GUNBOAT DIPLOMACY

mnnlogo1

MNN. Apr. 6, 2013. Gunboat diplomacy is forcing colonial policy on Indigenous through military power and direct threats until we comply. “Sign here or you’ll starve!. The BIA in the US and Indian Affairs in Canada are military centers for worldwide operations. Money is laundered through Indian communities. Why did Prime Minister Harper suddenly announce his plan to “privatize all Indigenous lands? To make us less accessible to scrutiny!

"Take the money, or else!"

Chief: “Sign here and look the other way!”

In US Supreme Court decision Lara v. USA, Justice Clarence Thomas said that, as far as he could see, there is no evidence that the indigenous people ever gave up their sovereignty or any of their land. Federal Indian law and the Indian Act are schizophrenic and, as long as this is not dealt with, there will be chaos.

not followedIndian Affairs in Canada and the US were both part of the War Departments. In mid-1980s an employee in Indian Affairs Minister David Crombie’s office in Ottawa was recruiting people of Indigenous ancestry. A secret operation was being established throughout the Western Hemisphere headquartered in Mexico City.

Canada is not resisting the US takeover of the Indigenous territory called “the Northwest Passage, and our resources there. In 2005 the top CEOs, cabinet ministers and military brass of Mexico, US and Canada had a secret meeting at the Fairmont Springs Hotel in Banff.Banff 2005 The US has infiltrated the army, police forces, government and corporations. The Canadian Airborne Regiment that defends northern sovereignty was disbanded.

In 1990 gunboat diplomacy brought in the military invasion of the Mohawk of Kanehsatake. The US wants the rare mineral, “niobium that lies under the community. This metal strengthens and lightens industrial metals for military hardware and rockets for outer space exploration. The September 29, 2006 border summit in Tucson revealed that Boeing Aircraft got $20 billion to develop the satellite virtual electronic wall over the Canada-US border.

tontoCasinos in Indigenous communities allow unmonitored money and agents to pass through Indian reservations, which are under “federal jurisdiction, into covert activities. Casino money is not overseen by the Bureau of Indians Affairs or Department of Indian Affairs. Billions were funneled to finance illegal activities.

The colonial government declares that a band or tribal council has “mismanaged their funds. The community is taken over. People are sent in to run everything. Indigenous people are told nothing. The corporate band council chiefs are now either court appointed politicians or compliant Indians who do what their team of Indian Affairs advisers tell them. It’s their gravy train of unaccounted money, placed in off-shore accounts. They just have to look the other way.

The Indian Affairs program is meant to keep us demoralized, ignorant and dependent. These corporate conglomerates need to victimize us to control politics, police, military and economies of Canada and the US.

The economic royalist bankers think there is no alternative to a few taking something for nothing with armed government support; to inequality and injustice, competition and division; conflict and suffering. Then putting the stolen money in secret off shore accounts. The Canadian model of world government is now being implemented in India. Countercurrents As Joni Mitchell sang: “And so once again, oh, America, my friend. And so once again, you are fighting us all. And when we ask you why, you raise your stick and cry. And we fall. Oh, my friend, how did you come to trade the fiddle for the drum”. The Fiddle and the Drum

INSTIGATING UNITY

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 23, 2013. CELAC is the “Community of the States of Latin America and the Caribbean. It is a newly formed non-armed organization, established at a meeting in Caracas Venezuela on December 4, 2011. The late President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is one of the founders. President Sebastien Pinera of Chile is co-chair. 33 sovereign states of the Western Hemisphere are members, representing 600 million people. bring democracy

Canada and US cannot join. CELAC wants to deepen integration in the Americas; and to reduce the adverse influence of the US on the politics and economics of Latin American and Caribbean states. It is a defense against imperialism, to counter the presence of the US military, to weaken foreign political policies that prevent social development of Indigenous people while siphoning their resources.

CELAC is an alternative to the Organization of American States OAS organized by Washington DC in 1948, which tries to undermine and maintain control of these states. It does not meet the needs of the people.

prohibitionOne approach being considered to stop the US enhanced “drug war violence is to legalize drugs. There would then be no reason for the US to arm drug cartels nor remain in these countries. They would not be able to maintain an illegal state of war against their neighbors to the south.

CELAC is seen as the road to peace. Another goal is to stop the Cuban embargo. Those Indigenous nations independent from Canada and US, can be considered for membership. Colonial band or tribal councils or any such entities would not be eligible. International law allows us the right to represent ourselves without permission from the colonial hierarchy. We have a right to pursue freedom and human rights. The power is with the people. The great law provides that we have a right to self-determination. As Carlos Santana sang:Changes “and we all know its better, yesterday has passed. Now let‘s all start the living for the one that‘s going to last”

"Where is the road north?"

Gringo go home!

CRAWLING CREATURE

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 25, 2013. The Great Law provides that, “As a weapon against a crawling creature, I lay a stick with you so that you may thrust it away from the Council Fire. A crawling creature may be a disrespectful person seeking to disrupt the people and must be removed. [Wampum 4].

Serpent of Discord.

Serpent of Discord.

We Indigenous are called “domestic dissidents who are disrupting the corporate government’s image and economy. Infiltrators are sent in. It could be a vigilante operation to silence us, or to neutralize us by creating factionalism, attacking our reputations and causing confusion.

“Spies and “agents pose as scholars, friends, supporters or helpers. The perfect intruder abandons you suddenly when their assignment is over. Their cover could be blown the longer they remain.

Infiltrator with angel wings.

Infiltrator with angel wings.

“Infiltration is low intensity warfare, to mold public opinion, to sabotage us. “Surveillance is gathering intel to expose, disrupt or discredit us. Infiltrators hang around for years studying and gathering info. Some offer services, like legal advice or romances. Some even have families in the community.

Infiltrators get involved with one faction. Another infiltrates the opposing faction. They drive wedges between them. Targets are lured into compromising situations. Fear is created, like having them followed, strangers taking pictures and arranging attacks. Infiltrators organize drug, booze and sex parties to recruit youth. Intruder’s cause suspicion. True activists are sometimes “bad jacketed as being government agents. The courts criminalize us through perjured evidence, false arrests and imprisonment. We face threats, assaults and political assassinations.

“Provocateurs disrupt, create disagreements, make divisions, sabotage, squander resources, steal funds, seduce leaders, provoke jealousy and public embarrassment, lead targets into danger and push paranoia.

New "Indians" are turning up every day.

“Agents” are loners, with a vague cover story that doesn’t identify them. Some have many aliases. Some pretend to be Indigenous. Agents have no job but have a steady income. They will leave at a moment’s notice and disappear. They dress to quickly change their image, like hairstyle, weight, clothes or car.

Hired thugs, right wing vigilantes, private military and local police are front line foot soldiers. Agents are subsidized, armed, directed and protected by the military. False stories are planted. Bogus organizations are set up. Parents, employers, landlords or school officials can be coerced into causing trouble for the target.

Look for cameras, microphones & scanners.

They act needy or feign a rare sickness or medical condition to get sympathy and leave suddenly. They act like a best friend, downplay themselves and quietly observe. Targets are taken to unfamiliar outside groups to compromise them.

Check the authenticity of visitors. “Keep friends and family close and your enemies closer”, as the godfather said. Stay on movement goals. If the eyes say something different from the body, they are not genuine. it reminds us of the old Charlie Pride song: The snakes crawl at night. that’s what they say. When the sun goes down, then the snakes will play”.

COINTELPRO [2]

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 30, 2013. Paranoia should not paralyze us. To protect ourselves, watch for visitors who want information, plainclothes who take pictures before and during demonstrations; those who seem out of place and interested in members rather than issues; who suddenly disappear and put out false stories, sometimes  about us being out of our minds.

COINTELPRO tactics against American Indian Movement activists.

COINTELPRO tactics against American Indian Movement activists.

“Direct Action: A sign-in policy; get Freedom of Information info; suspects at pickets and protests don’t usually get arrested; educate the public by handing out a written position; lobby politicians; learn from victims of covert actions; class action suits [they usually back out]; court actions create disputes and splits; pro bono lawyers that take opposite sides.

“Investigate Informers: check background; check police academy grads list; they usually speak against cops; use phony names; they issue death threats we get blamed for.

“Privacy: Step out of the office to speak privately; watch for cars following, acquaintances suddenly becoming friendly; bogus discrediting about drug use or false relationships or activities about a true activist; throwing names around. Sweep your living space for electronics; don’t say anything that you wouldn’t say in court.

Common sense helps!

Check out non-native groups that divert Indigenous issues such as residential school abuse, missing women, land claims, or “sharing” of our resources. Watch for outsiders that confuse, control and disorient.

“True Supporters: Don’t scare or ostracize true supporters or push them to take risks.

“Debrief: Write down information, look for patterns, check strengths and weaknesses, assess allies and adversaries. Don’t let agents inside your home to glean information about your prospects, lifestyle or floor plan.

“Counter Tactics: Government covert actions mislead the public, punish their own whistle blowers and interfere in anyway they can. Complain about illegal covert interference to human rights organizations.

COINTELPRO is being used by US and Canada. Agents appear peaceful and friendly, but are there representing the military. As Roger Daltrey sang:We won’t get fooled again “We’ll be fighting in the street, with our children at our feet. And the morals that they worship will be gone. And the men who spurred us on sit in judgement of all wrong. They decide and the shot gun sings the song.”

Watch out for the wolf in sheep's clothing.

Wolf in sheep’s clothing.

KILL THE MESSENGER

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 28, 2013. On March 26, 2013, the MNN editor was invited to be the opening speaker at Champlain College in Sherbrooke Quebec. The topic was, “A Native Perspective on Canada’s Exploitation of Resources. Two Mohawks, as is our custom, accompanied the speaker. They sat at a table facing the crowd.

Champlain College students.

Happy Champlain College students!

She did a traditional opening; explained the Seigneury of Sault Louis land, dispute which is returning vast areas to the Mohawk Nation; that Canada is not a state according to the Montevideo Convention of 1933; the genocide committed by the Jesuits, the storm troopers of the Catholic Church; the Great Peace of Montreal 1701 that created the official two row wampum relationship between the Indigenous and the visitors to Great Turtle Island; and Section 109 of the BNA Act 1867 that established the ever growing $50.3 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The presentation was legalistic and cautious.

Cartoons were inserted in the power point presentation to help them understand the basics. They were carefully taken step by step through the legal maze of their settlement history here on our land and their legal position today.

Debating with the speaker.

Champlain College debater.

The speaker received an ovation. Then the questions and comments began. Some in tears, said, “What happens to us? “I came here because I love the Indians. After listening to you, now I hate them and I hate you!  “I didn’t do anything. My ancestors did. “Why? Why are you telling us this? “You have no feelings for us! I instructed them to study the Great Law of Peace to help them understand our position.

The speaker, a 73-year old elder of the Mohawk Nation, tried to make light of the provocative jibes to calm them down. This made them madder. The discussion became more and more heated. Some students stomped out. Others heckled and smirked. The air became static with anger and threats. The speaker remarked, “The truth hurts. Almost the entire student body jeered in astonishment. The three Mohawks could feel intense anger and were ready to deal with it. And they did.

Julian Assange: "Happens to me all the time".

Julian Assange: “Happens to me all the time”.

For a moment the crowd calmed down. Then the insults started again. The speaker was accused of “having no feelings. The speaker answered, “Yes, the we have strong feelings about the genocide of 100 million people and the murder of half our children placed in your church run residential schools. No one has been charged or punished for this. More angry words flew. None addressed the legitimate issues. The sound arguments backed them into a corner. It was like they were standing on their hind legs and were ready to jump the Mohawks.

Suddenly a teacher rose up. She reminded them that, “We wanted to hear the Indigenous side. You have to listen even if she turns it inside out.  The confrontation ended. They formed groups and began talking, some giving the Mohawks dirty looks.

"I don't agree with your point of view".

“I don’t agree with your point of view”.

A native speaker should take at least three people security when they go into a potential hostile situation. Because of the rampant spread of the Owistah disease throughout the settler population, an adverse side affect is, when they don’t like the message, they might kill the messenger. As the Guess Who sang:Guns Guns Guns “You be the Red King and I’ll be the Yellow Pawn. Guns, guns, guns! Eagle all gone and no more caribou. God speed mother nature. Never really wanted to say good-bye”.

CYPRUS

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 27, 2013. The theft of the savings accounts of the people has begun, starting in Cyprus. The bankers “royal economists created the current fractional reserve system based on debt. They are squeezing the people “so tight against their chest that the people can hardly breathe. [Dekanawida]. dekanawidah

So who are these bankers that presume to rule over us all? They are the descendants of the 13 royal bloodlines of the European monarchical, hierarchical system. The European people thought they had gotten rid of their kings and queens, through revolution. They went underground and emerged as the bankers.

In their secret covenant, they state: “We shall create a money system that will keep them and their children imprisoned in debt forever’. The Secret Covenant

Old bank run.

Old bank run.

Their system is dependent upon bribery [Owistah]. From that they created the fractional reserve banking system. In the US a bank needs $10 on deposit to loan out $100. In Canada there is no cap. They can loan out as much as they want. Hmmn! Our $50 trillion Indian Trust Fund is on deposit in the five big Canadian banks. That’s why the media purports “They are too big to fail.

Gold wampum only!

Gold wampum only!

Every Indigenous person shall demand our share of our Indian Trust Fund in gold bullion. The MNN editor has already started the process, Demand Payment The other people in the world should be starting to think like John Dillinger or Baby Face Nelson regarding the bank that is stealing your money. You need to withdraw all your savings from the chartered banks and put it in your local credit union or under your mattress.

American way.

American way.

American lore is filled with tales of hero bank robbers. The people might need to go into the bank with their own “guns a’blazingâ€ as Merle Haggard sang in The legend of Bonnie and Clyde: “Two years of runnin’ was ended that day. For robbin’ and killin’ they both had to pay. But we’ll always remember how they lived and died. So goes the legend of Bonnie and Clyde.â€

KANEKOTA BREAKING NEWS

mnnlogo1

Video of teleconference trial, Federal Court, Attorney General and Thahoketoteh, Mar. 25, 2013. http://youtu.be/-p0ijL_isgA

MNN. Mar. 26, 2013. On March 25, 2013, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota had the oral portion of his Case T-2007-12, Thoketoteh v. the Queen. The trial was done by teleconference with the Federal Court of Canada judge and the Attorney General representing Her Majesty. The question is how Section 109 of the British North America Act 1867, legally applies to the constitution, saves and continues the “protection secured by the Royal Proclamation 1763 as a “legal duty within stare decis. A precedent has already been set.

The judge asked the AG why he did not address this first question in all his 300 pages of submission. The AG admitted that he was directed by Indian Affairs to avoid the issue at all cost, not to ever talk of Section 109 and the legal duty and trust issues. Canada has been avoiding this all along. It is the elephant in Canada’s living room.

Section 109: The elephant will take over the room and crowd you guys out.

Section 109: “We can’t ignore this elephant anymore!”

Their constitution sets out Canada’s obligation to us, that we Indigenous are of this land and that Great Turtle Island is of us. The Indian Trust Fund, set up according to Section 109, is an ever growing $49.1 trillion trust fund that Canada uses to pay its bills and as a slush fund without our permission, to bolster their five “too big to fail banks. They can’t fail because they have stolen all our money.

We own everything. Every Indigenous group in Canada can use Section 109 to assert our land rights right everywhere. Everybody has to deal with us on everything.

Canada, you have no options!

New Federal Court Tele-trial: “Will it be secret trials next?”

The judge will make her decision soon. Kaiainerekowa, the law of the land, will be the only law applied in Kanekota soon.

We are very happy! As Keith Richards sang: “I need a love to keep me happy. Baby, baby, keep me happy.

Intense fear is created to divide the people. Who are objecting to environmental destruction of Mother Earth. The “royal economist bankers”  work diligently with their corporate Indian puppets and accomplices throughout Great Turtle Island to provide a “solutionâ€ for the problem they created.

“Bad Jacket is a true activist that is falsely framed by disinformation to create suspicion. Their names are put out in phony police messages. HOSTILE TAKEOVER BID

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 23, 2013. Indigenous relationship with the land is the biggest threat to the economic royalist bankers. Destroying our communal land holding is to deny us our culture, life and identity. International law dictates that changes can only be made with our full knowledge and consent. Their think tanks funded by mining companies, oil companies and investment groups have plotted out how to part us from our land. The World Bank, government programs and the media want the sharks to come in on us.

Indigenous: "Smashing us with our own logs!

Indigenous: “They’re smashing us with our own logs!”

To steal the natural resources, we have to be removed so highways, railways, ports, wind energy, mines, agribusinesses, the tar sands and cheap labor plants can be built. Our livelihood is robbed so that we become non-viable people and can be used for cheap labor.

Indigenous were depopulated. That backfired. Too many of us are around holding onto our territories and asserting autonomy, self-determination and human rights.

Prime Minister Harper and his accomplices are pushing bills that will dissolve indigenous communities and resistance. Surveyors with their tripods and gear are mapping out our land so that it can be broken into pieces and privatized.

Attawapiskat-DeBeers joint venture!

Attawapiskat-DeBeers joint venture!

Trained military and geographers are assessing our communities for resistance and defensive strength. Propaganda is spread that our communities are breeding grounds of crime and insurgency and must be done away with.

Our communities are being deliberately mismanaged to force us into greater economic dependence. Our independence can only be achieved through our communal affinity with our land.

Our corporate Indian sell-outs and their non-native accomplices argue that collective ownership is a monkey on their backs keeping them from making money. They demand privatization. Government, corporations, underworld and private citizenry are going through the back door where the doormen have brown faces.

Corporate Atleo and friends!

Corporate Atleo and friends!

Not long ago there was a cry over multinational corporations taking over the potash fertilizer business in Saskatchewan. Canadians screamed against the foreign takeover of a valued asset to Canada on unceded Indigenous land. Now it’s uranium. Almost at the same time extreme individualism of home ownership almost put the world into financial ruin [2008 financial meltdown].

The crown refuses to give us the keys to our ever-growing $35 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The crown [bankers] is running Canada with it. They’re trying to get rid of their fiduciary responsibility by violating international law and passing illegal statute [corporate by-laws]. In this foreclosure scenario, they are trying to turn us over to the banks, lenders and provinces that are sharpening their claws. Fee simple land becomes taxable provincial land that can be seized. trillion

It’s a corporate hostile takeover bid of natural law. Do not recognize the corporate Indian sell-out band council [modern Indian agents] who are doing the banker’s dirty work to us. As Pink Floyd sang: Us and them. And after all we’re only ordinary men. me and you, got only knows, is not what we would chose to do.”

THE TRIAL OF KANEKOTA

mnnlogo1

MNN. Mar. 19, 2013. The trial of Kanekota is at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013.

On July 18, 2012, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota filed action T-1396-12 against the Queen in the Federal Court of Canada. Kanekota is a 575 square miles area in the north of the Grand River. This is the northern part of the Grand River land protected by the Royal Proclamation 1784, for the Mohawk “them and their posterity forever” without encroachment.

Women's Council: "Thahoketoteh, go for it!"

Women’s Council: “Thahoketoteh, go for it!”

Royal proclamations supersede all Admiralty Statues. All Canadian laws and courts are subject to existing royal proclamations. Thahoketoteh contends that Crown agents who ignore a royal proclamation are guilty of high treason. He asked that all stolen farms from the “mega quarry” application be returned to the Mohawk people; all settlers legalize their presence in Kanekota; and all squatters who do not want to legalize themselves be removed at Canada’s expense. This motion was dismissed. payback's bitch,

Thahoketoteh filed a new action,T-2007-12, asking a constitutional question. He claimed that Canada is under a “legal duty type of “trust within the meaning of Section 109, Constitution Act 1867, not to apply or permit the application of federal or provincial law to the Grand River or Haldimand Tract, except by treaty, in compliance with the Royal Proclamation 1763 and proven, in the event of dispute, before the Standing Royal Committee constituted by the Order-in-Council [UK 1704].

The oral portion of the trial will be through teleconferencing, which will eventually be available on Mohawk Nation News. Everyone can read the entire case on mightisnotright.org.  Thahoketoteh is representing himself. He expects the judiciary to follow their own law.

Sec. 109 of the Constitution Act 1867: All Lands, Mines, Minerals, and Royalties belonging to the several Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick at the Union, and all Sums then due or payable for such Lands, Mines, Minerals, or Royalties, shall belong to the several Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in which the same are situate or arise, subject to any Trusts existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same.

They'll soon be getting new glasses!

Federal Court: “What elephant? I don’t see it!”

This section 109 is like the elephant in the living room that the judiciary pretends is not there. It affirms the Indian Trust Funds that MNN keeps mentioning.

Since the trial will not be available to the public we suggest people go to trial of Kanekota to read the written argument.

Canada is the defendant in this case. We are reminded of the Stones song; Hand of Fate: “I’m on the run. I hear the hounds. My luck is up. My chips are down. So good-bye, baby, so long now. Wish me luck. I’m gonna need it, child. The hand of fate is heavy now. It pick you up and knock you right down!
