FRENCH REVOLUTION II

MNN. Nov. 29, 2018. Paris is burning! The fire is caused by native American great peace ideals, just like the first French revolution. The people have had enough of their oligarchs. 

The Europeans came to turtle island to destroy the kaianerekowa, the great peace. In 1779 General George ‘ranatakaias’ Washington, the rabid dog that attacks without reason, created the executive order to kill the Mohawks. They planned to defeat the rotino’shonni, Iroquois, chop down the tree of peace, and create the U. S. republic of war. 

In 1701 the French sued for peace. The Great Peace of Montreal was enacted between the French and the rotino’shonni and all our friends and allies. 

They accepted that our first covenant was with the earth and all things alive. All natural living things have the same mother on turtle island. Our father is the source energy of all creation. 

Here we are all brothers and sisters and shall survive and coexist. The teiohateh, two row, means we made the covenant with nature. We were placed on all of turtle island from the north to the south pole. Our duty is to heal the evil on this planet. 

EVEN THIS CHILD TRIES TO HEAL THE EVIL.  

In 1701 we taught the French how the kaianerekowa would eliminate war from their culture. IN 1701 we invited the British to share in the peace. They came to kingston In August 1701 under the teiohateh, the covenant with nature, which they broke immediately. 

In 1710 we sent the five chiefs to hold the world’s first international peace conference in London. 

66 years later 1776 the City of London bankers devised the very first ‘false flag’ war called the American Revolution. 

The great peace spread to France and caused the French Revolution when the people rebelled against the oligarchs. Today the French Revolution II is happening again, as the great peace enters the minds of the French people again.  

The following presentation to the Senate in Ottawa by BAR lawyer Aaron Detlor raised some important issues. He asked how did Canada subvert the teiohateh, two row agreement, and pretend to be our masters? In 1924 our land was usurped under provincial resource extraction rules and we were all placed in prison of war of war camps called “reserves”.

Regardless of past conflicting statements about Aaron Detlor on behalf of the HDI, he tried to bring critical issues before the Senate. He sees the December 4/18 meeting between Canada and their AFN employees in Ottawa as nothing but a corporate business plan. He said, “Canada can’t give us something they haven’t got, ‘self government’, or anything! Rather they take eveything from us. We must say NO to everyone of their development proposals of our land and resources. Every tree in the ground is worth $1 million, our defence against carbon pollution.

NO BORDERS

MNN. Nov. 2, 2018. Our native relatives from the south are telling the world there are no borders. We have a natural right to freely traverse our land, great turtle land, the entire Western Hemisphere. We always say, “We don’t cross [illegal] borders. Borders cross us.” These corporate borders to the North and to the South are for illegal control by foreigners. The Hopis, rotinshonn’onwe [Iroquois] and Aztec met every year at the head waters of the Mississippi river to council. The kaianerekowa [great peace] and tekeni tewatahineh [two row agreement] is for all our natural people. 

WE ARE ONE PEOPLE.

 

Are the native people of Central and South America being lured over the Mexico/US border to be brutalized? US President Donald Trump, an immigrant, doesn’t want them in the US because they are not white. He is trying to remove native dark skinned people to purify their white racist colony and keep stealing our land and possessions. No one can disconnect us from our lands and from each other where creation placed us. The US military will do whatever is necessary to keep our people from passing and repassing freely.

Americans, Canadians and Mexicans are artificial corporate entities, not races. They are paper-made states, here to rape the land and enslave the people. There are no such languages as American, Canadian or Mexican. These squatters have no land or language. These thieves invaded, murdered us, set up shop and created these imaginary lines called “borders” to divide up the spoils among themselves.  

That proposed border wall is not for the true natural people or any life on turtle island.  

We have a right to live, feed our families and seek comfort and help from our brothers and sisters anywhere on great turtle island. 

The land, all life and the natural people are one. Our rights supercede the fictitious laws of the intruders. European invaders do not belong here. We permitted them only the depth of a plow share to grow food and feed themselves temporarily. Mad Bear Anderson told them, “Whatever nationality you are, that is where your home is.” They are not onkwehonweh.

Nothing can be sold. Everything on, above and below the ground and ourselves are part of nature. They had to ask for permission to dig a basement or well.  

GOING HOME IS THEIR PROBLEM. 

We are being terrorized and murdered because of the demand for drugs and our resources in the United States. Sullivan’s mission was to destroy land and people [scorch earth policy]. Washington’s executive ordered was, “I want no prisoners. I wish you to kill and burn. Prime Minister Trudeau and others admit that the Canadian justice system is designed to in effect execute “the final solution of the INDIAN problem” [DuncanCampbell Scott]. The goal is murder, assimilation or annihilation. They refuse to remove this death sentence from their agenda. Putting a native on their jury is not acceptable. The holocaust continues.

Stanley was acquitted by the system that serves the white people and denies justice to the true original people.    

That foreign fascist system belongs in the white man’s ship that’s heading back from whence it came.

“LOOK ME IN THE EYE” JUSTICE SYSTEM

MNN. Jan. 9, 2018. The corporate justice business based on Admiralty Law of the Seas is designed to protect the stolen property of a few elite and to enslave the rest. When we go to court 99.9% of us have to pay a lawyer to speak for us or we have to go pro se [without a lawyer]. The elite created this money funnel to beat us into the ground by burying us in their ‘legalese’ procedures and papers or put us in their jails. Exxon could send us 250,000 or a million pieces of paper that would take us years to look at and never figure out.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AROUND A FIRE.

The new proposed justice system we propose is based on the world reknown “tekarontake rule” which is based on the great peace, kaia-nere-kowa, to  create balance where everyone is equal and has a voice. No paper or pen in the courtroom, just your mind. The opponents have to look right into each other’s eyes, so to speak.

Lawyers and judges will have no artificial rules to protect their corporate business. Their fraudulent gouging system of ‘clients’ will disappear. The land, trees, river, air, animals, people and all life are created pro se. We are all born to live and die pro se, without lawyers filling out forms and filing them somewhere.

WESTERN STYLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

This scam is over. Everybody will go in the front door of the court and into their secret chambers. The illusory bar association won’t have us by the throat to threaten, fine and keep us in line to put money in their pockets. If you need paper then you don’t have a good case. The lawyers never get our stories straight.

To resolve a conflict, all parties go to a room together and talk about it until they come to an understanding. No secrets or lies. New York State made the Onondaga 15 wait twenty years [For us all to die of!] Then they put us through sham trials in the district court, then second circuit court and now the Supreme Court of the United States. 

The supreme court even has a rule that no one other than a lawyer can argue in  their ‘club’! It’s only for the 1% that can buy a lawyer. 

INDIAN RING JUDICIAL SYSTEM.

In criminal cases, the corporate government writes up the rules and regulations to ‘catch’ or trap us. Every one charged should be automatically provided a free lawyer. We are presumed innocent. Let the state pay for its money making business. The court and lawyers drum up the business and split the profit, making money out of other people’s conflicts. 

In 1997 the ambulance chasers offered to help us for free. They dumped the Onondaga 15 when we would not settle for money they could get a part of. We wanted to put on record the attack by the’NYS I-81 INDIAN DETAIL’. 

SPEAKING OF JUSTICE, THERE IS NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON THE MURDER OF OVER 100 MILLION NATIVES OF TURTLE ISLAND. 

Everybody with legitimate grievances will have their day in the ‘remedy room’ without lawyers, paper work, depositions, and so on.  

Referees will hear the merits of the case quickly instead of a judge when it’s fresh in our minds instead waiting for us to forget all the details. Court rule books will become one page pamphlets to deflate the so-called justice business. 

The social system has no justice, no true resolve. It’s all based on money. 

The great peace does not seek punishment, but to make things rights, to fix things the way they are supposed to be. Everybody is responsible to correct wrongdoing and compensate those who have been wronged. A few should not decide. Everybody should be aware and involved. Politicians say they will throw it to the people in a referendum but don’t give them all the information. They provide propaganda, rumor and gossip, even in the courtroom, to mislead the judge, jury, people and media. 

As Onondaga 15 plaintiff, Budgie, said, “My parents raised me to tell the truth and not to steal or I might end up becoming a politician or a judge. [Parmley v. Jones]. 

Buffy Sainte Marie and Tanya Tagaq remind us of the duties coming from the original instructions between all life and creation: “Whether your woman or whether your man. Sometimes you gotta take a stand. Just because you think you can. Oh you gotta run you gotta run”.

MNN. Oct. 25, 2017. A 15 year old native women had been seriously injured in a bicycle accident. The handlebar had gone into her vagina and pulled out her cervix. The reserve doctors pushed it all back in and sewed her up, telling her, “You will never have children”.

Many years later her community was secretly part of the Canadian government sterilization experiment. It brought down a third of the birthrate. She wrote letters to the government asking about the sicknesses of the women after childbirth and the potent birth control pills being prescribed to them. The Deputy Minister of Indian Affairs Robert Battle denied any such program.  These letters were found in the archives and are cited in a recent book.

Sterilization was part of the brutality of on-going colonialism, to stop our capacity to inhabit our land. The sequence is death in the beginning, then sexual assault which continues to this day and eugenics to root out those they decided were not to be part of the perfect race being created on great turtle island. We were going to be bred out of existence because we had deficits. Experiments were conducted on our women and young girls, mostly without their knowledge or consent. 

Our women were erroneously deemed as ‘conquered’ people. We were to be eliminated, not to be born, or our racial makeup was to be changed. 

In the beginning there were mass murders. Towns and cities were built on top of our bodies by the murderers who today enjoy the fruits of their crimes. Some survivors were going to be allowed to intermarry and be assimilated with the immigrants. 

In 1924 the Prisoner of War Camps were set up and run by the military called the reservation system of forced removal. 

This did not eliminate or assimilate us. So the residential school death camps were set up by the government and run by the churches. These were eventually shut down with a death toll of at least 100,000, probably a million.

Then in the 1960s and 1970s our children were scooped up from our families and given to foster care. Many of the caregivers continued the sexual assaults and murder of our children. Many went missing. Today they are damaged and confused. Unknown numbers were kidnapped that affect almost all future unborn generations.

The attack continues. They have got the peddle to the medal.

In the US the Indian Child Welfare Act set up agencies in the communities, under federal control.

Our people were not allowed to take care of the kids. As soon as possible the children are put into foster homes or institutions similar to residential school system death camps. Women are arrested for fighting back while trying to get out of their situation. Their children are seized never to be seen again. 

This abduction system is falling apart. Now the missing and murdered women is the strategy where there is no investigation.  

This woman with the injury decided to have as many children as she could even though she was told she could not. She had 7. Five live births, one died of SIDS and two miscarriages. An attempt was made to remove her first child immediately after she gave birth. She was outspoken and was black listed by mainstream media. 

THE EUGENICIDE CLINIC IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER.

The genocide system is based on killing the female. They know better. They allow a hunter to shoot two bucks with no penalty but needs special permits to shoot a doe!!

MNN. 11 Sept. 2017. The private corporations known as Canada, Quebec and Barriere Lake Band Council Inc. continue to try to defraud the not gullible Anishinabe of the Ottawa River Water Shed. 

CANADA, QUEBEC & BAND COUNCIL SALIVATING OVER 10,000 SQ. KILOMETRES OF ANISHINABE TERRITORY

The land is over 10,000 sq. kilometres of unceded territory in the middle of Reserve Faunique Laverendrye Park, which is coveted by logging companies. Resolute Paper Products wants to clearcut 95% of the entire territory and leave 5% for outfitting camps for non-natives. The Anishinable true original people will be dispersed.

Information on the agreement has been withheld from them. Proper consultation will not take place because the natives cannot give up their land. In 1996 two-thirds of the Algonquins fled the violence of CEO Jean Maurice Matchewan of Barriere Lake, who pretends to represent the Anishinabe.

They refused to play along. So Indian Affairs placed the Anishinabe under third party management, Lemieux Nolet of Quebec City. They administer the funds for Algonquins of Barriere Lake ABL.

Anishinabe are living on their land without any assistance from anyone. They hunt, fish and look after each other.

Russell “Potato Bug” Diabo, also known as “sahnanadah”, which mean “brown skin with white innards”, is the son of an ironworker from Kahnawake who was raised in Brooklyn New York. He has no clan.

He studied in Arizona. Was hired to assist in the North American Water Project where land is to be cleared of forests for the reservoirs being set up throughout Canada.

He and native lawyer, David Nahwegabo, were sent into Barriere Lake around 1982 to present this pilot project to get the elders to agree. The elder refused to sign the Trilateral Agreement to hand over their land and resources to the three corporations and getting out of the way. They face having Quebec laws and taxes being imposed. This is the model for turning all native communities into municipalities throughout Canada.

They warned the Anishinabe they were facing self-extinction because the clear cut and logging is going to be done anyway without their consent.

NEVER MIND THE ECO SYSTEM OR ROADS.

The people have gotten no information and understand very well the long term effects, which is scattering the people and the wildlife, destroying their language, culture and eco system in general. After much protesting Nahwegabo, Diabo and Matchewan were kicked out. They are all back. Treasonous INDIANS are hard to fire.
