1997 NYS ATTACK HAUDENOSAUNEE

MNN. Oct. 16, 2013. In May 18, 1997, members of the Haudenosaunee from our communities converged on Onondaga Nation land next to NYS Thruway 81. Most were  women, children and babies, as well as some of our men. It was to be a joyous celebration with a tobacco burning, feast, dancing and singing. At 3.00 pm 200 paramilitary New York State Troopers surrounded, attacked and viciously beat us up, injuring, jailing and incapacitating us. Many ran with babies in their arms to hide in the surrounding bush. STOMP DANCE

Over the years this case went through the court. All motions to drop the case and that the cops had a right to do it, were defeated. Judge George Low studied the evidence and reported that if this went to trial, we would win. There was no justification for the attack and it was all filmed. [See video below]

Eventually New York State decided to stop any trial by giving about 100 plaintiffs and the lawyers $3 million. The condition was that the traitorous state controlled Onondaga Council Inc. that requested the attack, NYS police and the politicians would be immune from prosecution. We could not be able to discuss it. Some signed as the people are very poor and needed the funds. It had to be unanimous. 

On Oct. 15, 2013, those who refused to sign were ordered to meet with the Judge Therese Wiley Dancks of the US Court Northern District NY and our lawyers in Syracuse. The 12 plaintiffs did not expect to be taken separately into rooms and intimidated by their own lawyers and the judge into signing the agreement or else!  They were threatened to remain silent. 

On Oct. 16, the following day, the remaining plaintiffs were called in. Judge Lowe made a presentation. “I am neutral!” Then he proceeded to tell us of the dire consequences if we don’t sign: years of trial, motions, this is an that, racist jurors. By 2020 if we win, we might be awarded $1. Money was mentioned over and over again.

Several plaintiffs said, “I did not come here to be talked to like a child”. He withdrew his consent to the settlement. Another said, “Sovereignty is our goal. Not money”. The majority agreed. In 1944 during WW2 the Bretton-Woods agreement made all global trade and banking base its value on the US dollar. It was backed by our Indigenous resources and funds, which was used to rebuild war-torn Europe, the Marshall Plan. The US was paid in US-backed dollars. None came to us.CURRENCY WARS

Under the privately owned Federal Reserve System, money is a loan at interest. The owners get a “piece of the action”, the accruing interest, of every transaction worldwide that uses the US dollar as the base currency. All buying power is based on its value.

International bankers own and control all corporations worldwide. Americans don’t really have to work as long as they can collect their “cut of the action”.

The private central banking scam is designed to create more debt than money. The debt can never be paid off. Some nations are not paying the interest to the US. They’re always finding ways to keep collecting money from us. At least we are the only people who can truthfully say we own the land.

The US dollar is losing its real value due to banker created inflation. Prices rise but wages don’t! The US is trying to borrow from other nations to run their country. Syria does not owe any money to the IMF or the World Bank, which circulates the US dollar and coerces all countries to use it.

In Iraq in 2002 Saddam Hussein got UN permission to sell Iraq’s oil for Euros. One year later the US invaded, lynched Saddam, and put Iraq’s oil back on the world market, for US dollars. Gaddafi set up a new state central bank in Libya with a local value-based currency using the Gold Dinar. Oil was sold only for the Gold Dinar. The US invaded, killed Gaddafi, destroyed the state central bank and the Gold Dinar and imposed their private central bank.

China deals with 8 nations that do not go through the US dollar. Many South American nations fund their own BRICS controlled central bank for trade and investment, without using the US dollar.

If President Obama can’t get his war with Syria or Iran, many nations will drop the US dollar. The party will be over for Wall Street and the Federal Reserve. Many countries know that the debt is really owed to the Indigenous people here.

We Indigenous can break the will of those Americans and others who are eyeing our ever-growing $405 trillion Indian Trust Fund, the biggest in the world. We will stop these warlike people by questioning their right to live on our land while violating the Great Law of Peace of Great Turtle Island.

The speakers are mostly band or tribal councilors, or those who are trained to conduct treason against our people. Serious issues are ignored. No comparison is made with true traditional law based on our inherent tie to the land. The speeches bore us to tears. Most leave empty-handed and empty-headed! Should you miss the Indian conference circuit for ten years or more, don’t worry. The next one will be exactly the same. The speakers never tell us how they are lining their own pockets by stealing our money or the government directly deposits it into their off-shore accounts. Their job is to make it look like we are in favor of land claims settlements and mega development. They get a casino or poker palace, owned and operated by white people as tax havens, in the name of native sovereignty. “We have to survive for another 500 years”, they tell us.

There’s no heckling because we listen and wait our turn. No opening is provided in the agenda. Speaker called “Finder–Fee” says, “Blah, blah, blah! Relations with federal, state, provincial and local governments have never been better” [to steal everything from us]. He’s really saying, “We’re looking for other brain dead people to work with”. Syracuse University and University of Victoria are giving fully paid scholarships to train sell-outs in their governance programs.

When he gets riled up, he sounds just like a regular New Yorker.  “I can go to Albany, Washington or Ottawa and mill around with those [crooked] politicians”! Speaker “Who-Never-Got-a-Finder’s-Fee” wants to send the government to the traditional council to sign away our rights!  As if! 

Another “Who-Lost-His-Finder’s-Fee” talked about how the government system dealt with his case to stop garbage dumps contaminating the water and environment. The court refused to hear it. 

For $35 the attendees get a T-shirt with a clenched FU fist on the back and a box lunch. Those who had fallen asleep were awakened in time to see an award being given to the Master of Ceremonies by his mother. People, some of us are getting tired of having our intelligence insulted. As Frank Zappa reminds us of the corporation trap: “Flies all green and buzzing in his dungeon of despair. Our red brothers and sisters are forewarned of the impending calamities of the evil industrial-military-intelligencia complex.  We must stand firm on the Kaianerekowa based on our inherent natural ties to Great Turtle Island. Our treasonous corporate Indians should be pulled off their seat behind the big desk and thrown right in front of the people. The 14 warnings of the coming fascism are: fascism

1. “Powerful expressions of nationalism”. Our band and tribal councils, along with their corporate masters are guilty of treason for aiding and abetting a foreign corporate fascist takeover. they are all subject to the penalties of the Kaianerekowa. 2. “Disdain for human rights”. As they state in their Secret Covenant, “We shall deceive them into accepting laws that will steal the little freedom they have left”.  

3. “Uncoopertive professionals [scientists, doctors, lawyers] Identified and eliminated”.  Red-X says, “Money talks and the rest croak”.  

4. “Avid militarism in local police forces”. There are dozens of policing agencies in and around Indigenous communities. Red-X says, “Take the infidels out of the closet, throw them in front of the people, who may sentence them to the red willow brigade”. According to Kaianerekowa we should police each other, eliminating need for police forces.  

5. “Rampant sexism”. No respect for the balance of power that women hold in Indigenous communities. On the patriarchal band councils, Red-X says, “The ‘boyz in the band’ of the belly of the beast must be aborted”. 

6. “Controlled mass media”. Five multinational corporations control media worldwide. They are the blabbermouths for ethnic cleansing and genocide. “Seize the airwaves now!” instructs the Red-X, “and speak truth to power. The truth will always rise, like the sun.”media lies
  

7. “Obsession with national security”. Red-X says, “Any threats against banker’s hegemonic control of the economy is considered a threat to national security. Keep your eyes on the prize and purloin it”. 

8. “Religion and the ruling bankers are tied together.” Red-X warns, “Obama thinks he’s the Messiah who shall deliver the masses, and sings, ‘Praise the lord and pass the ammunition’!” 

9. “Power of corporations protected”. Preferred contracts are given to Bechtel, Kellogg, Haliburton, Brown & Root, etc. Red-X says it’s “blood for oil. No Onkwehonwe blood for oil”. 

10. “Power of labor suppressed or eliminated.”  Red-X asks, “Who’s really working anyway? So what’s being eliminated?” military industrial

11. “Disdain and suppression of intellectuals and the arts”. MNN and Red-X will work for liberation. 

12. “Obsession with crime and punishment”. There are over 2.2 million in US prisons, the most of any country. The privatized penal system is owned by multi-billionaires such as George Wackenhut, crony of Bill Clinton. There is no line between government and private companies. They can never privately own our land. From the earth we come, to the earth we will return. Their lies cover this original lie that they own our land. 13. “Rampant cronyism and corruption”. All major corporations reap billions from war and tragedies, all un-investigated. All “democratic” governments operate by bribery and payoffs. Interpol has been asked to investigate the theft of our ever growing $60.7 trillion Indian Trust Fund.

MNN.  Feb. 6, 2013. We can get rid of band and tribal councils.  They are artificial colonial systems of oppression that have been illegally forced on us? It’s as easy as one, two, three.

1. Put the question to the community for a decision:  Do you agree to be governed by the foreign imposed tribal band council system? 2. Vote “no”. 3. Inform the federal corporations of both Canada and the US and the UN of the result of the vote.

We were never asked if we wanted to be governed by this corporate system of control by the bankers of Europe. International law provides that everyone has a right to self-determination.  We will control our lives and govern ourselves as we have done since time immemorial. The settlers have no choice but to acknowledge our sovereignty and obey their agreements with us.

As the international Court of Justice in the Western Sahara case affirms, “No people can be absorbed by a foreign state unless it is the result of the freely expressed wishes of the territory’s people, acting with full knowledge of the change in their status, their wishes having been expressed through an informed and democratic process, impartially conducted and based on Universal Adult Suffrage”. 

When the band and tribal councils are voted out, Canada and US must conduct relations with us through the Queen who represents the people of Canada and the President who represents the people of the US. The illegal band and tribal council systems were imposed in Canada in 1924 and in the US in 1871.  

We will activate our Indigenous system. We will not be tricked. We will use our Indigenous consensual decision making process. The true will of the people will be validly expressed. Anything else is a fraud.    

Nothing changes the legality of the informed decision to remove them. Only we can decide who represents us. 

The band councils take an oath to follow the corporate business plan which is to assimilate and eliminate the Indigenous. Canada and US assume jurisdiction over us through them, as registered corporations of Canada and the US.   

International law confirms our rights. The band and tribal councils can join their accomplices in their own Admiralty Court system, which is the law of the seas. On our land, the Kaianerehkowa, is the law of Great Turtle Island.

MNN.  Jan. 31, 2013. We remember that Canadians elected megalomaniac Stephen Harper as CEO of the Corporation of Canada. His two main goals for the shareholders are to get rid of the landowners, the Indigenous people, once and for all, and to steal our resources for good.

Canada is a hot dictatorship. Harper can enact laws without consulting anyone. He can prorogue Parliament anytime to put the illusion of democracy on hold. He doesn’t have to answer to anybody. Two years ago the people could have pulled the plug on him. They did nothing.

Canadians, even though they may not like his genocide strategy, turn a blind eye. They are complicit in the genocide. When will they stop looking away while he puts Canada in all the wars of the black serpent, in Mali, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Syria, and so on? Everybody will either end up dead or continue serving the male hierarchy as slaves.  

Residential Schools are their monuments to remind us of Canada’s trail towards fascism and mass murder. 50% of our children were killed. Hitler studied and perfected this death camp system with a 100% death rate.  

The masses erase from their memory all the crimes committed against us to get what they have today. The thugs of the royal economic crime syndicates are setting up their machinery of global mass murder in Canada because they think Canadians will not resist, “We need the jobs.  We have to follow orders!”

Canada has a British Parliamentary system based on hierarchy.  Canada is a Corporation with shareholders [bankers].  Directors [Senators] are appointed to oversee the officers.  The officers [Members of Parliament] manage the day-to-day operation of the corporation to provide ever increasing dividends for the shareholders. The top officers are the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition and the Finance Minister. The  directors [the Senators] only report to the shareholders of the corporation [bankers].  None answer to the people, only to the bankers.  

The main duty of the officers of the corporation is to provide ever growing profits to the shareholders and to continue the illusion of freedom to the people. Harper often reminds the masses they have no rights, only privileges. Our Great Mother always reminds us to resist!

MNN:  Jan. 29, 2013.  More drone bases, more guns, more bombs, flying killer robots, more gas, more killing fields of women, men and kids, more hunger, malnutrition, starvation.  We Indigenous women are the “progenitors of the soil” on behalf of the coming children.  We are letting the war makers and profiteers hide in our territories, to steal our resources to make lethal weapons and to commit atrocities against everyone in the world. They and their accomplices live here in their high rises, dressed in fancy suits. Their highly paid band and tribal chiefs grovel at their feet crying, “Give me that paper.  I’ll sign it!”  They are always ready to push Harper’s fake laws to continue the bloodshed.

The Corporation of Canada is making a last ditch try to steal everything. Then they plan to flee with our $3 trillion Indian Trust Funds. Mark “Carnage” Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is on his way to England hoping to drop it at the feet of his royal economists. Indigenous have reported him to INTERPOL for investigation of the biggest heist in banking history.    

The lawyers, bureaucrats and developers show up for the sale. The bosses from Ottawa draw up the papers. The chiefs sign them and walk away with envelopes stuffed with money. National, provincial organizations and Band and tribal councils have been set up for no other purpose than to help with the theft and genocide. 

Assembly of First Nations and the band council’s job is to ignore our rightful requests for full consultation and consent. Municipal councils send a fax or email to the nearby band councils, who are not supposed to respond. Based on the non-response, contracts then proceed.    

If anyone doubts this corporate plan, ask your band council for their corporation number, corporate papers, minute book, shareholders list, business plan, chiefs’ and band bank accounts. 

We are not victims. We are the proud natural people of Great Turtle Island. Round dances are wonderful. Soon we will dance for joy when the blood suckers leave. Band councils, stand aside as you have alienated yourselves, according to our law. Canada, dissolve your illegal corporation because you aren’t going to steal any more of our resources nor our money. Mark Carney, drop that bag of Indian loot.
