MNN. June 2, 2016. What is the ambulance chase scam? When a large group of people are attacked by the cops and have their human rights violated, they are sure to win the court case against the state. That’s when the lawyers acting like ambulance chasers show up. “We’ll represent you” for free. They get a list of names and add more to increase their list of clients to get a bigger settlement.

We are used as the front for the INDIAN Ring system that scams their own system. They always enrich themselves at our expense.

The INDIAN Ring is the ring of power in US and Canada. They are in firm control of the corporate governments which are illegally hanging onto our land and resources and trying to annihilate us. MNN. June 1, 2016. On May 16 the NYS judges and their crew called in the ambulance chasers and 76 plaintiffs in the Jones v. NYS Troopers case #98CV374 back to Syracuse court. They said in effect, “Come on, how much will it take to shut you up?” It seems the lawyers on all sides are playing out the rigged game to outwit us, the victims, and save the hides of their blood thirsty Troopers. The “Indian Ring” is pulling the strings.

The colony of Canada refused help from seven countries offering aid from Russia, US, Mexico, Australia, Taiwan, Israel and Palestine to put out “the largest forest fire in Canadian history”. Prime Minister Trudeau and his business partners have a different agenda – to scorch the land and force us to move.

Scorched earth and removal is a colonial policy and still the battle plans of the war room of Indian Affairs.  In the 1800s the military used scorch-earth tactics to subjugate onkwe’hon:weh. Troops were deployed to protect railroad workers from the onkwe’hon:weh, who knew the railroad would mean further encroachment on their territory. Military outposts were put across the region, expanding white settlement on unceded territory.

We still follow the original instructions to survive and coexist. “Fort McMurray” was set up in the mid-1800s to protect the immigrants, kill our people and take our lands. Why did Canada refuse to take Russian and other offers to shut down the fire? The fire is the center of tarsand operations for the world. The scorch earth policy was used to remove us in the past. Canada and the US have no legal title on great turtle island. This fire was not accidental. Mining and oil companies are stripping the boreal forests, all life and removing people to exploit our resources. Billions will be saved to rid our lands of vegetation and population. The workers were told to leave the facilities a few weeks before the fire started. They were sent home and told they would be called back. What did the oil companies know?

Albertans are fleeing and concerned about their financial losses. Fort McMurray and other towns will burn for months to clear the way for the pipelines. Then it’s heading for Saskatchewan.

Some say they are going back to Fort McMurray because the bankers want them to imagine that everything is going to be the same as before. In fact, they do not own their homes or cars that burnt or were left behind. to us, fort mcmurray is known as “Lii dli Kui,’ in our Denesuline language, it means, where the rivers meet, it was also our gathering spot for us who traveled from the north on the athabasca river, then we would turn left on the clearwater river going east to la loche, there was many camps all along those rivers, and on the west side of the clearwater, there is another river called, ‘christina,’ many of our people had camps further up, these people also stopped at Lii dle kui, and their camps was always near the macdonald island, after when the non-natives found our oil, the didnt do anything about until the late 1960’s, then in the early 1970’s, the forcefully removed a native who had built a home there before the oil production, with guns pointed at them by the rcmp, they also bulldozed his home, then they built two high rises in the exact same spot, so why should we cry for everyone who lost their home from the forest fire when people can come to our land destroy our dwellings and the very land that provided for us, and i know many of the natives will continue to live there, so ‘lii di kui,’ will never die, long live Denesuline Nene

On April 7 the police struck again. That night, Sandy Michel, 25 year old, died. He was brutally assassinated by the anishnabeg reserve corporate police in Lac-Simon Quebec, near Val-d’or. He allegedly showed an objet that law enforcement officers thought looked like a weapon. The police crushed him with their car then shot him dead. The police killed his older brother in 2009. The murders of onkwe’hon:weh youth in northern Quebec, like the murders of black people in northern Montreal, is institutional racism. In the wake of this tragedy, the people of Lac-Simon, after years of police harassment, immediately assembled and asked the police to leave their territory. The Quebec police immediately intervened. Media was forbidden to go to the killing area during the investigation. Media black-outs have become routine. After the recent revelations of sexual atrocities committed by Surete du Quebec police officers around Val-d’Or, the SQ is desperate to hide their systemic violence against our men, women and children. The so-called «aboriginal police» had just returned to Lac-Simon, which they were forced to desert after the death of one of their officers in February 2016. Anthony Raymond Papatie, 22 yo, shot him before he himself committed suicide.
