MNN. Aug. 18, 2016, Syracuse NY. Judge Frederick J. Scullin Jr., a federal court judge, appointed for life by the US President, walks in like gang busters. He clicks his heels and sits down at the front of the pirate ship called the Federal District Court, 10 minutes late. “This is my court and everyone shall obey my rules!”

pix police-brutalityFive pro se plaintiffs/victims of the May 18, 1997 assault by the New York State ‘death squad’, called the “I-81 INDIAN DETAIL”, were a few minutes late. After delaying the proceedings for almost 20 years, Scullin immediately threw them out of the case. Security was holding them downstairs. After verbal objections, they were reinstated.

Scullin, your kangeroo court has no jurisdiction over international matters that need to be resolved. Your court engineered our lawyers, Terrance Hoffman, Robert Anello, Jodi Peikin and the rest to dump us.

Judge Scullin [Scully] was biased, disrespectful and not neutral and should be removed from the bench. The transcript and audio will show this. We cannot get a fair trial in any Admiralty Court because they are only for banks and corporations and always about money.

We did not cause the attack in 1997 nor the court delay. Scullin asked if we still wanted a jury trial or a bench trial before him. Asst. Attorney General Tim Mulvey quickly jumped up and yelled, “Yes, yes, yes”. We said, “No, we want a fair and impartial hearing by a jury” so they can judge the evidence.

Mulvey has a motion to remove 35 cops from the case. They were all part of the death squad that carried out the near mass murders of men, women and children at the peaceful gathering on private property. We want an evidentiary hearing of the facts before a jury on this. Every cop must be tried and cannot use the “I was following orders” defense. [Nuremberg Trial confirm this].

Many of the 76 victims getting settlements weren’t there. Some of them support relieving of 35 police of wrongdoing because they didn’t see them do anything forceful!. What! We were being beaten to a pulp.They also want us to identify those cops who removed their badges and disguised themselves. They were all part of the hell and emotional distress we are feeling to this day.

We refused to take the sell-out settlement to keep our mouths shut. After Scullin left, Mulvey, said we could tell our story to some judge and he offered us a low ball amount. We refused. We want all the people in the world to know that we have been fighting for justice for over 20 years in the corporate admiralty court system.

Mulvey then put his hands back into his pockets and told us he was going to object to everything that we present, especially the police videos showing the attack. Everyone in the world can see these videos on the internet.

Scullin showed absolute disrespect. He came to intimidate. We will seek help from the international community to take this to a non-Admiralty dispute resolution court where we can get a fair trial. Not one reporter was at this court. They are all controlled by the “Indian Ring”.

MNN. July 13, 2016. Canada is handing over harbors on onkwe’hon:weh land to foreign corporations they are setting up. They will retain our tax-free rights for the benefit of these foreigners. The corporations will fail and the bankers will grab the harbor facilities across Canada. The Chinese have already tried to buy kanion’ke:haka/Mohawk islands in the St. Lawrence River for distribution and manufacturing centers and to situate their population. Canada has outstanding land settlements to make to rotino’shonni, Iroquois, for territories known as “The Thousand Islands” and in particular the islands between Akwesasne and Kahnawake, plus the North Shore of the kaniatarawano’onweh, including the city of Cornwall. Canada is offering $240 million for us to purchase our land from white settlers, should they agree to sell our land to us! They want us to use the banker imposed money system to buy back the land they stole from us, just like the Seigneury, Kanekota and so on.

A secret agreement was signed to create a joint corporation between the city of Cornwall and the illegally imposed Mohawk Band Council of Akwesasne Inc. on April 15, 2016. They are both sub-corporations of the corporation of Canada. It violates the onkwe’hon:weh inherent original instructions that we cannot surrender or monetize lands belonging to the future generations.

MNN. June 2, 2016. What is the ambulance chase scam? When a large group of people are attacked by the cops and have their human rights violated, they are sure to win the court case against the state. That’s when the lawyers acting like ambulance chasers show up. “We’ll represent you” for free. They get a list of names and add more to increase their list of clients to get a bigger settlement.

We are used as the front for the INDIAN Ring system that scams their own system. They always enrich themselves at our expense.

The INDIAN Ring is the ring of power in US and Canada. They are in firm control of the corporate governments which are illegally hanging onto our land and resources and trying to annihilate us. They know we know it. They are here and so are we. The Ring is running this Onondaga attack and subsequent court case.

This case is a sure win for us victims of the beating by the NYS Troopers on May 18, 1997. The lawyers don’t want to win the case. They want a settlement to give themselves and their list of victims some money.

MNN. June 1, 2016. On May 16 the NYS judges and their crew called in the ambulance chasers and 76 plaintiffs in the Jones v. NYS Troopers case #98CV374 back to Syracuse court. They said in effect, “Come on, how much will it take to shut you up?” It seems the lawyers on all sides are playing out the rigged game to outwit us, the victims, and save the hides of their blood thirsty Troopers. The “Indian Ring” is pulling the strings.

MNN. May 3, 2016. Corporate democracy has many prongs on its pitchfork. Each will stab us. Everybody goes into one group or another in the divide and conquer paradigm. We are not using the kaia’nereh:kowa, the great peace, to help us bring our minds together for solutions that work for all of us. tewatkenion means we are competing against each other to win rather tan cooperating as equals.

Chaos is being created because our minds are being deliberately influenced from outside of the kaia’nere:kowa. Our ancestors figured out the kaia’nere:kowa to help all of humanity to follow the original instructions to survive and coexist with each other and the natural world. UN inc.

Crawling creatures are disrupting our peace and harmony. We have to keep our fire clean by sweeping away foreign objects that obstruct our minds. kaia’nere:kowa provides that we remove the spies, traitors and conspirators that are within our lives outside the kaia’nere:kowa.

We are too comfortable which makes us powerless and pacified. It is like we are always waiting for the messiah to ride in on a war pony and fix all our problems. We have become negligent.
