MNN. Apr. 14, 2018. The Iroquois Caucus IC is made up of band and tribal council psycho’thugs. They serve the war mongers known as the corporation of Canada, the obscene Assembly of First Nations, and whoever greases their palms. They say their illegal agenda is citizenship, membership, taxation and the land of the people. The meeting is on April 17 & 18 at the IGA grocery store in akwesasne. We are being kept out of this secret meeting so we cannot be informed or asked for our consent.

IC is a shadow organization of sell-outs from akwesasne, kahnawake, kahnesatake, oneida, Six Nations, tyendinaga and wahta.

The land they are wheeling and dealing is held by the clans throughout onowaregeh, turtle island. The women of the clans are the only decision makers regarding lands and members of the clans. This is an illegal meeting.

Longhouses have refused to jump on board to make them look legitimate. They mimic the rotino’shonni-onwe [Iroquois] Confederacy positions, titles and symbols. They want to become the gossips between the provinces and federal government.

THE SERPENTS SHALL FIGHT EACH OTHER. TRUE NATURAL NATIVES SHALL NOT JOIN THEM.

They want to control all our transfer payments from our Indian Trust Funds which they will disperse [to themselves], until the feds and provinces cut this off, when we become full fledged municipalities.

IC will collect taxes from the natives and non-natives who will swarm into our communities.

A new custom will allow leaders to stay in power for life, self-appointed and not accountable to anyone.

Membership is the crux. The proposed membership and residency law will be recognized by Canada and given royal assent. Only those with four Mohawk grandparents are eligible for enrolment. Huron, Oneida, Onondaga, Abenaki, etc. ancestry doesn’t count. 70% of kahnawakeronen coming from our great peace adoption procedures will be disenfranchised.

Mohawks became dominant because of our persistence in maintaining our language and culture. All who were adopted became naturalized and acculturated kanionkehaka.

The objective of Canada will be realized. We will be dissolved, replaced by casinos, condos and corporation created pseudo indians.

The council doesn’t follow the illegal private laws they create. It looks like the people can only protect ourselves through civil disobedience, like not paying the fake parking tickets and other fines, not showing up at their pretend courts. “Hey, judge, Your laws are a sham”. They are null and void.

Their goons cannot assure our safety. Complaints will have to go to the federal court of Canada to protect ourself from these corporate created gangsters. The plaintiffs will always win. All charges have to be dropped at the cost of the Council. They can be sued for imposing their fake laws. The court will go out of business.

The people are not being allowed into their secret get togethers to question them about our money, land and inherent rights. They steal our possessions as their company’s assets, which they use as collateral for their business deals. We have no voice or input. Law suits against them will be launched from as far back as the 1973 evictions. They can be charged with crimes like discrimination, damages, theft, violations of human rights, confiscation of funds belonging to each member they kick out. The band council will be bankrupt.

Those not qualified are forced to leave. The corpo council must give them their funds for housing, pensions, land, businesses, their share of the Indian Trust Funds and moral damages for their forced resettlement. If the council wants to get rid of them, they have to pay them from the day they were born.

These people can set up communities anywhere nearby [as all of turtle island is ours] and continue to be recognized as natives and be entitled to all benefits.

MNN. APR. 12, 2018. The counterfeit Iroquois Caucus will be meeting at the IGA grocery store on US Route 37, across from the akwesasne casino on April 17 and 18. They are Canadian band/tribal corpo vegetables masquerading as the rotino-shonni-onwe Iroquois Confederacy. They are double agents paid and directed by the foreign invaders in Ottawa.

At first the public was invited to discuss corporate membership, citizenship and selling off our land. The gathering is on our land and in our building. We have never denounced our birthright. MNN. SEPT. 9, 2016. The “Pipeline Party” calling themselves the “Iroquois Caucus Inc.” are trying to impersonate the rotino’shonni:onwe, the Iroquois Confederacy. They are being sent to Standing Rock by the corporation of Canada.

They have never supported the position of the kotihontia’kwenio, women, who filed a CEASE & DESIST ORDER on August 31, 2016, against the pipelines on rotino’shonni territory. Otsi did try to convince the caucus to support anti-pipeline positions to protect lands and waterways. Nevertheless he supports the niobium mine that lies beneath kanehsatake territory, which the coalition of onkwe’hon:weh, non-natives and farmers have been fighting for over 17 years.

One of the tehastikon’sota:kwen [two faced ones], after dining with pipeline executives on a yacht, said, “These demonstrations are useless. They’re going ahead anyway”.

No backup Plan B in the Montreal region exists should the pipeline under Ottawa and St. Lawrence waterways have a major spill. Millions will be without water. Oil tankers, oil train cars, railroads carrying heavy tarsands oil pose a ‘Lac Megantic” catastrophe! The whole town blew up, killed over 50 people and poisoned all surrounding rivers. About 300 tankers are going through Kahnawake daily.

The Pipeline Party have been giving carefully worded press conferences seeming to object to DPL in Standing Rock. At home they suggest nothing to stop Energy East and Enbridge. Many fear these corporate chiefs are negotiating a deal. Their overlord, AFN Assembly of First Nations Inc., has not objected to pipelines nor provided alternative energy ideas.

This is the time for all onkwe’hon:weh to say: “Give us proof that you legally acquired our land and that you talked to the people of the land to get our permission to do anything. The corporate band and tribal chiefs do not speak for the people of the kaia’nere:kowa, the great peace.

BROWN FACE, WHITE SYSTEM- the torture never stops

MNN. Apr. 25, 2013. Beware Injun Conferences where we have to listen to Indian Act or Federal Indian Law sell-outs spout the glories of colonialism. They are the “Finder’s Fee Indians”. The speakers are mostly band or tribal councilors, or those who are trained to conduct treason against our people. Serious issues are ignored. No comparison is made with true traditional law based on our inherent tie to the land. The speeches bore us to tears. Most leave empty-handed and empty-headed! These smoke and mirrors performances are meant to waste our time. In the evening we are entertained at an open bar. The next morning we don’t remember a thing.

Should you miss the Indian conference circuit for ten years or more, don’t worry. The next one will be exactly the same. The speakers never tell us how they are lining their own pockets by stealing our money or the government directly deposits it into their off-shore accounts. Their job is to make it look like we are in favor of land claims settlements and mega development. They get a casino or poker palace, owned and operated by white people as tax havens, in the name of native sovereignty. “We have to survive for another 500 years”, they tell us.

Chief: “I signed so you would get this”.

There’s no heckling because we listen and wait our turn. No opening is provided in the agenda. Speaker called “Finder–Fee” says, “Blah, blah, blah! Relations with federal, state, provincial and local governments have never been better” [to steal everything from us]. He’s really saying, “We’re looking for other brain dead people to work with”. Syracuse University and University of Victoria are giving fully paid scholarships to train sell-outs in their governance programs.

Councilor “140-Acres” greets us with a fake heavy Indian accent. When he gets riled up, he sounds just like a regular New Yorker. “I can go to Albany, Washington or Ottawa and mill around with those [crooked] politicians”! Councillor “Where’s-My-Finder’s-Fee” extols, “That’s how important we are”.

Speaker “Who-Never-Got-a-Finder’s-Fee” wants to send the government to the traditional council to sign away our rights! As if!

Another “Who-Lost-His-Finder’s-Fee” talked about how the government system dealt with his case to stop garbage dumps contaminating the water and environment. The court refused to hear it.

For $35 the attendees get a T-shirt with a clenched FU fist on the back and a box lunch. Those who had fallen asleep were awakened in time to see an award being given to the Master of Ceremonies by his mother. People, some of us are getting tired of having our intelligence insulted. As Frank Zappa reminds us of the corporation trap: “Flies all green and buzzing in his dungeon of despair. Prisoners grumble and piss their clothes and scratch their matted hair. A tiny light from a window hole a hundred yards away is all they ever get to know about the regular life in the day; and it stinks so bad the stones been choking and dripping greenish drops. PSYCHOS DEFINED

MNN. Apr. 8, 2013. Prime Minister Harper keeps throwing his corporate Indians at us and the public to make himself seem legitimate. Corporations are managed by people without moral conscience. This is how our band and tribal councils fit into the World Health Organizations “psychopath checklist”:

1. Callous unconcern for others: they will put our blood in a jar and offer it as collateral for their benefit.

2. Can’t maintain enduring relationships with us: Their corporate masters are told about our weaknesses and failings. They even attend our Longhouse and make notes for their bosses. “Pseudo traditional” bodies like the “Iroquois Caucus” are set up to usurp our inherent constitutional powers.

3. Disregard safety of others: The colonial masters are briefed on our minds and ways to attack and undermine us secretly. Our families are pitted against each other. Outside police forces are invited in. The doors to foreign ventures, taxation, confiscation, imprisonment, privatization and violence are opened by them.

4. Repeated deceit, lying and conning: disinformation is spread. Propagandists and agents infiltrate every forum around, especially bars. Corporation critics are attacked.

5. Using others for profit: our sovereignty is used to get financial gain for themselves and their accomplices. The corporate tribal and band council open doors for non-native entities to enter our communities and operate businesses abusing our collective rights.

6. Unable to experience guilt: they bring in courts, police, armies, law and order and conduct “low level warfare”. Their master’s methods are copied to create cheap Indian labor so they can set up sweatshops for low wages and no benefits. Law enforcement keeps us living in fear, loss of our children, jobs, houses, benefits and services.

7. Fail to conform to social norms regarding lawful behavior: they hate being called “sell-outs”. They refer to themselves as sovereign “nation” or “chief”. Just enough of our cultural infrastructure and identity is stolen to pass themselves off as traditional. As Bob Marley sang: “Build you penitentiary, we build your schools. Brainwash education to make us the fools. Hate is your reward for our love. Telling us of your God above. We gonna chase those crazy bald heads out of the yard.” Crazy Baldheads

MNN. Dec. 12, 2012. The Assembly of First Nations AFN and Iroquois Caucus IC merged their corporations on December 4^th 2012. The Iroquois Caucus represents the band councils on the Mohawk communities in Canada, not the legitimate Mohawk people or Iroquois Confederacy. They take credit for our grassroots activism. In fact they worked behind the scenes to help their benefactors, the Canadian government, to try to silence us and continue the illusion of freedom.

The AFN represents the other colonial band councils in Canada. It appears that these two corporate branches are at the forefront of the ‘Idle No More’ movement or taking over the agenda. They are trying to give the impression that all Indians follow the Indian Act, which is a lie.

The merger is supposed to be the start of a combative relationship between the AFN and the federal government. How? Both lobby groups are being paid by the corporation of Canada.

The Iroquois Caucus has nothing to do with resisting the colonists. They are well paid to pacify, confuse us and make sure that the true Confederacy cannot institute the Great Law of Peace.

They have no legal right to enter into any negotiations involving our people, land and resources. They only represent the band council corporate Indians and the voters in the reserve elections. Grassroots peoples will not be sitting at the negotiating table when these three corporations [AFN, IC and Canada] wheel and deal away our resources and place more genocidal restrictions on us.

Prime Minister Harper is frustrated over AFN’s failure to shut us up and make us subservient. His fascist bill C [whatever!] will create more starvation, imprisonment and death from economic, racial, cultural, spiritual genocide. Every successful independent Indigenous business is criminalized. Harper wants a new team of super obedient Indians. As the Economic Hitman says, “Don’t worry about the people. Just think about you and your family”.

The 1924 Indian Advancement Act placed us under the most oppressive economic sanctions of any people on earth, to try to starve us into submission. The reserves were and still are prisoners of war camps. To eat we are forced into oppression. They want to remove us to take our resource rich land for the multinational corporations and to create toxic garbage dumps. [Attawapiskat, Keshachewan, Akwesasne, Kahnawake, Tyendinaga, etc.].

The “It’s-No-Use” AFN met recently in the Gatineau to tell us how bad and hopeless everything is and practically told us we had to keep on living with it.

The delegates crossed the Ottawa River to march on Parliament Hill and tried to enter the House of Commons. The scuffle was over in an instant. The government knew it was their puppets and could slam the door in their faces. According to the Indian Act the Indians are not allowed to go in.

The true ongwehonweh of Great Turtle Island will not beg for what is ours. The visitors will be reminded of their illegal occupation of our land, theft of our possessions, the genocide and what they owe us.

Why are our people fighting for treaties? These illegal contracts are not worth the paper they are written on. We don’t get anything. They got the right to control us and take everything from us. Every treaty has been broken, which makes them null and void.

The only true treaty is the Guswentha in 1701 giving them refuge and to become of one mind with us. They could never have any jurisdiction over us, our land, resources, air and water. International law provides that when a treaty is broken everything reverts to one day before the treaty, June 24 1701.

The occupiers issue corporate band cards. The holders are deemed to be Canadian Indians under Canada’s corporate sovereignty and jurisdiction.

If band cards were torn up tomorrow and Canadian corporations were renounced, only band council chiefs and those who vote in their elections would remain as their artificial corporate Indians. The rest of us would be in the driver’s seat, not being part of the foreign corporations and having never given up anything.

Canada loses $60 million a day, $22 billion a year, because of the discount prices they get for selling our oil to the US. They want to sell it to Asian markets via the West coast. We will never allow the pipeline to go through ongwehoneh land. We closed down the Northern Gateway pipeline project. In the 1970s we shut down the Mackenzie Valley pipeline. Scumbags Enbridge was shut down. The thieves don’t want to be honest with their landlords. Instead they send their fake cops [police officers] to threaten us.

The settlers came here with nothing, no common language, people or history. They brought greed and a thirst for blood. They are panicking, angry, frustrated and threatening us because they never thought they would be accountable. It is time to dissolve the squatting illegal corporation of Canada. Yes, we will tell foreign governments, corporations and their entities what they may or may not have.

We must work together as one inherent people of Great Turtle Island. There is a formula to come to a consensus so that we all survive. If one goes hungry, we all go hungry. Pushing for control of the interest on our resources is a start.

We want peace, not pacifism. We want control of our lives, our land, minerals, oil, water, gas, soil, eco-system, air and everything on it.
