MNN. Nov. 20, 2014. At a recent meeting the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois discussed the residential school holocaust perpetrated on us by the CROWN/Vatican. They became of one mind that the CROWN/Vatican should be charged and forced to answer for the crime of genocide before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC headed by Chief Judge Murray Sinclair, has already gathered evidence and proven the crime of genocide. He announced his Commission has no mandate to charge the CROWN, only to provide the truth of what happened, and to develop a reconciliation strategy. Since he cannot charge the CROWN, all his evidence on behalf of the 80,000 murdered Onkwehonwe children can be taken and filed.

The law of Onowaregeh is the Great Peace/Kaianerekowa. No Admiralty statute has any jurisdiction over us on Onowaregeh. Only the Guswenth/Two Row Wampum is the basis of all of our interaction. The corporations’ only basis for their claim on our land are the Doctrines of Discovery, terra nullius, etc. which are legal fiction. These doctrines have been condemned as socially unjust, racist and in violation of basic and fundamental human rights. These papal bulls have been the basis of the murders of 150 million Ongwehonwe in the Western Hemisphere.

As everybody knows, anything based on a lie is a lie. Admiralty Law [CROWN law] is for banks and corporations. We Rotinoshonni are the ongwehonwe of the land. We are not a corporation and not a bank. It is illegal to trade our land for money. All Admiralty [CROWN] statutes are based on this lie.

On October 25, 1924, the genocidal Indian Lands Acts were imposed upon us by the CROWN colony of Canada. They were to be deemed as binding on the provinces as if they were acts of the legislatures. They are by-laws of the corporation [CROWN]. At this time ‘reserves’ were set up forcing the ‘Indians’ into captivity. Then they snatched our children and inserted them into their residential school death camps. The Palestinians can expect a version of the residential school holocaust to be imposed upon them. We are going to stop this from happening to anyone else ever.

Background: In 324 AD Emperor Constantine of the Roman Empire set up Christianity as the official religion of the empire. The capital of Rome was Constantinople and the capital of the church was Kiev Russia. In 910 five hundred priests broke away from the Christian Church and set up their syndicate in Rome Italy at the Vatican. They called their new religion “Roman Catholicism”. The monarchs of Western Europe were behind the creation and day-to-day operations of the corporate entity, the CROWN/Vatican. Each monarch had a turn to place their Pope in the Vatican for life. Roman Catholicism is “corporatism”. All corporations get their ISO number from the Vatican. Canada is ISO #1366-2:CA 1867 and USA is ISO #3166-2:US Feb. 21, 1871. The CROWN/ [Vatican] is listed as the majority shareholder in both of these corporations.

Through Admiralty Law all admiralty courts are also private corporations owned by the CROWN. All Canadian, US and British courts are Admiralty courts. There is no way for us to get a fair hearing in any Admiralty court because the owners of the courts are guilty of the genocide that we are charging them with.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague was set up in 1899 by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia as the first international court for world peace. It is not an Admiralty court. It is designed for cases like ours. He and previous Tsars saw the genocide occurring in the Western Hemisphere due to the Catholic Bulls. Russia was never a part of the Western Hemisphere genocide. Let us all stand together as one earth family, the roots going in all directions, plant a tree of peace and bury all the weapons of war.

MNN. Feb. 23, 2014/Nov. 9, 2014. Our messenger, Dekanawida, told us this story about the White, Red and Black Serpents just before he left us. Dekanawida referred to them as serpents because they slither underneath society.

Part of the tail of the white serpent will break off and crawl to the hilly country to heal with the Onkwehonwe. The rest of the white serpent will make a feeble attempt to swim toward the light [NASA].

Nov. 6, 2014. The timeline shows no surrender, treaty or permission by Mohawks to turn Kahnawake into a reserve. Under the military Corporation of Canada Kahnawake is a “Prisoner of War” Camp without walls for the Mohawks. It was created on October 25, 1924. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is governed under the Indian Act, which is the original 100-year plan to get rid of the “Indian problem in Canada” [Duncan Campbell Scott]. The POW camp is run by Indian Affairs and its corporate entity known as MCK. The corporation is firmly directed by their military war room at Indian Affairs in Ottawa/Hull on the 14th floor. Canada and the POW Camps are financed by our stolen Indian Trust Funds. The military’s main job is to protect the stolen treasury.

The original plan was to imprison our people so we would all perish. The CEO of the corporation of Canada is the Governor-General. He needs a military title for a military corporation. Each province has a military Lt. Governor, because they also are military corporations. Canada merged the military corporation and the state in 1867. Canada is the first corporate state, ISO #1366-2:CA.

“Ordo ab chao” is the strategy used by secret societies that are controlling the power structures, to keep the people’s minds divided [51%]. Indian Affairs’ job is to keep the Indians corralled economically and socially in our POW camps, while they enjoy the vast abundance of our land. All western European countries under Vatican rule are a party to the biggest holocaust in all humanity.

Kahnawake is one of the most in-your-face territories in the world. It is next to Montreal, one of the largest metropolises in Canada. The puppet masters have always wanted us out of the way because of location, location, location. Also, they want to totally assimilate us to get rid of the land issues, by taking away our teachings, languages, culture, so we are no longer Ongwehonwe. They shall use fear as their ally and anger as their friend when dividing the people’s minds.

In 1990 when we objected to the expansion of a golf course, we were invaded by the Canadian army, and placed in CFB Farnham army base after our arrest. In the subsequent court case, the judge ruled he could not deal with the issue because she lives in Kahnawake and is not a resident of Canada.

We have been under martial law since 1924 while they rape and pillage all of our vast lands around us. The Mohawk community of Kahnawake is part of the larger soveregn Kanionkehaka territory of 20 million acres.

MNN. Nov. 4, 2014. Rev. Kevin Annett, a non-Indian, and his followers are nullifying Canada and proclaiming the “Republic of Kanata” on January 1, 2015, in Winnipeg. It will be on all our unsurrendered Indigenous land known as “Canada”. The Iroquois Confederacy symbolism is being used without our permission, such as the Tree of Peace with the Eagle at the top and the roots spreading in the four directions. He is going to nationalize our land, restrict ownership to 160 acres each, establish a citizen’s militia, lower the voting age to 16 and abolish income tax.

Kaianerekowa: Wampum 45 provides that the Women are the progenitors of the Nation. They own the land and soil. 

Rev. Annett did not ask us for permission to set up their new corporation or republic. He is recruiting settlers to join a new corporation or rogue state with a hierarchical corporate system. They do not plan to live by the law of the land, the Kaianerekowa, and the Guswentha.

This could be another attempt to usurp Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island. Only we are sovereign with all title and authority over Onowaregeh. Rev. Annett cannot legitimize himself by recruiting Indians to support his company to make it appear like he’s got Indigenous support. He can have authority only over those who give him their rights.  All traditional Indigenous nations in the Western Hemisphere adhere to the principles of the Great Peace. Those Indigenous who support him lose their claim to the land, Ongwehonweh name, clan and forfeit their birthright.

The Corporations of Canada and the US never resolved the issues of our land, which they know we can never give up. Hook and crook are the basis for their claims. Theft and murder have no statute of limitation in Kaianerekowa or Admiralty law.

A corporation has no authority beyond itself. It’s by-laws apply only to its employees. Onowaregeh is ours since time immemorial. We will protect our land and resources and stop another rogue state like this from continuing the genocide.

Third world corporate minions meet to learn from US and Canada, the masters of genocide, about annihilation of Indigenous people. Militias or terrorist groups are organized, armed and trained to kill innocent and unarmed Indigenous people. These militias and state units should be disbanded, outlawed, disarmed and held accountable. Their feet should be put to the fire for the crime of genocide.

Extremists are trained to drive the people apart. Hate groups dominate the airwaves. Moderates are silenced rather than protected.

Victims are categorized and listed. Their rights and property are compromised. They are segregated into mental and then physical ghettoes. At this point a state of emergency is declared. The people must prepare to defend themselves from harassment and death.

Turmoil is enhanced. Extermination begins. Mass killing called genocide becomes legalized. The state sponsored mercenaries have been brainwashed to see their victims as not fully human. Factions within carry out revenge killings. The people then demand outside armed intervention and allow martial law to be declared. Safe areas such as reservations and FEMA camps are created to imprison us. Evidence, witnesses, testimonies will be destroyed to whitewash genocide. Alliances must be established between all our people to protect each other.

The final stage is denial so that more genocide will occur. Mass graves are dug up, bodies burned to cover it up and scare witnesses. The victims and witnesses are blamed. Investigations are blocked. The corporate band and tribal councils who assist Canada and US implement the genocide agenda, carry on until driven from power. They move up the corporate ladder, eg. Ovide Mercredi, protected by their corporate benefactors. The people and their communities and territories must put their feet to the fire. All evidence must be collected and kept.

Canada and US set up tribunals. The victims are invited to tell commissioners to testify on their experiences. Then the evidence is destroyed to keep it out of International Court of Arbitration. Unification of the people is where the power is, according to the Great Peace. We have to continually stand up to them. They are cowards with power.

And an attempted murder of a young driver by the Surete du Quebec SQ. Both are part of the “ordo ab chao” conflict strategy to create fear and confusion in Kahnawake.

Under the eye of the corporate council, certain people were ordered to leave the community. They were deemed to be unqualified under the colonial Indian Act to live here.

The underlying issue appears to be our legitimate demand for the return of 45,000 acres of our land known as the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis. Kahnawake is on this tract which is part of the Iroquois Confederacy territory. Ten non-native municipalities are on this tract which must now be returned. According to the Kaianerekowa, the supreme law of the land, the Mohawks and the Confederacy cannot sell the land, much less accept money. According to international law, a vote, referendum or consensus of all adults is required. In violation of the Two Row Wampum – Guswentha, Canada illegally turned Kahnawake into a reserve without a surrender and a treaty. They are trying to do this in the West now. 

The “legal fiction” is that in 1680 French King Louis XIV gave our land to the Jesuits. In 1762 General Gage of the British military dispossessed them and affirmed the land as that of the Iroquois and our friends and allies.

In 1974 Canada could not send the military or RCMP into Kahnawake. The Mohawks were removing non-native people. Lawyer, Gaetan Robert, informed us that Minister of Indian Affairs, Jean Chretien, had secretly enacted an illegal order in council on November 16, 1974, turning Kahnawake into a reserve. This order cannot be found. The SQ riot squad came in. A battle ensued. They and the white families left. The SQ, RCMP and the military have no legal authority to enter our community known as Kahnawake for any reason.

The Government of Canada Indian council do as they’re told by their real rulers. Other fear tactics are now being used on us.

SQ: "Okay, I see you have your seat belt on!"

SQ: “Okay, you have your seat belt on. So I’ll put my gun away!”

On October 2, 2014 a young man with his two year old daughter was followed by the SQ onto a side road in Kahnawake and pulled over. The driver immediately called the local Indian cops and then put both hands on the dash. The cop yanked the car door open and pointed his loaded gun with his finger on the trigger at him, “Show me your license and registration”. The Mohawk coolly said, “First take your finger off the trigger and point your gun somewhere else”. Local cops and neighbors quickly arrived and diffused the situation. Apparently it was a misunderstanding. The Quebec license bureau had not yet registered his paid up car registration.

As Hank Williams advises, it’s time to fall in love with your Indians again: “Poor old, Kaw-liga, he never got a kiss. Poor old, Kaw-liga, he don’t know what he missed. Is it any wonder that his face is red. Kaw-liga, that poor old wooden head”.  Hank Williams. “Kaw-liga”.

LIZARD PEOPLE

MNN. Sep. 3, 2014. A long time ago a Mohawk widow and her beautiful daughter were living in a village. Though food and other necessities were provided by the people, life was hard. They had to chop and carry the wood, go for water, take care of their home and carry out their commitments to their community. One day a handsome young man came to their door. He was tall, with bronze flawless skin, shiny black hair and sparkling white teeth. He was wearing white moose skin clothes covered in beautiful decorations. He said he was from another village and needed a place to stay for a short while. He offered to help them by doing chores.

The sparkle can blind you.

The sparkle is blinding. 

 

He was a perfect guest and soon became indispensable. Eventually he and the daughter fell deeply in love. He asked the mother if he could marry her. The mother hesitated because she did not know him, his background or his family. The daughter insisted and pressured her mother, who finally allowed the marriage.

One day he asked to take his bride to his village to meet his family. The mother resisted. The daughter insisted. Finally they left and promised to return soon.

The couple arrived and went through an opening in a high wooden wall. There was only an empty field and a large lake. He held her hand, “Come with me and don’t let go.” They walked into the water until they both began to breath like fish. Eventually they swan and arrived at a village in the middle of a swamp. The people looked like ugly lizards. They had rusty colored scales on their body, feet and tails. They worked constantly to control and expand their surrounding territory. She was kept in a room away from them. Her husband, in lizard form, carried out his commitments. The lizards wanted her to bear some human looking children that would live among humans. She became afraid and wanted to go home. They would not let her go.

An old lizard man imprisoned among them saw her distress. He told her the only way to escape was to dive into the water, swim for shore and never look back. Once on the beach, “Run away”, he said. One day she swam away. Her husband and his family chased her and angrily yelled at her. She cried and wouldn’t look back. She got to the shore and ran home.

Come on, girl. Beauty is skin deep!

Stay, girl. He has a great personality! 

 

Her mother and people were happy to see her. She was reminded that she did not know who this stranger was and should have listened to them.

Once upon a time there was a young ongwehonwe hunter. He gave all the game he caught to the needy, widows and orphans. One sunny day he took his new arrow and two dogs and left for the other end of his nation’s territory. On this day life in the forest seemed to have vanished. No birds were singing. No rabbits crossed his trail. Even the brooks were silent. Strangely his dogs stayed close to his feet. As he made camp he heard a strange wailing cry from the north. His dogs growled in fear. They warned him in their language that the hunter understood that a terrible monster was nearby. “Run back to the village before he harms you”, said one terrorized dog.

He turned and ran back to his village. He could hear the long, piercing wail as the monster got closer. The hunter looked back. He saw a fiery head with large round yellow eyes, a long hooked beak, and huge open mouth. The creature had fiery wavy hair and no body. Attached underneath were two scale-covered paws with long curved ugly claws. The monster jumped from tree to tree leaving a wide burnt path through the forest. Soon the hunter could feel the creature’s hot breath. One dog said, “I am going back to fight it even though I will never see you again”. The hunter could hear his dog bark, growl and scream in pain as he was eaten by the flying head.

As he got near the village he could hear the wailing cry of the creature. Sparks from its mouth surrounded him. His other dog said, “I will go back to fight it”. Once again he heard his dog’s yelp of pain as he was devoured. Then he heard the wailing monster getting close. Its breath burnt a path through the forest. He could feel its huge eyes on him. He ran to a clearing in his village, stopped and looked back. The big head bounded to the edge. Sparks flew from its mouth. Its yellow eyes glared in fiery hatred at the people. The people stood up against the evil facing them. With a terrible cry of anger the monster suddenly turned and disappeared over the dark forest out of existence forever.

The Palestianians are those people in this story. The flying head is the Israeli war machine. They will be going over the hill soon never to be seen by the Palestinians ever again.
