There is no denial that McGill University is illegally on rotino’sonni:onwe land in the center of tsionni’tiotake, aka Hoceraga, aka Montreal. The money to build it was borrowed in 1850 from Six Nations Trust Funds and never repaid. We ask the students to support an honest resolution to the matter.

In 1846, $16,487.00 was embezzled by Canada which is now worth $223,957,349.93.

In 1846, $17,650.00 went to the city of Toronto, which is now worth $249,405,836.90.

Between 1836 and 1858, $59,600.00 in unauthorized withdrawals were taken and not returned which is now $707,115,842.36.

Between 1853 and 1857, $310,124.00 was taken to build Upper Canada which is now worth $2.4 billion.

And, in 1854, $133,600.00 was taken to build turnpikes, now worth $1,007,148,041.82.

This fund was earned by our own business initiatives and NOT money paid to Six Nations out of Canada or CROWN funds. There are many outstanding and separate land claims currently languishing in the CROWN portfolio.

This outstanding debt must be repaid to the Six Nations Trust Fund, along with the infra-structures that we invested in. We are capable of managing our funds and resources.

Here is a good example. Our Mohawk Trust Fund was “borrowed” to help build McGill University on kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk land. In the 1850s McGill was near-bankruptcy and borrowed from the Province of Canada, which was taken out of our trust funds. In 1989, Six Nations alerted both McGill and the federal government of the outstanding debt, which now amounts to billions. In 2006 McGill admitted that they owe Six Nations at least $1.7 billion plus interest to date.  Vice-Principal Communications, Jennifer Robinson, said the debt was settled in 1873, and then said it was not clear it came from the Six Nations Trust Fund! “and the University doesn’t have to pay it back”!

MNN. Aug. 13, 2015. In 1994 the Longhouse asked me to run for chief against Joe Norton in the band council election to stop the casino. He was set to bring it in which the people did not want. He needed to win the referendum being run at the same time as the election.

To avoid compromising themselves the traditional people decided not to vote for in the band council election but only against the casino. Our way of decision-making is the clan system where we openly discuss the issues in public. We don’t have secret ballots with pretend artificial characters to make pretend deals. We only go forward when we become of one mind.

On election day longhouse people came in large numbers to vote against the casino. At 6 pm the polling stopped in the gym in the karonhianonha school. The Indian Affairs officials and two selected council officials ushered people out the door to start counting the votes. They could not start as they were waiting for something.

In a class room behind the gym toward the back door two spies for the people were hiding. They saw a truck drive up. A box that looked like the box where all the ballots were dumped was brought in. The box with the real ballots was brought out of the gym, taken away, loaded onto the truck and gone. Then the box with the dummy votes was taken into the gym and counted. Joke Norton and most of his nominees won! The referendum votes couldn’t be fixed and the casino was defeated.

In Canada the most important elections are the band elections. It is the fraudulent matrix set up to steal our land and resources to pay for Canada’s existence.

In 1985 I was working in Indian Affairs in Ottawa. I was appointed to review the piles of appeals from band elections throughout Canada. In most I found them to be irregular and had been tampered with. I recommended that either another election be held or they be investigated. If Indian Affairs liked the one that got in, they were allowed to stay. If not, another election was called. Otherwise nothing was done. These small crucial communities were easy for them to manipulate, just like every other election.

We thought we had gotten rid of a bad guy here in Kahnawake. Now twenty years later he comes scampering back to haunt us, just like the bad guys in “As the World Turns”.

Now his partner is running for President of the US. It looks like the Donald is behind the false face running Kahnawake, and eventually all of the Rotinoshonni communities in Canada and US.

He’s helping Canada steal everything we have: the economy that depends on our resources, justice to keep us out of the way, social issues to distract us, health care to keep us sick, foreign affair to lie to the world about us, defense to design deadly “INDIAN Details” to control us, governance to keep the bankers happy, our energy to sell to the highest bidder, environment to ruin our land, pipelines to carry away stolen oil and gas, military to protect their international partners and terrorism to try to scare us if we resist. Joe and other band councils are front men of this diabolical plan.

Joe never mentions the kaianerehkowa, the Great Peace, in any public statements. “Joke  Norton” is trying to municipalize us, as per Canada’s 1924 business plan. He is implementing the final step in the genocide called CANADA. On October 14, 1998, he signed ten deadly agreements with Quebec to undermine us: to cover fiscal matters on consumer goods and services; tobacco, fuel and alcoholic beverages; transportation and user fees; economic development; administration of justice; registration of births, marriages and deaths; child care; police services; combat sports; and liquor permits. Joe puts a dollar value on everything. He pretends to represent us. Historically, in all Mohawk communities only 5% take part in the imposed European election system.

Joe knows that every living thing on ono’ware:geh is ours, rocks, water, minerals, trees, oil gas and so on. Admiralty courts cannot make a declaration on this. Canada is not a country and has no constitution. Joe wants a nation-to-nation relationship with Quebec, which is a colony. He wants us to “cohabitate and share our resources with the colonial settlers, for the sake of our health, education and justice”.

They are trying to eliminate the Mohawks as competition in the tobacco trade. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK pretend to resist while trying to regulate us on behalf of the CROWN. We are not to participate in the tobacco business, which the government want to totally control so they can charge $10 a pack. Tobacco is the most important medicine on ono’ware:geh.Quebec tries to ban cigaret sales Kahnawake.

The CROWN tells their incorporated INDIANS they have to replace the funding from Indian Affairs who stole our Indian Trust Funds. They want the council to regulate us and then collect taxes from our businesses and then from everything else, to totally assimilate us.

The MCK gives a false impression that they are protecting our rights to do business. They have been told to take control like Haudenosaunee Development Institute Inc. HDI is attempting at Six Nations. In 1997 the Onondaga council of chiefs tried and failed to work out the same deal with New York State to control businesses in all our communities. Our resistance lead to the military operation known as the “Indian Detail”, which is now proceeding in NYS court.

Canada is not a legal country as defined by the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. There’s no language called “Canadian”. They use England and France’s languages and continue to occupy our land. They masquerade Canada as a real country to the world. US and Canada know we will never submit to anyone.

MNN. June 27, 2015. The CROWN put Joe Norton back in as chief of Kahnawake. The previous chief did not deliver the goods on time. In the pretend democracy the incorporated band councils, also called “hang around the fort INDIANS”, obey the CROWN that makes the rules and decisions. The bankers out of London have been running a Ponzi scheme ever since they got here. They lend money to their carpetbaggers to come here and steal what they can from us. The bankers get a return on their money that should have been paid to us for our resources. The illegal Vatican monetary/military matrix was set up to create classes of haves and have-nots. They stole through every means possible with nothing to back it up but force, intimidation and genocide. The band council INDIANS are set up to help them.

The CROWN wants to remove Kahnawake as a tax free zone. Norton and his backers made previous attempts to bring in a casino and taxation. The people said “No” twice. In the casino matrix, controlled by Canada, the workers don’t pay taxes at first. After 15 to 20 years, the tax department comes in and demands taxes for the past years. 100% of the profits go to a small group of sell-outs and the corporate government. If we don’t pay them, our land, homes and resources are confiscated. We are arrested or removed.

In the Akwesasne people’s casino issue, the outside white population saw our prosperity. They pressured Albany and then Washington to shut us down and pass laws restricting all our economic growth. For us Ono’ware:geh land, waterways and airways are tax free zones.

TEN STEPS TO REGIME CHANGE

MNN. 18, 2015. The Indian Lands Acts of 1924 established the POW camps called “Indian Reserves” IR throughout Canada. Bill C-51 is Canada’s latest attempt to legalize genocide. Here are ten steps to illegally dismantle the ongwe’hon:weh through corporate regime change, relocation or unwitnessed lethal procedures.

1.The military response unit is located at the high tech Indian Affairs “war room”, directed by a well-briefed investigator and surveillance head. He reports to a senior commissioned officer. Federal, state and provincial entities work together to benefit from eliminating the ongwe’hon:weh. Top brass, all units in the detail and the local band councils work together. Military response teams surround all IRs. Operations are planned years in advance.

2.Detailed reporting on all incidents, including rumors and concocted stories. Surveillance is constant. Agents infiltrate the community in various guises. A “to be taken out” list is created.

3.Soldiers & CSIS/CIA agents are imbedded in media to control information, turn the public against the target, film the operation for study and identification.

4.The media induces fear into the surrounding communities promoting fear and anger towards any  ongwe’hon:weh. In 1990 the surrounding communities requested the military attack the Mohawks. Command posts are set up at a moment’s notice to go into the IR once the conflict is created. “New management” or lethal force is demanded. This historical record continues. 5.The “economic hit man” pays off the band and tribal council for their cooperation. Chiefs liaise constantly with the military. Secret meetings are held at local golf courses. The commander is involved during the “live” operation.

6.Professionals, elders, men, women and children are targeted to silence them. Some are banished. Businesses are controlled or burnt destroyed.

7.Provocateurs, informants, infiltrators, workers and goons watch and report to the investigator. They are trained to befriend, create dissent, spread false rumors, pacify or carry out local attacks, or conflicts to divide the people, with impunity.

8.Band councils sign blank arrest warrants. Local cops stand by while targeted residents are threatened. Some incidents are “false flags” to mislead the people and heighten tension. The ensuing chaos eventually discredits cops and band councils. The military comes in to control the situation.

9.The band and tribal councils agrees to come under the control of a political and economic corporation to create ‘peace’. Martial law is established. Roads closed. Houses searched. Curfews. No civil rights. Trouble makers removed. A combination of theatre, coercion and threats to control everybody and to bring about the desired corporate regime. Perpetrators report they were “just following orders” and can’t remember doing anything wrong, until they are charged with human rights abuses and genocide!

10.The law of the land of Great Turtle Island is the Kania’nereh:kowa. It shall prevail.
