MNN. Sept. 29, 2016. Judge Frederick Scullin [Bones] of the New York Federal Court tried to throw out so far 8 of the “Onondaga15” pro se plaintiffs/victims of the I-81 NYS INDIAN Detail attack on May 18, 1997. Five were a few minutes late because the guards kept them outside the courtroom. After argument they were reinstated.

Scullin does not allow evidence like a video showing women, children and elders standing around the ceremonial fire on the Jones property and being viciously attacked and arrested. Any evidence contrary to the interests of the NYS I-81 INDIAN Detail, especially their contradictory statements are being kept out. One was not allowed to cross-examine the cop in case of false arrest.

Scullin ordered the plaintiff to give him his questions to decide if they can be asked by someone else. The plaintiff insisted on asking them himself, which by law he’s allowed to. The fix is in!

Scullin glanced for a second at the questions and then denied all questions, without explanation. An argument ensued. Scullin ordered him out of the courtroom. The plaintiff asked, “What does that mean?” Scullin demanded the plaintiff leave. The man asked, “What does that mean?” Scullin did not answer. The man asked, “Judge, can you clarify what you mean? Are you throwing me out of the case?”

Scullin yelled, “I want you out of my courtroom for the rest of the day!”

The plaintiff said, “I don’t believe you have ever experienced a case like this. Throw me out of the case so I can start my appeal!” Scullin wouldn’t.

Scullin ordered the jury out so they could not see his continued abuse. The plaintiff’s loud voice could be heard through the walls.

Two plaintiffs left the courtroom with the boisterous man to protect him. During the chaos, one guard at the door pushed the plaintiff in the back. The plaintiff asked, “What are you doing?” One guard said, “At least I’m not a savage”, No, he’s a racist! Fifteen cops arrived as a show of force and escorted the three of the “Onondagas 15” out of the courthouse. Shuddering Scullin ran to his chamber where he could have a good cry.

It appears the court is trying to sabotage the case, hoping the jury will give a decision that supports the Troopers for their crimes.

The INDIAN Detail that viciously beat the plaintiffs on May 18, 1997 sit and watch. The warriors were falsely accused of being at the gathering and putting the women and children on the front lines and running away!

MNN. Sept. 26, 2016. The Syracuse court has not been friendly to us. Judge Frederick J. Scullin [bones] decided to speed up the trial by violating the individual rights of the pro se plaintiffs. He forced them to choose one spokesperson, violating the rights of the other Onondaga 15 plaintiffs/victims. They can’t cross-examine the NYS Police defendants. This an unprecedent 20 year case. The court matrix is bizarre. american-cops

Scullin started to limit the questions . Then he began asking the questions himself, often answering them himself.

'Judging by those smoke signals, they know we're here and they're not afraid of us!'

When the questions are in the plaintiff’s favor, Scullin interrupts. Rules are changed from one moment to the next. Then he demanded a list of questions be submitted to him for approval, repeatedly saying, “If you don’t like my ruling, you can appeal”.

Then Scullin threw out almost all the questions without looking at them. The evidence is almost nothing. He does not want the jury to see videos of the horrific beating and false arrest for trespassing on private land on May 18, 1997. He won’t let the jury go out to see the Jones land to view the fog line, billboards, wood pallets, Route I-81, the house and site of the ceremonial fire.

When we object and ask for explanation, he says he doesn’t have to explain. The DA is granted most objections. We are seeing the panorama of the destructive power of the Indian Ring.

One plaintiff had enough. He stood up and demanded justice from Scullin and said he wanted to be dismissed from the case so he could start an appeal. He was thrown out of the courtroom for the rest of the day. Scullin’s voice broke, sounding much like he wanted to cry and then he ran out of the courtroom.

This case belongs in the International Criminal Court where we might get a fair trial. thahoketoteh.

1] Without explanation throws out evidence that supports the victims and makes cops look bad. p8

2] Makes victims identify cop assailants who were masked and covered their badges.

3] Limits victims to 5 minute statements to describe the horrific attack and beating by the cops.

6] Piles pounds of legalese papers on victims who are representing themselves they can’t possibly understand.

7] Delays civil case against the cops for almost 20 years so the statute of limitations runs out and the cops can’t be charged for their criminality.

8] Only he can question the jury’s bias.

9] Restricts opening victim’s statements to 5 minutes to prove their case!

10] Makes sure that the jurors will not see the video of the beating that this trial is based upon.

These are his orders to us prior to the trial! Judge Scullin shows prejudice, bias and complicity. He should be removed. We can never get a fair trial in the Admiralty court system. MNN. SEPT. 11, 2016. Frederick Scullin’s court is hiding behind one bonfire after another. The pro se plaintiffs received in the last three weeks almost three pounds of paper for the bonfire. Is this court trying to make some kind of example of us? [Jones v Parmley #98CV374].

We are the victims of the horrific beating by the New York State Troopers “I-81 INDIAN Detail” special death squad on May 18, 1997. The court is trying to sidetrack us into procedural traps to get the case thrown out.

The police video says it all. We weren’t on the road. The super armed cops invaded private property and beat us with wooden clubs. We want our day in court on the merits, not the procedures that are being set up to sideline us.6a00d8341c7de353ef0162fcc11d7a970d On the postponement of the pre-trial meeting from September 8 to the 13th, letters were not sent in a timely way. Notices arrived afterwards. We went to the court party and no one was there.

Scullin made the order for our lawyers Hoffman, Gonzo and the rest to dump 16 of us because we would not take a settlement to drop the charges. They did not send all the disclosure, our letters were unopened, they refused to provide information and hung up the phone on us.

All those who took the settlement must be questioned. We were not in court when the lawyers dropped us. The judge has a responsibility to help the pro se who have no money no knowledge. He could provide a legalese interpreter at court expense. The unlimited resources of the state against untrained pro se victims is uncalled for.

Almost 20 years have passed. A fair trial must be provided like any other person in the world, on the merits, not on artificial Admiralty procedures.

Those 76 plaintiffs who settled should all be called in to explain why they settled. Had they remained in the case they could have all made an opening statement. To deliberately minimize the numbers to 16 is to try to reduce our claim because we refused the “hush” money.

Why did the court accept one ghost’s statement to get Trooper Joseph Smith off the case who wasn’t there? An evidentiary hearing is necessary before an impartial jury to be cross examined to get to the bottom of this.

Scullin’s strategy is to start slow until it reaches a crescendo, just like “Bolero” by Ravel .

MNN. Sept. 8, 2016. Orders to the New York State Troopers I-81 INDIAN Detail mercenaries on May 18, 1997 who were conducting a surprise attack were: “Talk to no one and take them out any way you can”. Three women hiding in the woods nearby heard this. They jumped over a fence with the cops in hot pursuit. One was 75 years old.

Nearby a cop tried to arrest a three month old baby warrior who was in his baby seat in a car. The cop pulled him out and swung him around as bait to lure his mother. She was frantically trying to save her two other small children from the vicious attack. The cop threw the baby to the ground where people were jumping and trying to protect themselves. Over 100 armed and crazed baseball bat wielding madmen were attacking.

Another woman grabbed the baby to save them from the onslaught. She outran the cop. He grabbed her long hair and hit her in the back with the bat [ow!]. She went down and pushed herself over the car seat to save the baby. He kept beating her. She got up and ran for her life. Is this baby, now grown up, going to be asked to identify the cop who did this?

A 10 year old was holding a bowl of tobacco for the ceremony at the fire. The cop slammed the woman tending the fire and then ran after the child and tried to take the bowl. The cop grabbed her hair. She got away, ran to a car and screamed: “They are going to kill us!” Her whole family had been taken away. While the screaming of terrified children being beaten was going on several people took her into the woods and completed the ceremony.

Let’s hope they were not trying to re-enact one of the numerous massacres like Sand Creek, Buffalo Creek, Wounded Knee, many others … ? Now Standing Rock!?

On September 8th we discovered that the court cruelty continues. Judge Scullin [Bones] postponed without notice or explanation the pre-trial meeting for that day. The pro se plaintiffs showed up and were told at the front door that it was postponed to Tuesday September 13th!

One had apparently received an informal email from Scullin’s assistant, Nicky. She queried why this person had not contacted the others, some coming from Oklahoma and Canada. MNN, Sept. 3, 2016. We just got bombarded with 160 pages in brown and white envelopes from Judge Frederick Scullin et al. It’s all in legalese, which none of us understand. Legalese is deception or genocide through procedural bafflement. They’re trying to trick us into agreeing to drop the case by firing a shot across our bow.

We are the victims of the crime. We’re being treated like the perpetrators. Scullin allowed our ambulance chasers, Hoffman, Gonzo, Peikan and the rest, to dump the 16 of us. We refused to take the NYS settlement and to forget about the attempted mass murder in 1997. So now we’re pro se. Scullin, the lawyers and the attorney general put us deliberately in this situation and set up all kinds of traps for us to fall into. There’s a rotten stink in Syracuse!trainingfina

In 2009 Judge George Lowe reported that this case should not go to trial as NYS will lose. He urged a financial settlement.

We are entitled to a legalese interpreter, not a bar lawyer. Hardcore Scullin is sent in to finish the job. One pro se couldn’t find the clerk’s office and filed late, so his motion is dismissed. For him it’s a life and death matter! A motion was filed to remove Scullin for showing bias at the August 18th pre-trial meeting. He dismissed the motion against himself.

The victims of Jones v. Parmley continue to be victimized daily by the very person who is suppose to mediate a resolution of the whole matter. We feel like he wants to sentence us to the pen instead of putting the NYS Troopers in prison where they belong. In dealing with us, Skipper Scullin and his compadre’s are like the Zamboni guy who cleans the ice. He scrapes, adds water and then it freezes up again. The whole system is built on cover-ups.

We only recently came out of the bush. What do we know about the corporate matrix that illegally occupies our land? We just know that wrong-doers should be punished.

Scullin told us he has authority over our lives when we are on his ship. His courtroom is sitting on our land. NYS still has the death penalty. They’re using their judicial flame throwers to try to get rid of us once and for all. This experience with the court is getting stranger every day. The loonies are running the loonie bin. This is all theatre. All the players are improv artists.

Conway Twitty points out the whole Syracuse Affair as the fiction that it is. They hope to keep New York State out of The Hague: “People see us everywhere. They think you really care. But myself, I can’t deceive. I know its only make believe.”

The circus is coming to town on September 20 at 100 Clinton Street in Syracuse. Let’s pack it with spectators.

There is only one court that has jurisdiction over such an international matter, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, set up in 1899 in The Hague. It is a dispute resolution court. Every corporation has private shareholders, they can be held accountable for the crimes of their corporation in the Permanent Court of Arbitration. MNN. Aug. 26, 2016. NEWS FLASH! Northern District of NY Judge Frederick Scullin threw us into the dark corporate judicial cesspool and hopes we’ll drown. He’s looking for excuses to throw out Jones v Parmley 98CV374. He let our lawyers Hoffman, Anello, Peiken and the rest drop us for not taking the NYS settlement to stop the trial. We pro se have no money, no lawyers, no know-how in corporate law. We are the victims of the para-military INDIAN Detail attack in 1997. The trial has been delayed for almost 20 years without explanation. To get a fair trial this case belongs in a dispute resolution court.

Last year when ambulance chasers Hoffman, Annelo and all the others dropped us for not taking the NYS settlement, they hoped we would dry up and blow away. Now as the trial of the century approaches, the SSS are ready, willing and able to end this nightmare once and for all. Assistant AG Mulvey says the Troopers handled us with kid gloves. Police videos show otherwise. They are seen hitting the victims with their baseball bats in the head, neck, back, legs and bodies multiple times, even trying to pull down one guy’s pants while whacking him. We acted respectfully throughout trying to protect ourselves and our kids. NYS cops want to keep their habit of physically abusing and humiliating us. Besides being upset over our existence, they were mad at us about something that happened somewhere else. It’s gets nutty in the nuthouse when the inmates are running the asylum.

The biggest trial of the century is not being covered by mainstream media. This will not be forgotten.

MNN. 22, 2016. The motion was filed to remove US District Judge Frederick J. Scullin Jr. from sitting in this trial – Jones v. Parmley, et al.[5:98-CV0734 [FJS][GHL]. This case does not belong in any Admiralty court [all US courts]. It belongs in a non-Admiralty dispute resolution court, Permanent Court of Arbitration.

Trial starts on September 20, 2016.

Getting ready for the trial of “I-81 INDIAN Detail” starting on September 20, 2016, in Syracuse.

 

On August 18 Scullin arrived 10 minutes late to the “pre-trial meeting” and said, in effect, “This is my court and everyone shall obey my rules!” Five pro se plaintiffs/victims of the May 18, 1997 assault by the I-81 INDIAN Detail were a few minutes late. Security was holding them. Scullin immediately threw them out of the case. After verbal objections, they were reinstated.

Scullin J.: “Sooo .. I was studying my lines”.

Scullin appeared to be hostile, racist, biased, disrespectful and definitely not neutral. We cannot get a fair trial if he sits on the bench. The transcript and audio will support this.

Scullin asked if we still wanted a jury trial or a bench trial. Asst. Attorney General Tim Mulvey, lawyer for the “I-81 INDIAN Detail”, quickly jumped up and said, “Yes, yes, yes”. We said, “No, no, no!” We want a fair and impartial evidentiary hearing in an open court so a jury can judge the facts, with witnesses and evidence presented.

Every member of the I-81 INDIAN Detail must be tried. Their allegation they were “following orders’ was thrown out twice. Three police disks are filed, along with discovery, transcripts, interrogatories, police notes of the I-81 INDIAN Detail and a list of witnesses.

We want our day in court . Why did it take 18 years to get this trial?

Judge Scullin showed absolute disrespect. When pro se plaintiffs asked how to file and try to carry out court procedures, he said “That’s your problem”. th

We have been personally harmed by the attack on May 18, 1997 and by the subsequent procedural court machinations. We are not lawyers and have no experience in corporate law. Scullin deliberately tried to demean and demoralize us so that we will give up in frustration or he can throw it out. Then the INDIAN Detail criminals can remain unpunished and “at large”.
Scullin’s bias could help have this case thrown out through judicial procedural chicanery. He set unreasonable timelines, he told a 77-year old plaintiff to drive 5 hours and personally deliver documents to him which violates corporate Admiralty procedures.

We demand a hearing on this motion to remove Judge Scullin from our case before he rules on anything to do with our case.
