From childhood Mohawk Joseph Brant was adopted by Sir William Johnson, the representative of King George in the American colony. Joseph’s sister, Molly, became one of Williams many loves. In 1761 Joseph was sent to Quaker schools on the east coast where he was turned into a British patriot. Among them was Wheelocks Moors Indian Charity Schools in Connecticut which is now Dartmouth College.

May 31, 2014. Movie star, Steven Seagal, came to visit his family in Kahnawake. They held a private family gathering. The Kahnawake Survival School singers sang and the people danced. Steven Seagal joined in. His family goes back to the 1704 raid on Deerfield Massachussetts when his ancestor was a captive from that raid. Deerfield Raid 1704. She lived in Kahnawake, became a Bear Clan Mohawk woman, had three children and died at 89 years of age as Kanenstenhawi [she brought corn]. Seagall is heading to Akwesasne to meet more of his family there on Monday.

The corporation of Canada sent in its two oldest corporate point men, [Indian agents] to steer the agenda and to control the local media. The children and the land they are born on are the responsibility of the Women’s Council. The Men’s Councils ensures that interaction between the communities is according to the Great Peace, Kaianerekowa.

In the Mohawk decision-making example, there are three clans. All matters whether brought forward by an individual or council or war chief are discussed in a three clan process. The Turtle Clan mother withdraws it from the Well and discusses it first with her clan. Each person has a duty to discuss the issue. If they become of one mind, they pass it over to the Wolf Clan Mother who discusses how it went into the Well, how the Turtle Clan saw the issue and how they are going to see collectively. If they become of one mind with the Turtle Clan, they pass it to the Bear Clan Mother who discusses how it went into the well, how the other two clans saw it. Then the Bear Clan deliberates and affirms or rejects. If the Bear Clan disagrees, the issue goes back into the Well for another day. If they do agree, it becomes an addition to the rafters.

The US Constitution is supposedly based on this powerful consensual decision making system. The National Women’s Council became an all-male Senate. The National Men’s Council became the House of Congress. The executive office of the president is the autocracy that placed itself over all of the people. Their party system is their artificial version of the clan system, which is doomed for failure. They have no Clan Mothers or Council of Women. All clans come from your mother. You cannot be the same clan as your father.

May 14, 2014. Seventeen winters have passed since over 100 Iroquois women, children and men were viciously attacked by the New York State Troopers while we were conducting a thanksgiving ceremony. The issue is now before the Admiralty Court. The whole natural world awaits a return to the natural proper balance. As infamous Rob “12-step” Ford, the crack-smoking mayor of Toronto, advises on Indian matters, “It’s a real sensitive issue. I can’t step on any toes!” All front men for the shareholders of the “crown” corporation known as the United States of America have the main task of continuing the illusion of freedom to the people. Our lawyer, Terrance Hoffman, dumped those of us who would not take the money. The original Two Row Agreement and the treaties have been breached.

The Two Row Wampum [Guswentha] and the Canandaigua Treaty 1794 were the first treaties enacted by the United States of America after the Revolutionary War. He must act upon the matter to correct the impediment to peace that has been breached by any of his parties.

This case began on May 18, 1997. Over 160 New York State Troopers attacked us while we were conducting a thanksgiving ceremony at a private property on Onondaga Territory. Terrance Hoffmann Esq. of Syracuse and the lawyer for the other victims, Morvillo Abramowits of New York City, approached us and suggested suing New York State. We victims want those who plotted the plans, gave the orders to the police and the policemen who carried out the crimes to be punished. In 2008 NYS Judge George Lowe, after studying the evidence, reported that NYS would lose the case should it go to trial. He strongly advised NYS to settle with us for money. Some clients were coerced into taking the money. Mr. Hoffmann advised those who did not to find another lawyer or represent ourselves in this complex 17-year old case. He pressured us to take the money and let the criminals get away with their wrongdoing. We told him to keep the money. We want the criminals charged. On May 19, 2014, Mr. Hoffman will ask Judge Dancks to let him drop some of his clients.

Mr. President, this is one of the first treaties the US ever made. It is binding. The peace is threatened. You must make sure the wrong is made right. We don’t want a judicial remedy. We want a political remedy as prescribed in the Two Row Agreement and the treaties.

MNN. APR. 24, 2014. Our representation is based on the law of the land, the constitution of the Rotino’shonni:onwe, known as the Great Law of Peace. On May 18, 1997 over 100 of us were peacefully having a traditional tobacco burning ceremony in Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. At 3.00 pm almost 200 specially trained New York State Troopers viciously attacked us. Many of us were severely injured, hospitalized and others were jailed.

Lawyers saw this unprovoked attack on the news. They came running to represent us pro bono, among them Terrance Hoffman of Syracuse and Morvillo Abramowitz of New York City. No agreement was ever made to pay Hoffman who offered to represent 52 plaintiffs. They all thought it was a “slam dunk”. 17 years have passed. Some of the plaintiffs accepted New York State’s offer to take money and not pursue a trial. Others refused and want the criminals tried. It must now proceed.

Terrance Hoffmann is dropping some of us for having an “unabashed political agenda”!! NYS exercised its political agenda by trying to beat us into submission and getting away with it. He is asking for an order for payment of his fees for the last 16 years!

In April 2008 Judge George Lowe at a closed hearing found compelling evidence that the police should be found guilty and we would win if it went to trial. He advised New York State to push for a settlement. Our ambulance chasing lawyer is filing a motion to drop some of us. He wants a divorce for “irreconcilable differences” and an “utter breakdown of our relationship”! Undue pressure is being put on us to settle so the lawyers can profit from the settlement at our expense. The cops and NYS will try to get away with criminality. We have until May 19 2014 to file our side with Magistrate Therese Wiley Dancks at US District Court.

Hoffman’s legalese wants his reasons to be kept secret. He’s still our lawyer and advises us to find someone else or represent ourselves [pro se].

At the October 16, 2013 meeting in Syracuse attended by almost 100 of our people, Dancks, Hoffman and Lowe directed threats at us if we turn down the settlement. Lowe talked at us disrespectfully, like kindergarten children. He represents the best interests of parties that were not there whose reputation and authority were at stake. Throughout Hoffman rarely gave us information. We want the criminals to be accountable. Hoffman never discussed trial strategies. The lawyers ran the show and wanted us to agree with them. All these years our people were never allowed to sit together to talk about our case. This motion confirms our suspicion. The conflict of interest was on their part, looking out for their own interests, not ours. We were made to think we had no right to refuse the NYS offer or change our mind. We have not abandoned our claim.

Hoffman is what we call “Te’hari’wa’kwen:ton”, meaning his thinking is flat, on the ground, dead, without life. Lawyers are not supposed to turn against their clients. MOHAWK-RUSSIA 1710 TREATY BELT

In 1710 the four chiefs from the [Iroquois Confederacy] Rotino’shonni:onwe went to the Court of Queen Anne in London to make peace treaties with the 13 European monarchical families. It was the first International Conference on World Peace called by our people to make the same kind of peace treaties we had with each of our nations on Great Turtle Island. Our chiefs represented all our friends and allies. They gave each monarch a Guswentha/Two Row Wampum Belt. Peter the Great of Russia accepted it. This treaty belt was recently found in a museum  in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Background: Rotino’shonni:onwe were asked to spread the peace. When the original United Nations was formed, they uprooted the biggest white pine tree, buried their weapons underneath for all time, never to be used against each other. Then it was replanted.  

The Roman Empire [the Vatican] has never set foot in Russia. The Vatican sent the Jesuits to set up the genocide of all Indigenous in the 1500s, murdering over 150 million. They went west into Europe but not east.

Russia never breached the treaty as they were never part of the Vatican. They opposed the genocide of our people that was carried out by the Jesuits on behalf of the Vatican. In 1776 the Vatican carried out the first “false flag”, the American Revolutionary War, to stop world peace, which already existed on Great Turtle Island and was starting to spread to  Europe.
