MNN. May 9, 2016. We love our mother and every living thing she created, the birds, animals, fish, waters and vegetation. We still follow the original instructions to survive and coexist. “Fort McMurray” was set up in the mid-1800s to protect the immigrants, kill our people and take our lands. Why did Canada refuse to take Russian and other offers to shut down the fire? The fire is the center of tarsand operations for the world. The scorch earth policy was used to remove us in the past. Canada and the US have no legal title on great turtle island. This fire was not accidental. Mining and oil companies are stripping the boreal forests, all life and removing people to exploit our resources. Billions will be saved to rid our lands of vegetation and population. The workers were told to leave the facilities a few weeks before the fire started. They were sent home and told they would be called back. What did the oil companies know?

Albertans are fleeing and concerned about their financial losses. Fort McMurray and other towns will burn for months to clear the way for the pipelines. Then it’s heading for Saskatchewan.

Some say they are going back to Fort McMurray because the bankers want them to imagine that everything is going to be the same as before. In fact, they do not own their homes or cars that burnt or were left behind. They have registered ownership with the Corporation of Canada through permits, mortgages and licenses, which gives them the right to use this property for a limited time.

Our people have repeatedly warned the settlers of the coming disaster from their desecration of our mother. Russians, we have never been a part of the Corporation of Canada that’s responsible for this devastation. Thank you for your offer.

to us, fort mcmurray is known as “Lii dli Kui,’ in our Denesuline language, it means, where the rivers meet, it was also our gathering spot for us who traveled from the north on the athabasca river, then we would turn left on the clearwater river going east to la loche, there was many camps all along those rivers, and on the west side of the clearwater, there is another river called, ‘christina,’ many of our people had camps further up, these people also stopped at Lii dle kui, and their camps was always near the macdonald island, after when the non-natives found our oil, the didnt do anything about until the late 1960’s, then in the early 1970’s, the forcefully removed a native who had built a home there before the oil production, with guns pointed at them by the rcmp, they also bulldozed his home, then they built two high rises in the exact same spot, so why should we cry for everyone who lost their home from the forest fire when people can come to our land destroy our dwellings and the very land that provided for us, and i know many of the natives will continue to live there, so ‘lii di kui,’ will never die, long live Denesuline Nene

On April 23, HDI filed a report with Ontario to reserve the name “Haudenosaunee Development Institute”. The corporation will go into effect in 90 days, in July 2016. The April 28, 2016 corporate file shows the numbered company is still active. The Samsung deal in kanekota [at the source of the Grande River] has placed 250 windmills on our sacred land. The first 80 were formally seized by the women, kohtihon’tia:kwenio, according to their duties under Wampum 44.indian restaurant They were put on notice that all subsequent windmills are our property. A.Debtlor was behind the allocation of 250 windmills in Kanekota, never informing anybody.

The risks to business corporations partnering with status INDIANS on reserve is that the INDIAN Act “Section 89(1) provides that the property of an INDIAN or a band is not subject to attachment, levy, seizure, distress charge, pledge, mortgage or execution”. Only another INDIAN or band can seize property. Debtlor is going to court SOON to remove this protection. He is representing the non-native ex-spouse of a dead ‘Mohawk’ to seize his estate on the territory.

The corporation is not an INDIAN even if its office and all shareholders are INDIANS on a reserve. 'Unfortunately, we've downsized everyone who knew what our hidden agenda was...'

All municipalities can dissolve their corporate charters and no longer be under the thumb of Admiralty jurisdiction. New charters can be drafted using the original instructions to live with the natural world. According to kaia’nere:kowa bankers cannot be private shareholders of any municipal corporation on ono’ware:keh.

Prime Minister Trudeau committed a crime by selling weapons of mass destruction to Saudi Arabia to kill men, women and children and desecrate their land. He should be held accountable for war profiteering. He is determined to destroy Alberta’s boreal forest to turn it into oil. He should be held accountable by the community of nations.

MNN. Apr. 24, 2016. Jones v. Parmley #98CV374 [FJS][GHL]: The rotino’shonni [Iroquois Confedracy] pro-se plaintiffs of the incident that happened on Onondaga Territory on May 18, 1997 are ready to go to trial. Attached will be the “Orders on Motions” we are expected to prepare without lawyers.

Our civil, human and sovereign rights were violated. Over 100 people, mostly women and children, met on private property to get an update on the taxing issue that NYS was trying to impose on all onkwe’hon:weh in New York State. Also a spiritual tobacco burning ceremony was going to be conducted. Following that we were to have a picnic for all the families. Without explanation or warning, at 3.00 pm the NYS Police marched in force and physically assaulted and arrested many of us.

Subsequently, a judge advised NYS that they would lose the trial and that they should offer us a financial settlement. Everyone has to agree on the settlement. 20 of us rejected their financial/non-disclosure settlement offer. Now the trial must proceed.

The jury trial is set in Syracuse NY. So far we are doing it ourselves. It looks like we could be victimized again through procedural wrangling.

Last week a black man was shot dead at a Montreal North demonstration. A day later at Lac Simon a Quebec cop rammed anishinabe Sandy Michel and then shot him multiple times. Several months ago the women of Val d’Or exposed the systemic Quebec police attacks and rapes of young women and youth. Recently the SQ put out a worldwide false story that Kahnawake and Six Nations kanionkehaka [Mohawk] were being raided for contraband and “organized crime”, with terrorism ties. This was completely false, and broadcast on Global and CBC, which shows their complicity.  one nation
