MNN: WOMEN, PUT YOUR BOOTS ON!

mnnlogo1WOMEN, PUT YOUR BOOTS ON!

MNN. FEB. 15, 2013. Elimination of Indigenous women is government policy. We are being sacrificed for private profit. The bankers fear the women as the owners of the land and for having the power to stop the war. Who created the misconceptions of Indigenous women? Fur traders, whisky traders, North-West Mounted Police, Indian Agents, government officials, farmers, ranchers, missionaries and land speculators.

Keep walking!

Let’s keep walking!

Wealth comes from stealing and controlling our land. We have to be destroyed in any way possible. Powerful negative stereotypes are promoted on the mainstream media.

It's coming down.

It’s all coming down.

At the Albany Congress 1754 the Haudenosaunee tried to teach the pre-revolutionary American colonists about democracy through the Great Law of Peace and the egalitarian role of women. The pioneers did not want their women to know about their real power nor to give them a place in decision making. The attack on us is to break our power.

Human Right Watch Report “Then You Take Us Away: Abusive Policing and Failures – Protection of Indigenous Women and Girls in Northern British Columbia, Canada” is about government sanctioned RCMP brutality toward young Indigenous women and girls.

Prime Minister Harper advised the brutalized and raped victims to file their complaints with their rapists, the RCMP. He is complicit in genocide and will be tried in the International Criminal Court. His inhuman response shows the flaws of the business plan of the corporate system to take over the earth. The recent take-down of the Pope at the Vatican represents the end of the male hierarchical control grid. The rest will crumble, the monarchies, corporations, and all their entities.

Still looking

We will find you!

The women have a sacred trust as progenitors of the land. Our mother is now calling us to connect with each other and retrieve the instructions that exist deep within us. The songs and dances we perform are our medicine, Ononkwa, invoking the power of the original instructions that lie within.

We are connected through our subconscious. Our ceremonies remind us to stay on the winding route in unison and harmony with one another, in the same direction.

The Kaianereh’ko:wa is nature, a “clearly defined perfect reality”. It is “right, perfect and wise”. The man-made reality of the Euro American is disharmonious with nature, an Artifice.

We are the legal advocates of peace, not war. We are in charge of mother earth. The men are the keepers of the forest and the women are the keepers of the fields.

Dekanawida, the Peacemaker, had the greatest influence on the world. Jigonsaseh, a woman, was the leader of the cultivators, with whom the Peacemaker had to deal. She was recognized as the Mother of Nations. She reminded him of the power of women as the basic tenet of the Great Law.

Creation is the ultimate wisdom. It is ancient and advanced at the same time. It is already here. Original people, let us protect our girls and women so they may carry out their duties in the natural way.

Keep walking

Keep walking.

As Nancy Sinatra sang in “These Boots”:  “I’ve just found a brand new box of matches, yeah. And what he know you ain’t had time to learn. Are you ready, boots? Start walking!”These boots

MNN: We are Women…

mnnlogo1WOMEN, STOP CAUSING DEATH & DESTRUCTION

MNN:  Jan. 29, 2013.  More drone bases, more guns, more bombs, flying killer robots, more gas, more killing fields of women, men and kids, more hunger, malnutrition, starvation.  We Indigenous women are the “progenitors of the soil” on behalf of the coming children.  We are letting the war makers and profiteers hide in our territories, to steal our resources to make lethal weapons and to commit atrocities against everyone in the world. They and their accomplices live here in their high rises, dressed in fancy suits. Their highly paid band and tribal chiefs grovel at their feet crying, “Give me that paper.  I’ll sign it!”  They are always ready to push Harper’s fake laws to continue the bloodshed.

Please stop dropping bombs on us!

“Please stop dropping bombs on us!”

Our work must be supported and protected. Our duty is to stop the war problem forever, to bring peace on earth. To those profiteering and manipulating the war economy, get off our land! Take your band and tribal council pets with you.

The council of the great peace needs the balance of the male and female energies within the consensus process. It is the basis of the interactions between all our communities. The men help the people to follow the law of the land.

Council of Women.

Council of Women.

The Corporation of Canada is making a last ditch try to steal everything. Then they plan to flee with our $3 trillion Indian Trust Funds. Mark “Carnage” Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is on his way to England hoping to drop it at the feet of his royal economists. Indigenous have reported him to INTERPOL for investigation of the biggest heist in banking history.

The lawyers, bureaucrats and developers show up for the sale. The bosses from Ottawa draw up the papers. The chiefs sign them and walk away with envelopes stuffed with money. National, provincial organizations and Band and tribal councils have been set up for no other purpose than to help with the theft and genocide.

Assembly of First Nations and the band council’s job is to ignore our rightful requests for full consultation and consent. Municipal councils send a fax or email to the nearby band councils, who are not supposed to respond. Based on the non-response, contracts then proceed.

If anyone doubts this corporate plan, ask your band council for their corporation number, corporate papers, minute book, shareholders list, business plan, chiefs’ and band bank accounts.

We are not victims. We are the proud natural people of Great Turtle Island. Round dances are wonderful. Soon we will dance for joy when the blood suckers leave. Band councils, stand aside as you have alienated yourselves, according to our law. Canada, dissolve your illegal corporation because you aren’t going to steal any more of our resources nor our money. Mark Carney, drop that bag of Indian loot.

Harper & his women.

Harper & his women.

Harper, did you ever meet a real woman who didn’t feel like slapping your face?

As Helen Reddy sang:  “I am woman.  Hear me roar.  In numbers too big to ignore.  And I know too much to go back and pretend cause I’ve heard it all before.  And I’ve been down there on the floor, and no one’s ever gonna keep me down again”. Helen Reddy: I am woman

MNN: TO SAVE OUR MOTHER

mnnlogo1TO SAVE OUR MOTHER

MNN.  Dec. 30, 2012.
Our Mother Earth is instructing us to protect her from corporate Canada’s murder and rape.
The “Idle No More” movement to stop Omnibus Bill C-45 is gaining worldwide momentum.  They too are listening to our Mother.

earthCanada’s chief financial officer, Jim Flaherty and CEO Prime Minister ‘Pudge” Harper have illegally signed the equivalent of the “Enabling Act” of 1933 that brought Hitler to power. [Below].

enazblingC-45 removes indigenous people and takes our land and resources to establish a dictatorship of the bankers.  Parliament provides the illusion of freedom to the masses.  Their band councils in our communities are being staffed or trained by “Nazi” agents. Distress and crisis are being created to declare martial law.  Arrests, torture and death are here.  Our concentration camps called reserves are under strict surveillance and control [Indian agents].

Non-Natives can steal our land through a legislated voting fraud set up by this illegal bill.  Funds for education, health and other essential services will be dissolved.  Everything is being transferred to provinces that have no responsibility for us.  Our education funds will go to non-native schools to assimilate and brainwash our children.

Our constant marches and flash mobs are alarming Harper’s banker bosses in the City of London.

We are all victims. When the masses turn their backs on the genocide, they are complicit in it.  Theresa Spence of Attawapiskat has been driven to this point of desperation where she may soon die of hunger. She could ask the Indian Act band councils to step down and forego their obedience to their colonial masters, or be banished from our communities to live with their corporate puppeteers.

These well paid traitors and liars are helping our enemies try to tear us apart. Close them down!  Let our people go! Our law provides that their voices and that of their children are never to be heard from again.  As Chief Seattle said in 1896, “Man did not weave the web of life, is but a mere strand.  Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself”.

The real revolution is spirit evolution.  To start it we must respect each other, other nations and all creation to bring peace and harmony to us and the world.

Canada controls our stolen funds.  We won’t take up arms.  Flash mobs can appear on highways, railways, rivers, canals, at the headquarters of the multinational corporations that steal our natural gas, oil, minerals, logging and creates infrastructures to rape our Mother.

As Karonhiaktajeh said, “People with fighting spirit shall not become casualties of psychological warfare”.

When the Men declare martial law in our communities, our traditional fire will be rekindled.  The Great Law of Peace is our natural way.  Not artificial like banks and corporations.  We will be equal in voice and authority, to defend every member nation. Our Mother’s resources shall be shared fairly.  The foreign corporation of Canada will be dissolved and everything will be returned to us.

The deplorable inhuman conditions in our communities will be removed.  May the superior, dedicated and good minds come forward.  If they don’t standup, who will?  Our supporters will not be inconvenienced.  We need you.

We will stand the tree back up for all to see, that true peace still exists here. There will be one more war on Great Turtle Island, the people against the bankers.  No children will be bombed.  The attack of the predator bankers will be repelled.

homelandOur Mother is pushing us to rise up.  We defend and thank her.  Harper, our death knell can never be sounded.

Jimi Hendrix predicted Earth changing times in the song, “Up from the Skies”:  “So where do I purchase my ticket.  I’d just like to have a ringside seat.  I wanna know about the new Mother Earth.  I want to hear and see everything.  I want to hear and see everything.  I want to hear and see everything.  Yeah!”

MNN. IDLE NO MORE MAPQUEST

mnnlogo1IDLE NO MORE MAPQUEST

MNN,  Dec. 24, 2012.  We call for the reinstatement of the only legal contract allowing the settlers to live here, the Guswentha [Two Row Wampum].   It is the basis of the Great Peace of Montreal 1701.   According to international law, having reneged on this contract, everything reverts back to one day before it was ratified on June 25 1701.  They refuse to abide by it.  Their default of their contractual obligations to live in peace and be of one mind with us has been nullified and void.  They are illegal occupiers, squatters.

Prime Minister Harper, also known as “Pudge”, what are you waiting for? t spenceTo let Theresa Spence of Attawapiskat die in her tipi in the cold, not far from your nice warm mansion at 24 Sussex in Ottawa, which sits on our land?  Go see her today.  Take her some food.  She is hungry.  We want her to live.  You seem to want her to die.  Why?

tipi

According to the natural law of Onowaregeh [Great Turtle Island], the Women must take over our communities.  According to the Kaianerehkowa, [Great Law of Peace], we have the jurisdiction and duty to protect our children and the land we are bringing them into.  On these issues the men get their authority from us.

To implement our rights, all borders will now be fully monitored by the Ongwehonwe Women. Immigrants will no longer be told we are extinct or pacified. We will decide who comes onto our land and receives benefits from us.  Not foreign corporations who are wrecking everything and raping Mother Earth.  These artificial entities can no longer trespass on us.

parliamentWe demand control of all resources and immigration.  Their artificial economic system is based on debt, war, oppression and death.  We will end this.  Instead of declaring war, CEO “Pudge’ Harper of Corporation Canada must come to us and discuss their deficit owed to us, their landlords.

His Band councils set up under the genocidal “Indian Act” signed the illegal treaties [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.}.  They are all fraudulent because they breach the Guswentha.  Their system is causing Theresa Spence’s hunger.  They and their supporters are the “Indian’ agents who are working with their masters to try to annihilate us.  They must step down and stand up their Council of Women under traditional law, the key to peace.  The councils and their followers can dissolve into the Corporation of Canada and leave our communities because they are in violation of the Guswentha.  We remind these Indian agents they have committed treason under the Great Law.

Where are those Indian cigarette millionaires who are abusing the Great Law to make themselves filthy rich?  Owistah is the disease that prevents us from becoming of one mind.  We must return to the ‘we’ to stop the white divide-and-conquer serpent.  As Sitting Bull said, “Money soon gone, but land is forever”.

There is no need for police, jails and imperialism.  Each person has a duty to act on behalf of the Great Law of Peace.  Our responsibility is to our Mother Earth everywhere.
Everyone can take shelter under the great Tree of Peace.

Nobody freed the Palestinians.  They freed themselves.   We Indigenous everywhere must also free ourselves.  We have to break the chains that bind. Everything comes from within each person.  We cannot rely on the invaders whose mandate is total extermination of us so they can have free title of the Western Hemisphere.

one peopleNo one in the world can stop us from becoming free.   We are on the path to world peace, skennen, and the weather spirits are marching with us.

Federal Court Case T-1396-12…

FEDERAL COURT JUDGE KEVIN AALTO GUILTY OF TREASON FOR BREAKING ROYAL PROCLAMATION

MNN.  Oct. 5, 2012.  On October 1, 2012 we went to Federal Court in Toronto to remind Canada of the law and the lawbreaking that is going on in Kanekota.  Kanekota is a British Protectorate. Trespassers must stop breaking the law.

On October 5, 2012 Judge Aalto confirmed that their Royal Proclamation supercedes all Admiralty Statutes, statutory law and rules.  Then he told us they have no jurisdiction or will to respect it.  He clearly violated his oath to their Queen, making him guilty of high treason.  The penalty is death, which we did not ask for.  The last thing Thahoketoteh of Kanekota told Judge Aalto was, “You be careful of your decision.  If you break a royal proclamation, you will be guilty of high treason”.  Now he is. [Thahoketoteh of Kanekota v The Queen T-1396-12.]

The Royal Proclamation confirms the Guswentha/Two Row Agreement, the supreme law of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.  The 1701 agreements with the French and English are the only laws that give the newcomers the right to live on our land.  They broke these and now illegally reside here.   According to the Royal Proclamation 1784 their subjects must respect the Guswentha in all matters.

The Federal Court agreed that in 1784 Captain General Frederick Haldimand signed on behalf of the king a proclamation to protect Mohawks from white encroachment forever.   Canada can no longer pretend ignorance of the laws.  The Federal Court put on the public record that Canada openly admits its criminality and refuses to follow the law.

Judge Aalto erroneously proclaimed that the Federal Court overrules a Royal Proclamation. [He should be kicked out of law and put in jail]. This is all gobblety-gook to sidestep the lawbreaking and gives more time for corporate destruction of Kanekota.  He also ruled that “as this court has no jurisdiction to deal with these issues, leave to amend is also denied.” Meaning he decided that we could never appeal his wrong decision.  He showed that the Federal Court is nothing more than a kangeroo court.

We do not accept this law breaking.  Under Wampum 44 of the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, the Women Title Holders have the duty to notify all settlers that as their proclamation supercedes all their rules and statutes, all their settlements, developments and permits violate the proclamation and the Guswentha.

Judge Aalto did not dispute any of our arguments, that:

1-The Nanfan Treaty is the Guswentha agreement with Great Britain.

2-The Haldimand Proclamation is their order that there shall never be any encroachment by their people on our land.

3-The Indian Lands Act 1924 is illegal as it was never taken to the Indigenous people, passed in any legislature nor brought to the Queen.  It was a side deal of the Minister of Indian Affairs of the Colony of Canada and the Minister of Mines of Ontario.  All Ontario settlers rely on this illegal statute for their title.

4-The seizure of Canadian Hydro Developers windmills built in Kanekota without our consent belongs to the Mohawk Nation.  Canada broke its laws on “Aboriginal consultation” at the Ontario Municipal Board OMB hearings regarding these illegal eyesores.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iR-jbTGh87g  The Municipal, Provincial and Federal governments must be notified of this ruling.

5–The Outdoor Education Center by the Etobicoke Board of Education was stolen.  Now they are trying to illegally re-sell it.

6-Enbridge Gas has illegally built a pipeline through Kanekota.

7-Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty has illegally built a multi-million dollar estate on Kanekota.

The Shareholders of the foreign Corporation of Canada have set up the Admiralty court system, to keep what has been stolen from us.  The courts make and manipulate its rules to make profits for the shareholders. For them the Royal Proclamation exists but they don’t have to follow it if they don’t want to.

Dekanawida, the Peacemaker, showed us the path.  He knew that we had the mind to figure out the solutions.  Change for peace starts in each person’s mind.

Sky is Not Falling

Sky is Not Falling

MNN.  Jan. 1, 2012.  No.  The world is not coming to an end.  It’s continuing.  We’re been lead to think that we are heading into a trap to be devoured if we don’t submit.  Terrorized people are afraid to take action.

The dishonorable gang of inbred elites try to run the world.  The upper middle class, their hired guns, have been replaced by machines.  They’re leaving Great Turtle Island.

The people of color are staying.

Republican presidential candidate, Newt Gingrich, boasted, “You don’t have to become a drug dealer, pimp or a prostitute when you can wash our bathroom toilets and floors”.  [Is he referring to his filthy mouth?]

Some colonists want to join the Indigenous.   They know it’s all our land, water, air and resources.   Are they ready to live under the rules of nature?

They could follow the white roots to the source.  If their mind is clean and they agree to obey the laws of the Rotinoshonnionwe, they can take shelter beneath the tree of the long leaves.

The bankers are the pirates.  They invented the Maritime Admiralty Legal system to settle business disputes around the world.  They incorporated states like the US and Canada and illegally put them on Indigenous lands.  People who signed on became their property.  Their official flags can only be placed on buildings, not on Great Turtle Island, which was never surrendered.

The Haldimand Proclamation 1784 is unique.  A track within the vast Haudenosaunee Territory was set aside as a British Protectorate forever for the Mohawks.  Their agents of the crown [federal, provincial, municipal, etc.] that breach their supreme law are guilty of high treason.  The Military Court can punish them by firing squad or hanging.   Encroachers beware!

The bankers fear becoming obsolete should an infinite  free fuel be found.  They are blinding us by warfare.  Their worst is coming as they approach their death throws.

When they say peace, they really mean war.  Peace is uncompromising truth.  Nature is real and true.  They hope everybody is unnatural like them.

Their link to the world is through technology, while they try to disconnect us from the natural world.

Their corporations create supermen, that push the dooms day clock and threaten nuclear war.

The world will survive.  The bankers can’t buy mother earth.

They tried to turn Great Turtle Island into a prison where life and the environment are not precious.   For 500 years we’ve been penned up by these maniacs.  Now they are going, leaving behind our land and life.

Here’s an idea!  The head rulers can sit in a big room inside a bunker.  The walls are covered with hundreds of televisions.  They hold remotes and watch everything that’s going on.  They click, kill and neutralize those who might undo their position and power.

We let them think they are all powerful, while we go about our lives and ignore them.  They can flick all they want.  “Change the channel, honey!”  We’re in charge of the cable and what they seeing!

Their greatest fear is, “They will be cast down from whence they came for all eternity”.

They need to turn money into more money and to continue their illusion.

As Bob Dylan sang in 1963 “Masters of War”:  “Let me ask you one question, is your money that good?  Could it buy you forgiveness, do you think that it could?  I think you will find when your death takes its toll, all the money made will never buy back your soul”.

Their treasure has no real value.  Mother Earth and the great natural power are the dictators.

MNN: Mohawks have Nothing to Negotiate! Renters have to pay

MNN.  June 8, 2011.   Kahnawake is a Mohawk community on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River across from Montreal.  This tract is part of the greater Rotino’shonni:onwe/Six Nations Iroquois Confederacy territory, which is the unsurrendered eastern half of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island.

In 1680 French King Louis XIV illegally gave 45 thousand acres of our land to the Jesuits to turn us into Catholics.  They named Kahnawake, our home, the Seigneury of Sault St. Louis.

The account, not the title to our land, needs settling.  Canada and Quebec’s demand to settle is an admission of our position that the land is ours and always will be.

Kahnawake Is a Kanienkehaka and Ongwehonwe issue.  None of Great Turtle Island is for sale.

After the French and Indian disputes, the French sued for peace and a return of their prisoners that we held.  The Peace of Montreal in 1701 brought peace between the French and the Iroquois and 39 of our Indian allies who signed onto the treaty.  This treaty remains active.

Then the Jesuits illegally gave away two-thirds of Kahnawake to their settlers.  Only 13,000 acres was left for us.

We always lodged complaints against the Jesuits, Governors and the French King.  In 1754 Governor Duquesne came to Kahnawake to confirm that the Jesuits had no right to give away our land.   In 1762 after the French and British stopped fighting with each other, British General Gage also affirmed that the Mohawks own Kahnawake.  He appointed a receiver to collect the rent.  Some rent was paid.

In 1854 Quebec illegally passed a law abolishing the seigneury land system and our interest to Kahnawake.  In 1935 another illegal law abolished the rents payable to us.

Today Kahnawake includes eight immigrant communities:  LaPrairie, Candiac, Delson, Saint Catherine, Saint-Constant and Chateauguay; parts of Lachine and Lasalle on the island of Montreal.  Also included is the St. Lawrence River bed.

There’s nothing to negotiate.  Canada and Quebec have no jurisdiction.  Canada wants to offer us a few dollars.  They know that Rotino’shonni:onwe can’t be tricked into giving up our birthright.

The band councils have no right to settle anything, especially land issues.  They speak for the Canadian government, which says:  “if we don’t settle, this land will remain in dispute”.

Title to our territories did not begin when the Europeans arrived.  The land was and must be governed by the applicable law, the Kaianerekowa, our constitution.

Our land cannot remain under colonial fraud. The women inherently hold it on behalf of the future generations. Canada is always trying to legitimize their occupation of our land, which we never relinquished since the beginning of time.

Those settlers who do not want to live under Kaianerehkowa can chose to leave.  We certainly will not force death and violence on them they did to us.

Canada should honourably sit with us and take responsibility for their people’s actions.  Indigenous people should be compensated fairly.

Recently Prime Minister Harper apologized to some of those native people who were put into residential schools to be abused and killed.  In our culture, an apology means taking responsibility.  Words cannot fix the wrongs.  You must make it right.    All settlers have to make things right.  They came here to benefit from our land and resources, while the owners suffer.

This is a Kaianerehowa/Great Law issue, which involves all Indigenous people.

NO JAIL TIME FOR KAHENTINETHA HORN

NO JAIL TIME FOR KAHENTINETHA HORN

Jan. 26, 2011, by Brenda Norrell.
On January 21, 2011, Kahentinetha Horn pleaded guilty to charges of assaulting police officers and obstructing justice. The charges arose when the publisher and editor of Mohawk Nation News was attacked at the Akwesasne viagra-US border on June 14, 2008 by the Canada Border Services Agents CBSA.
Her lawyer, Phil Schneider, and the crown attorney at Cornwall Court agreed that if she pleaded guilty to the obstruction, the assault charge would be withdrawn. The judge gave her a sentence of an absolute discharge, with no criminal record.
Background: Kahentinetha had a problem that occurred at the border two and a half years ago on June 14, 2008. She drove to the Canada-US checkpoint on Cornwall Island with two Mohawks, a man and a woman. They were pulled over allegedly because the woman passenger had an outstanding arrest warrant.
An hour went by. Around 2:15 pm, “We were surrounded by about a dozen flak jacketed, steel toe booted, leather gloved and well armed special squad”, said Kahentinetha.
The male passenger got out and sat on the nearby bench. The customs officers spoke to her female passenger, who was reluctant to get out. The CBSA pulled her out, pushed her to the ground, handcuffed, subdued and took her away. Kahentinetha said, “I became afraid for my safety. They had no reason to stop me. When they asked me to get out of the car, I became scared after I saw what they did to her’.
The mob of guards swarmed to her side, ordering her to get out without giving a reason. She hesitated.
She told them, “I’ve done nothing wrong, have no outstanding charges, contraband, or reason to be questioned.”
After the treatment of the others who were under her protection, she wondered what they would do to the owner of the car? “I told one customs officer after another, “I refuse to be mistreated like my passengers”. They gave her no guarantees this was not going to happen to her or worse. She had no independent witnesses.
12 large male and 2 female customs officers swarmed around. “I saw big trouble for me if I got out’, said Kahentinetha.
At a signal from a guy taking orders by cell phone, they pounced on her, pulled her out and started twisting her left arm. The pain was so severe she thought they were breaking it. She screamed and tried to pull her arm away. [This is all on the Canada Customs video.]
She began to think they were after her, not her passenger. They obviously knew who she was. They kept calling their superiors and must have been told to take her out and arrest her, no matter what.
The question is why did they need so many large male guards to deal with a 68-year old woman? The had taken a long time to verify her age, address, background and car.
“I’ve been through this before with police officers who have tried to put me in hospital or a morgue. There seems to be a lot of anger towards me”.
They finally dragged her handcuffed behind her back into the customs house where she was out of sight. She was put alone in a cell and roughed up. One of the guards kept tightening the cuffs. He tried to bend her over and push her arm up to stop the blood from circulating into her arms and across her chest. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. “An officer stood in front of me and tried to pull my head down towards her crotch area. I found that very disgusting’. They both kept yelling at her to bend forward. This would have caused the blood to rush into her heart and kill her.
What really scared me was I could feel them trying to pull my pants down as I was being bent over. “At that moment I saw stars, became dizzy, starting panting and having pains in my shoulder and across my chest and back. I almost passed out”, said Kahentinetha. The guards had tasers, which is electric shock that can kill a person. “They thought they could get rid of me without using it”, Kahentinetha believed.
It was at that moment her brother, Taiotekane, a lawyer, and his son Kanatase appeared. Everybody backed off. They went to a room to talk privately. He realized she was having serious physical problems. Her eyes were becoming glazed, her face was flushed and she had a hard time breathing. He demanded she be taken immediately to the hospital.
Mohawk Constable Pyke contacted the emergency team from Hogansburg NY who rushed an ambulance. His sister, a paramedic, began to deal with Kahentinetha. Her quick work saved her life.
Doctors at Cornwall Community Hospital told her she had suffered a heart attack. Before this she never had problems with her heart or health. Her heart was damaged permanently. Since then she had to stop a lot of activities.
Kahentinetha realizes that every indigenous person who crosses the border could be subjected to this treatment. It looks like the CBSA have hired those who have no concern for the lives of travelers who cross the border.
The border guards deliberately misstated the facts. They knew kahentinetha’s true age. Yet they described her as being a “large strong 55 year old woman’, which is untrue. Such disinformation is sent out to keep the public uninformed. Don’t believe anything the CBSA says. Beware!

LONG AGO, BEFORE COLONIAL BORDERS

LONG AGO, BEFORE COLONIAL BORDERS

MNN. October 10, 2010. During the French and Indian Wars in the 1750s, the invaders came up against the Mohawk “Keepers of the Eastern Door” who told them to go home. In order to occupy land the legal occupants had to be killed off. The colonists started a genocide campaign beginning with the Mohawks.

As a story goes, once upon a time in present day New York State, a French troop came across a lone Mohawk Warrior standing on top of a cliff waving at them. The troop commander told three of his men, “Go up and kill him’.

They climbed up. Behind the bushes a big fight broke out. The commander waited. They never returned. Eventually the Mohawk Warrior appeared on top of the mountain and waved to the troops below. Aghast, the commander ordered another 10 soldiers to, “Kill him once and for all”.

They went up. Another noisy fight ensued. None returned. Once again, the Mohawk Warrior stood on top and waved to them with a big smile.

Finally the commander ordered the rest of his troops to go up and “Finish him off”, to return and tell him what happened.

Another huge fight took place with lots of yelling and screaming. This time one badly wounded man came down the hill. “What happened?” asked the commander.

The soldier said, “That Warrior wasn’t alone. He had a Mohawk woman behind him!” and then passed out. The Mohawk Warrior stood at the top of the cliff and waved at them to leave.

Indigenous women continue to be the foundation of our communities. Presently 550 have disappeared without a trace. Canada refuses to investigate, callously calling us “sexual objects” and “street workers”.

Our women are not protected by police, politicians and upper levels of society for a reason. Possibly these girls have too much information on the underbelly of the ruling class and their fascination with abusing children, particularly Indigenous.

It seems the Canada Border Services Agents CBSA and law enforcement want to arrest and criminalize our men who protect our women and children.

Border guards leer at Mohawk girls and our young men. Perverted Border guards are known to put their hands in the pants of the adolescent boys and grab their genitals. Cavity searches are going to become common to intimidate and psychologically subjugate people.

A British military man once remarked: Mohawk men allow themselves to be dragged around by their women, but in no way did it emasculate them. In fact, they became great warriors.

We were the canary in the mine. The behavior that the indigenous people have withstood for centuries is now going to become mainstream for everyone.

CANADA ACCIDENTALLY RECOGNIZES MOHAWK SOVEREIGNTY

CANADA ACCIDENTALLY RECOGNIZES MOHAWK SOVEREIGNTY
MNN. Sept. 8, 2009. The colony of Canada has officially recognized our sovereignty on Great Turtle Island and has taken steps to abide by the Two Row Wampum agreement. Canada admits they have no jurisdiction over Indigenous people and territory. On June 14, 2008, two women were peacefully crossing the illegal checkpoint in the middle of Kawenoke Island of Akwesasne. The Canada Border Services Agency CBSA called in 12 burly well-armed colonial goons to viciously attack the two women. One elder almost died of a trauma induced heart attack and the other was severely beaten and held incommunicado.

The two women live in the Mohawk communities of Akwesasne and Kahnawake. They filed formal complaints with the RCMP, OPP, Mohawk Akwesasne Police and the CBSA to investigate. All refused. The women were treated like enemy combatants with no rights. We are being falsely labeled as insurgents, terrorists and global risks. This violates the Geneva Conventions 1949 which set the standards in international law for humanitarian treatment of civilians and the victims of conflict. [See notes at end]

The women are not Canadian citizens as the Mohawk Nation never relinquished our territorial independence. The two women took it to the Federal Court of Canada, FCA T-1309-08, to address the human rights abuses. Canada is supposed to live up to its commitments under international law to respect human rights of all.

The Crown issued orders respecting our sovereignty. On October 23, 2008, Prothonotary Mireille Tabib ordered the two women to pay for Canada’s costs by depositing $19,460.00 with the court plus all subsequent costs. The reason! They live in Akwesasne and Kahnawake and are not residents of Canada. An appeal was filed. On January 29, 2009 Judge Francois Lemieux issued the same order. On Feb. 26, 2009 another case was filed by one of the women, T-288-09. On April 7, 2009, the same order was made because she lives in Kahnawake, making her a non-resident of Canada.

The Two Row Wampum agreement separates the colonists from the true original Indigenous jurisdiction. The Crown must fulfill our request to investigate our complaints against their agents. The CBSA acted outside its territorial jurisdiction when it assaulted the two women and cannot demand security for their costs.

The CBSA can never return to Kawenoke Island, the real name of Cornwall Island, which they abandoned on May 31, 2009. The Mohawks refused to allow these foreigners to carry guns in the middle of our community. The old Customs House sits empty and belongs to the Mohawks. CBSA needs to get their junk out of there. When Alcatraz was abandoned, it returned automatically to the Indigenous people.

The colony of Canada removed the CBSA checkpoint from Kawenoke to the foot of the bridge in the city of Cornwall Ontario. Cornwall is part of the Mohawk North Shore claim. A CBSA supervisor stated to Mohawk elders that the former Kawenoke Customs had to be officially de-designated as a Canada port of entry. The new one sits on Akwesasne land. CBSA has to remove its port-a-potties out of Cornwall to parts unknown, maybe back to England. Phew!

Our territory extends all across this land.In requesting Mohawks to report to them when leaving Kawenoke, which they formerly treated as part of the colony of Canada, they are respecting our sovereignty. They actually have no business asking our people anything. We cannot allow them to interfere with our natural birthright and our right to travel freely about our homeland or entering our communities.

The colonial pirates that are attacking and confiscating our legitimate products on our rivers are also out of their jurisdiction. They have no right whatsoever to interfere with our trade and commerce anywhere. All waterways are our highways long before the coming of foreigners to this land to be freely traversed by us.

These Federal Court of Canada orders recognize that Indigenous people on Onowaregeh retain international sovereignty. The demand for money is meant to discourage us from seeking justice against these brutal carpetbaggers. They are telling us we have to buy justice from them. Canada has no problems to dish out millions to the band and tribal councils to illegitimately sell us out and fraudulently try to settle our land claims. It violates the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Our political position does not allow them to assault or murder us, prevent freedom of speech or violate our human rights. These organized criminal cartels have no right to extort money from us. Everything they do falls under every kind of genocide known to humankind.

The checkpoint had to be removed. The border had to be removed. What’s next?

To stop the CBSA from coming in, we need to keep our fire going and to erect a building. To help, please contact akwpeoplesfire@bell.net 613-937-1813.
