ELSIPOGTOG RESISTING FRACKING

MNN. June 26, 2013. Tensions are rising at the Highway 126 anti-fracking camp near Elsipogtog First Nation in Kent County, New Brunswick (Wabanakik). By June 23, on National Aboriginal Day, twenty-nine had been arrested. One is in hospital. 

NB FRACKINGWarrior Chief John Levi is calling supporters to help resist seismic testing by US corporation, Southwestern Energy (SWN), and the provincial government. Their bosses are the bankers who own the corporations of Canada and the US. 

The Mi’kmaq, Maliseet, Passamaquoddy, Acadian and other Indigenous peoples of Wabanakik refuse to give their consent. Aggressive RCMP and SWN private security forces are protecting the testing and stirring up confrontations. Protesters are threatened by undercover RCMP who steal SIM cards from cell phones and physically assault elders. 

FRACK ARTResistance continues. Peaceful roadside pickets, blocking trucks and surrounding SWN vehicles are underway. Arrestee Gilogoetj Dedam explained: “They’re destroying our land … If we got off that road, those trucks will drive right by”. 

The cops are becoming more violent, shoving, denying water and bathroom access and tightening handcuffs to cause blood stoppage and bruising. 

A sacred fire, a line of open tents, a communal kitchen, gathering space, singing and drumming creates an inviting environment for supporters and visitors. 

FRACKEDThe resistance is against environmental destruction. All businesses bend the rules. Now they openly break them with impunity. MNN. June 14, 2013. The rulers are trying to build a giant computer that knows and runs everything. PRISM is the US National Security Agency program that gathers billions of private data on everyone in the world. In Canada it’s CSEC Communications Security Establishment Canada. It has a $400 million budget and 2000 employees.

Defense Minister Peter MacKay issued directives without Parliamentary oversight to swap ultra secret megadata from phone calls, internet activity, raw telephone data, phone numbers of all parties, time, duration, emails, audio, video, from everyone. It amasses GPS information, emails, social media, banking and travel records and entire government databases. Credit card companies and internet service such as Micosoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube and Apple give the government direct access to data.  People can now be totally monitored. The information is stored away by the military. 

CSIS and RCMP have been spying since the establishment of both agencies. In 1997 the Federal Court dismissed an application by CSIS to target a general class of persons at its discretion. New ways were created to get around privacy laws. The US PRISM program passes their info through the Canadian internet. When it goes back the US takes Canadian info with it. And vice versa. The “Five Eyes ECHELON’ is a global network to intercept private and commercial communications in US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Globalist puppet Prime Minister Harper of Canada is flying off to the private Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) meeting in New York City, set for May 16, 2013. This globalist “stink tank” is made up of the shareholders [banksters] of the Corporations of the Vatican, City of London and Washington DC. Harper has attended meetings of the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group and CFR, who are the triumvirate of globalism. They set policies, laws, financial alliances, monopolies and war. “We can never have enough money or war”, they say.bank lenders 

They need our funds to continue the war. The sudden call for Harper to attend shows the concern of the globalists about the “Indian problem”. They may be advising him how to put the final nail in the Indians’ coffin. It will never work, these criminals are all going to jail.

Outside oppression systems are brought in; such as courts, police, armies, law and order which is “low level warfare”. CFR usually uses military power to keep control. Feint Maneuver

MNN. May 4, 2013. As the bankers say in their Secret Covenant, “When a light shines among them, we shall extinguish it either by ridicule or death, whichever suits us best”. Feints are designed to distract or mislead, by giving the impression that a certain maneuver will, or will not take place. There are two types, feint attacks and feint retreats. Feint attack diverts us to concentrate on something so that another area is weaker. Feint retreat is direct contact to draw us into an ambush or cause disarray and then they retreat.

Canada acts like a resource owner and a sovereign entity. They want to charge higher royalties, which has to be put into our ever-growing Indian Trust Fund. The world knows we own all the land and natural resources. We should be dictating foreign policy. Canada is vulnerable to internal disruptions such as our questions and assertions.

The corporate “injuns” like are the AFN, tribal and band councils and their instigators. They help the bankers set us up for the kill. They have to keep the Indigenous people peaceful and blind. Current CCCE President John Manley was named Time Canada’s “Newsmaker of the Year” in 2001 for crafting cross-border anti-terrorism strategies with the first U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge. Other members are part of the war machine: Air Canada, Bombardier, CN, Deloitte, Encana, GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada, and many other firms at the heart of the Canadian economy on stolen Indigenous land.

These secret provisional corporate governments are being revealed for being the shadow government. As we read this now, the shackles are starting to fall. MNN. Apr. 28. 2013. Canada will be raiding bank accounts to take people’s money. Just like the way the Corporation of Canada passed a statute making itself the trustee of our ever growing $70.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The wealth of Canadians, all created by genocide and theft of our natural resources, will be plundered by the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada, the bankers. It’s in the new budget, “Economic Action Path 2013”.

It will be a bail-in regime condoned by the IMF and the World Bank, for banks in Canada “to big to fail”. This was planned before the Cyprus bank’s run on people’s accounts, which was a test run. The Indian Trust Fund, the largest savings account in the world that has been robbed, is the first example of savings theft. The public turned away when we demanded our savings. Now they’re coming after your trust fund.  

Banks will be designed to fail. The law will allow private bank accounts to be pilfered by “systematically important banks”. The genocide system created these banks. Banks will now be able to take extreme risks and lose deposits to save themselves. These are their assets and are permanent losses. Parents may even be expected to support their children in the military to enforce the new bail-in regime. Harper said Canada was a “benign dictatorship”. Now this bill is making it overt.

Checks may not be cashed. Direct deposits only. Withdrawals of $5,000 to $200,000 will be reviewed by a committee. Special approval will be needed to withdraw. Only limited amounts can be taken out of the country.

When the SHTF, community trust coops are currently safer. Watch out when the bank gives you a pen or a toaster to soften you up. We Indigenous are called “domestic dissidents” who are disrupting the corporate government’s image and economy. Infiltrators are sent in. It could be a vigilante operation to silence us, or to neutralize us by creating factionalism, attacking our reputations and causing confusion. 

“Spies” and “agents” pose as scholars, friends, supporters or helpers. The perfect intruder abandons you suddenly when their assignment is over. Their cover could be blown the longer they remain.

“Infiltration” is low intensity warfare, to mold public opinion, to sabotage us. “Surveillance” is gathering intel to expose, disrupt or discredit us. Infiltrators hang around for years studying and gathering info. Some offer services, like legal advice or romances. Some even have families in the community.  

Infiltrators get involved with one faction. Another infiltrates the opposing faction. They drive wedges between them. Targets are lured into compromising situations. Fear is created, like having them followed, strangers taking pictures and arranging attacks. Infiltrators organize drug, booze and sex parties to recruit youth. Intruder’s cause suspicion. True activists are sometimes “bad jacketed” as being government agents. The courts criminalize us through perjured evidence, false arrests and imprisonment. We face threats, assaults and political assassinations.  

“Provocateurs” disrupt, create disagreements, make divisions, sabotage, squander resources, steal funds, seduce leaders, provoke jealousy and public embarrassment, lead targets into danger and push paranoia. 

New "Indians" are turning up every day.

“Agents” are loners, with a vague cover story that doesn’t identify them. Some have many aliases. Some pretend to be Indigenous. Agents have no job but have a steady income. They will leave at a moment’s notice and disappear. They dress to quickly change their image, like hairstyle, weight, clothes or car.  

Hired thugs, right wing vigilantes, private military and local police are front line foot soldiers. Agents are subsidized, armed, directed and protected by the military. False stories are planted. Bogus organizations are set up. Parents, employers, landlords or school officials can be coerced into causing trouble for the target. 

Look for cameras, microphones & scanners.

They act needy or feign a rare sickness or medical condition to get sympathy and leave suddenly. They act like a best friend, downplay themselves and quietly observe. Targets are taken to unfamiliar outside groups to compromise them. 

Check the authenticity of visitors. “Keep friends and family close and your enemies closer”, as the godfather said. Stay on movement goals. If the eyes say something different from the body, they are not genuine. it reminds us of the old Charlie Pride song: The snakes crawl at night. that’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.

To protect ourselves, watch for visitors who want information, plainclothes who take pictures before and during demonstrations; those who seem out of place and interested in members rather than issues; who suddenly disappear and put out false stories, sometimes  about us being out of our minds.

“Direct Action”: A sign-in policy; get Freedom of Information info; suspects at pickets and protests don’t usually get arrested; educate the public by handing out a written position; lobby politicians; learn from victims of covert actions; class action suits [they usually back out]; court actions create disputes and splits; pro bono lawyers that take opposite sides. 

“Investigate Informers”: check background; check police academy grads list; they usually speak against cops; use phony names; they issue death threats we get blamed for. 

“Privacy”: Step out of the office to speak privately; watch for cars following, acquaintances suddenly becoming friendly; bogus discrediting about drug use or false relationships or activities about a true activist; throwing names around. Sweep your living space for electronics; don’t say anything that you wouldn’t say in court. 

Common sense helps!

Check out non-native groups that divert Indigenous issues such as residential school abuse, missing women, land claims, or “sharing” of our resources. Watch for outsiders that confuse, control and disorient. 

“True Supporters”: Don’t scare or ostracize true supporters or push them to take risks. 

“Debrief”: Write down information, look for patterns, check strengths and weaknesses, assess allies and adversaries. Don’t let agents inside your home to glean information about your prospects, lifestyle or floor plan. 

“Counter Tactics”: Government covert actions mislead the public, punish their own whistle blowers and interfere in anyway they can. Complain about illegal covert interference to human rights organizations.  

COINTELPRO is being used by US and Canada. Agents appear peaceful and friendly, but are there representing the military. As Roger Daltrey sang:We won’t get fooled again “We’ll be fighting in the street, with our children at our feet. “Black Bag Jobs” are burglary, copying keys, planting false evidence, placing bugs, cameras and computer hacking.

Safeguard address books, membership lists and phone and other contact information. Record break-ins, theft, threats, raids, arrests, strange phone calls and harassment. MNN. Mar. 23, 2013. Indigenous relationship with the land is the biggest threat to the economic royalist bankers. Destroying our communal land holding is to deny us our culture, life and identity. International law dictates that changes can only be made with our full knowledge and consent. Their think tanks funded by mining companies, oil companies and investment groups have plotted out how to part us from our land. The World Bank, government programs and the media want the sharks to come in on us.

To steal the natural resources, we have to be removed so highways, railways, ports, wind energy, mines, agribusinesses, the tar sands and cheap labor plants can be built. Our livelihood is robbed so that we become non-viable people and can be used for cheap labor.  

Indigenous were depopulated. That backfired. Too many of us are around holding onto our territories and asserting autonomy, self-determination and human rights. 

Prime Minister Harper and his accomplices are pushing bills that will dissolve indigenous communities and resistance. Surveyors with their tripods and gear are mapping out our land so that it can be broken into pieces and privatized.

Trained military and geographers are assessing our communities for resistance and defensive strength. Propaganda is spread that our communities are breeding grounds of crime and insurgency and must be done away with. 

Our communities are being deliberately mismanaged to force us into greater economic dependence. Our independence can only be achieved through our communal affinity with our land. 

Our corporate Indian sell-outs and their non-native accomplices argue that collective ownership is a monkey on their backs keeping them from making money. They demand privatization. Government, corporations, underworld and private citizenry are going through the back door where the doormen have brown faces.

Not long ago there was a cry over multinational corporations taking over the potash fertilizer business in Saskatchewan. Canadians screamed against the foreign takeover of a valued asset to Canada on unceded Indigenous land. Now it’s uranium. Almost at the same time extreme individualism of home ownership almost put the world into financial ruin [2008 financial meltdown]. 

The crown refuses to give us the keys to our ever-growing $35 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The crown [bankers] is running Canada with it. They’re trying to get rid of their fiduciary responsibility by violating international law and passing illegal statute [corporate by-laws]. In this foreclosure scenario, they are trying to turn us over to the banks, lenders and provinces that are sharpening their claws. Fee simple land becomes taxable provincial land that can be seized. trillion

It’s a corporate hostile takeover bid of natural law.
