MASS MURDER IN CANADA

MNN. Apr. 26, 2013. In 1870 a school was set up in the Six Nations community targeting  Mohawk children from all Mohawk communities. They were incarcerated and exterminated. Forensic evidence substantiates that the Crown of England, Vatican, Canadian government and churches carried out the killings of 50,000 Indigenous children across Canada. 40% of the students were murdered.

Recently found in secret graves were bones, bits of school uniforms, arms, skeletons of children as young as 3 years of age and other material. They were covered with several feet of dirt, plants and trees.

Which criminal acts is Canada guilty of in relation to the murder of Indigenous children at government residential school death camps? 

A serial killer kills 3 or more persons over a period of time for psychological gratification. Often a sexual element is involved. Other motives include anger, thrill, financial gain and attention getting. Victims may have something in common, occupation, race, appearance, sex or age. Killings could go on over a long period of time. 

Mass murder is killing a large number of people at the same time over a short period of time, in a single location. A number of victims are killed by an individual or an organization.  Some of the perpetrators die by suicide or are killed in shoot outs or go unfounded.

In genocide mass murder is the intention of government agents to exterminate a large number of people, such as unarmed protesters, innocent people in cities, random or planned executions of civilians or children. Governments annihilating entire groups of people can be both genocide or crimes against humanity. Such crimes have no charges nor convictions. 

In 1948 the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” Article 2 provides that genocide is deliberate and systematic murder in whole or in part of an ethnic, racial or national group; killing members of a group; causing serious bodily harm; deliberately inflicting death; preventing births; transferring children to another group; destroying political and social institutions, culture, language, national feelings, religion and economy; or destroying their personal security, health, dignity and lives. Canada signed this convention and is guilty of most of these crimes. 

The National Criminal Court was established in 2002 to try states that signed the treaty such as Canada. The UN determined it cannot interfere in the internal affairs of sovereign nations. Genocide can only end when these powers no longer have a stake in the region where genocide is being carried out. Canada is not sovereign. It is a corporation without land.

The surviving students are now telling us what they know. Attached is the report of the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State ITCCS of the crimes carried out at the “Mush Hole” death camp at Six Nations. The genocide program in Canada is firmly in place and still on track. Duncan Campbell Scott, the colonial superintendent of Indian Affairs, plotted “the final solution of the Indian problem” in the Indian Advancement Act of 1924. The international community has no choice but to follow international law and charge Canada with the crime of genocide, and put a stop worldwide. MNN. Apr. 25, 2013. Beware Injun Conferences where we have to listen to Indian Act or Federal Indian Law sell-outs spout the glories of colonialism. They are the “Finder’s Fee Indians”. The speakers are mostly band or tribal councilors, or those who are trained to conduct treason against our people. Serious issues are ignored. No comparison is made with true traditional law based on our inherent tie to the land. The speeches bore us to tears. Most leave empty-handed and empty-headed! These smoke and mirrors performances are meant to waste our time. In the evening we are entertained at an open bar. The next morning we don’t remember a thing. finders fee

Should you miss the Indian conference circuit for ten years or more, don’t worry. The next one will be exactly the same. The speakers never tell us how they are lining their own pockets by stealing our money or the government directly deposits it into their off-shore accounts. Their job is to make it look like we are in favor of land claims settlements and mega development. They get a casino or poker palace, owned and operated by white people as tax havens, in the name of native sovereignty. “We have to survive for another 500 years”, they tell us.

There’s no heckling because we listen and wait our turn. No opening is provided in the agenda. Speaker called “Finder–Fee” says, “Blah, blah, blah! Relations with federal, state, provincial and local governments have never been better” [to steal everything from us]. He’s really saying, “We’re looking for other brain dead people to work with”. Syracuse University and University of Victoria are giving fully paid scholarships to train sell-outs in their governance programs.

Another “Who-Lost-His-Finder’s-Fee” talked about how the government system dealt with his case to stop garbage dumps contaminating the water and environment. The court refused to hear it. 

For $35 the attendees get a T-shirt with a clenched FU fist on the back and a box lunch. Those who had fallen asleep were awakened in time to see an award being given to the Master of Ceremonies by his mother. Like every corporation their duty is to provide ever-growing dividends to the shareholders. In the case of Thahoketoteh of Kanekota, the Federal Court of Canada refused to answer the constitutional question about Section 109 of the BNA Act 1867 and the Constitution Act 1982. Now the Supreme Court of Canada refuses to hear the Athabaska Chipewyan appeal of the Jack Pine Mine expansion project on their land.  mining

In the 1920’s Canada shut all Indigenous people out of international organizations and human rights protection. We were all placed on the path to genocide and extinction.  

As independent allies of Britain, the Iroquois Confederacy never agreed to be part of Canada. In 1920 we petitioned the Supreme Court of Canada to rule on the illegality of the Indian Act and interference by the Department of Indian Affairs. Canada refused to let the court hear our case on the advice of Duncan Campbell Scott of Indian Affairs. We petitioned the Governor General, who sent it to Duncan Campbell Scott!

Britain illegally mismanaged our ever-growing $70.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund, allotted our lands without our consent and started giving self-government to European settlers. They wanted to assimilate us and force their laws on us. 

In 1923 we applied for membership in the League of Nations, a corporation set up by the bankers. Confederacy Chief Deskaheh sent a petition to the Queen of The Netherlands, who submitted it to the League of Nations. Britain pressured The Netherlands to bury our case.   

Deskaheh went to Geneva with the support of Estonia, Persia, Ireland and Panama for the Permanent Court of International Justice to confirm we are a state. They refused to hear our case. The British Empire leaned on all our supporters. We then tried arbitration at The Hague. An illegal Canadian Order-in-Council, declared our Six Nation Iroquois Confederacy government was replaced by an Indian Act council passed by the Corporation of Canada.  

In October 25, 1924, the RCMP brutally threw out the Confederacy Chiefs from the Council House to install the Indian Act Council and implement the illegal Indian Land Acts throughout the country. A resolution was quickly passed that Deskaheh no longer represented the Six Nations. He was murdered shortly after by agents of Duncan Campbell Scott. DC Scott

Our right to neutral adjudication to allow us to represent ourselves was closed. Nations throughout the world adopted this same position, decreeing all Indigenous as “domestic concerns”. We were all excluded from equal membership of the international society of Nations. Throughout we have maintained our nationhood. 

In 1948 the Canadian delegation lead by Lester B. Pearson abstained from voting for the UN Declaration of Human Rights. Canadian politicians did not want international human rights bodies to question and oversee their violations of our human rights. A “human rights culture” has never existed in Canada.

MNN. Apr. 23, 2013. The truth about Canada is coming out.  Is Big Bully Canada also writing the “anti-bully” legislation currently at the UN? In 1998 the National Archives of the University of Quebec, revealed that John Humphreys of McGill University wrote the 48 articles in the UN draft declaration. He was the first UN Commissioner of Human Rights. A strenuous conscious strategy by the Canadian government tried to stop the declaration. Canadian Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent, said “We don’t like it and we’re going to stop it”.  Canada played a subversive role with little regard for human rights. The document boldly stated everybody is equal before the law. They had an abiding fear of economic and social rights for people, especially Indigenous.

Canada refuses to respect Indigenous jurisdiction and our true traditional governments. It criticizes human rights violations overseas and refuses to deal with human rights violations here. 

Stolen property, no matter how many times it is resold, is still stolen property. Canada is wealthy because they steal, extract and sell our resources. They made themselves the illegal trustees of our ever growing $70 trillion Indian Trust Fund, the biggest trust fund in the world. They criticize China, Indonesia, Syria, Iran and others for what they have been doing all along. Canada has been questioned about its human rights violations and genocidal policies. It always sidesteps the question internationally and in its own courts. 

Canada refuses to acknowledge the real Onkwehonwe. The first principle of the rule of law is a right to an impartial neutral party to mediate disputes. Canada refuses to subject their criminal relationship with Indigenous nations to a third party.

Any nation that questions Canada’s genocidal policies is threatened through the UN and other corporate structures. They will use whatever it takes, to protect the bankers’ hegemony over the people and the land.  

Canada’s system is a plutocracy, whoever has the most money makes the rules. Canada was designed and built as a corporation that sits on stolen land, without the permission of the Indigenous people. That is the reason for Canada’s disregard for all international agreements that protect the environment. 

Truth and justice will light the “Red Road” back to legality. Corporation of Canada is nearing the end.   As Joni Mitchell sings: “They took all the trees and put them in a tree museum. Then they charged the people a dollar and a half just to see them. Don’t it always go to show, that you don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone. They paved paradise. MNN. Apr. 22, 2013. Vigilantes take the law into their own hands, backed by militancy, bigotry and suspicion, without facts.  The mainstream media unleashes propaganda to empower the mob of vigilantes.

During the Mohawk Oka Crisis of 1990, Canada and Quebec  directed vigilantism against the Mohawks. On August 28, 1990 a convoy of 75 cars carrying Mohawk mothers, children and elders left the Kahnawake community on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal. Many were the sick and elderly. They were being removed ahead of a forewarned Canadian Army attack on Kahnawake. 

Quebec Police, posing as part of the mob, forced the cars to remain on the bridge for 7 hours on one of the hottest days of the summer. On the other side of the Mercier Bridge a white crowd was being organized. Prejudice was spurred on by a local popular radio announcer, Gilles Proulx, urging people to kill “les sauvages”. 

Ambulances were let through after patients were examined by the crowd. A young woman in labor had her cervix examined by the mob. When the cars started to move, the crowd pelted the vehicles with rocks while the out-of-uniform Quebec Police directed or looked on.  One elderly man was killed. None were charged or went to trial.   

Vigilantism is psychological warfare designed to undermine the will to fight. We were “extremists” who had to be brought under control. The issues was our objection to the town of Oka expanding a golf course over our burial grounds and ceremonial site.bond market

In 1990 brainwashing messages were sent out all hours of the day and night. Lies about the Mohawks and nationalism were spouted on the airwaves. The target and the public were beaten into submission. ENERGY BALANCE

We can solve our problems by bringing our minds together.

The Charter of the United Nations was modeled on the Constitution of the United States. The United States Senate [Con. Res. 76, 2 Dec. 1987] has recognized that its constitution is modeled on our law, the Kaianerekowa, the Haudenosaunee Great Law of Peace. The United States is a colonial power that never understood true democracy. 

The US President is the Commander in Chief of the military. In our law War Chiefs are not allowed to decide when to go to war. This decision can only be made by the people. In our law every women can recall our representatives if they fail to listen to the people. foreigners 

Great energy has been put towards the destruction of “tribal people” worldwide. The bankers want us to be estranged from our relatives and the earth that we are duty bound to protect. They want us to be assimilated with races with an artificial culture and no connection to the land, so the war will continue.

People, groups and nations have to help each other. Destroying human and natural resources, in war and conflict for the benefit of a few, will annihilate us. War wastes human and resource energy that could be used to build houses and schools, to care for the elderly and sick, to nurture the children so they grow into strong, creative, intelligent and fulfilled human beings and to heal the earth. 

True legality is based on the consent of the people. US power is based on military and economic force through “bribery”. It’s human trafficking, fraud, false flags and everything deviant. 

We can share universal peace, prosperity and harmony. We are all interdependent, equal and need each other.  To all our relations, to the natural world, to all spirits in the universe, we must balance the male and female energy within the consensus process to bring peace to the world. We are all one. As Annie Lennox sings: “Hey, hey. I saved the world today. Everybody’s happy now, the bad thing’s gone away. And everybody’s happy now, the good thing’s here to stay. Please let it stay.”

If dangerous gases leak into the mine, the canary dies, giving the miners time to escape to safety. The public turned away when they saw the Indigenous genocide program of rape, abuse, denial of human rights, suicide, third world living conditions and internment camps. The government paid bounties for our deaths and made their businessmen rich. You are complicit by turning a blind eye. Nothing was done for us. Now you are not seeing the bankers marching you into the mineshaft to your death.

BOSTON “FALSE FLAG”

MNN. Apr 17, 2013. “False flag” is a covert military operation designed to impose extreme fear amongst the population so it appears they are being attacked by other entities, groups or nations. In naval warfare a flag was put upon the ship, hence the name false flag operation. In the recent past all major wars have been started with false flags [eg. WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Iraq, etc.]

The first modern false flag was the American Revolution. Coincidentally, it started in 1775 in Boston Habor when the Free Masons dressed up like Mohawks, boarded a British ship and emptied all of the tea into the harbor. Both George Washington and the British commander Cornwallis met and planned the subsequent skirmishes in the Masonic Lodges throughout the colonies. In 1775 from that incident at Boston Harbor known as the “Boston Tea Party” George Washington and his ragtag army began the first major skirmish called the “Battle of Bunker Hill” on the north side of Boston Harbor. 2,400 British troops drove out 1,500 Americans.

There were skirmishes between 1776 and 1778. In 1779 the true reason for the American Revolution was revealed. Maj. Gen. John Sullivan marched through Seneca and Cayuga country to the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy at Onondaga with 12,800 heavily armed men. They chopped down the Tree of Peace and tried to put out the fire that symbolized the peace. The real reason was to turn the law of the land, our constitution of peace, into the “law of war’ US Constitution.

According to Kaianerekowa we should police each other, eliminating need for police forces.  

5. “Rampant sexism”. No respect for the balance of power that women hold in Indigenous communities. On the patriarchal band councils, Red-X says, “The ‘boyz in the band’ of the belly of the beast must be aborted”. 

6. “Controlled mass media”. Five multinational corporations control media worldwide. They are the blabbermouths for ethnic cleansing and genocide. “Seize the airwaves now!” instructs the Red-X, “and speak truth to power. The truth will always rise, like the sun.”media lies
  

7. “Obsession with national security”. Red-X says, “Any threats against banker’s hegemonic control of the economy is considered a threat to national security. Keep your eyes on the prize and purloin it”. 

8. “Religion and the ruling bankers are tied together.” Red-X warns, “Obama thinks he’s the Messiah who shall deliver the masses, and sings, ‘Praise the lord and pass the ammunition’!” 

9. “Power of corporations protected”. Preferred contracts are given to Bechtel, Kellogg, Haliburton, Brown & Root, etc. Red-X says it’s “blood for oil. No Onkwehonwe blood for oil”. 

10. “Power of labor suppressed or eliminated.”  Red-X asks, “Who’s really working anyway? So what’s being eliminated?” military industrial

11. “Disdain and suppression of intellectuals and the arts”. MNN and Red-X will work for liberation. 

12. “Obsession with crime and punishment”. There are over 2.2 million in US prisons, the most of any country. The privatized penal system is owned by multi-billionaires such as George Wackenhut, crony of Bill Clinton. There is no line between government and private companies. They can never privately own our land. From the earth we come, to the earth we will return. Their lies cover this original lie that they own our land. Red-X says, “Anything based upon a lie is a always a lie”.  private prisons 

13. “Rampant cronyism and corruption”. All major corporations reap billions from war and tragedies, all un-investigated. All “democratic” governments operate by bribery and payoffs. Interpol has been asked to investigate the theft of our ever growing $60.7 trillion Indian Trust Fund.  

14. “Fraudulent elections”. See Obama win! Then look at fraudulent elections based on “51% corporatism” which is manipulated by the money. See Iraq, Afghanistan, Akwesasne, Kanehsatake, Kahnawake and every other Indigenous community on Great Turtle Island. sa

Critics of current politics are considered s**t disturbers! MNN sits at the top of the pine tree like the eagle, ever watchful of any danger that might be coming from the distance to threaten the peace of the Confederacy of all Indigenous people.  As Edgar Winter sang: “I’ll get some dynamite and I‘ll get a crane. MNN. Apr. 13, 2013. Quebec and Canada pretend to fight each other, although they’re owned by the same shareholders. Canada’s Prime Minister Harper and Quebec Premier Marois are actually working closely together to try to eliminate their common enemy, the Indigenous land and resource owners. The recent public attack of a Mohawk speaker by the separatist students at Champlain College in Sherbrooke shows that their brain programming is working well to promote racism and hatred toward the Indigenous. She was questioning their history and  legal position as settlers. The other students and teachers were unapologetic over the mistreatment of the 73-year old speaker.

The bankers set up the confederation; fraudulently forced indigenous people under “federal” jurisdiction; and then set up sub-corporations called “provinces” to carry out the theft of our lands and resources. All land and resource revenues go into the ever growing $60.5 trillion Indian Trust Fund which has been hijacked by the bankers. The profits from of the extraction of our resources is divided up between the federal and provincial governments. 

Canadians watch Quebec separatists trying to viciously dislodge us from our land, resources, funds and rights. They turn away and are thus complicit in the genocide. Quebec propaganda mills threaten those who question their made-up history, false news and opinions.    

LOST treatyCanada is not a state. It has no land. It is a foreign corporation established under the Admiralty “law of the seas” designed for commerce on the ocean. Quebec is a by-product. Indigenous Kaianerekowa is the law of the land of Great Turtle Island. The Indian Lands Acts of 1924 are illegal non-ratified corporate by-laws giving our resources to Quebec and other provinces. They have no right to sit at global forums selling Indigenous resources. All newcomers and their corporate entities should be petitioning our nations on access to our possessions.  

It is not Canadian nor Quebec territory. The Great Peace of Montreal Treaty 1701 allowed the newcomers a right to live here according to the Two Row Wampum. They could set up their communities and never own our land. This treaty was breached. Their occupation became illegal. The occupiers must renew their visas with us. Their agreement and fiduciary responsibility to Indigenous is affirmed by the Royal Proclamation 1763. 

harper claims PQCanada is a colony. Agreements on their settlement on our land is between Indigenous nations and the crown representing the colony of Canada and its sub-colonies. 

Nations within nations is not legal. Like Canada, Quebec cannot be a nation as both have no land. We won’t ever give up any. Canada on behalf of Quebec has to renew their commitment to the Two Row/Guswentha if they want to remain here. Otherwise they have no permit to stay and must leave forthwith. In Frank Zappa’s song “Magdalena“, he sings about the incestuous Canada-Quebec relationship: “My daughter, dear, do not be concerned when your Canadian daddy comes near. I work so hard. Don’t you understand? Making maple syrup for the pancakes of our land. Do you have any idea of what that can do to a man?”
