United States legalized serial killing by bringing this mindset to Great Turtle Island. They planned to exterminate all Indigenous people. No countries stood up for us. MNN. July 13, 2014. Canada stole our resources and funds. We want compensation for all of it since 1701. The law of Great Turtle Island is based on the Two Row Wampum and the Great Peace. Just like Dekanawida said, after it was chopped down, “We will stand the tree of peace firmly up again”. The British agreed to follow the Two Row. Natural law provides they can take only what they needed to live. Their subsequent establishment of a trust fund and dozens of spinoffs are illegal. The crown controls every corporation, banks, police and governments that protects this theft, all based on the “terra nullius”, which is fiction. A trust fund is for the benefit of the receivers. Only we Ongwehonwe and our descendants can claim it.

How was the debt in the Indian Trust Fund of $970 trillion arrived at? Our Indian funds were placed in Canada’s empty Consolidated Revenue Fund to pay its bills, without our knowledge or consent. Indian Affairs spreadsheets show how billions were taken out. For example, billions of our funds are given to the provinces every year. Repayment and interest to us is never made.

Some of our hidden funds are called “suspence accounts”! We are ready to calculate our funds that went into these corporations, foreign investments, overseas aid, leases, rents, loans, and to build institutions and infrastructures throughout Canada.

Harper and Obama are backing Netanyahu of Israel. He is trying to complete their genocide of Palestinians, in the reservation known as “Gaza”. On Great Turtle Island, we were murdered, starved into submission and kept in abject poverty. Today our funds, resources and lands are used to make the deadly weapons of mass destruction being used to kill Palestinians. This violates the Great Peace.

We refuse to be illegally forced into being “wards” of the corporate state. We have a duty to be in charge of all our funds and possessions. Our ownership of all our illegally occupied territory shall be respected.

MNN. July 11, 2014. Regarding the INDIAN TRUST FUND, I’m not requesting anything that’s not mine. But I am demanding everything that is. The fund is more than $970 trillion. My share is at least $470 million. As a Mohawk woman, I have a duty to protect the people and the land. My authority comes from Kaianerekowa, Wampum 44, the law of the land of Onowaregeh/Great Turtle Island.

Tomorrow it'll be 100%.

The Guswentha/Two Row Wampum Agreement gave the Europeans permission to live here. We taught them to sustain themselves and to never forget that this land and everything on it belongs to us. When Canada wanted independence, the Queen could not give what belongs to us. She reaffirmed the Two Row Agreement on her last two trips to Canada. We can never transfer this land on which we are naturally placed. The Europeans can make laws only for themselves.

The British took over the Dutch colony in 1684. After the Great Peace of Montreal in 1701 the British accepted the conditions of the Two Row Wampum in Albany in 1701. They came and settled in Kingston Ontario which consummated the agreement. The British wrote their own interpretation of the Two Row Agreement called the Beaver Hunting Ground Treaty and the Nanfan Treaty. They never published it to anyone but themselves. We have a copy.

The Two Row Agreement is that we shall be equal in our endeavors here on our land that we are caretakers of. No one shall be over another nor better. Perpetual peace shall prevail. The British and French wanted the Two Row Agreement to protect themselves from us.

The British agreed that everything they did with our land and our resources would be shared with us, 50-50. The Indian Trust Fund is now the largest trust fund in the world.

The settlers needed our permission to live in certain areas. They agreed to remain on that land only. Otherwise it reverts to the Nation. We can take any resources, trees, hunt and fish at anytime on our lands. They could not dig deeper than the depth of a plow. Our permission was needed to build a basement and a well.

They could set up a corporation for themselves but could not claim ownership of anything that is not theirs. scouting taxes

The Indian Trust Fund and Two Row Wampum are still in play. We want recompense for every single thing that was illegally taken and converted into money, such as trees, rocks, minerals, oils, etc. since 1701. These settlers came from a society that uses currency which we now understand. We demand full payment. We never gave the settlers permission to put our share in trust. This scheme to steal our possessions was devised by declaring us as incompetent by the Corporation known as the Vatican.

We never sold or leased anything above and below the ground. This income is ongoing. Interest is accumulating daily. Our fund subsidizes universities, hospitals, railways, corporations, infrastructure, exploration, municipal, provincial and federal governments, etc. Canadians created money with our resources, never giving us anything, keeping us in abject poverty.

We Ongwehonwe were never asked our consent for any development or raping of our territories. All the families of the Iroquois Confederacy and our friends and allies have to agree to anything that is done to our land. Our chiefs and clan mothers were murdered to break our circles of authority. The head of our people was cut off so the body would die. The next day there were more chiefs and clan mothers. The people are the government. We will stand up and hold our arms tighter around the circle.

I and all our people on Great Turtle Island are owed our share of the total Indian Trust Fund from 1701. I am almost 75 years old. I was always told by my ancestors, “They can’t give the land back to us because it’s already ours”. The artificial creation called “title” is nothing more than a statute under their Admiralty Law which is for banks and corporations. It ‘s been proven to be based on the “Doctrine of Discovery” which is nothing more than “a legal fiction”. We are the inherent sovereigns of Great Turtle Island. We will receive half of everything they created from our land and resources. I wish to be cashed out of the Trust Fund.

Onowaregeh was, is and will always belong to the true Sovereigns. On June 27, 2014 the Supreme Court of Canada “returned” stolen 1,750 square kilometres to the Tsilhqot’in Nation of central BC. Our boundaries are coast to coast, north, east, south and west.

According to the Two Row Agreement made in 1701, half of everything went into our Indian Trust Fund. This allowed them to come and live among us. That fund was stolen. MNN. June 15, 2014. NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. and St. Lawrence County have concocted an illegal MOU [Memorandum of Understanding]. These corporate entities want to distribute millions of dollars in gaming revenue from the Akwesasne Mohawk casino to the surrounding non-native communities. We Mohawks would be given the opportunity to buy back our own stolen lands in “St. Lawrence County” for $1.5 million. New York State will pay the county from our NY Gaming Compact revenues $2 million and any lost property taxes. The Mohawks will pay $4 million yearly to the county.

St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. also hopes to sign away our 9 million acres of Kanionkehaka Mohawk land, which is most of NYS. Franklin County will give us a few dollars and a bit of sovereignty by running a jail for them in the middle of Akwesasne.

The traitorous St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Inc. can be dissolved. How? Call a meeting of all our communities to dissolve the company. The majority attending sign a termination proposal. Upon receipt of your Notice of Assessment of May 5, 2014, [copy below] I send you my assessment of your debt to me for my share of the Indian Trust Fund, also known as the First Nations Trust Accounts. The fund was set up to ensure peace between the settlers and the Ongwehonwe people. I am 75 years old and need these monies now.

Full payment is demanded within 30 days of receipt of this invoice. I assess my share to be $470 million and demand payment in gold bullion only. I demand payment forthwith to my trustee whom I have appointed for this purpose: Taiotekane, [address, phone number]. Should you fail to make full payment, collection procedures for this debt will be initiated. Govern yourselves accordingly.

WE ARE THE SOVEREIGN

MNN. June 5, 2014. We have a law. The Great Peace, which is the true direction. We should have no fear from anybody to use it. People attending band council meetings are a minority who in effect sanction the fraudulent corporate system. The band/tribal council writes whatever the corporate agenda directs. In fact it is easy for any community to dissolve their corporate entity and reclaim their sovereignty because it is our true destiny.

Sign this corporation dissolution paper so we can file it it with the Registrar General.

The People to the Council: “Sign this dissolution paper so we can file it it with the Registrar General and be done with you once and for all”.

It’s easy. Call a final meeting. Chiefs sign the dissolution paper with everyone present. The people take them to the Registrar General and file them. They close the bank account and withdraw the money. An invoice is sent to the Corporation of Canada for their portion of the ever growing $960 trillion Indian Trust Fund payable in gold bullion only. When the papers are filed, the Registrar General will note it in the public record.  “One More Winter”.

One week later, the corporation pretending to represent the sovereign on our land can’t hold a gun to our heads.

kanionkehakaWhen the corporate band/tribal council entities are dissolved, Canada can no longer masquerade as the representative of the sovereign. They cannot have legal access to our land, resources and funds. People who continue to do business with the illegal entity, Canada, on our land will be charged in a non-Admiralty international format. All decisions are in the hands of Ongwehonwe, the only sovereigns of Great Turtle Island.

Like Canada and the US, all corporations posing as countries have the same shareholders. The plutocrats own 51% of any and all publicly traded companies. That way they can dictate to the 49%. This system ensures the continuation of war by dividing the people’s minds. 51% dictate to 49% perpetually.

Kahnawake belongs to the Kanionkehaka/Mohawk people. We are the sovereign and will not follow the Corporation of Canada rules. We will never sit in those useless corporate meetings waiting for the foreign axe to come down on us because we fight to live, survive and make a future for our children. The community of Wahta could be the first to initiate the snowball affect that will happen when they dissolve their corporate council. Wahta Mohawks. “We should not hold out our hands for crumbs when we own the whole loaf”, as one elder reminds us.
