy and resources. They need the Onkwehonwe out of the way. 

In guerrilla warfare our great strength is when we are on our home turf. We know it and we feel the power that comes from being truly Indigenous. Colonists come from fragmented backgrounds. Their leaders have a program of “low level” warfare by attacking, harassing, taking prisoners, surrounding us, putting out bad stories about us to scare the public.

**Our persistence and perseverance comes from our ancestors. We are so well-rooted with nourishment from the land. A “transplant’s” root has to adjust for a long time to gain strength from the earth, but sometimes the roots don’t easily take. Sometimes transplants need a stick to help them stand up. 

The colonists’ program is to replace the natural people. The natural world has decreed that we shall always be here doing our job, taking care of the land, plants, animals, water and air. 

Okay, men, time to stand up for your women, as Leonard Cohen says in I’m your man “If you want a boxer, i”ll step in the ring for you. And if you want a doctor, I’ll examine every inch of you”.
