This is the speech made to “Demilitarize McGill” Conference at McGill University by kahentinetha, kanien’ke:haka Bear Clan, Nov. 19.  

MNN. Nov. 18, 2015. McGill is a fraudulent university built on our land with our money. We own McGill. As the legal directors, we will turn it into a university of peace. The board of governors represents those who orchestrated the theft of our land and funds. The foreign laws used to steal from us do not apply to living, breathing, flesh and blood free natural people like us who were placed here on ono’ware:keh by the natural world.

In 1827 James McGill got a charter in Britain to set up a college on tsionni’tsotiaken. The only true law is the kaia’nere:kowa, the great peace. The college was going bankrupt. Our Six Nations Trust Fund was “borrowed” with no intention of paying it back, to build this university.

On September 12 under Wampum 44 of the kaia’nere:kowa McGill University was given a Notice of Seizure. We ask that McGill University cease and desist immediately the invasion, trespassing and exploitation of our territory; respect the teio’ha:teh as the basis of our relationship; and pay all monies past due forthwith, including 185 years of compound interest. The CROWN is the private shareholder of the corporation of Canada and all its sub-corporations, like McGill University. All your courts and major banks are private corporations owned by the same shareholders. All your government ID’s are in capital letters, meaning you are a corporation too, a fictional entity, owned by the CROWN. This means a trust/corporation is set up by the corporation in your name at your birth. The evidence gathered by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission proves these shareholders are guilty of genocide. They do not want to try themselves in their own private courts.

The CROWN has never been the king or queen of England since the establishment of the corporate body “City of London”. She is a figurehead for the CROWN and has authority over prime ministers through a Vatican knighthood called “the order of the garter”. When the Queen has to conduct business in the City, she is met by the Lord Mayor at Temple Bar. Every municipality is owned by the same CROWN. The City of London is the financial arm. Washington DC is their military capital. The Vatican is their capital. The CROWN owns all three city states, which are in fact “the empire of the city”.

MNN. Sep. 18. 2015. McGill students paying fees to the Board of Governors or Academic Senate may be committing a crime. There is no denial that McGill University is illegally on rotino’sonni:onwe land in the center of tsionni’tiotake, aka Hoceraga, aka Montreal. The money to build it was borrowed in 1850 from Six Nations Trust Funds and never repaid. We ask the students to support an honest resolution to the matter.

To date we are owed at least $1.005 trillion, not counting McGill, Osgoode Hall, the failed Grand River Nativigation and others … A Six Nations ongwe’hon:weh provides a short list. The colonial government saw that the rotino’shonni:onwe was becoming a very wealthy powerhouse. They decided to declare us as incompetents and placed all of our rent monies into a trust. This is a partial list of the Crown’s handling of that trust as of March 2013:

In 1845, $14,717.00 was illegally taken and never paid back. With the government’s standard 6% compounded interest rate, it is worth $223 million today.

In 1846, $16,487.00 was embezzled by Canada which is now worth $223,957,349.93.

In 1846, $17,650.00 went to the city of Toronto, which is now worth $249,405,836.90.

Between 1836 and 1858, $59,600.00 in unauthorized withdrawals were taken and not returned which is now $707,115,842.36.

Between 1853 and 1857, $310,124.00 was taken to build Upper Canada which is now worth $2.4 billion.

And, in 1854, $133,600.00 was taken to build turnpikes, now worth $1,007,148,041.82.

This fund was earned by our own business initiatives and NOT money paid to Six Nations out of Canada or CROWN funds. There are many outstanding and separate land claims currently languishing in the CROWN portfolio.

This outstanding debt must be repaid to the Six Nations Trust Fund, along with the infra-structures that we invested in. We are capable of managing our funds and resources.

The conditions are created in other countries so that more and more refugees will land on our shores. Who’s doing this? Here is a good example. Our Mohawk Trust Fund was “borrowed” to help build McGill University on kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk land. In the 1850s McGill was near-bankruptcy and borrowed from the Province of Canada, which was taken out of our trust funds. In 1989, Six Nations alerted both McGill and the federal government of the outstanding debt, which now amounts to billions. In 2006 McGill admitted that they owe Six Nations at least $1.7 billion plus interest to date.  Vice-Principal Communications, Jennifer Robinson, said the debt was settled in 1873, and then said it was not clear it came from the Six Nations Trust Fund! “and the University doesn’t have to pay it back”!

Soon the band council’s usefulness to the CROWN will be over. Just like the Middle East stooges, chief Joke Norton of kahnawake Mohawk Council Inc. used our sovereignty and money to set up businesses with outside partners. Online gambling earned them billions, safely put in off shore bank accounts, so we wouldn’t know how much was stolen. We got crumbs. Then the US passed a law making online betting illegal as investors and clients were not paying taxes earned off reserve from so-called INDIAN businesses. The CIA swarmed into Kahnawake. The US seized everything. Joke Norton was put out of business. His partners skipped out. The headquarters moved to the Isle of Man, and now buys ”services” cheaply from companies set up in Kahnawake.

This corruption designed by the global monetary matrix has caused a great sense of loss to us ongwe’hon:weh. Our people are fighting each other instead of the governments and corporations. MNN. AUG. 7, 2015. Quebec is once again trying to force their colonial jurisdiction over the kanion’ke:haka [Mohawk] tobacco industry. They are trying to eliminate the Mohawks as competition in the tobacco trade. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK pretend to resist while trying to regulate us on behalf of the CROWN. We are not to participate in the tobacco business, which the government want to totally control so they can charge $10 a pack. Tobacco is the most important medicine on ono’ware:geh.Quebec tries to ban cigaret sales Kahnawake.

The CROWN tells their incorporated INDIANS they have to replace the funding from Indian Affairs who stole our Indian Trust Funds. They want the council to regulate us and then collect taxes from our businesses and then from everything else, to totally assimilate us.

The MCK gives a false impression that they are protecting our rights to do business. They have been told to take control like Haudenosaunee Development Institute Inc. HDI is attempting at Six Nations. In 1997 the Onondaga council of chiefs tried and failed to work out the same deal with New York State to control businesses in all our communities. Our resistance lead to the military operation known as the “Indian Detail”, which is now proceeding in NYS court.

Canada is not a legal country as defined by the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. There’s no language called “Canadian”. They use England and France’s languages and continue to occupy our land. They masquerade Canada as a real country to the world. US and Canada know we will never submit to anyone.

MNN. July 13, 2015. The Canadian Army sent their “special ops” into Kahnawake to march in the Grand Opening of the Echoes of a Proud Nation Pow Wow. July 11, 2015, is the 25th anniversary of the Mohawk Crisis of 1990. We were blatantly shown that Kahnawake is still a Prisoner of War Camp under army jurisdiction. They oversee the imprisonment of our people and help to carry out the “final solution of the ongwe’hon:weh [INDIAN] problem”.

The incorporated Mohawk Council of Kahnawake headed by Joe “Jean-Brebeuf” Norton is part of this façade. Special ops are trained killers prepared to use deadly force.
