MNN. Nov. 20, 2014. At a recent meeting the Rotinoshonni/Iroquois discussed the residential school holocaust perpetrated on us by the CROWN/Vatican. They became of one mind that the CROWN/Vatican should be charged and forced to answer for the crime of genocide before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC headed by Chief Judge Murray Sinclair, has already gathered evidence and proven the crime of genocide. He announced his Commission has no mandate to charge the CROWN, only to provide the truth of what happened, and to develop a reconciliation strategy. Since he cannot charge the CROWN, all his evidence on behalf of the 80,000 murdered Onkwehonwe children can be taken and filed.

The law of Onowaregeh is the Great Peace/Kaianerekowa. No Admiralty statute has any jurisdiction over us on Onowaregeh. Only the Guswenth/Two Row Wampum is the basis of all of our interaction. The corporations’ only basis for their claim on our land are the Doctrines of Discovery, terra nullius, etc. which are legal fiction. These doctrines have been condemned as socially unjust, racist and in violation of basic and fundamental human rights. These papal bulls have been the basis of the murders of 150 million Ongwehonwe in the Western Hemisphere.

As everybody knows, anything based on a lie is a lie. Admiralty Law [CROWN law] is for banks and corporations. We Rotinoshonni are the ongwehonwe of the land. We are not a corporation and not a bank. It is illegal to trade our land for money. All Admiralty [CROWN] statutes are based on this lie.

On October 25, 1924, the genocidal Indian Lands Acts were imposed upon us by the CROWN colony of Canada. They were to be deemed as binding on the provinces as if they were acts of the legislatures. They are by-laws of the corporation [CROWN]. At this time ‘reserves’ were set up forcing the ‘Indians’ into captivity. Then they snatched our children and inserted them into their residential school death camps. The Palestinians can expect a version of the residential school holocaust to be imposed upon them. We are going to stop this from happening to anyone else ever.

Background: In 324 AD Emperor Constantine of the Roman Empire set up Christianity as the official religion of the empire. The capital of Rome was Constantinople and the capital of the church was Kiev Russia. In 910 five hundred priests broke away from the Christian Church and set up their syndicate in Rome Italy at the Vatican. They called their new religion “Roman Catholicism”. The monarchs of Western Europe were behind the creation and day-to-day operations of the corporate entity, the CROWN/Vatican. Each monarch had a turn to place their Pope in the Vatican for life. Roman Catholicism is “corporatism”. All corporations get their ISO number from the Vatican. Canada is ISO #1366-2:CA 1867 and USA is ISO #3166-2:US Feb. 21, 1871. The CROWN/ [Vatican] is listed as the majority shareholder in both of these corporations.

Through Admiralty Law all admiralty courts are also private corporations owned by the CROWN. All Canadian, US and British courts are Admiralty courts. There is no way for us to get a fair hearing in any Admiralty court because the owners of the courts are guilty of the genocide that we are charging them with.

The Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague was set up in 1899 by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia as the first international court for world peace. It is not an Admiralty court. It is designed for cases like ours. He and previous Tsars saw the genocide occurring in the Western Hemisphere due to the Catholic Bulls. Russia was never a part of the Western Hemisphere genocide. Let us all stand together as one earth family, the roots going in all directions, plant a tree of peace and bury all the weapons of war.

Nov. 6, 2014. The timeline shows no surrender, treaty or permission by Mohawks to turn Kahnawake into a reserve. Under the military Corporation of Canada Kahnawake is a “Prisoner of War” Camp without walls for the Mohawks. It was created on October 25, 1924. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is governed under the Indian Act, which is the original 100-year plan to get rid of the “Indian problem in Canada” [Duncan Campbell Scott]. The POW camp is run by Indian Affairs and its corporate entity known as MCK. The corporation is firmly directed by their military war room at Indian Affairs in Ottawa/Hull on the 14th floor. Canada and the POW Camps are financed by our stolen Indian Trust Funds. The military’s main job is to protect the stolen treasury.

The original plan was to imprison our people so we would all perish. The CEO of the corporation of Canada is the Governor-General. He needs a military title for a military corporation. Each province has a military Lt. Governor, because they also are military corporations. Canada merged the military corporation and the state in 1867. Canada is the first corporate state, ISO #1366-2:CA.

“Ordo ab chao” is the strategy used by secret societies that are controlling the power structures, to keep the people’s minds divided [51%]. After enough confusion and chaos the people will demand a government solution to the problem created by the government using their own procedures in their jurisdiction.

Indian Affairs’ job is to keep the Indians corralled economically and socially in our POW camps, while they enjoy the vast abundance of our land. All western European countries under Vatican rule are a party to the biggest holocaust in all humanity.

Kahnawake is one of the most in-your-face territories in the world. It is next to Montreal, one of the largest metropolises in Canada. The puppet masters have always wanted us out of the way because of location, location, location. Also, they want to totally assimilate us to get rid of the land issues, by taking away our teachings, languages, culture, so we are no longer Ongwehonwe. They shall use fear as their ally and anger as their friend when dividing the people’s minds.

In 1990 when we objected to the expansion of a golf course, we were invaded by the Canadian army, and placed in CFB Farnham army base after our arrest. In 2008 MNN editor, Kahentinetha, was arrested and assaulted by military commandos at the border crossing to the US. In the subsequent court case, the judge ruled he could not deal with the issue because she lives in Kahnawake and is not a resident of Canada.

We have been under martial law since 1924 while they rape and pillage all of our vast lands around us. We have always been here at the fork of the rivers that come from all directions on Great Turtle Island and meet here. The Mohawk community of Kahnawake is part of the larger soveregn Kanionkehaka territory of 20 million acres.

From childhood Mohawk Joseph Brant was adopted by Sir William Johnson, the representative of King George in the American colony. Joseph’s sister, Molly, became one of Williams many loves. In 1761 Joseph was sent to Quaker schools on the east coast where he was turned into a British patriot. Among them was Wheelocks Moors Indian Charity Schools in Connecticut which is now Dartmouth College.

They are looking for the next Joseph Brant with the same qualities: fluent speaker of our languages, knowledgeable of our history, able to pull the wool over our eyes, and with the right clan.

MNN. APR. 24, 2014. Our representation is based on the law of the land, the constitution of the Rotino’shonni:onwe, known as the Great Law of Peace. On May 18, 1997 over 100 of us were peacefully having a traditional tobacco burning ceremony in Onondaga, the capital of the Iroquois Confederacy. At 3.00 pm almost 200 specially trained New York State Troopers viciously attacked us. Many of us were severely injured, hospitalized and others were jailed.

Lawyers saw this unprovoked attack on the news. They came running to represent us pro bono, among them Terrance Hoffman of Syracuse and Morvillo Abramowitz of New York City. No agreement was ever made to pay Hoffman who offered to represent 52 plaintiffs. They all thought it was a “slam dunk”. 17 years have passed. Some of the plaintiffs accepted New York State’s offer to take money and not pursue a trial. Others refused and want the criminals tried. It must now proceed.

Terrance Hoffmann is dropping some of us for having an “unabashed political agenda”!! NYS exercised its political agenda by trying to beat us into submission and getting away with it. He is asking for an order for payment of his fees for the last 16 years!

In April 2008 Judge George Lowe at a closed hearing found compelling evidence that the police should be found guilty and we would win if it went to trial. He advised New York State to push for a settlement. Our ambulance chasing lawyer is filing a motion to drop some of us. He wants a divorce for “irreconcilable differences” and an “utter breakdown of our relationship”! Undue pressure is being put on us to settle so the lawyers can profit from the settlement at our expense. The cops and NYS will try to get away with criminality. We have until May 19 2014 to file our side with Magistrate Therese Wiley Dancks at US District Court.

Hoffman’s legalese wants his reasons to be kept secret. He’s still our lawyer and advises us to find someone else or represent ourselves [pro se].

At the October 16, 2013 meeting in Syracuse attended by almost 100 of our people, Dancks, Hoffman and Lowe directed threats at us if we turn down the settlement. Lowe talked at us disrespectfully, like kindergarten children. He represents the best interests of parties that were not there whose reputation and authority were at stake. Throughout Hoffman rarely gave us information. We want the criminals to be accountable. Hoffman never discussed trial strategies. The lawyers ran the show and wanted us to agree with them. All these years our people were never allowed to sit together to talk about our case. This motion confirms our suspicion. The conflict of interest was on their part, looking out for their own interests, not ours. We were made to think we had no right to refuse the NYS offer or change our mind. We have not abandoned our claim.

Hoffman is what we call “Te’hari’wa’kwen:ton”, meaning his thinking is flat, on the ground, dead, without life. Lawyers are not supposed to turn against their clients. CANADA THREATENS ANCIENT MOHAWK ALLIES

Russia is legally a longtime ally of the Rotino’shonni:onwe/Iroquois Confederacy and its friends and allies on Great Turtle Island. Our alliance is based on  Kaia’nereh:kowa, our constitution. Treaty belts accepted by Peter the Great in 1710 record this sovereign international agreement of peace. These belts have been presented to us for interpretation.

MMN. Mar. 7, 2014. Refusing to give us the results of his ongoing investigation of the 825 missing and murdered Aboriginal girls and young women is a travesty of justice. Peter McKay, the Minister of Justice, threw the reports onto the floor of the House of Commons. The Members of Parliament made jokes,  laughed and clapped. The guilt and cover up go right to the top, legal, financial, police and judges. Those who did not stand up in outrage are part of the conspiracy to murder our women and children.  

Right now the Queen and Pope are implicated in the disappearance of our children. She has been convicted in a common law court of crimes against humanity for the kidnapping and disappearance of 10 Indigenous children from the Kamloops Residential School Death Camp.

Now that she has been convicted in a common law court of horrendous crimes, all oaths to her are null and void. Those still following the oath to protect her are criminals too.   

According to our natural law, they are guilty of treason, conspiracy, espionage and harming our people. For such heinous crimes no chance is given for them to catch the black beads. They would immediately be done away with. The punishment is “Ka-ni’kon’rak’se”. 

The women and children of the community form a gauntlet. While the criminals run through, they are beaten and stoned.

Pope, Peter McKay, corporate criminals and their band council Injuns will experience natural Indian justice.

Dropping the black wampum means war. We have a duty to fight the enemies of the peace until we win and kill them all. A war is not of the imagination. It is a natural part of creation, like the moon, stars, and the true people.

MNN. FEB. 10, 2014. The hierarchal charade is ending. Looks like Canada is joining the US and UN control grid [Agenda 21]. Lawyers for the Corporation of Canada are fleeing and saying in effect, “Let’s get out now while the going is good. We’ll join Piper, the international law firm, run out of the UN. We can help make laws for the bankers worldwide. We already have our stolen money in off-shore accounts so no one can touch it”.

The first law firm to fold was home to prime ministers, supreme court justices and federal and local politicians. Their job was to take the heat off the bankers. Now they’re jumping ship and going back to the “Fatherland” to their mansions. harper slave shipThese criminals should be going to jail. They don’t want to go back on the slave ships they came in. It’s first class on their own terms, they think. They’re trying to dictate the terms of their surrender. 

There is no reconciliation with those they leave behind. The corporation of Canada is bringing in new immigrants with loads of money who won’t be told they are on Indigenous land. They will set up businesses and steal everything that their predecessors left behind. Their job is to continue the genocide.  

Canada has no constitution in place that overrides the by-laws of the Corporation of Canada. it’s a pretend democracy based on theft and abuse of our land. Prime Minister Harper is strengthening the corporate rules and enforcement system. 50,000 new prisoners can be warehoused in the new private prisons.  

We Indigenous are to remain fenced in by Indian Affairs and the Indian Act. Indian Affairs and RCMP are both divisions of the Canadian army.  

The corporation is dissolving. The shareholders are trying to steer the dissolution in their favor. We demand the list of the shareholders of the Corporation of Canada. We will charge them with genocide and theft of our ever growing $650 trillion Indian Trust Fund. The world wants to see this.

Canada and US need to take a lesson from Iceland who put all their crooked bankers and politicians in jail, rewrote their constitution and took away their money machine. They have to pay back everything they stole.  

They think they are going to take the money and run. Like Billy Joe and Bobby Sue, you can’t run forever. “Take the Money & Run!”

JUST-IN TIME

MNN. Jan. 31, 2014. It was May 1979 when a silver limousine pulled up beside my daughters and I on Wellington Street in, Ottawa, by the Parliament Buildings. A man in the back seat motioned me to roll down my window. It was Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. He told me he would call me the next day. I thought nothing more of it. 

I went to work at Indian Affairs and got a call. “Hi, this is Pierre”. “Who?” I said. He wanted me to bring my kids over to the Prime Mnisterial residence at 24 Sussex Drive, so his boys, the same age as my daughters, could have a swim together. We decided to go a few days later.  JUSTIN FAM

He greeted us and the kids had a great time in the pool. His eldest, Justin, got along very well with my eldest daughter. Then they all went into this playhouse building full of fantastic toys. Pierre and I had a snack at a table in front of the window overlooking the Ottawa River.  

He told me his family came from St. Remi, the town next to Kahnawake, where I come from. I told him I saw a picture in MacLean’s Magazine of his cousin who sells eggs in my village. We talked for a while on th principles of the Great Law and the Guswentha. He said he had relatives in my community. He laughed when I said that I wouldn’t be surprised if he had some Mohawk ancestry. He was very interested in Mohawk culture, expecially about our origins on Montreal Island.  

His kids had baked a cake for him, which we all shared. They were then sent to bed. And we went home.  

A few days ago Justin made a very important decision to address the broken governmental systems in Ottawa. He is removing all Liberal Senators from his Parliamentary caucus. He sees that the party system of politics is the breeding ground of greed and corruption. 

We hope he will address the real constituional issues, which is the autocratic power of the prime minister’s office. He appoints the judges, senators and the Governor General who prorogues Parliament whenever he tells him to. There are no check and balances for the power of the PMO in the Canadian constitution. He has absolute dictatorial powers in this country.  

Justin’s family for many generations were born on Mohawk land. His father now resides next to us permanently in St. Remi. His father never got the constitution ratified by the people. He faltered on his duty to protect the Canadian people from the international bankers. Justin will right these wrongs.

‘TORONTO’ ‘ONTARIO’ ‘CANADA’

MNN. Nov. 19, 2013. The current dispute at City Hall is about who has jurisdiction to run the Corporation of Toronto. It sits on unsurrendered Mohawk land. Toronto is Mohawk for “where there are trees standing in the water”, Ontario [O’nia’ta:rio] is Mohawk for “large wide water” and Canada [Ka’na:ta] is Mohawk for “community”. Under Wampum 44 of the Kaianerekowa/Great Law, land and resources issues are the responsibility of the Kahonti’tiokwa:nio, the Council of Women.

In 1701 we invited the settlers to live with us in peace perpetually on our land, according to the Guswentha, Two Row Wampum. They agreed. Then they tried to kill and assimilate us and steal our possessions. The law of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island, was totally ignored. When this agreement was breached, they became illegal invaders.

The bankers illegally set up the Corporation of Canada under the foreign Admiralty Law of the Seas to keep what has been stolen from us. The whole system of corporate governance is artificial. They are guilty of theft, murder and genocide of us and even their own people.

 

Bankers designed this hierarchical system which gives power over others. In Toronto the fight is over who is at the top of the pyramid and controls our funds and resources. In this system the bankers only need to pay off one person at the top. Rob Ford is fighting to remain at the top of the pyramid.   

Bankers put this system in every incorporated country that is part of the UN to run pretend democracies and to know who to bribe.

The Council of Women have the duty to notify all settlers that as their proclamation supercedes all their rules and statutes, all their settlements, developments and permits violate the Proclamation and the Guswentha.  

Women united can bring peace.

Jim, some day you’ll have to answer to the Women’s Council for trespassing! 

Going back to the land is the only way to fix the confusion. The Council of Women in each community must interact with each other. Municipal level is the most important as the children are raised there.  

The Senate should be turned into the “Council of Women” and the House of Commons into the “Council of Men”, without a hierarchy, prime minister or president. Local grassroots councils deliberate and pass their decisions up to the Councils of Men and Women. Every voice is heard. Everyone is equal. Decisions are not based on 51%, which is corporatism, not democracy. Rob Ford is being kicked out of a 51% vote system based on in-your-face bribery and corruption.
