MNN. Feb. 18, 2013. In 2007 the colonizer’s hired “saboteur”, Phil Fontaine of the Assembly of First Nations AFN. He got together with interim RCMP Commissioner Bev Busson, Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner Julian Fantino, Jacques Chagnon of the Surete Quebec, and a US agency ATF. They created a Joint AFN/RCMP Response Team JTF-3, stating it was an “anti-violence agreement”. Fantino slipped in “no fly lists” and “terrorism” safeguards.

Things are beginning to turn “ugly”. Corporate Canada has no claim to our land and resources, even through Harper’s illegal bills.  International law determines that no people can be absorbed into a foreign state unless the majority give their informed consent through a free and fair vote. This never happened. AFN, RCMP, OPP and the SQ conducting diplomatic relations on behalf of the Crown constitutes international aggression. 

We took no part in the British North America Act 1867. It was passed by Britain’s Parliament to set up the Dominion of Canada. BNA Act is the law for the settlers, not for us. Section 91[24] gives Canada the right only to negotiate WITH us. That’s all! Canada cannot make laws for us. Legally we can only deal with the Queen on any differences. It is an international relationship.

Canada reneged on all their duties under international law. The AFN does not represent us. The illegal Indian Act was passed by Canada’s Parliament and does not govern us. 

The right of foreigners to live here must be negotiated with us. The ever growing Indian Trust Fund cannot be touched without our consent. Prime Minister Harper callously commented in Parliament, “We cannot deny that we have been mismanaging public funds and resources rightfully belonging to First Nations for years. MNN: CANADA’S UNDECLARED WAR ON INDIGENOUS

Feb. 17, 2013.  Department of National Defense DND sees us Indigenous as foreign insurgents, according to their field manual on counterinsurgency for its soldiers and officers. Canadian Forces field manual They obviously recognize our sovereignty. The Crown should be negotiating with us as their landlords. Under international accords that Canada has signed, all countries must resolve differences by diplomatic means. War and weapons used to dominate are illegal.

The people and all resources belong to Mother Earth for future generations. We have the duty as caregivers for the future children. Nothing on Great Turtle Belongs to the multinational corporations and banks. They are corporate visitors.  Prime Minister Harper has to be brought before the International Criminal Court in The Hague for declaring war against us illegally, putting many of us in danger. 

The manual says, “Insurgent wars are characterized by their tendency to be local and often popular movements, rather than the traditional military conflicts between states. This type of irregular warfare has confounded US and NATO forces in Iraq and Afghanistan respectively”, and “successes are few and far between”. US and Canadian military need practice in reaching for their guns and riot gear by confronting unarmed Indigenous civilians here. 

In the war on terror the enemy is the insurgent. We are labeled as insurgents, which is a declaration of war against us. When we are detained or stopped by police or military, we have no civil rights or due process.  

Maj. D.J. Lambert, the lead author of the manual, points out that “Canadian Forces are actively engaged in various levels of confrontation with at least three ongoing insurgencies – in Afghanistan, Haiti and with domestic Indigenous organizations in Canada, such as the Mohawk Warrior Society”.

The manual goes on, “Indigenous resistance in Canada are insurgencies because they are animated by the goal of altering political relationships with both the Canadian government and at the local level – within Indigenous reservations themselves – “through the threat of, or use of, violence”. We are trying to defend ourselves against their violence and make them obey their laws. This is a foreign army on our land, falsely criminalizing us and imposing their military law on us.  

“Canadian Forces have been used by the federal government in high profile land confrontations with Indigenous communities and protestors in standoffs with the Mohawks of Kanehsatake in 1990 and with the Ojibway at Ipperwash in 1995”. DND admits the military was at Ipperwash. The sniper who murdered Dudley George might have been a soldier and not an Ontario Provincial Policeman. Corporal Deane and two other OPP key witnesses died in mysterious car crashes shortly before they were to appear as witnesses at the Inquiry. 

The Canadian military is the aggressor delivering death sentences to defenseless civilians, including infants and children, without a charge or trial. We sense Canada wants to provoke a confrontation to justify attacking or killing us. We won’t give them that. 

Gen. Leslie said, “The enormous resources invested by the government in the transformation of Canada’s armed forces are clearly not for Afghanistan alone. It is logical to expect that we will go somewhere fairly similar to Afghanistan and do much the same sort of activity.” 

They plan to attack us. This is premeditated murder of innocent people by a corporate army. “According to Haudenosaunee stories, a male child was born whose destiny was to address the condition of continuous warfare. The story of this man, who would come to be called the Peacemaker, gave form and substance to a kind of revolution in thinking. peacemaking

In that time, people fought wars with clubs, traps, and bows and arrows. These were not what we today call weapons of mass destruction, but a solid club wielded by a skilled warrior was a terrifying weapon.

Any effort to seek peace had to be practical. In the days prior to the invention of states–just like in this current so-called age of terrorism–no one had the power to assure that everyone would stop the violence. There was an attention to practice, to how to make promises to one another that would be kept.

Under the Peacemaker’s guidance, the Haudenosaunee people developed a protocol to be followed when enemies first come together under a temporary truce. The protocol begins with a “condolence,” a short ceremony in which the two parties acknowledge each other’s humanity and the losses and sacrifices that each had suffered. The two parties would meet in the middle of the forest, and one side would say to the other something like this:

“We’ve been engaged in combat, and you’ve come out of the forest, and you’re covered in the bracken of the forest; we see that on your clothing.”

“So the first thing we do is we brush your clothing off, and clean off all the stuff that shows that you’ve been in a war.”

The next thing they do is they brush off the bench that the man is going to sit on, and make it clean and ready.

One side passes strings of wampum to the other, each string carrying a pre-set message. Your enemy then acknowledges these messages by repeating them back to you. They say things like this:

“With this wampum, I release the pressure in your chest. You’re feeling tight in your body from the struggle, so I release you from that,”

“With this one, I remove the tears from your eyes that you’ve been crying because of the people you lost in war.”

“And with this one, I release your vocal cords. I release your voice so you can speak strongly.”

They are addressing the conditions that can extend the truce. The first goal is to stop the fighting; a truce is not peace, but it is a small step in that direction.

The peacemaking process begins with some principles, one of which is symbolized by images of people casting weapons beneath a tree and burying them. This is, of course, entirely symbolic, just like modern disarmament is entirely symbolic, since you can always go out and buy more weapons. Likewise, the Indians could always go home and whittle more weapons, and in any case, they couldn’t give up weapons entirely because they depended on them for hunting and food gathering. So when they say they are putting the weapons of war under the tree, this is symbolic language meaning that they are not going to use them on each other anymore.

The second principle can be summarized in this statement: We are now going to put our minds together to create peace. The focus is on a desirable outcome that benefits everyone. One of the most famous quotations from Indians is from Sitting Bull: “Now let us put our minds together to see what kind of world we can leave for our children.” And another is out of the Haudenosaunee tradition now known as The Great Law of Peace: “Now we put our minds together to see what kind of world we can create for the seventh generation yet unborn.” Both of these are pragmatic constructions; both are about envisioning a desirable outcome and then negotiating the steps to go from here to the outcome that you want.”

MNN. Feb. 17, 2013. When the European military came to Great Turtle Island, they met Indigenous warriors who did not meet them head on. They attacked and disappeared into the woods. Our men used swarming to attack and defeat the much larger and better armed British and French formations. Behind our fighting groups we had a democratic organization. There were natural loyalties among us that glued us together. It was defensive. The colonists ended up having to deal with us as equals.

Idle No More utilizes this strategy. Hierarchical governments cannot deal with this. They will break down. Soon Canada has to deal with the Indigenous people’s natural government formations. 

Hierarchy is becoming powerless. The internet is changing the way people get information and communicate. It empowers smaller units. From the large to the few, to the small and the many! It is breaking the spell of corporate hegemony and capitalism over society. 

Hierarchy works at controlling people. The Idle No More movement shows there is no way to control grassroots Indigenous people. Power is being devolved into small units, which are interconnected. Global conflicts are being reshaped. The existing order will be overturned because the power is in the people. 

Swarmers know hierarchical power is artificial and against the natural way. Hierarchies need a target. There is none. One minute they are there and then they just disappear. Hitting back at nothing is not winning. We the people have power and are using it. We can be visible or invisible. Internet spreads information more effectively than mass media. New thoughts are being spread to the public independent of mass media, which has lost its brainwashing power. We can listen to anyone we chose. Swarmers can be unorganized or well organized. They are everywhere.

To combat swarming, like the “Idle No More” sudden formations in shopping malls and elsewhere, the US military is developing “BattleSwarm”. The military is broken down into small units. Pods operate in clusters. It won’t work because they are not based on natural affiliations. 

Thinking for ourselves is a human survival spirit. Swarming reflects the human instinct to make connections. It demonstrates the social will in each of us to think and act for ourselves and to help our people. We work together, use our minds to help and defend ourselves from abusers. There is no mastermind. It strikes from all directions and then withdraws. The interconnection is on a subconscious level. They move from place to place, do something and disappear into the night. It is as though one mind is in control. 

Corporate Canada has seen that their band and tribal council apparatus is totally ineffective in controlling us. We urge the councils, don’t coddle up to the powers that are out to kill us. Don’t stand in front of the enemy and ask for anything. We warn you, don’t put on the fascist uniforms and help the colonizers eliminate our people to save yourselves. Just get into their boat and be on your way.

They want to get out of actions for liability for all the cruelty, larceny and crimes they’ve committed against us. They think the stroke of a pen can make us into “Canadians” against our will. They will not get away with genocide. Obviously, they will try anything.

We’re not disappearing. Indian Affairs will be killed off piece by piece. The Indian Act is the “weapon of mass destruction”. We will set up law of the land courts. Everyone has to follow it. 

We want full accountability and total forensic audit of Indian Affairs and its entire gangsta’ apparatus, subsidiary companies, contractors, and the names of all the shareholders of the derelict corporations. We will be holding the feet of the criminals to the fire. A lot of lawyers and consultants have been getting big career boosts and piles of our money by misrepresenting us and feigning investigations into criminal acts committed against us by the colonial government without resolving them. By design, they are meant to be lost.

A proper land-lord tenant relationship will be set in place. Settlers will stop gobbling up our assets, polluting our land and destroying the inheritance of our coming generations. We will  sit down and start talking about the terms under which they can stay here. Their future relationship will through Guswentha to the Kaianereh’kowa. They must become of one mind with us, or the war will continue. 

No, we’re not afraid to get rid of Indian Affairs. They have an ongoing debt to us supported by their own laws [Section 109, BNA Act, Royal Proclamation, and so on] and the human rights covenants Canada signed and supports internationally. We have to carry out our original instructions. The land has to be taken care of. The damage has to be repaired.

MNN. Feb. 16/13. Fundamentalist whites think they are always right. Prime Minister Harper cruelly and coldly told Indigenous women victims of horrific assault and sexual abuse crimes by the RCMP to go to their rapists to file reports. This is a disrespectful white privilege remark to fuel racism.

When we walk into a store at the same time as a white person, the security guard follows us and leaves them alone to shop.

When a white persons tries to get into a school, applies for a job, or hunts for an apartment, they get it because they are white and don’t look threatening. The person dishing out the privilege is usually white. White privilege also means scores of second rate white people slide through the system because their ignorance and flaws are overlooked. This has obviously lead to mediocrity of brains and talent in high places.

Whites benefit from living in a world they designed, mostly run by white people that has been built on our land. They always say they did not personally take the land, but continue to benefit from its possession and fruits. To do this they inflict systemic racism and lawlessness on the land owners. 

We always point out white privilege. No one listens to us unless a white person says it in mainstream media.  Otherwise the masses do not believe it. Historically, on MSM 4 bad stories for every good one on Indigenous to fuel racism. 

Here are some of the white insights into the issue: white privilege can’t be changed. They say affirmative action has made being white a disadvantage! It’s natural. White privilege is a good thing because white Europeans have civilized the world. Whites are inherently superior. Any white who says differently is a weakling and a traitor.    

Integrational whites are often paternalistic and condescending of Indigenous people. They want to keep the peace, avoid confrontation and maintain control. They want to keep the status quo, to continue the systemic racism. 

They’re adamant about keeping their white privilege. They are concerned about any of the settlers who are starting to stand against the genocide.   

White privilege is not merit. It is unearned. When we Indigenous seek a job, an apartment or a position in school and we are turned down, it’s because we are Indigenous. Unqualified whites will generally be put ahead of us on most lists.

He is complicit in genocide and will be tried in the International Criminal Court. His inhuman response shows the flaws of the business plan of the corporate system to take over the earth. The recent take-down of the Pope at the Vatican represents the end of the male hierarchical control grid. The rest will crumble, the monarchies, corporations, and all their entities.

The women have a sacred trust as progenitors of the land. Our mother is now calling us to connect with each other and retrieve the instructions that exist deep within us. The songs and dances we perform are our medicine, Ononkwa, invoking the power of the original instructions that lie within. 

We are connected through our subconscious. Our ceremonies remind us to stay on the winding route in unison and harmony with one another, in the same direction. 

The Kaianereh’ko:wa is nature, a “clearly defined perfect reality”. It is “right, perfect and wise”. The man-made reality of the Euro American is disharmonious with nature, an Artifice. 

We are the legal advocates of peace, not war. We are in charge of mother earth. The men are the keepers of the forest and the women are the keepers of the fields.  

Dekanawida, the Peacemaker, had the greatest influence on the world. Jigonsaseh, a woman, was the leader of the cultivators, with whom the Peacemaker had to deal. She was recognized as the Mother of Nations. She reminded him of the power of women as the basic tenet of the Great Law. 

Creation is the ultimate wisdom. It is ancient and advanced at the same time. It is already here. Original people, let us protect our girls and women so they may carry out their duties in the natural way.

The Congress of Indigenous Women and the Council of Chiefs will resume governing over all colonially imposed states. The Council of Elders will reinvigorate true traditional government. 

Guidelines:

1. Indian-time will go into effect immediately. 

2. The White House will be the Elders’ Center. Parliament will be a meeting place for the Council of Chiefs. The Congress of Indigenous Women will meet in Congress in Washington DC. Peoples meetings will be the basis of government.

3. All governors’ mansions, prime Minister’s residences, presidential palaces and other colonial habitations will be turned over to the homeless.

4. Indigenous languages will be the official means of communication. The continents, towns, cities, businesses, streets, etc. will be renamed by the Indigenous people of the region.

5.Healing centres will be set up to treat all settlers for their addiction to all colonially induced psycho illnesses.

6. Educational study groups will be established to help people learn the meanings of such egalitarian concepts as “constitution”, “rule of law”, “sovereignty”, “peace”, “equality”, “tolerance”, “respect”, “honesty”, “repossession”.

7. All colonial borders will be erased. Original Indigenous names will be reinstated.

8.Hierarchies will be leveled. No aristocracy and no super rich. Everyone has to work. Self-sufficient communities will replace globalization.

9. Traditional clothing will not be called “costumes” or “regalia”.

10.Police, prosecutors, judges, social workers, tax collectors and dog catchers will be abolished. Old technologies will be revived.

11.Hunting and fishing will be based on need. Sports hunting and fishing will be banned. Zoos will be closed down. Animals will be set free and helped to return to their natural habitat.

12. Hollywood will be renovated. 

13.Indigneous names, nations or images of sports teams will be discontinued.

14.Disrespectful terms on merchandising will be banned.

15.July 4, Canada Day, Columbus and all White heroe worship days will be banned. Halloween will be a national holiday. Indigenous will have days off work to visit relatives and follow the pow-wow trail. Statues of murderous colonizers will be torn down. A holocaust memorial to the 125 million murdered Indigenous will be erected in Washington DC and Ottawa.

MNN. Feb. 13, 2013. On February 12 Senator Brazeau went into the Senate Chambers in Ottawa looking like a grease ball, a disposable victim of the GMO Indian system! The government procurers are always casting around for naive young Indigenous blood. They take our young Indigenous, turn them into betrayers and then throw them away like a Bic Lighter. They let them drive Porsches and live high for a while. Then they pull the rug out from under them and like Joseph Brant, they die alone. Unless, of course, they change their ways.

Kevin White, a handsome young Indigenous man, told us about this strategy in his book. [Where Eagles Dare to Soar – Indians, Politics & AIDS, 1993]. He died at 31 years of age. 

Before he died he wrote about his experiences. He said that the corporate talent scouts look for weak willed, super good-looking, needy Indians who want a phony, empty, materialistic image, for a few minutes of fame. They just have to spout the words of their masters. They know right from wrong but end up having no resistance. They are compromised until they are willing to sign away our rights.

Kevin admitted he was selfish, saying it was always about, “me, me, me and me”. [Owistah disease]. He moved among the fast life of the white and Indian elites at 16 years of age, until he died of AIDs. 

At the end, Kevin saw the richness of the old Indian ways and values, but it was too late. He warns of the dangers of chasing after material values and the glitter of the cities. He outlines the governments’ plans to destroy Indians as a people. His biggest warning is about Indian people in leadership roles who do the governments’ bidding and help the suppression of our people. He reveals the intense corruption of people in powerful positions – especially the scandalous evil behavior of the Department of Indian Affairs.

In the end the Indians make their own choices. Senator Brazeau, what they’re doing to you is nothing new? It’s probably in their standard procedure manual because we see it so often. What did you learn? Is it something we need to know? What is the legacy you will pass onto your own children? To sell their birthright? They are paying dearly for your Porsche! You should listen to Janis: “Oh, Lord, won’t you buy me a Mercedes Benz. My friends all drive Porsche’s, I must make amends”.

MNN. Feb. 10, 2013. Senator Brazeau turns out to be a ‘No’gonquin Indian created by Indian Affairs. One day he became a member of Kitigan-zibi, an Algonquin community north of Ottawa. Brazeau may meet the blood quantum of the corporate Indian Act. Drunkenness, assaulting women and jailing is the stereotype that he is helping to promote. He married a Kitigan-zibi member, had three children and then departed.

In many other communities, someone or a family turns up claiming to be long lost members of an Indigenous community. Soon after they set up businesses, become politically active and push their own agenda. They make provocative statements to the media and actions that do not reflect the communities they claim to be part of.  

The traditional women cannot call in these derelicts to talk to them. They are outsiders. A foreign corporation [Canada] created their membership.  

When the bankers want to take over a territory for resource extraction underneath an Indigenous community, strange things happen. The corporations want to take control of the land, minerals and set up nuclear waste dumps. 

“Indians” are created to sign away some land and rights on behalf of the true Indigenous. They are “GMO Indians”, the “kill” genes being created by the governments and corporations. 

Some real and would-be “Algonquins” are signed up to pose as “owners” of the targeted Indigenous territory. They give the appearance of a legitimate claim to our land so the corporation can raise money on the stock exchange to defraud the public.   

The Congress of Aboriginal People CAP is a major player in this scam.  It does not represent Onkwehonwe. It is a nationally incorporated colonial company that got $10 million from Canada to represent “off-reserve” Indians, Inuit, Metis and GMOs, who is anyone that becomes a fake native to help out the corporations. The CAP website is sponsored by the Canadian government, showing a Canadian flag. Each affiliate is provincially or territorially incorporated. It was formerly known as the “Native Council of Canada”. 

Brazeau was the National Chief of this “rags to riches” company, paid over $100,000 a year, plus.  Other lavishly paid CAP people are Jerry Peltier, Brendan Sheppard, Kim Beaudin, Carl Dube and Brad Maggrah.   

CAP laid claim to all undeveloped Crown land in Canada.  CAP wants to cost share with the Corporation of Canada any ventures on our land. All these unsubstantiated claims to Great Turtle Island violate international law.  

CAP has no individual members, only “talking heads”.  Joan “The-Creator-of-GMO-Indians” Holmes registered CAP members. Mostly non-Indians. This list is hidden.

“Mother Jones” [Joan Holmes] soliciting GMO Indians to sign up and vote on Indigenous resource and land claims.

Mother Joan Holmes tries to wipe out or outnumber the real Indigenous. Eventually these GMO Indians are going to try to make decisions for all of us. CAP will get rid of us, our title and our roots to our land. Corporate Canada deludes itself into thinking they can extinguished our fire by throwing GMO wet paper on us.

CAP gets its funding from Canadian Heritage, HRDC, Indian Affairs, Environment Canada, Health Canada, Office of Canada and Nuclear Waste Management [which stores nuclear waste].  

The noose is tightening.  They want to close the big deal. Some of their ducks have flown away or are behind bars. They are worried their stash might be gone when they get out.
