MNN. Apr. 26, 2015. On May 15th a trial date is being set for the case, Jones v. Parmley. Eighteen years ago hundreds of New York State Troopers brutally attacked the Haudenosaunee at Onondaga Nation near Syracuse during a peaceful tobacco burning ceremony. The public was invited to learn about our opposition to the illegal trade and commerce agreement between NYS and the Onondaga chiefs.
NYS Judge George Lowe had advised NYS to avoid a trial because we would win. He urged NYS to offer us a pay-off. 13 of us refused the money and were dropped by the lawyers. Now the trial must proceed. We have to represent ourselves.

MNN. 25 Mar. 2015. The US founding fathers went to Albany in 1754 to learn about confederation and union from us. This became known as the “Albany Plan of Union”. The American Revolution was initiated to divide and conquer the Iroquois Confederacy, to chop down the Tree of Peace, that stood for 3,000 years in Onondaga, the biggest tree in Onon’ware:geh. In 1779 over 13,800 colonists were sent to chop it down.
A pretend democracy was created based on the structure of the Great Peace. The Senate replaced the Council of Women. Congress replaced the Council of Men. The President, a hierarchical overlord, was placed over the whole process to render it moot.

The true decision making power of the Corporation of Canada lies with its board of directors at the Privy Council. They oversee the day-to-day operation of the corporate officers: prime minister, leader of the opposition, finance minister, etc.
Great Peace: Everyone has a voice & everyone is equal.
Dekanawida described the warmonger as “the man who eats humans”. They love disorder and hate peace. Their minds are twisted so as to strike fear into all. MNN. Feb. 9, 2015. On May 18, 1997, over 100 Haudenosaunne/Iroquois were brutally beaten by New York State Troopers. They disrupted a sacred tobacco burning ceremony at Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. Lawyers, Terrance Hoffmann of Syracuse and Abramowitz, Grand, Iason & Anello of New York City, volunteered to act for us, free of charge. Since then the Troopers lost twice to have their case thrown out, purporting they were just carrying out orders in the line of duty.
The Admiralty court was advised that if this case went to trial the Haudenosaunee would win. Judge George Lowe advised NYS to make a financial settlement with us. 13 plaintiffs refused the “cash and shut up” settlement. The case must now proceed to trial. In February 2014 the lawyers made a motion to drop those of us who did not agree with the settlement. This case was never about money. It’s about accountability and holding those responsible to account. Judge Wiley Dancks allowed the lawyers to drop us. [Andrew Jones et al v. Parmley, et al Civil Action No. 98-CV-374 [FJS][TWD].
We are lawyerless and penniless. It seems this was part of their plan. We recently met in Onondaga and became of one mind. We will defend ourselves and ask for all the disclosures. We’ve been 18 years in the wildnerness of the US court system. It reminds us of Apache Chief Geronimo’s last stand in the wilderness of Mexico.

The United States District Court Northern District of New York may be doing an end around Article 7 of the Canandaigua Treaty which states:
“Lest the firm peace and friendship now established should be interrupted by the misconduct of individuals, the United States and the Six Nations agree, that for injuries done by individuals, on either side, no private revenge or retaliation shall take place; but, instead thereof, complaint shall be made by the party injured, to the other; by the Six Nations or any of them, to the President of the United States… as shall be necessary to preserve our peace and friendship unbroken, until the Legislature (or Great Council) of the United States shall make other equitable provision for that purpose”.

The Admiralty matrix creates divisions within all of our communities. In Kaianere’ko:wa, the Great Peace, the women’s jurisdiction is everything in the natural world. They set up Councils of Women to run each of their communities. Every plant, animal and person is taken care of in a sustainable way. The men ensure that everyone interacts with the community following the Great Peace. The Admiralty system of judiciary, jails and police are unnecessary.

The Great Peace is about families. We become of one mind on issues that affect our communities. The people of each community has the power as it is meant.
Everyone is a warrior for spreading the Great Peace. Once women, as the progenitors of the soil, take their true natural place, then the peace will be able to spread to the world. MNN. Dec. 1, 2014. Canada is the first colony to register with the Vatican/CROWN in 1867 as a corporate state. The definition of Nazism is the merger of corporation and state. All those carrying Canadian identification are the new Nazis!
Harper is beefing up Bill C-44, the CSIS secret police act, using Hitler’s Enabling Act as the model. Harper calls it the protection of Canada from terrorists act. He will enhance surveillance powers “to more effectively investigate threats to the security of Canada” and disclosure of informants’ identities of those Canadians already on a watch list to combat radicalization.
On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) passed Hitler’s Enabling Act, called the “Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich”. Democracy was ended in Germany and Hitler’s dictatorship was established.
Nazis had caused ‘distress’ to create a crisis atmosphere that made the law “necessary” to restore order. The Reichstag was burnt down to cause panic and outrage, blaming his enemies. An uprising began. Harper introduced his act just as a gunman launched a false flag in Ottawa on October 22, 2014.
