MNN. JULY 15, 2015. Our proud young people stood up to the powers that be. The Haudenosaunee under-19 women’s lacrosse team withdrew Thursday from the upcoming FIL U19 Women’s World Championship in Edinburgh, Scotland. The corporatists say our Rotinoshonni-issued passports are not valid because they do not meet their corporate standards. We, the natural people of our land, need a colonial passport for international travel. In 2010 Rotinoshonni sovereignty drew worldwide media attention when the U.K. would not allow the Iroquois Nationals men’s lacrosse team into its borders without Canadian or American passports. They withdraw from the tournament rather than use a corporate imposed identification. In 2014 in Denver they participated and earned the bronze medal because it took place on ono’ware:geh, Great Turtle Island.

INDIAN “DEADLY” DETAIL AT ONONDAGA

MNN. 10 July 2015. A meeting of those of us clients dropped by the lawyers, the lawyers for the other ongwe’hon:weh, the NYS Attorney General’s office, met at G. Nugent’s office [not the INDIAN hater Ted] in Syracuse. It was about the NYS Attack in Onondaga in 1997. [See video]

We went to interrogate his client, one of the New York State Troopers, who was charged and wants to come clean about the “Indian Detail”. 14 of the 100 targets from all Six Nations of the Iroquois Confederacy Rotinoshonni were dropped by the pro se lawyers because we refused to take the cash settlement offered by NYS to drop the case against of hundreds of Troopers and NYS. As Judge George Lowe previously reported, if this case goes to court, they [the ongwe’hon:weh] will win. He advised NYS to offer us money so they can continue to get away with genocide. On May 18, 1997 we were having a ceremony and a feast on private ground near Interstate 81. Also, we were going to talk about various topics, in particular the agreement signed between the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Ind. and NYS to charge illegal taxes on our products. The highway was not blocked. 75% attending were women and children.

The appearingly remorseful sargeant was nervous. The two lawyers still involved in the case, were trying to dominate everything that happened in that room. Someone from the NYS Attorney General’s Office listened and took extensive notes.

We finally got a chance to ask a few questions. “When were you called to show up for the Indian Detail?” He answered, “at 11:00 am the day before May 18th”. He admitted there was extensive preparation for this attack. Then we asked, “What is an Indian Detail? Is there an “Italian Detail”? “A Chinese Detail”? or “an English Detail”? He answered, “No. there is only an Indian Detail”. We asked what preparations are made for an Indian Detail? “We have to assemble all our equipment – rifle, ammunition, bullet proof vest, tear gas, pepper spray, shield, baton”, and so on, all meant for deadly force. The Troopers were ordered not to wear their name badges, which, he said, is illegal.

In one of the NYSP videos, the commander instructed the lineup of Troopers just before the attack, “Make sure you take out the right one [or ones]!” The sargeant said he did not know about this.

The man from the Attorney General’s Office left the room to make a phone call. He returned and asked the sargeant a few questions. Then he turned to us and asked us to submit in writing within a week a list of our demands to stop this case from going to trial. We said we needed at least a month. So a deadline was set for August 10, 2015.

INDIAN DETAIL: FROM ‘PRO BONO’ TO ‘PRO SE’

MNN. May 16, 2015. “Pro bono” are free lawyers. “Pro se” are those who represent themselves. The “INDIAN Detail” military attack on Rotinoshonni at Onondaga was eighteen years ago. The “pro bono” lawyers had a winning case. Instead they decided to negotiate a financial settlement to drop the charges. 16 victims out of 100 refused to take the money and wanted a trial. Judge Wylie Dancks allowed the lawyers to drop them as clients, “I let the lawyers drop those victims who refused to take New York State’s money because I follow the law”?? “Remember”, said the judge, “this is a really big case!”

On May 15th, 2015, only one “pro se” victim was invited to the private Syracuse court discussion on the forthcoming trial. The judge suggested this plaintiff not attend and would phone if something important came up. Only the lawyers for all parties would have been there to make decisions. The other lawyer-less plaintiffs heard rumors on Facebook and showed up. Throughout the judge reminded the victims that the money is there and the charges can still be dropped.

One “pro se” reiterated, “I want to talk about how my nation was attacked by a foreign entity, my father was murdered and my ceremony was trampled upon”.

The “pro se” group asked many questions. The judge laid out the rules of the game: “Look at my direction of April 4”, “You’ll have to read everything in those boxes of disclosures”. “Where’s the statement about Ronald Jones and his wife” [he was murdered shortly after the attack and his wife died]. “Why didn’t one victim not make a deposition” [she’s almost 100 years old, doesn’t speak English and can’t travel!], so the judge let her off. She ordered another lawyer to send more stuff like copies of all the videos of the attack. There’s a truckload on the two cases that NYS Troopers already lost. One “pro se” said, “You sent me disks and I don’t have a computer”. Wylie Dancks suggested, “Go to the library and use their computer”. The former “pro bono” lawyers have copies and transcripts, which the victims have to pay for. Now another box of stuff is being sent to each “pro se”.

The judge ordered, “I will not have Mohawk spoken in my court room!”. One plaintiff asked, “Who were the people responsible for what happened to us?” The judge said, “Read docket #149!”

'I firmly believe in the right to a speedy trial.'The judge continued: “By September 11th we’ll do this; by September 25 we’ll do that; we’ll make more discoveries; October 3 we’ll have some more motions; on Nov. 6th other documents can be added; after that we can talk to each other by phone or in court; by New years eve we could have a summary dismissal [she hopes]. Otherwise, jury trial starts in 2016 [which will go on for a year], unless something ‘extraordinary comes up’, [like we might be so hopelessly confused we’ll drop the charges.] The victims of the INDIAN DETAIL were treated to “American exceptionalism”. The CROWN/Vatican claims ownership of all our land and people because of some old Jewish story they believe in. They are involved in everything that happens in “reservation city”: FEMA camps, martial law, curfews, overt police brutality, culling of the population, killing of the people by their white overlords. FEMA camps are the concentration camps waiting to be filled, surrounded by fences and guards. MNN. Apr. 27. 2015. All this is gleaned from the evidence file of this case, Andrew Jones vs. NY State, 98-CV-374. The protest issues were banishment by the Onondaga Chiefs of those they don’t like, burning down their businesses and homes, sovereignty and the chiefs illegal deals with New York State. The May 18, 1997 response to our peaceful protest was pre-planned to do away with Ongwe’hon:weh “troublemakers”. “Indian Detail” is part of the NYS Police Response Plan. Coincidentally two prior incidents occurred near Onondaga, a tanker fire and tire fire, which were not investigated. Suspicion was thrown at the Onondaga. The ceremonial fire was reported and investigated. We were called a “warrior” or “non-warrior”. Ronnie Jones was assassinated a year later.

We never stopped the traffic on Interstate 81. Their warning to leave the roadside was done in a very low voice so that we could not hear.

Most media was with the cops. One camera was confiscated and quickly returned. Other newsmen were scattered throughout the encampment. The cops were responsible for their safety. Cops did not want to be photographed so they couldn’t be charged. Cops also study these videos for training purposes.

There were numerous references to cops fearing “armed conflict“ despite lack of evidence. False rumors were provided by the chiefs, their secret informants and the cops themselves.

The “multi-phased operation” was designed by Captain Beach, Sgt. Haumann and the Superintendant of NYS Police  McMahon. There were 120 Division police. 70 to 100 Onondaga County Sheriffs personnel on stand-by. Another 100 were available from Watertown. Another sheriff mustered another 100 cops “in anticipation of the need for additional power”. Plans were made to Integrate separate squads “should the need arise”. 100 cops were directed to the Staging Area as they “anticipated” the need for more manpower. The “multi-phased” operation was to bring in more and more cops. 5 cops per person. By May 16th they were sure of a gathering on May 18th. Then the plan went into action.

There was a predetermined route 1000 feet from the encampment. Captain Beach wanted approval to enact the plan to advance and “engage” with the protesters, who were sitting around picnic tables laughing, talking and eating. We are portrayed as putting our children in danger and cars “violently swerving” to miss them. Not true! We refused to move and many got arrested.

The road had to be closed to carry out the Onondaga chiefs’ orders to arrest us and the outside activists. We were to be charged with trespassing on Onondaga land. The cops were ready for us unarmed people with wood batons, guns, gas masks and so on. “As predetermined” they advanced to the picnic area where there was “real potential for armed conflict so they could “execute” their plan”. Cops diverted traffic and detoured it. NYS DOT detour signs came out of secret hiding places in the bush. There were to be  no witnesses.

“As planned” Division Headquarters were notified that an American Indian protest was underway and had blocked I81. Stonehorse tried talking to the cops and was arrested.

Cops advanced to the pup tent as it could “present potential for secreting warriors and weapons”. Investigator Dennis Blythe had checked out background of the Rotiskenrakete he called “warriors”. He said “there was real potential for armed conflict”, “quick and decisive response had to be executed”.

The cops said five times that they “maintained contact with the chiefs and provided continued intelligence gathering’ … Many band and tribal chiefs maintain the same relationship with the surrounding police. Each cop wrote the same report with the same details.
