MNN. Sep. 7, 2015. About five years ago Mr. SOS got in touch with me by email. He was affiliated with a group at McGill University environmental issues and a group of Montreal Island history aficionados. He also worked with kahnawake elders to list Mohawk place names on Montreal Island and surrounding areas.

Recently an issue came up about Turcot Yard, the land south of the escarpment on Upper Lachine Road across the river from Kahnawake. Historically, from Ville St. Pierre to Atwater was a seven mile lake. In 1535 Jacques Cartier came upstream from the kaniatarowano:onwe/St. Lawrence River/river of the Mohawks and landed there at Hochelaga.

Cartier wrote about his walk along the escarpment and the food the kanion’ke:haka/Mohawks had grown there. Montreal Island was covered with over 50 kanion’ke:haka villages and hundreds of streams, creeks, lakes and ponds. The lakes were filled with life and beech and other nut trees and orchards created food and an unending fresh water supply. The lake was turned into a landfill. St. Pierre, the rail yards, highways and expressways were built on top.

Mr. SOS is 62 years old, very fit, does not eat cooked food. The web does not reveal previous jobs. He has a small pension. He later said he was paying $1000 a month in child support. He claims to be a Jew and part ongwe’hon:weh [cultural appropriation]. His townhouse is cluttered from top to bottom with papers and stuff, like a busy work place, with no place to sit or chat. He has no car and uses a neighbor’s bike.

Mr. SOS’s townhouse is in a housing project at the Whisky Trench road that comes from kahnawake and hooks up to Highway 20, which goes downtown to Montreal. Turcot yard was a rail yard, which is no longer viable. Expressways were built in 1966, which are now falling apart and being taken down. The construction workers found an old French village but decided to continue the construction.

On September 4, 2015 I called Mr. SOS and asked him about it. He talked about the escarpment and the lake, which is all Mohawk land. I had never personally met him. He invited me to his place in Lasalle to look at maps and discuss the history. Though I live 5 minutes away he asked me to stay overnight. I declined. He insisted and made me feel uncomfortable. He invited me to have supper. He picked herbs outside and made a salad. Later he told me he uses his shit and piss to nourish his garden. Yuck!

Once again he insisted I stay overnight. I left. We arranged to meet the following day, Saturday, September 5, to walk on the land in question. I parked on the street. His ‘son’ was inside waiting to meet me and then left. We started walking down the hill by the park. About two minutes later, SOS said he forgot the map and ran back to his house. 20 minutes later he returned with a knapsack on his back. He took my bottle of water and put it in his bag. I kept my car key and cell phone in my bag.

SOS talked about setting up 100-people communities to share food, responsibilities and profits. He talked about finances, investments and so on. It would take millions. He had $45,000 but had access to lots of money. he told me his family is wealthy. His mother grew up in the Chateau Frontenac Hotel in Quebec City. His father was a businessman.

It was hot and muggy. We walked along the Lachine Canal to the bridge over to Ville St. Pierre.

I thought he lived in the project for 30 years. But he’s only been there for 5 years. He was evasive about his previous residences other than in BC and Pointe Claire Quebec.

We walked up the main street of St. Pierre to a bridge. SOS said we should go down the right side of the bridge and walk along the road to the old St. Raphael hotel site. There we crossed Highway 20 and got onto the north side of the road to Angrignon Mall. It curved through a huge Turcot Yard construction site with high piles of dirt and rocks. SOS then insisted that we walk through this deserted construction site. He wanted us to cross, climb over the fence and then walk through the rubble. I refused. About 500 ft. further was a busy road going over to the shopping mall, which had traffic lights and a sidewalk. I insisted we go there. missing murdered

I kept asking for water, which he kept withholding. “Let’s find a place, sit down and then drink some water”, he said. I said ‘no’, I want it now! So he had to give it to me.

We walked over the overpass and down the stairs to get to the Lachine Canal though a construction site and some shrubs. In a shack were 3 people who waved to us. We walked by, went through the shrubs to the Canal. We walked and he did not talk much.

Later I called my friend and told her about the event. She said his house in Lasalle might be a communications center; that Lasalle is part of the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis land claim by the Mohawks of kahnawake. Another friends said, “He might be a cop!” His sister said, “He might be a CSIS hit man!” Or an infiltrator? He bicycles over to Kahnawake, makes friends, gets involved with people there in language, arts, and other programs. He has become familiar with the community.

Throughout the 20 kilometer walk I questioned him about his monetary interests, misunderstanding and misinformation about us. He had a nervous laugh. Almost like he was playing nice. Was he working on my untimely disappearance? Another missing ongwe’hon:weh woman!

He wants to live by the kaia’nere’kowa. He thinks if somebody commits a murder, they should be forced to live by the Great Peace and to forgive them. I answered, “When we were being murdered, not one of you stood up for us and you still don’t. For murder, the criminal is executed, along with his entire family. This goes for the genocide that continues today by all those who are benefitting, including you, Mr. SOS”.

The next day I got itchy like mosquitoes were biting me all over my body. Did I dodge a bullet? Is Mr. Nice Guy somewhere in our neighborhood? Anyone with a voice and knows how to use it gets targeted. Anyone could turn into an agent anytime.

As Elvis sings, “As the snow flies on a cold and gray Chicago morning, a poor little baby child is born in the ghetto”.

MNN. AUG. 7, 2015. Quebec is once again trying to force their colonial jurisdiction over the kanion’ke:haka [Mohawk] tobacco industry. They are trying to eliminate the Mohawks as competition in the tobacco trade. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK pretend to resist while trying to regulate us on behalf of the CROWN. We are not to participate in the tobacco business, which the government want to totally control so they can charge $10 a pack. Tobacco is the most important medicine on ono’ware:geh.Quebec tries to ban cigaret sales Kahnawake.

The CROWN tells their incorporated INDIANS they have to replace the funding from Indian Affairs who stole our Indian Trust Funds. They want the council to regulate us and then collect taxes from our businesses and then from everything else, to totally assimilate us.

The MCK gives a false impression that they are protecting our rights to do business. They have been told to take control like Haudenosaunee Development Institute Inc. HDI is attempting at Six Nations. In 1997 the Onondaga council of chiefs tried and failed to work out the same deal with New York State to control businesses in all our communities. Our resistance lead to the military operation known as the “Indian Detail”, which is now proceeding in NYS court.

Canada is not a legal country as defined by the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. There’s no language called “Canadian”. They use England and France’s languages and continue to occupy our land. They masquerade Canada as a real country to the world. US and Canada know we will never submit to anyone.

MNN. July 13, 2015. The Canadian Army sent their “special ops” into Kahnawake to march in the Grand Opening of the Echoes of a Proud Nation Pow Wow. July 11, 2015, is the 25th anniversary of the Mohawk Crisis of 1990. We were blatantly shown that Kahnawake is still a Prisoner of War Camp under army jurisdiction. They oversee the imprisonment of our people and help to carry out the “final solution of the ongwe’hon:weh [INDIAN] problem”.

The incorporated Mohawk Council of Kahnawake headed by Joe “Jean-Brebeuf” Norton is part of this façade. Special ops are trained killers prepared to use deadly force. Indian Affairs is a division of the Canadian army and is run from their “war room” command center on the 14th floor at 10 Wellington Street, Ottawa Ontario. The Royal Van Doos  brazenly showed off their red berets [obscene on this occasion]. The message from the band council is they still follow the orders from the generals on the 14th floor. The Aboriginal Response Team was merged with CSIS in 2007. In Canada the only people that wear the red berets are the military police.

OKA ONGOING VIGILANCE

JULY 12, 2015. At the dawn tobacco burning in the Pines of Kahehsatake, a vow was reaffirmed that we would always protect our mother. In 1990 our land, nursed to beauty, as is our way, the Kanion’ke:haka [Mohawks] was as ever coveted by Canada’s elite for a golf course, a playground. We resisted. The SQ came in with guns blazing. Then the RCMP followed. Then, as their system dictates, the Canadian army, the Royal Van Doos was sent in. All “INDIAN” communities, being sovereign nations, are regarded as Prisoner of War camps by the CROWN. The blood flowed.

At the foot of the Mercier Bridge leading from Kahnawake to Montreal, our people stood to commemorate one bloody event among too many. The significance of this act is that all ongwe’hon:weh have the same mind, respect of the mother and the duty to protect her. The European way is to exploit and destroy her.

25 years later at the Kahnawake “Echoes of a Proud Nation” Pow Wow Grand Entry about 20 Royal 22nd Regiment [Van Doos], invited by someone, paraded in the Grand Opening.

We remember the Van Doos spat, insulted, beat, stoned, stabbed, shot, imprisoned, tortured not the least children and killed…. murdered ongwe’hon:weh elders.

How is this possible, in what world? We are a free and sovereign nation. They are our enemy. It can only be the oldest game. Our vast Indian Trust Funds, our land and resources could make the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. get into bed with the Van Doos. The changes being masked by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission are to maintain the genocide. We resist every day. 25 years ago was a part of that.

PRISONERS OF WAR PSYCHOSIS

MNN. MAY 6, 2015.  First Canada passed the Indian Act 1876 to declare us as non-persons and wards of the state.  This was to take control of our Indian Trust Funds. On October 25th 1924 the Indian Advancement Act was implemented by the colony of Canada as the 100-year plan to be rid of the “Indian problem”. Prisoners of war camps POW called “INDIAN reserves”, were set up across Canada by the War Department in 1924. Barbed wire fences, guards, passes and permission to leave and our children removed and placed in residential school death camps. Indian Affairs is run by the Department of Defense to this day. They are now in their 90th year of completing this genocide program.

Military planners design the captivity psychosis in POW camps. They determine the standards of behavior. Brutal and unfeeling wardens select subordinates to oversee the camp. Those who do not fit in and the weaker ones are removed. Lack of adequate food, clothing, shelter and poor physical conditions create shame, stunned stupor, deep confusion, anger and death. Inmates suffer from confinement, inactivity and isolation making them inert and silent. Some are allowed to work as hired hands for local settlers. Inmates eventually become scared of being set free.

Stress and deliberate misinformation causes loss of identity and pride. They are discouraged from thinking about their past. Tension and disorder are constantly fostered between different groups. Divisive quarrels are created to more easily control the inmates. Movies and games are selected for “barbed wire madness” to create futility. Improper food and long term deterioration breaks down their thinking. Inmates become apathetic and refuse to take part in camp affairs. They can’t concentrate and lose their memory about themselves, their families and the communities they come from.

RCMP walked into the longhouse in Akwesasne, put a gun to the chief’s head and shot him dead. He was immediately replaced by the fake chief and band council system. In 1924 at Tyendinaga all of our farms in Prince Edward County were confiscated. We were arrested and interred in the new 18,000 acre concentration camp and turned into prisoners of war. It was originally 880,000 acres.

In 1990 the military came into Akwesasne, Kahnawake and Kanehsatake because legally we are still prisoners of war which is still un der their jurisdiction. Karonhiaktajeh, told us we are the sleeping lion. The tense hatred, accumulated anger, hopelessness and cynicism created is a military control strategy. He created a “de’INDIANIZATION” strategy based on relearning the philosophy of the Great Peace, Kaia’nereh:kowa.

MNN. 14 Apr. 2015. The colonial settlers refuse to give the traditional kanion’ke:haka Mohawks at kanehsatake any rest. On a cold winter day in 2004 the ad hoc “Aboriginal” cops were sent in to establish law and order and displace the people’s police. The incorporated band council chief, James Gabriel, had his own Indian Affairs goons patrolling the community. The 60 outsiders locked themselves into the police station and refused to leave.

The people came to have a look. They were charged with confining the cops. Someone burnt down Gabriel’s empty house. Everything got settled. Some men were jailed. The women were acquitted. Now CROWN Prosecutor Francois Briere, the career Mohawk hater, appealed the acquittal of the spectators. He said these women were associated with the men he falsely convicted. So they are guilty by association and wants to convict them!

The May 3, 2004, video shows Jimmy’s Indian Affairs goons and the Quebec police of Oka waiting for orders at the west end. They were staring at the camo-clad and masked kanehsatake men, who were staring back at them. The goons were suppose to stir up trouble and film it through the back window of their pickup truck.

Suddenly a cop with a stun gun jumps into the back of the pickup truck. Before he could aim, our men pounded him with a hail of rocks and raced forward to disarm him. One rock crashed through the back window of the truck, which took off. Filming continued through the broken back window.

The chase began. An undercover car scooted out of the way. Traffic in the opposite direction maneuvered past. Our guys’ trucks moved behind the cops at a regular speed. Suddenly the cops braked and got slammed from behind. The big dump truck didn’t stop because vehicles were behind it. The cop radio messaged, “The big 5 ton truck is coming after us”. They kept going until they hit the next town, St. Placide. No charges were laid because no one knows who was driving.

MNN. April 5, 2015. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Council Inc. is trying to lead their people like cattle to the slaughter house, using their MOU. The Tribe will be the first to get the steel bolt in the head and the meat hook that drags them away. Beverly Cook will hang and bleed out alone. “On May 28, 2014, the St. Regis Tribal Council Inc. SRMT announced that it has agreed to sell to New York State our long-standing claims to all original kanionkehaka [Mohawk] land for all time. SRMT is a Masonic New York State corporation illegally imposed upon the sovereign people of Akwesasne in 1892. They attend the Massena Lodge [their true longhouse]. This “trustee” system is meant to steal ongwehonwe territory and eradicate the Mohawk Nation.  It violates the convention on genocide.

kanionkehaka object to this colonial strategy derived from Papal Bulls that are illegal. NYS “Memorandum of Understanding” MOU eliminates our inherent title to 9.9 million acres. Such “federal trusts” are remnants of colonialism. The incorporated Tribe does not speak for any kanionkehaka/Mohawk except for those incorporated INDIANS who voted for them, like all governmental systems illegally imposed on us. The Tribe cannot bypass the kahtihon’tia:kwenio, the women of the nation who have exclusive responsibility for all land issues. [Wampum 44, Kaianerekowa]. vegetarian

The Tribe’s support from the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Inc., created by the corporation of Canada, is also part of the colonial assimilation strategy.

The Tribe admitted that NYS officials dictated the “settlement”. NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo threatened that this was their last chance to get a benefit! The INDIANS will be starved into submission, another old colonial strategy. He warned that the notorious City of Sherrill v. Oneida Indian Nation Inc. US Supreme Court case, would be used to eradicate our claims. The threat forced the Tribe to agree to the NYS drafted contract. Their fear of penalties affected their judgment, forcing them to abandoned their “lawful” fiduciary responsibility towards the people. They agreed to allow NYS to remove the kanionkehaka birthright and impose alien laws on us and our territory.

The Tribe claims to have the authority to extinguish all kanionkehaka birthright for all time, without consulting all kanionkehaka. They claim to be successors to the fraudulent treaty of the Seven Nations of Canada, which it seeks to enforce upon the kanionkehaka! No documents, resolutions or affirmations from the Seven Nations were produced (Algonquins, Nippissings, Kahnawakeronon, Oswegatchie, Hurons of Lorette, Abanakis of Odanak and Kanesatake Mohawks). As a NYS corporation the Tribe cannot qualify the rights of this entity nor enter into national agreements.

The Tribe’s “MOU” will use US federal trust to try to undermine the sovereignty, jurisdiction and land title of the kanionkehaka. There are no “benefits”. NYS will start collecting taxes from us and steal our land. This issue must go to a proper international court of dispute resolution such as the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague, a non-Admiralty court, designed to deal with this exact situation.

Tribal Trustee, Beverly Cook, at a Wolf Clan meeting on March 21/2015 urged us to bend to New York’s threats or “receive nothing”. She suggested the kanionkehaka start a separate claim using aboriginal title as a defense. All US courts are Admiralty, only for banks, corporations and contracts. Under current US law she alone can sign to terminate all our claims forever, this is absolutely illegal! We need international dispute resolution. The kanionkehaka know that the trustees’ job is to protect NYS interests. We are not bound by the terms of the May 28, 2014 “MOU”. It affects only St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. and its supporters, those who voted for them.

This objection is being sent to NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, various representatives of the residents of New York in Albany and Washington DC and to Ranatakaiius, President Barack Obama.

MNN. Apr. 2, 2015. Canada and US have three coordinated attempts underway to steal large tracts of Mohawk/Kanionkehaka land. Their incorporated INDIAN councils – Mohawk Council of Kanehsatake Inc., Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. – are the frontline swindlers. None of the corporate sales, bylaws and regulations of Canada and US apply to us. They are all violating the teio’ha:teh/Two Row Wampum Agreement. Through Vatican Papal Bulls, Doctrine of Discovery, etc., all fiction, the land was illegally occupied.

The Sulpicians and Jesuits are the agents of colonization and genocide. The Company of One Hundred Associates operated from France had assumed possession of Mohawk land, which they illegally doled out. Saint Sulpice in Old Montreal set up the city of Montreal on kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk land.

The Jesuit Jean Jacques Olier in 1657 sent four priests to Paris to come back and set up a parish on Mohawk land. In 1663 France gave Mohawk land to the Society of Notre Dame of Montreal, which then gave Mohawk land to the Seminary of Saint Sulpice at Kanehsatake. A French seigneurial system was set up on Mohawk land.

In 1668 the Sulpicians decided that Mohawks in Kanehsatake, Montreal, Mi’kkmaq, Akwesasne, Algonquins of Abitibbi and Temiskaming were Catholics. For military purposes in 1676 a mission was opened at the Great Lakes. In 1720 they moved them to Mohawk land at the Lake of Two Mountains – Kanehsatake. In 1716 Mohawk land was granted to the Mohawks on the Ottawa River. Anyone questioning this bizarre swapping of Mohawk land was murdered.

Louis XIV gave Mohawk land to the Jesuits in 1680 now called the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis, south of Montreal. Grand Man Chief, Mike Delisle, and his Privy Council liaison, Christine Deom, have a deadline of June 2015 to finalize their contract. Phone 450-632-7500 communications@mck.ca

Washington Lawyers were at the Handsome Lake Masonic longhouse in Akwesasne on April 1. It was to be falsely called an “Iroquois Confederacy” meeting to get false consent to the theft of all Mohawk land forever. The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. would get some pocket money for cooperating. Then a Rotiskenra’kete from the Men’s Society reminded them that the land belongs to our unborn children rotisokonsatatie and that we are caretaker. The meeting was quickly closed down. On March 16th there was a meeting to briefly inform the Mohawks of Kanehsatake that they seek to finalize a contract for our land known as the Seigneury of St. Sulpice on April 25th, 2015. We Mohawk land caretakers have been purposely uninformed of these finaglings.
