MNN. Mar. 23, 2013. Indigenous relationship with the land is the biggest threat to the economic royalist bankers. Destroying our communal land holding is to deny us our culture, life and identity. International law dictates that changes can only be made with our full knowledge and consent. Their think tanks funded by mining companies, oil companies and investment groups have plotted out how to part us from our land. The World Bank, government programs and the media want the sharks to come in on us.

The crown refuses to give us the keys to our ever-growing $35 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The crown [bankers] is running Canada with it. They’re trying to get rid of their fiduciary responsibility by violating international law and passing illegal statute [corporate by-laws]. In this foreclosure scenario, they are trying to turn us over to the banks, lenders and provinces that are sharpening their claws. THE BUDGET

MNN. Mar. 21, 2013. Canada’s Minister of Finance, Jim “Who-Just-Came-Back-from-Some-Kind-of-Rehab” Flaherty announced his government’s plans for spending our money. His convalescence didn’t do him much good. He still looks worried, fat faced, beet red nose and a big beer belly. He presented the budget on how Canada is going to spend our ever-growing $55 trillion Indian Trust Fund. Every cent of Canada’s money is ours. The “budget” is their plan on how to keep it out of our grasp.

We’re never asked how our stolen money is going to be spent, breaking international law. Our money comes from the royalties and profits made from the exploitation of our stolen resources. It’s in the special account that was set up according to Section 109 of the British North America Act in 1867. Canada made itself a trustee of our money. They’re illegally spending it like kids in a candy store, without our fully informed consent. They even run their genocide (Indian Affairs) and war program with our stolen money.

On Budget “Brag” Day the Minister of Finance is supposed to wear new shoes. He borrowed some old smelly ones while keeping us, the owners of the money, practically barefoot. We are getting a small allowance of $241 million, over 80% going to their administrators. They fantasize about us begging for the rest. Their corporate Indian puppets [band and tribal councils and national and provincial Indian organizations] are getting well paid to help them carry out the biggest heist in history, the theft of our Indian Trust Fund.

Flaherty said all programs are being slashed. He complained about the “tax cheats”, like himself and his accomplices. He wants every nickel. His banker royalist overlords in England are screaming, “Where is that Indian Trust money? We need it now!” He personally stopped the banks from lowering interest rates for buying houses. His $20 million house in Nottawasaga is for sale. He needs the “right’ buyer. Jim, it’s on Mohawk land and it’s ours! Right in Thahoketoteh’s personal claim!

$282.6 million is for “debt service charges”, going to them and their banker friends, who are the “benign and silent” protection racketeers. The fraudulent deficit of $25.9 billion is fiction. The drop in government department spending means they’re closing down their shop. The “vente” [for sale] signs are on the lawns. $47 billion on infrastructure for their gated communities to protect them from the angry masses. Those National Defense jets are ready to help them try to flee, with the loot.

A lot of money is going to his lazy relatives, called “provinces’. A million here, a few billion there for grants, job training, infrastructure [fixing the potholes], venture capital. They’re making a run for it. 

There are big plans for stealing more of our resources and allegedly moving our trust funds out of Canada. They need us out of the way. This gang of thugs dream they’re going to hide out in their secret bunkers but will realize their greatest fear, they are no longer secret.  

Before they go, we will get every cent of our money. They are not leaving here with anything they didn’t bring. The only place these crooks are going is into a jail cell in their Fatherland. With desperate governments grabbing people’s bank accounts in Cyprus, we will take our Indian Trust Funds asap in gold bars and keep it somewhere safe.bunker

MNN. Mar. 20, 2013. To reduce opposition to theft of our resources, Prime Minister Harper appointed a new strategist. Doug Eyford is supposed to steer Indigenous land and resource owners out of their way. He replaces Tom Flanagan, the man-boy love advocate, and reports directly to Harper.

Canada knows it has a problem. it’s not a state according to international law. it has to get our fully informed consent to do anything on our land. The internationally accepted legal definition of a state was established at the Montevideo Convention 1933. Article 1, provides “The state should possess the following: 

a] a permanent population: Canadians come and go. They have no common origin to distinguish them from other human beings. They settled on Great Turtle Island without legal permission from us. 

b] a defined territory: None of our land was ever ceded to Britain. We never agreed to become part of the British Empire or the Canadian corporation.

c] a government of its own:  its constitutional acts of 1867 and 1982 and other constitutional documents are acts or proclamations of the British monarch.

We Indigenous have all these qualifications. We made international treaties. The Rotino’shonni:onwe never joined Canada. All valid treaties signed with Indigenous peoples were made with the British monarch. We never gave any territory to anyone.  

In monarchical states, the people are “subjects” who are conquered or take an oath of allegiance. The Dominion [colony] of Canada was established when Britain’s Parliament passed the British North America Act, 1867, to promote British economic interests on Onowaregeh. 

The colony of Canada is obligated to give money to the Queen and to fight her wars. Canadian pseudo citizenship was established in 1967. Britain has the power to change Canada’s constitution, as confirmed in the Canada Act 1982.  In 2011 Harper had to get the Governor General’s permission to prorogue Parliament. 

No state can give something it does not possess. Britain does not own our  funds, resources or land and cannot give it to anyone.  Section 91[24] of the BNA Act gave Canada authority to only “negotiate” with the Indians, not to make laws for ‘Indians, and Lands reserved for the indians”.  Section 109 provides a legal commitment to establish the ever growing $50 trillion Indian Trust Fund from the exploitation of our resources.

WAR RAPE

Canada used rape to humiliate throughout their encounter with us from the beginning. The Residential school death camps was a continuation of warfare on our children. It was systematic rape and humiliation, to eliminate our culture and traditions, to uproot our society and destroy our morale. 

The Canadian government, Catholic, Presbyterian, Anglican and United Church conducted murderous rampages. They killed over 50,000 of our children in their torture dungeons. These men in dresses wearing crosses on their chests conducted serial sexual abuse on children as young as 4 years old. They tried to bring down our normal healthy self-esteem, to turn us into victims on our own land. Evil clerics and ex-soldiers were sent in to commit serial rape on our children for decades and are still protected by the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada.

Our children were victims of medical experiments, sodomy, starvation, floggings and strangulations. They were coerced to kill other children and then bury or burn them out of existence. Today, our children are kidnapped, tortured, drugged and used to create snuff and porn films.We were children Recently over 500 young Indigenous women have disappeared without a trace. Law Enforcement refuses to investigate showing that they are a part of it. 

Our children were sent to judges, police, politicians and professionals to be sexually exploited. Religious clerics, police officers, businessmen, academics, professionals, high level politicians and media icons support the disbursement of child porn. Some, like Tom Flanagan, in Prime Minister Harper’s “inner circle” and expert adviser on Indigenous issues, belong to such organizations as the National Man Boy Love Association. Pedophilia rape is now being publicly discussed by the church as a sexual orientation and normal. They say it’s not harmful to the victims!

THE TRIAL OF KANEKOTA

MNN. Mar. 19, 2013. The trial of Kanekota is at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013.  

On July 18, 2012, Thahoketoteh of Kanekota filed action T-1396-12 against the Queen in the Federal Court of Canada. Kanekota is a 575 square miles area in the north of the Grand River. This is the northern part of the Grand River land protected by the Royal Proclamation 1784, for the Mohawk “them and their posterity forever” without encroachment.

Royal proclamations supersede all Admiralty Statues. All Canadian laws and courts are subject to existing royal proclamations. Thahoketoteh contends that Crown agents who ignore a royal proclamation are guilty of high treason. He asked that all stolen farms from the “mega quarry” application be returned to the Mohawk people; all settlers legalize their presence in Kanekota; and all squatters who do not want to legalize themselves be removed at Canada’s expense. This motion was dismissed. payback's bitch,  

Thahoketoteh filed a new action,T-2007-12, asking a constitutional question. He claimed that Canada is under a “legal duty” type of “trust” within the meaning of Section 109, Constitution Act 1867, not to apply or permit the application of federal or provincial law to the Grand River or Haldimand Tract, except by treaty, in compliance with the Royal Proclamation 1763 and proven, in the event of dispute, before the Standing Royal Committee constituted by the Order-in-Council [UK 1704]. 

The oral portion of the trial will be through teleconferencing, which will eventually be available on Mohawk Nation News. Everyone can read the entire case on mightisnotright.org.  Thahoketoteh is representing himself. He expects the judiciary to follow their own law. 

Sec. 109 of the Constitution Act 1867: All Lands, Mines, Minerals, and Royalties belonging to the several Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick at the Union, and all Sums then due or payable for such Lands, Mines, Minerals, or Royalties, shall belong to the several Provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick in which the same are situate or arise, subject to any Trusts existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same.”

This section 109 is like the elephant in the living room that the judiciary pretends is not there. It affirms the Indian Trust Funds that MNN keeps mentioning.  

Since the trial will not be available to the public we suggest people go to trial of Kanekota to read the written argument.

The Germans studied the North American Indian genocide very closely. They dehumanized the Jewish People to set up conditions to create the holocaust.

A psychotic minority has developed training to overcome the instinct to recognize the humanity of another. They were alarmed that only 15 to 20% of soldiers fired at an enemy. Only 2 or 3% are natural born killers. Killing provokes extreme reactions like nausea, vomiting and long lasting PTS disorders.

How to kill a human: 

1. Authoritarian Command: a hierarchy creates an “obedience reflex”. 

2. Pack Mentality: In a group the individual avoids personal responsibility. In a firing squad, the killer can imagine that someone else fired the fatal bullet. 

3. Distancing the Victims: Overlook their humanity. Don’t look into the victim’s eyes or smell the fear. Weapons are designed to reduce the enemy to a target. Unmanned drones shield killers from seeing the human agony. The murdered are nobody’s. 

4. Not Looking at Victim’s Eyes: Shoot the victim in the back when they are fleeing, not when they’re attacking. Kidnappers are more likely to murder a hooded victim.  

5. Avoid Thinking about ordinary Humanity: Victims can’t be seen doing ordinary things like eating, sharing a cigarette or playing with their kids. The enemy’s culture should not be known. That’s why Canadian schools don’t teach anything about our cultures. We are targets that should be eliminated. 

6. Bias Media: Report only negatively to create unsympathetic image of victims. 

7. Dehumanize Targets: Americans called Vietnamese “gooks”, “geeks” and “targets”. Arabs are “extremists”, “fundamentalists” or “insurgents”. Canada defined a person as “anyone other than an Indian” from 1876 to 1952. The killing rate increased to 95% when soldiers shot at human looking targets. Canadian police shoot at targets that look like Indigenous women. 

8. Conditioning: Create real looking battles. A replica of Kahnawake was built to condition soldiers to kill Mohawks.  

9. The “Double Bind”: the killer is put in a position where they think they are at risk and have to kill. 

The Canadian Border Services Agents at Akwesasne frequently use the “double bind”. In 2008 two grandmothers were pulled over, their ID and car keys were taken, and made to sit in the car for over an hour, surrounded by armed commandos. Other Indigenous were pulled over and let go. The guards stayed tight-knit so that none succumbed to feelings of common humanity with the women. None could take responsibility for the subsequent vicious assault.

One woman was pulled out of the car, grabbed from behind and thrown to the ground, her face pushed into the pavement until it was scraped, bloodied and dirtied. Her bones were almost snapped. The other woman was pulled out and the aggression came from behind. Her hands were cuffed behind her back. Guards stood where they couldn’t see her face as they tightened the handcuff to cut off the blood supply. While she suffered a heart attack, one man grabbed her pants, ordered her to bend over and tried to pull them down. 6 or 7 other officers entered and left the room to ensure that peer pressure remained in effect. 

The frenzy was fed. Then a lawyer entered. Suddenly they were accountable. They removed the handcuffs, gave her a place to sit and offered her a glass of water. An ambulance was called. Two native police officers watched silently, caught between group identities.

They came to the Western Hemisphere to “spread the lie of male hierarchy”.  The real reason is to use bio-weapons and all means of mass murder. The Western Hemisphere is to be the Zion of the Christian prophetic teaching. All Indigenous people would have to be assimilated or murdered into their vision. Christians, according to the Book of Genesis, state, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth … and God said, Let us make man in our image…”.

Our opening thanksgiving  ( Ohenten Kariwatkwa )  places us in an Interdependent system of relations that tie all elements of the natural world together – plants, animals, people, sun, moon. We are all equal. The inner core of our knowledge system guides us. Our culture provides an insight into real consciousness coming from our ancestors. The natural world sustains us. We are still here because of the insight of our ancestors.

We saw the false consciousness of the scheming visitors who hold the cross in front and behind their backs are the small pox infested blankets. We Haudenosaunee caught them mapping out our territories, acting as the intelligence arm of the military. We tried them and found them guilty of spying. They did not want to return to Europe for punishment according to the Two Row Wampum agreement. They chose to be executed here as  martyrs by being burnt at the stake.   

Their legacy is the CIA, MI5 and the Mossad which continue the genocide programs worldwide to all Indigenous. 

We spend our lives developing our personal relationship with the whole universe. Our way of life on Great Turtle Island is valid and non-compromising. We are free in body, mind and spirit to spread the truth to all peoples of the world. We are all children of Mother Earth. The power is in putting our minds together. The peace is to live together in harmony with each other and the natural world by balancing the female and male energy.

DNA WARS

MNN, Mar. 17, 2013. The UN has given the US the job of taking over Indigenous people and our resources worldwide. The 1973 illegal “War Powers Act” gives the US the “legal” right to create war with anyone they deem an enemy. Scientists were sent out by pharmaceuticals to take blood samples of every Indigenous group everywhere. Someone wanted our DNA. As Leonora Zalabata of the Aarahuaco People of Northern Columbia explains: “Our land, our culture, our subsoil, our ideology and our traditions have all been exploited… this time they are using us as raw material.”

Our genetic blueprint was put into a blood bank in Washington DC. Indigenous and part-Indigenous can now be traced systematically anywhere in the world.DNA 

As George Annas, Professor of Medical Ethics, at MIT, says, “We’re taking their DNA, which we now consider like gold. It’s even worse than standard colonialism and exploitation. And after we take that, we have no real interest in whether they live or die”. 

Sixty-five years ago Hitler and the Nazis collected the same kind of information in Germany and surrounding countries to classify Jewish or part-Jewish persons. This was used to fill the concentration camps. 

For the multinational corporations and their bosses to take over the world, they have to break the tie of the real owners to the land and resources. We have to be categorized out of existence. Our title, inherent jurisdiction and land claims are hindering “full ownership” of all these natural resources. Last year $1,735 billion was spent worldwide on war for our resources. 

If we are eliminated once and for all, the real estate on Great Turtle Island will be free from Indian title that has been in the way for hundreds of years. The economic royalist banksters, can freely exploit our resources. 

The California Supreme Court has ruled that a biotechnology company may patent a person’s genes, even when that person refuses to give their consent. As George Annas said, “It is virtually impossible to get the informed consent of Indigenous people for this. If they understand the project, they would refuse. If they don’t, they can’t give consent. It is illegal and total exploitation.” 

migrationRay Apodaca of the National Congress of American Indians knows Indians don’t think this pure science research will reveal the history of human migration: “We know where we came from, we know who we are, we think we know where we are going. Why do we need to know anything else? I mean, is this for their benefit? It’s certainly isn’t for ours.” 

The words of Leonara Zalabata will stick in your mind: “Science and technology solve problems, but they are also aggressive. Our way of looking after humanity and helping to save the world, of looking after the Earth, and making a brotherhood of mankind is done without technology. Our technology is in our head, heart and spirit.” As Mick Jagger said in Too much Blood ” I can feel it in the air feel it up above, feel the tension everywhere, there’s too much blood. Too much blood”

UN SERPENTS

MNN. MAR. 16, 2013. There once was an evil man whose head was full of serpents like Medusa, called “Atotarho”. Each serpent wreaked havoc, domination, disorder, control or death. To bring peace Dekanawida and Ayonwatha combed out the serpents. As his roots were in Great Turtle Island, he became clean-minded and was appointed the chairman of the Five Nations Iroquois Confederacy.

Today foreign serpents control society which all have the same head. The monster is the “corporation”. Dekanawida said there were three, red, white and black. The white and red would fight. The black unite them and create war with everyone on earth. They work out of one mind. The different heads coming out of the monster control money, politicians, military, intelligence, religion, war and espionage. The financiers that control the monster create and prosper in times of turmoil, war, recession and depression. 

Ancient European societies sent the multi headed monster onto our land. It could not take root in our soil like us. 

The multi headed monster tried to kill natural law which requires many forms of intelligence. The monster wanted everyone to live with only one brain, theirs. They cannot control the minds of those who have a natural desire to be free and use their minds.

To wrap its tentacles around the world, the serpents have nested in the United Nations. Their eggs are hatching there. The octopus-like creature is trying to grab and suffocate everything. We are resisting. This enrages the monster. 

The states in the UN are those taken over by this monster, like Canada, US, France, Spain, Germany and Russia. They suppress the true owners of the lands everywhere on earth to feed the head monster.   

The UN monster tells us, “the rights you have are those we give you.” We say, “Canada, we own everything”. They know it’s true so they are trying to give us a few dollars for our resources. 

The UN multi headed monster set up ‘A Bureau of World Indigenous Affairs’ to control us. Central control is far away, in the City of London and the Vatican. Their bully is in Washington DC. The “United Multinational Corporation of the World” is made up of serpents such as the bankers, IMF, World Bank, World Trade Organization, Vatican, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, Exxon, Shell, the Bilderberg Group, Federal Reserve and the US energy-industrial-military-pharmaceutical complex and the royal economists. 

Sharp comb for a big job!

We all need to comb the serpents from our hair!

What is the antidote for the serpents bite? The monster dies when the people exercise freedom to think and assert individual and collective sovereignty. Creation instructed us to try to comb the serpents out of their hair to become of one mind. Telling and living the truth while singing our songs will soothe its spirit. Unless they acknowledge the great natural power of creation, the monster will die.
