MNN. DEC. 3, 2015. Is Onondaga a banana republic, where a corrupt violent strongman is put in by foreign corporate interests? The people live in poverty, rampant uninvestigated murders, while the dictator lives in splendor.

According to kaia’nereh:kowa women are supposed to be in charge in our communities. In Onondaga, a nation of the rotino’shonni/Iroquois Confederacy, the federally established ‘Consiglieri’, and his ‘Don’, Oren “Te-sna-tsa-hia-ton” Lyons  threaten, banish or attack their critics. By design most of the community is on welfare. The longhouse, turned “clubhouse”, only does ceremonies to distract the people. The original great law is not followed. The corporate coded version is practiced like a religion. Vital community interests are not protected. The favored few and family members get stipends, housing, economic benefits, health and protection. The rest get nothing. The protection racket and control is based on rumor, gossip, fear and threats of banishment.

Presently Lyons is in Paris at the COP21 climate conference with all the other corporate fakes mapping out the global depopulation strategy.

The CROWN is systematically dividing true kanien’keh longhouses. Hired henchmen, like the Indian Law Resource Center ILRC, help the corporate chiefs create confusion and chaos. In “Agents of Repression”, American Indian Movement, Black Panthers, Puerto Ricans and other legitimate movements were discredited and violently crushed by such tactics. The corporate chiefs’ minds are infested with owistah, based on “me”, instead of “we”.

Lyons, a Seneca, appeared in Onondaga in the early 1970’s. Other trained agents were sent into other onkwe’hon:weh communities. They were told to “Pick a side. It doesn’t matter which. Just make sure the two sides never come together again”. In 1979, Lyons,  ILRC, the feds and NYS began a “message” campaign against the real onkwe’hon:weh calling them “enemies” of the corporations. thought-police

Lyons said, “Don’t let the rotiskenerakete get control”. He really meant, “Don’t let the men carry out their duties”.

Lyons helped set up the plan to destroy us from the inside. Some of our women were “smooched” to abandon their great law role and finger those to be attacked, removed and credibility smeared. True kaia’nere:kowa longhouses were turned into corporate religious institutions.

For years Lyons got millions and gifts on behalf of Onondaga, which were not disperse to them. He instigated banishment of his critics or deprived them of their rights and benefits. We were to be victims of trumped up and illegal tax evasion charges. Then IRS showed up and demanded unlawful taxes from the people. The Council had established a compact with NYS and the federal government to collect taxes from all the Iroquois everywhere.

The people demanded to “see the books” [the right ones]. One of the corrupt chiefs tore a small piece of paper, wrote a figure on it and threw it on the floor. “Here’s your accountability!” The businesses quit paying to the council and put the funds into escrow. Lyons and the chiefs decided those who don’t play by their rules were going to be shut down.

In 1996 a meeting in the longhouse to discuss controlling these businesses. With their lawyer, Joe Heath, Federal Marshalls, Onondaga County Sheriff and New York State Police, the non-complying businesses and homes were burnt down, bulldozed and families banished. In 1997 the Council of Chiefs worked with the military “INDIAN Detail” to carry out a deadly attack us during the May 18th celebration of our NYS court victory against illegal taxation of our businesses. A trial is supposedly starting in January 2016 to try the New York State Police. Disclosures clearly show the chiefs’ complicity in the brutal attack. [Andrew Jones v. MNN. 28 Nov. 2015. Indian Law Resource Center ILRC of Washington DC and Montana was involved since 1988 in the conflict between New York State and the rotino’shonni/Iroquois confederacy. They were to dismantle the true rotino’shonni and create a corporate Confederacy. They promoted federally recognized longhouses in almost every Iroquois territory. ILRC is funded by the Rockfeller Foundation, Ford Foundation and Oren Lyon’s Fund of the Four Directions. Genocide, corporate councils, false flags, fake land claims and unlawful taxation are some of the strategies used to dispossess the onkwe’hon:weh landowners of New York State. The bankers and their governments established federally incorporated INDIAN tribal/band councils to divide and conquer us.

The following information is based on ILRC Annual Reports from 1988 to 1995. MNN June 15, 1997. 

Tonawanda, Tuscarora and Onondaga councils applied to comply with US laws and signed the taxing agreement with New York State, to be applied to all or communities. This was an attempt to destroy the economy of our nations. On May 14, 1997, Judge Hon. Rose H. Sconiers ruled the Onondaga Council of Chiefs cannot make deals with New York State. It is “beyond its delegated authority, ultra vires and unlawful”. This is economic coercion, by permitting tax free status to only certain designated Tribal members.

This victory in the courts lead to the rotino’shonni people’s celebration at Onondaga on May 18, 1997 and the subsequent attack by US government. The trial of NYS Troopers begins in January 2016. Onondaga Rally.

BACKGROUND

1990 ILRC Annual Report: the federally recognized Chiefs’ Council viewed the Mohawks as racketeers, lawless and violent, related to gambling enterprises which threaten to overwhelm some federally created Indian governments (p.10). Smokeshops and businesses in other communities were challenging the councils that remit taxes to NYS. ILRC urged the Governor to promptly provide basic law enforcement. “After the shooting deaths of two Mohawks, NYS Police moved in to Akwesasne, closed the casinos and established order”.

Doug George, editor of Akwesasne Notes, and leading opponent of gambling, was charged in Canada with the death of one Mohawk. ILRC called him a “crusading journalist imprisoned on trumped up charges”. ILRC and the Canadian government defended Doug, whose charges were stayed. Doug was sited as a NYS informant according to court disclosures for the May 17, 1997, attack at Onondaga.

ILRC also “advised the federally recognized council and [pretend] Six Nations Confederacy leaders about a peaceful resolution of the Oka crisis in Quebec in July 1990. ILRC said, “the same “warriors” at Akwesasne were involved in the resistance there”. ILRC met personally with NYS Govenor Cuomo to resolve the law enforcement and gambling issues”. ILRC asked the federal government to stop the Tuscarora Nation from operating businesses without the license and approval required by federal Indian law and the federal Indian trader statutes.

ILRC helped the federally sanctioned Onondaga set up controls of non-compliant businesses. On May 14, 1997, the New York State Supreme Court found that the NYS actions in forcing Indians to pay sales taxes on fuel and cigarettes was illegal.

kaianereh:kowa, the Constitution of the Iroquois Confederacy, sets out the teio’hateh nation-to-nation relationship between the Iroquois and the newcomers. The NYS Court is part of the NYS judicial system, and the issue was between NYS and the Seneca Nation. NYS, as one of the parties and cannot sit in judgment. This violates the universal right to a hearing before an impartial third party.

1992 Annual Report: ILRC assisted the federally recognized Mohawk Nation Council of Chiefs, to control gambling and cigarette smuggling in Akwesasne on the New York-Canada border. ILRC drafted the lawsuit under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act asking NYS to protect the federally supported anti-gambling Mohawks. ILRC helped the county sheriff enter the territory and arrest persons for violating NYS law. ILRC warned them of the legal dangers of not complying with state tax laws and federal excise and income tax laws”. (p. 13). “The Six Nations chiefs asked for an analysis of New York’s statutes and regulations on taxing sales on Indian reservations”. (p. 14).homelands security

1993 Annual Report: “One of the most pressing concerns of the Six Nations Confederacy was unlawful and unregulated businesses on the reservations”. State criminal prosecutions, lack of resources and uncooperative state and federal authorities interfered. [Legitimate] businesses openly defied federal Indian law. ILRC enlisted the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the U.S. Attorney general, and the Justice Department to revoke federal traders licenses, to prosecute criminals [!], to make agreements with local law enforcement authorities, and enforce civil suits to close down the businesses. This was one of the causes of the Oka Crisis in Canada in 1990.

1994 Annual Report: They worked with the corporate tribal chiefs to strengthen federal law, control economic activities and enforce new federal regulations to give them more power to control businesses. [P. 12). ILRC Executive Director Tim Coulter attended the Summit of the Americas in December 1994, in Miami, as a guest of the White House. (p. 13).

1995 Annual Report: ILRC launched a lawsuit to recover thousands of acres of reservation land that was illegally taken from the Mohawks by New York State. New York demanded taxes from Mohawk businesses before they would settle. (p. 4). ILRC stated that “Racketeer businessmen have tried to overthrow the sovereign Indian governments by refusing to submit to legal controls and taxation by the federally incorporated Indian councils”. (p. 8).

Online gambling earned them billions, safely put in off shore bank accounts, so we wouldn’t know how much was stolen. We got crumbs. Then the US passed a law making online betting illegal as investors and clients were not paying taxes earned off reserve from so-called INDIAN businesses. The CIA swarmed into Kahnawake. The US seized everything. Joke Norton was put out of business. His partners skipped out. The headquarters moved to the Isle of Man, and now buys ”services” cheaply from companies set up in Kahnawake.

Indian Affairs sets up Mohawks as fronts for outside investors. They just have to pay rent for space in our community to take advantage of our sovereignty and tax free position. This corruption designed by the global monetary matrix has caused a great sense of loss to us ongwe’hon:weh. Our people are fighting each other instead of the governments and corporations. The evil ones and their puppet masters create crisis after crisis and use them to keep us divided and preoccupied. The chaos in our communities is like fire fights going in various monetary directions.

MNN. Aug. 13, 2015. In 1994 the Longhouse asked me to run for chief against Joe Norton in the band council election to stop the casino. He was set to bring it in which the people did not want. He needed to win the referendum being run at the same time as the election.

To avoid compromising themselves the traditional people decided not to vote for in the band council election but only against the casino. Our way of decision-making is the clan system where we openly discuss the issues in public. We don’t have secret ballots with pretend artificial characters to make pretend deals. We only go forward when we become of one mind.

On election day longhouse people came in large numbers to vote against the casino. At 6 pm the polling stopped in the gym in the karonhianonha school. The Indian Affairs officials and two selected council officials ushered people out the door to start counting the votes. They could not start as they were waiting for something.

This is not new!

Same old, same old. 

In a class room behind the gym toward the back door two spies for the people were hiding. They saw a truck drive up. A box that looked like the box where all the ballots were dumped was brought in. The box with the real ballots was brought out of the gym, taken away, loaded onto the truck and gone. Then the box with the dummy votes was taken into the gym and counted. Joke Norton and most of his nominees won! The referendum votes couldn’t be fixed and the casino was defeated.

In Canada the most important elections are the band elections. It is the fraudulent matrix set up to steal our land and resources to pay for Canada’s existence.

In 1985 I was working in Indian Affairs in Ottawa. I was appointed to review the piles of appeals from band elections throughout Canada. In most I found them to be irregular and had been tampered with. I recommended that either another election be held or they be investigated. If Indian Affairs liked the one that got in, they were allowed to stay. If not, another election was called. Otherwise nothing was done. These small crucial communities were easy for them to manipulate, just like every other election.

We thought we had gotten rid of a bad guy here in Kahnawake. Now twenty years later he comes scampering back to haunt us, just like the bad guys in “As the World Turns”.

To confuse us, the well programmed incorporated chiefs talk about us and the history of our struggle like a salesman and a politician, “It’s not us that’s illegal. It’s them”. Then they proceed with their plans for our assimilation and legalization of genocide. They tell us how it’s going to be good for all of us. Joke Norton wants to be just like his mentors that he looks up to, like Donald Trump.

In the Kahnawake Highway 30 dispute, Joe has two sides playing tug of war, us and the town of Chateauguay. In the meantime, he plans to personally develop a shopping mall, in partnership with a number of outside developers. Joe is privatizing Kahnawake, using our sovereignty and funds to enrich himself and his partners. He wants a Joke Norton Shopping Mall of Kahnawake, a Joke Norton Tower, streets named after him, with all the whistles and commercials. The Joke Norton casino floating off the shore of Joke Norton Mall, just like Donald Trump, his mentor. A shuttle will take customers to the casino, where he will smile and collect the money, all of which will go into his pocket and then into his off-shore accounts.

Joe Norton has already left Kahnawake and kaianerehkowa in his own mind. All of his tug of war, divide and conquer stragegies will fail when the people stop playing the game and let go of the rope. Joke Norton wants to swim with the big fish in the Admiralty waters. Joe, they’re gonna eat you up and shit you out!

MNN. Aug. 10, 2015. After meeting with Donald Trump, Joe “One-armed-Bandit” Norton, of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. told us, “Everything’s got to change”. He lost two referenda to put his casino in our community. The Donald and Joe decided to put it in the St. Lawrence River off Kahnawake.

Now his partner is running for President of the US. It looks like the Donald is behind the false face running Kahnawake, and eventually all of the Rotinoshonni communities in Canada and US.

Joe helps himself to our sovereignty and money to make himself and his outside friends into billionaires [Mohawk Internet Technology]. His name JOSEPH NORTON and his title are both owned outright by the corporation known as the CROWN.

He’s helping Canada steal everything we have: the economy that depends on our resources, justice to keep us out of the way, social issues to distract us, health care to keep us sick, foreign affair to lie to the world about us, defense to design deadly “INDIAN Details” to control us, governance to keep the bankers happy, our energy to sell to the highest bidder, environment to ruin our land, pipelines to carry away stolen oil and gas, military to protect their international partners and terrorism to try to scare us if we resist. Joe and other band councils are front men of this diabolical plan.

Joe never mentions the kaianerehkowa, the Great Peace, in any public statements. “Joke  Norton” is trying to municipalize us, as per Canada’s 1924 business plan. He is implementing the final step in the genocide called CANADA. On October 14, 1998, he signed ten deadly agreements with Quebec to undermine us: to cover fiscal matters on consumer goods and services; tobacco, fuel and alcoholic beverages; transportation and user fees; economic development; administration of justice; registration of births, marriages and deaths; child care; police services; combat sports; and liquor permits. Joe signs with Quebec.

Joe puts a dollar value on everything. He pretends to represent us. Historically, in all Mohawk communities only 5% take part in the imposed European election system.

In 1979 he got someone to put forward a fake resolution to return Kahnawake to a traditional ”form” of government, not the real traditional government. He is trying to bring in “an extraordinary new process”! [What does that mean?]

Joe knows that every living thing on ono’ware:geh is ours, rocks, water, minerals, trees, oil gas and so on. Admiralty courts cannot make a declaration on this. Canada is not a country and has no constitution. Joe wants a nation-to-nation relationship with Quebec, which is a colony. He wants us to “cohabitate and share our resources with the colonial settlers, for the sake of our health, education and justice”.

Joe is the viper in the grass. He says the world wants to do business with us [him], to be like Trump, to earn funds in private enterprise to pay our bills. Macleans magazine declared him to be the most influential INDIAN owned by the corporation of Canada. Joe wants to be like the crooks that taught him about capitalism. He falsely assumes that we all want to be just like them.

MNN. AUG. 7, 2015. Quebec is once again trying to force their colonial jurisdiction over the kanion’ke:haka [Mohawk] tobacco industry. They are trying to eliminate the Mohawks as competition in the tobacco trade. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Inc. MCK pretend to resist while trying to regulate us on behalf of the CROWN. We are not to participate in the tobacco business, which the government want to totally control so they can charge $10 a pack. Tobacco is the most important medicine on ono’ware:geh.Quebec tries to ban cigaret sales Kahnawake.

The CROWN tells their incorporated INDIANS they have to replace the funding from Indian Affairs who stole our Indian Trust Funds. They want the council to regulate us and then collect taxes from our businesses and then from everything else, to totally assimilate us.

The MCK gives a false impression that they are protecting our rights to do business. They have been told to take control like Haudenosaunee Development Institute Inc. HDI is attempting at Six Nations. In 1997 the Onondaga council of chiefs tried and failed to work out the same deal with New York State to control businesses in all our communities. Our resistance lead to the military operation known as the “Indian Detail”, which is now proceeding in NYS court.

Canada is not a legal country as defined by the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. There’s no language called “Canadian”. They use England and France’s languages and continue to occupy our land. They masquerade Canada as a real country to the world. US and Canada know we will never submit to anyone.

Joe Norton and the other chiefs were created in 1924 by uber evil colonialist, Duncan Campbell Scott. These chiefs of the Mohawks at Kahnawake, should look at what they serve. Fascist Queenie. The CROWN to whom they swear allegiance is the poison which creates deceptions, lies and residential school [death camps]. The council is the tool that makes the evil possible among us. They copy the Vatican male hierarchical system so they can run our communities with one person telling everyone else what to do based on the European control models. Admiralty rules and military trained police protect them.

Kahnawake is supposed to become a replica of the slave state white society. MCK swears allegiance to the CROWN. They and their followers are carrying out the final solution to the “INDIAN problem”. A Mohawk businessman said: “Any INDIAN who falls for this crap can go f—k themselves!” paddling canoe

As the late Johnny Winter and his brother, Edgar, sing about growing up in the tobacco business: “I was born in a trunk. Momma died and daddy got drunk. Left me here to die alone, in the middle of Tobacco Road. Grew up in a rusty shack. All I owned was hanging on my back. Only you know how I loathe this place called Tobacco Road.”
