MNN. July 11, 2014. Regarding the INDIAN TRUST FUND, I’m not requesting anything that’s not mine. But I am demanding everything that is. The fund is more than $970 trillion. My share is at least $470 million. As a Mohawk woman, I have a duty to protect the people and the land. My authority comes from Kaianerekowa, Wampum 44, the law of the land of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.

The Guswentha/Two Row Wampum Agreement gave the Europeans permission to live here. We taught them to sustain themselves and to never forget that this land and everything on it belongs to us. When Canada wanted independence, the Queen could not give what belongs to us. She reaffirmed the Two Row Agreement on her last two trips to Canada. We can never transfer this land on which we are naturally placed. The Europeans can make laws only for themselves.

The British took over the Dutch colony in 1684. After the Great Peace of Montreal in 1701 the British accepted the conditions of the Two Row Wampum in Albany in 1701. They came and settled in Kingston Ontario which consummated the agreement. The British wrote their own interpretation of the Two Row Agreement called the Beaver Hunting Ground Treaty and the Nanfan Treaty. They never published it to anyone but themselves. We have a copy.

The Two Row Agreement is that we shall be equal in our endeavors here on our land that we are caretakers of. No one shall be over another nor better. Perpetual peace shall prevail. The British and French wanted the Two Row Agreement to protect themselves from us.

The British agreed that everything they did with our land and our resources would be shared with us, 50-50. The Indian Trust Fund is now the largest trust fund in the world.

The settlers needed our permission to live in certain areas. They agreed to remain on that land only. Otherwise it reverts to the Nation. We can take any resources, trees, hunt and fish at anytime on our lands. They could not dig deeper than the depth of a plow. Our permission was needed to build a basement and a well.

They could set up a corporation for themselves but could not claim ownership of anything that is not theirs. scouting taxes

The Indian Trust Fund and Two Row Wampum are still in play. We want recompense for every single thing that was illegally taken and converted into money, such as trees, rocks, minerals, oils, etc. since 1701. These settlers came from a society that uses currency which we now understand. We demand full payment. We never gave the settlers permission to put our share in trust. This scheme to steal our possessions was devised by declaring us as incompetent by the Corporation known as the Vatican.

We never sold or leased anything above and below the ground. This income is ongoing. Interest is accumulating daily. Our fund subsidizes universities, hospitals, railways, corporations, infrastructure, exploration, municipal, provincial and federal governments, etc. Canadians created money with our resources, never giving us anything, keeping us in abject poverty.

We Ongwehonwe were never asked our consent for any development or raping of our territories. All the families of the Iroquois Confederacy and our friends and allies have to agree to anything that is done to our land. Our chiefs and clan mothers were murdered to break our circles of authority. The head of our people was cut off so the body would die. The next day there were more chiefs and clan mothers. The people are the government. We will stand up and hold our arms tighter around the circle.

I and all our people on Great Turtle Island are owed our share of the total Indian Trust Fund from 1701. I am almost 75 years old. I was always told by my ancestors, “They can’t give the land back to us because it’s already ours”. The artificial creation called “title” is nothing more than a statute under their Admiralty Law which is for banks and corporations. It ‘s been proven to be based on the “Doctrine of Discovery” which is nothing more than “a legal fiction”. We are the inherent sovereigns of Great Turtle Island. We will receive half of everything they created from our land and resources. I wish to be cashed out of the Trust Fund.

WE ARE THE SOVEREIGN

MNN. June 5, 2014. We have a law. The Great Peace, which is the true direction. We should have no fear from anybody to use it. People attending band council meetings are a minority who in effect sanction the fraudulent corporate system. The band/tribal council writes whatever the corporate agenda directs. In fact it is easy for any community to dissolve their corporate entity and reclaim their sovereignty because it is our true destiny.

Sign this corporation dissolution paper so we can file it it with the Registrar General.

The People to the Council: “Sign this dissolution paper so we can file it it with the Registrar General and be done with you once and for all”.

It’s easy. Call a final meeting. Chiefs sign the dissolution paper with everyone present. The people take them to the Registrar General and file them. They close the bank account and withdraw the money. An invoice is sent to the Corporation of Canada for their portion of the ever growing $960 trillion Indian Trust Fund payable in gold bullion only. When the papers are filed, the Registrar General will note it in the public record.  “One More Winter”.

One week later, the corporation pretending to represent the sovereign on our land can’t hold a gun to our heads.

They cannot have legal access to our land, resources and funds. People who continue to do business with the illegal entity, Canada, on our land will be charged in a non-Admiralty international format. All decisions are in the hands of Ongwehonwe, the only sovereigns of Great Turtle Island.

Like Canada and the US, all corporations posing as countries have the same shareholders. The plutocrats own 51% of any and all publicly traded companies. That way they can dictate to the 49%. This system ensures the continuation of war by dividing the people’s minds. 51% dictate to 49% perpetually.

Kahnawake belongs to the Kanionkehaka/Mohawk people. We are the sovereign and will not follow the Corporation of Canada rules. We will never sit in those useless corporate meetings waiting for the foreign axe to come down on us because we fight to live, survive and make a future for our children. MNN. May 28, 2014. The corporate band council system is part of the Corporation of Canada. The mission of the business is to distribute the poverty amongst our people to accelerate the resource extraction from our territories for their multi national corporations. For our people to regain our inherent power and possessions, the band council has to dissolve the corporate power grid.

Corpo Chiefs are finally trying to stop the theft of our ever-growing Indian Trust Fund. 50% of the profit on every rock, tree and natural resource, has gone into our trust funds since the invaders arrived empty handed on our shores. The crown corporation of Canada has carried out genocide and placed us in prisoner of war camps called reserves while stealing all our possessions.

The corporate chiefs can instantly dissolve their band council corporate entity. Gather the forms, fill them out and go in person to the nearest Registrar General to file the articles of dissolution of the band council corporate entity. As soon as the filing is done, go Immediately and withdraw everything and then close that bank account. Each community send an invoice to the Corporation of Canada for your portion of the $950 trillion Indian Trust Fund, “Payable in gold bullion only”.

When Canada refuses to pay the invoice, an action can be started at the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

The 500-year war of colonialism is almost over. As Chief Justice Murray Sinclair of the Truth & Reconciliation Commission states in his TRC communiqués: the mandate of TRC is to find the truth and develop a reconciliation strategy. They have no mandate to charge the crown.

They can’t because all courts in Canada are Admiralty controlled through the Vatican, which is the crown.

Charges can be filed for breach of trust and genocide against the crown corporation of Canada at the International Court of Arbitration in The Hague. This is not a crown/Vatican controlled Admiralty Court.

Plant more crops because we are going to have a bad winter. Nothing can be worse than our ancestors’ brutal experiences only two generations ago at the hands of these merciless invaders.

The Wyandot [Huron] did not want to follow the Great Peace anymore. They chose war and allied with France. The last time the Mohawks dropped the black wampum was in 1645 on the errant Wyandot chiefs. They refused to grab the black wampum before it hit the ground. Iroquois invaded Ontario with 10,000 warriors. The Huron were in their own homeland with 30,000 warriors. By 1649 they were done. Mohawk defeated them in everyone of their communities in Ontario. They were driven out of Ontario in the east to Quebec and in the west to Wisconsin where they still reside to this day. We continued to fight the French until they sued for peace. The Great Peace of Montreal happened on June 25, 1701. The French never beat the Iroquois in any battle in the whole 92 year war.

MNN. May 26, 2014. Royaner oya tahontahonton ensonwarontiakeh. Those chiefs that bring in corporate authority violate the Great Peace. They may either be deposed or executed. They shall be warned three times in open Council: first by the women relatives, second by the men relatives, and finally by the chiefs of the Nation to which they belong.  For continuing to submit to foreign laws, such as the Indian Act and Federal Indian Law, the chiefs forfeit their birthright. Wampum 25.

To correct their erring chiefs, a wampum string is made. Three spans of the hand, the upper half being white, represents the women. The lower half black, represents equal contributions of the men of the nation. They have combined themselves into one head, one body and one thought to ratify the peace pact of the people.

When the third warning is ignored, the Council of Women consider the matter and then turn it over to the men. The people shall meet. The War Chiefs shall enter the open Council to warn the chief[s] to desist and pledge themselves to the Great Peace.

There are two courses should the chief[s] refuse to heed the third warning. Either the men depose the chief[s]. His deer’s antlers falls from his brow but remains within the nation. The War Chief then dismisses the offending chief. Throughout Onowaregeh, he shall be called, “They have alienated themselves” from their people and nation [tehonatonkoton].

When any Chiefs go against the Great Peace, they may be deposed or executed by the War Chief & His Men.

In the second course of action, the War Chief shall make a string of black wampum. The men enter the council, stand beside the errant chief[s]. The War Chief holds the black wampum string and says: “You have not heeded the warnings of the General Councils of the Women and of the Men of the Nations. There is only one course.” The War Chief drops the black wampum and the men shall spring to their feet and club the erring chief[s] to death. Any chief may submit to the people before the wampum is dropped. Wampum 58.
