Purpose for Indian Day school is extinction of natives and theft of turtle island.

“I am a sovereign onkwehonweh, true original person, responsible for myself, who has been placed by creation on onowarekeh, turtle island. I am sovereign and cannot be subjugated to any unnatural will. Like residential school, the Indian Day School annihilation program was criminally forced on us. This action was not a law. It was a policy. Physical and mental abuse was part of the policy.

Canada is a private corporation, not a country, as it has no land, no language, no culture and no constitution. The corporation of the Government of Canada planned the methodical criminal actions in the Indian Day Schools in the native communities of Canada to extinguish the original people. At 6 years of age I was part of the genocide program, designed by Duncan Campbell Scott, the Superintendent if Indian Affairs, called “the final solution to the Indian problem”. It was an experiment to break down the native children to be “absorbed into the Canadian body politic” so as to steal everything we ever had, our culture, our land, our existence, even wiping us out of their history books. 

We were and are deliberately placed in places of darkness so we cannot see what is going on. It is still inferred that our race will soon be extinguished [Framework/Reconciliation Agreement]. The systemic abuse was planned for all of us. The Government of Canada sent in their trained hit men, teachers, workers, Indian agents and military. Canada’s ongoing genocide and theft policies have to be stopped once and for all. 

The method is to instill utter defeat, with no solution but theirs. We could not talk our language, about our appreciation of life, our world view or about creation being the ultimate truth.

Canada admits its criminal actions towards me, a claimant, and has offered to pay me at least $10,000 of my own funds as hush money, it seems.

We were subjected to the violent whims of the priests, nuns, World War 2 vets, soldiers and missionaries who were employed under the direction of the military. They were trained to inflict pain, physical, mental torture and suffering on the children.

In Kahnawake we were separated into catholics and protestants. The rotino’shonni [longhouse] were deemed to be protestants. I was forced to go to the protestant church contrary to my upbringing. Canada committed the following crimes against children: 

Severe emotional and physical abuse, hitting, pulling ear and hair, strapping, choking, beating until loss of consciousness, impairment, treatment in hospital, sexual abuse, pulling teeth without novocain, emotional and mental abuse, character assassination and torture to force us to assimilate into Canada. Proper food and medical attention were withheld from us. 

Many defended ourselves. One soldier was beaten up. Some teachers became alcoholics and slept on their desks in the class room. One pregnant mother went to the school and beat up the principle for “picking on her children”. Some ran away from school. 

We will continue to persevere. Human rights of the free people placed on turtle island by creation were violated. We were taught the lie that we are the “Vanishing Americans” and would soon be extinct. Colonialism is still the basis of Canada’s policies on onkwehonweh. Canada has admitted its crimes and the long term damage this program was designed to cause. The policy was meant to kill, harm and destroy our minds and bodies. 

The teachers committed criminal offences on all of us and how to get away with it. Canada still wants to eradicate us as the true original people of turtle island. Canada pays, plans and executes the genocide. 

Its sadistic teachers were trained to commit criminal offences on all of us. The lawyers at Gowling told me they can arrange an “official apology” for me. 

Canada still benefits greatly from this devastating treatment. Teachers lived together and probably discussed what atrocities worked best. When we reported their disgusting behavior, we would be punished for reporting it. No one was ever held accountable. We learned to not report. 

In preparation to go to the day school, my father taught me to box at 5 years of age. He knew the school would try to beat us into submission. 

These day schools were glorified concentration camps whose sole mission was to eradicate the “Indianness in the child” by any means. 

Our race was destined for extinction, they told us. We are one people. Harm to one is harm to all. Our whole culture was almost obliterated. We are all affected. 

Payment of a token amount and the implementation of the fraudulent Framework/Reconciliation Agreement is the remedy being devised by the Government of Canada, without any input from the victims. We should have been part of this process from start to finish. 

No amount of money can erase the history of mental damage and anguish to me, my family and to my community of turtle island.

“When you get a chance, remember to ask God the meaning of life-it’s a riot.”

A perfect payment is for the intruders to vacate our land. turtle island is the birthright of the true onkwehonweh who live by the natural way of creation, the kaianerekowa, the great peace. Those who do not must leave. 

We are undefeated. I refuse to let the colonial oppressors present us to the world as a defeated people who have taken handouts of our own funds. Jurisdiction of our lands and funds will be returned to us immediately. They belong to the unborn children of the true people of turtle island. We still wish to educate everybody about the great peace. 

I despise what these invaders do to us. Canada is an enemy who will attack when they think their victim is on the cusp of defeat. We are not. The land and all natural life is us. The genocide policy to extinguish us for the profit of the corporation of the Government of Canada brought death to many of our children. We are never defeated. Everything that is ours must be returned. 

Canada must be tried in the International Court of Arbitration for its continuous criminal violations of our human rights. Their private court system is for financial settlements only which decides in their favor. Admiralty law of the Seas has no business dealing with this issue. kaianerekowah supercedes their invasion of turtle island since time immemorial.

I refuse to settle. As a sovereign person I was never contacted for my views on this issue, which violates international law. The court cannot settle without my prior knowledge and informed consent. 

The Framework/Reconciliaion Agreement is the current attempt to extinguish the “Indians” and to illegally possess our land so they can continue being a fictional  country. 

No Canadians tried to stop this systemic abuse. When they walk right by and allow it to continue, they are complicit. They hid it and made us think this brutality was normal for us. Every effort was made to confuse us and make us feel unworthy.

I learned not to trust authority figures. Canada is wealthy from the murder of our people and theft of our land, resources and possessions resulting from these crimes. AUDREY HORN

The corporation of the Government of Canada has made rules to finish us off so they can have a false country on stolen land. Like the residential schools, Indian Day schools, Sixties Scoops, CAS programs, jails, public schools and the continuing genocide, they are trying to erase the truth. The “Extinguish the onkwehonweh and Steal onowarekeh” program is called the “Framework Agreement”. 

The genocide will be precise and final, they think. We are being forced into taking mind altering drugs known as the education system and the electronic system. It is all mind control. Only corporate ids are accepted. Those who disagree are eliminated. There will only be First Nations Inc. traitors who will fraudulently sign away everything we are and pocket the money. Words like “conflict”, “fear”, “envy” and “hate” directed at the dictators will be expunged from the official language. New simplified Indian slave languages are being created and mandated to limit our ability to think and connect with our ancestors.

Only banking names can be used to help us forget who we are. Religions are designed to advance native society from nature to corporate control.

Planned disorder is called ‘harmony’. Misfits are sent off to the land of Work Houses, Prison Death Camps and forced Military indoctrination. Knowledgeable Elders are ‘retired’. Geneticists will continue to run sterilization programs. Family units are created by the state since implementation of the Indian Lands Acts of October 25, 1924. Children are assigned to ‘families’. We are trained to have no natural impulses. Those classified as trouble makers, intelligent, with integrity, courage, foresight and ability to stand pain are eliminated. Dangerous are resisters who can see beyond, ask questions, refuse daily conditioning, speak about the secret training and have no apologies. 

Only those who receive the man-made memory will be acceptable.   

Natural differences are beautiful.

onkwehonweh have our past buried in our minds which cannot be changed. These memories are reached through the ancient language. Together onkwehonweh receive instructions from the ancestors and learn the secret and true history of the world.

The Framework Agreement designates all training will be created and administered by the shadow government.  

We were trained to hold in the pain. The Framework Agreement is the plan for control. They try to create the boundary of memories for us by rewriting history. Real memories stay within us. When we cross the boundaries they’ve set, then the memories get free. We can see and hear beyond what they tell us.

We were taken off natural time by the imposition of the Gregorian calendar; and  then natural sound by the imposition of A440Hz. Music lives deep within the earth and is the basis of all healing. They don’t want us to think about what we are seeing and hearing or what’s reminding us of who we are. They want us to sit in chairs all day long, do nothing. Wait for their directions. Go home. Do it all over again the next day, and leave our children for them to be their generational slaves. 

Knowing what something is is not like knowing how something feels. To be alone. To be curious. To see beyond. Our power is a piece of source energy in each of our minds. That is how we are all sovereign. No one can tell us what to think. Only what they think.   

Memories are about the past that determines our future. The more we experience, the more we want to know. We know who our mother and father are. We had joy and pain. The owistah love of self disease brought tremendous pain, death and destruction.

We have reality, emotions and love. Love is being taken away and replaced by fear. 

We don’t want pain and loss of our mother and people. We remember our children being taken from us never to be seen again.  The light was taken from our eyes. The invaders know what it means to kill our young and old. They feel no warmth for us. They fear our stirrings and how it is in the forefront in our minds. They don’t like being reminded about the murder-death-kill cult that they are. Yet with the memory of what they did to us to get what they have, they still plan to eliminate us. 

We had total peace for thousands of years between all nations on onowareken until they brought back the war. The invaders are indignant that these memories are being brought forward. So they designed a plan called the Framework Agreement to kill us ofF once and for all. 

Nature gave us courage and strength. The traitors are watching us and reporting us to the corporation. We draw strength from who we are and give it to our children, to protect them. The First Nation band councils have aligned themselves with the invaders to help them implement their criminal agenda.

We want everything that was stolen from us, those things that were warm, nice and beautiful. The Framework Agreement Plan for our Extinction will never happen.

Canada will not celebrate their planned final genocide. We love each other. They tried to take that from us. They do not see any possibility of love or respect. Their owista disease has turned love into death and destruction, contempt and murder. When we are attacked, we will hold our babies close to us. We still feel joy, music and love. The invaders live a life of shadows and echoes, not knowing if they are real. Our memories are real. The corporations rules are all lies. The future is in our minds. We onkwehonweh won’t allow our minds to be murdered.

MNN. 24 FEB. 2019. Canada’s extinction plan is in motion. Mohawk Band Council of Kahnawake Inc. [MCK inc.] also called First Nations Inc. have signed the Framework Agreement to help Canada kidnap our mother earth. Creation placed us on great turtle island to care for her. She cannot be sold, bought or taken away from us. Band Councils operate under the authority of  the foreign corporation called “Canada”. The sovereign original people are being targeted for extinction.  Mohawk Councils of Kahnawake Inc. and Akwesasne Inc., [MCA Inc.] are both puppets of the colony of Canada. They have recently violently attacked onkwehonweh people carrying out their duties completely violating kaianerekowa and teiohateh. [See story  below].

The Framework Agreement is the completion of Canada’s final genocide and theft of our land and resources. Canada and US are not a people. They are a collective of European atsinowa, individuals sharing a common interest, to steal our resources and annihilate us. They set up band and tribal councils, now known as “First Nations Inc.”, who gave up their birthright to join the colonial settlers. We are the sovereign onkwehonweh, the true natural people placed on turtle island by creation to care for our mother, our people and all life. Those who don’t live by the kaianerekowa must leave turtle island.

MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE: THE FIRST NATIONS INC. The band council raided a business in the community to enforce their own personal ‘laws’. They raided chased everybody out of the premises. Several days later the workers returned to their work station.

MOHAWK COUNCIL OF AKWESASNE: FIRST NATIONS INC. Three women from the bear, turtle and wolf clans went to the cop shop to explain the kaianereowa, the great peace of great turtle island. The police chief is a military trained white man who told them, “There’s no great peace. So get lost!” The men protected the women.     

According to kaianerekowa and international law, a referendum is mandatory to consult each and every person on great turtle island to deal with every matter on the 500 year theft and extermination plan. Today it is called a “framework reconciliation process”. Canada systematically excludes every true sovereign onkwehonweh and targets us for extinction.

MNN. Dec. 18, 2018. Canada’s statutes state, “This statute shall have the force of rule of law”. They shall pretend it has the force of real law, when it’s actually based on genocidal acts in the Canadian version of law.  

IT’S FOR LYING, CHEATING AND TRYING TO STEAL OUR BIRTHRIGHT!

The Indian Act band council issued illegal business licences to our people to conduct businesses in the community. They used the money to boost up the training and weaponry of their private police force. Now Indian Act chief, Joe Norton, hides in the police station where he says the people have to go to talk to him. 

Outsiders, Surete du Quebec, SQ cops raided and shut down some the businesses. SQ can only enter kahnawake if the chief and council [Commissioners] commission the outside military force to come in. Superior Court ruled these permits are not valid. The business people were fined, jailed and given criminal records. 

Indian Act chief Joe Norton didn’t help them. He allowed the pillage of the businesses to bring on the Trudeau framework of municipalization and taxation. 

The Superior Court already ruled that the Indian Act council is not a government that can make laws. They are a committee that answers to the generals who run Indian Affairs.  

Rather than fight a jurisdictional issue that Quebec would lose, the business people were charged as criminals. Soon all the other businesses using these bogus permits will be shut down.  They have every right to sue the Indian Act MCK, as well as sue the chief personally for his negligence.  

THE “FRAMEWORK” HORSIE!

Trudeau’s Framework is already in play in kahnawake. kanionkehaka men don’t don yellow vests. They pick up their weapons and get ready to fight their invaders, protect their women and children and their homeland.

We kanionkehaka can do whatever is necessary to bolster our economies anywhere on turtle island. We are sovereign, as creation placed us here. In the past some businesses became strong through using our sovereignty.  owistah, the disease of the mind that transfers priority thought from ‘We’ to ‘Me’, is now an epidemic in kahnawake and other kanionkehaka/Mohawk communities.    

tekentiokwanhoksta, the power of the 49 families of the rotinoshonni’onwe/Iroquois Confederacy, is the way to protect the legacy of our children. The Indian Act council is setting up a system for everybody to pay tithes to them, not to the community and they will hand every cent over to London bankers through their handlers.   

The shop of one woman stays open because she does not comply. The kanionkehaka of khenteke/tyendinaga, Six Nation, kanehsatake and akwesasne are ready to stand up. We don’t think they’ll be donning yellow vests. 

Indian Act Joe basically set up a war between the men of kahnawake and the SQ, shades of Oka?  He says he can’t do anything to help the people because he signed the 10-Point Agreement giving municipal powers over kahnawake to Quebec. He forgets to mention that it only applies to him and the 300 people who took part in the band council election. They gave up their birthright. They will soon be migrating out of kahnawake.    

The Canadian version of law is not legal because it does not pass the test of international law scrutiny as it is based on genocide. The Oct. 25, 1924 Indian Act created all of the POW camps called “reserves”. Our lands were stolen by the provinces for resource extraction and all of our rights as human beings were taken away. Our people were rounded up like dogs and herded into these camps. 

Nazareth seems to know the conflicts between the SQ and the businesses at kahnawake when they sing: “Woke up this morning. My dog was dead. Someone disliked him and shot him through the head. Woke up this morning. My cat had died. I know I’ll miss her. I sat down and cried”.

Canada and US have designated us as  “domestic matters” to remove themselves from international scrutiny. They warn other countries not to interfere with their genocide program, which they call a “domestic matter”! The whole land claims process is a complete and utter fraud. In their Access to Information Act notice [Indian & Northern Affairs, A-2011-01840/LD2]: “Provide all documents held by gov’t pertaining to a declaration by the Governor in Council that the “Registry Group” “Mohawk Council of Akwesasne” are a Band within the meaning of the Indian Act”. They are making contracts that are made to look like they are between the onkwehonweh and Canada. The Dundee land claim was signed by the corporation of Canada and their employees, not by the onkwehonweh, which goes against the true way of this land, kanaierekowa, great peace, forever.

UPDATE: Two kanionkehaka of kahnawake were raided for running businesses based on permits issued by MCK Inc. One entrepreneur in the wine business was informed by the judge in the Admiralty Court in Montreal that the permit from the band council was not valid and illegal. Another entrepreneur was charged with running a business in kahnawake based on a permit issued by the band council, which was also found to be illegal and invalid. Mainstream media interviewed corporate Canadian chiefs who know these permits are illegal as it has been tried and tested in court. Other businesses have been shut down for the same reason. The people of khenteke are in their third year of developing a new economy to benefit the entire community. Agents of the ART and the shadow government of Canada are watching. KHENTEKE MEETING PLACE

In kahnawake the band council holds their meetings at the police station. In khenteke the band council tries to work in harmony with the people and hold meetings at one of the marijuana establishments.

In kahnawake there is only one true native entrepreneur, and her name is kwetiio. Nobody can tell her what to think or do in kahnawake. In khenteke, if cops show up uninvited, they will be met by the men at the eastern door, who carry out their duties according to the kaianerekowa.

We have family who we call tehatiskarorens. Anahariio, an ancient medicine man from kahnawake, treated people from all over the world 80 years ago. He made medicine and told them not to abuse it. We put natural tobacco into our pipe and send our thoughts and words into creation so they would know what we are thinking.

We have a right to create our economy as we see fit. The whole Indian Act band council system should look at how the tyendinaga council is trying to be in harmony. This is the beginning of the end of the pledge of fealty to a foreign autocrat. 

Our peoples must get the federal, provincal and Indian Act monkeys off our backs. We can and will survive and coexist with all life. We will decide where our economy goes. No one else. Not on our land. Soon they will sit down with us and tell us how they will fix the mess they created. They have to negotiate their presence here according to the tekeni teohateh [August 25, 1701] which they violated. Therefore, they are illegal immigrants.

When looking at kahnawake, the khenteke people see the MCK police station as the Canadian embassy. In comparison, The kentekeh people fought against Canada installing one of their military police stations in their community. One guy said, “Surround the Canadian Embassy [police station] and demand the Indian Act band council come out and face the people on our own ground”. 

Those going to the band council legitimizes them and accepts their authority. We have a word for them  tehenteriwahshneh ionkeiatehninos. It is natural for the people to call the meetings. The earth is our longhouse. 

The MCK is self serving and is not our authority. To protect our children’s birthright we have to assert our sovereignty. MCK is organized crime. Passing corporate resolutions on our possessions without the voice of the people. This violates multiple wampums. 

As Jim Stafford says in the very first pro marijuana song: one day this fella from Washington come by and spied them and turned white as a sheet. And they dugged and they burned and they burned and they dug. They killed all oru cute little weeks. Then they drove away. We just smiled and waved sitting there on that sack of seeds.

50 YEARS SINCE CORNWALL BRIDGE BLOCKADE

MNN. Oct. 21, 2018. For over 50 years this National Film Board documentary film was seen by millions of people around the world. Participants regularly get comments on the blockade of the International Bridge at Akwessne. It is one of the most important milestones in which natives made a definite statement to the world and governments that we have special rights and that the Canada-U.S border does not exist for natives people. The Jay Treaty of 1794 was for the intruders only. The treaty between the British and Americans has withstood many legal challenges by governments in the United States and Canada. It affirms our natural rights as the original peoples of turtle island. 

It is an international treaty between foreign nations with a provision [Article III] respecting our natural freedom and right to live freely on our land where creation placed us without any hindrance. 

All natives benefitted from this action by kanionkehaka/Mohawks who stood at the Customs House on that cold day on December 20, 1968. 

The rotinoshonni’onwe Iroquois have a long history of making such statements to the world. Annually in Niagara Falls the natives have marched across the Niagara River since the 1920s to remind them of our free passage and their borders do not apply to us.

Another history making event was when Paul K. Diabo of kahnawake, an ironworker, was ordered by the American government to be deported to Canada as an alien. The Supreme Court of the United States upheld the rights of natives to cross freely between Canada and the United States without hindrance or molestation. 

In 1968 the world saw a small group of Mohawks and other natives make a declaration that we are not going to allow anyone to interfere with our natural rights.  

This commemoration at Concordia University is a significant event. Everyone is welcome.

WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN TO TRAITORS?

After and during the Russian Revolution, Japanese invasion of Korea, the Vietnam defeat of the United States, Quisling’s betrayal of Norway in WW2, and throughout history, the traitors were eliminated. Malcolm X advised everyone to weed their gardens. The corporate band council serpents pledged at the recent Assembly of the Traitors of the First Nations AFN to help the colonial invaders to steal our land and resources and annihilate our existence. The Indian Act provides that these culprits are the agents of the Canadian government. They violate the kaianerekowa, the true natural law of onowarekeh, great turtle island. Creation has always implemented the natural remedy for such evil.      

Those who voted for them are bound by the actions of their depraved “leaders”. It’s man-made corporations against nature. We are of nature. Nature never loses.  She always plays her winning hand whenever. Prayers can’t change nature, which does what it has to do.

The invaders left their homeland after defecating all over their mother. They will return from whence they came. We onkwehonweh, the true natural people, have an ally, our subonscious. The predators and their followers don’t. The MCK traitors are:

Traitors never talk about strategies to save the land and the people. They are not of us, the 49 families tiokwenhoksta who made a compact with each other and creation to never spill blood and to live in peace according to kaianerekowa. When the invaders leave, they won’t take their puppets. The kaianerekowa will take care of them.
