We went to interrogate his client, one of the New York State Troopers, who was charged and wants to come clean about the “Indian Detail”. 14 of the 100 targets from all Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy Rotinoshonni were dropped by the pro se lawyers because we refused to take the cash settlement offered by NYS to drop the case against of hundreds of Troopers and NYS. As Judge George Lowe previously reported, if this case goes to court, they [the ongwe’hon:weh] will win. He advised NYS to offer us money so they can continue to get away with genocide. On May 18, 1997 we were having a ceremony and a feast on private ground near Interstate 81. Also, we were going to talk about various topics, in particular the agreement signed between the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Ind. and NYS to charge illegal taxes on our products. The highway was not blocked. 75% attending were women and children.

The appearingly remorseful sargeant was nervous. The two lawyers still involved in the case, were trying to dominate everything that happened in that room. Someone from the NYS Attorney General’s Office listened and took extensive notes.

In one of the NYSP videos, the commander instructed the lineup of Troopers just before the attack, “Make sure you take out the right one [or ones]!” The sargeant said he did not know about this.

The man from the Attorney General’s Office left the room to make a phone call. He returned and asked the sargeant a few questions. Then he turned to us and asked us to submit in writing within a week a list of our demands to stop this case from going to trial. We said we needed at least a month. So a deadline was set for August 10, 2015.

TRC USING SOUTH AFRICAN “WHITE WASH” MODEL

MNN. 8 June 2015. The majority of White South Africans take no responsibility for apartheid, though they are the main beneficiaries. Over 40% think apartheid was a good idea, but badly executed. Canada’s “INDIAN reserve” system was the model for the apartheid system. Today the vast majority of South African Blacks are more impoverished, even more since the Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC hearings in 1996. They can now buy clean water and electricity. A few are wealthy. TRC denied trials of the colonial corporate butchers who committed genocide. Instead they got amnesty. Apartheid-signs

TRC did not address the collective loss of dignity, opportunities, systemic violence, stolen land and resources, denial of education, and the role of corporations that collaborated with and made money from the brutal apartheid regime. Forced removals are deemed to be legal.

In 2008 when TRC started in Canada, the conservatives changed their laws to protect their businesses and their accomplices so they can keep stealing our resources, destroying our environment and removing protection for us. They are trying to renege on their debts and keep illegally occupying us. They want to oppress us by no jobs, no education and no money. We demand total control and profits from our lands and resources, as the agreements between free and sovereign parties would mandate.

If nothing else, the CROWN was found to have committed “cultural genocide”. Those who took part and benefitted or who didn’t actively resist will be charged in an international venue. TRC nailed the whites and their INDIAN helpers, who betrayed us, sold us into slavery, helped murder our children, allowed corporations to torture us and kept it all secret. They’re going to jail.

Many White South Africans glorify their apartheid past. 60% feel that victims of gross human rights violations should not be compensated. For stable development and to maintain social order, detention of political prisoners is necessary. Also whites should have economic control. TRC FAILED.

MNN. 18, 2015. The Indian Lands Acts of 1924 established the POW camps called “Indian Reserves” IR throughout Canada. Bill C-51 is Canada’s latest attempt to legalize genocide. Here are ten steps to illegally dismantle the ongwe’hon:weh through corporate regime change, relocation or unwitnessed lethal procedures.

1.The military response unit is located at the high tech Indian Affairs “war room”, directed by a well-briefed investigator and surveillance head. He reports to a senior commissioned officer. 4.The media induces fear into the surrounding communities promoting fear and anger towards any  ongwe’hon:weh. In 1990 the surrounding communities requested the military attack the Mohawks. Command posts are set up at a moment’s notice to go into the IR once the conflict is created. “New management” or lethal force is demanded. This historical record continues. 5.The “economic hit man” pays off the band and tribal council for their cooperation. Chiefs liaise constantly with the military. Secret meetings are held at local golf courses. The commander is involved during the “live” operation.

8.Band councils sign blank arrest warrants. Local cops stand by while targeted residents are threatened. Some incidents are “false flags” to mislead the people and heighten tension. The ensuing chaos eventually discredits cops and band councils. The military comes in to control the situation.

9.The band and tribal councils agrees to come under the control of a political and economic corporation to create ‘peace’. Martial law is established. Roads closed. Houses searched. Curfews. Perpetrators report they were “just following orders” and can’t remember doing anything wrong, until they are charged with human rights abuses and genocide!

ANATOMY OF A “FALSE FLAG”

MNN. Apr. 27. 2015. All this is gleaned from the evidence file of this case, Andrew Jones vs. NY State, 98-CV-374. The protest issues were banishment by the Onondaga Chiefs of those they don’t like, burning down their businesses and homes, sovereignty and the chiefs illegal deals with New York State. The May 18, 1997 response to our peaceful protest was pre-planned to do away with Ongwe’hon:weh “troublemakers”. “Indian Detail” is part of the NYS Police Response Plan. Coincidentally two prior incidents occurred near Onondaga, a tanker fire and tire fire, which were not investigated. Suspicion was thrown at the Onondaga. The ceremonial fire was reported and investigated. We were called a “warrior” or “non-warrior”. Ronnie Jones was assassinated a year later.

We never stopped the traffic on Interstate 81. Their warning to leave the roadside was done in a very low voice so that we could not hear.

Most media was with the cops. One camera was confiscated and quickly returned. Other newsmen were scattered throughout the encampment. The cops were responsible for their safety. Cops did not want to be photographed so they couldn’t be charged. Cops also study these videos for training purposes.

There were numerous references to cops fearing “armed conflict“ despite lack of evidence. False rumors were provided by the chiefs, their secret informants and the cops themselves.

The “multi-phased operation” was designed by Captain Beach, Sgt. Haumann and the Superintendant of NYS Police  McMahon. There were 120 Division police. 70 to 100 Onondaga County Sheriffs personnel on stand-by. Another 100 were available from Watertown. Another sheriff mustered another 100 cops “in anticipation of the need for additional power”. Plans were made to Integrate separate squads “should the need arise”. 100 cops were directed to the Staging Area as they “anticipated” the need for more manpower. The “multi-phased” operation was to bring in more and more cops. 5 cops per person. By May 16th they were sure of a gathering on May 18th. Then the plan went into action.

There was a predetermined route 1000 feet from the encampment. Captain Beach wanted approval to enact the plan to advance and “engage” with the protesters, who were sitting around picnic tables laughing, talking and eating. We are portrayed as putting our children in danger and cars “violently swerving” to miss them. Not true! We refused to move and many got arrested.

The road had to be closed to carry out the Onondaga chiefs’ orders to arrest us and the outside activists. We were to be charged with trespassing on Onondaga land. The cops were ready for us unarmed people with wood batons, guns, gas masks and so on. “As predetermined” they advanced to the picnic area where there was “real potential for armed conflict so they could “execute” their plan”. Cops diverted traffic and detoured it. NYS DOT detour signs came out of secret hiding places in the bush. There were to be  no witnesses.

“As planned” Division Headquarters were notified that an American Indian protest was underway and had blocked I81. Stonehorse tried talking to the cops and was arrested.

Cops advanced to the pup tent as it could “present potential for secreting warriors and weapons”. Investigator Dennis Blythe had checked out background of the Rotiskenrakete he called “warriors”. He said “there was real potential for armed conflict”, “quick and decisive response had to be executed”.

The cops said five times that they “maintained contact with the chiefs and provided continued intelligence gathering’ … Many band and tribal chiefs maintain the same relationship with the surrounding police. Each cop wrote the same report with the same details.

“INDIAN DETAIL” AT ONONDAGA

MNN. Apr. 26, 2015. On May 15th a trial date is being set for the case, Jones v. Parmley. Eighteen years ago hundreds of New York State Troopers brutally attacked the Haudenosaunee at Onondaga Nation near Syracuse during a peaceful tobacco burning ceremony. The public was invited to learn about our opposition to the illegal trade and commerce agreement between NYS and the Onondaga chiefs.

 

NYS Judge George Lowe had advised NYS to avoid a trial because we would win. He urged NYS to offer us a pay-off. 13 of us refused the money and were dropped by the lawyers. Now the trial must proceed. We have to represent ourselves.

A big box of files and disks arrived. The interrogations and disks reveal criminal activity. The Onondaga chiefs and NYS Troopers worked together to plan “Operation Indian Detail”. They set up the arrests with pre-signed blank arrest warrants, lethal weaponry, a list of Rotiskenraketeh targets to be “taken out” and a system of informants. This is the tip of the iceberg.

The NYS Police Investigator and Surveilance head, Dennis Blythe, worked closely with the Onondaga chiefs for 12 years to set up this genocidal attack. NYS Governor Pataki was kept informed on a daily basis.

The Troopers alleged that the 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech does not apply to INDIANS!! The decision which they lost.
