On November 15 students and community members closed the “2016 Symposium on Security and Infrastructure Resilience” sponsored by Carleton University in Ottawa and its “Infrastructure Resilience Research Group” (IRRG). It was attended by RCMP, CSIS intelligence agents, judges, defence and private security experts and big energy monopolies. They came together to plan “The Challenges of Dealing with Natural Resource Development Projects and Activism.”

Prosecutors, lawyers, regulators, law enforcement, industry and industry association representatives are being trained in how to use police powers and black ops against protests critical of corporate infrastructure. They discussed threats, relevant legal provisions in the Anti-Terrorism Act [Bill C-51], the criminal code, prosecuting anyone involved in violent acts [or criticism] of critical national infrastructure. They maintain surveillance records of any people who are dissenting corporate laws, by-laws, etc.

The closing panel featured the Dean, a federal court judge [Simon Noel], a former CSIS intelligence service deputy director and a cybersecurity expert.

Critical infrastructure is resource development projects like the Site C Dam, Pacific NorthWest LNG project in British Columbia and the Dakota Access Pipeline in the United States and others.

Nov. 27, 2016. Fidel Castro of Cuba was the only leader who stood up to Western imperialism and maintained. He awakened the spirit of the Cuban people. They showed they can stand on their own against the ‘manifest destiny’.

He inspired revolutionary movements worldwide. Cubans survived the harshest economic blockade in history. They kept out the central bankers. During his years in power, Castro reportedly survived more than 600 assassination attempts by the US government, Cuban exile groups and the US mafia. Fidel Castro outlived 10 US presidencies and died when he chose.

Despite the Western propaganda demonizing him, Fidel Castro created one of the most beautiful places for the people in the world. The unfeeling monsters at Standing Rock bared their teeth last night by trying to mutilate our people and our close allies. The enemy hit them with tear gas, water cannons in sub zero temperatures, pepper spray, rubber bullets, and who knows what else.

The Fort Laramie Treaty of 1868 is null and void because the United States being a party broke it. In international law when a treaty between nations is violated by one side or the other, everything reverts back to one day before the treaty was signed. No corporate tribal and band councils have any right to make any deals on our behalf with the corporation as they are a part of the same corporation.
