MNN. 15, 2016. A constitution is the will of a free people. The kaia’nere:kowa, the great peace, favors nature. It represents creation’s design for all living things to live in harmony with the natural world. Our title is based on us holding the land for the future unborn generations. They own all the assets and have all the power.

Canada is not a country. It doesn’t have a constitution. It has a corporate “charter”. Constitution is never mentioned in the House of Commons. The corporate colonial charter of Canada is called the “British North America Act of 1867”. It runs a business using the resources of the forthcoming children of the origjnal people. Canada’s charter is concerned about banking, railroads, oil, insurance companies, pipelines, real estate and so on to abuse our future children. There is no statute of limitation on mass murder.

When the corporation dissolves, the creditors must be compensated. Future business ventures will be based on the kaia’nere:kowa, where everyone serves nature.

Today the corporate entities have to get our prior and informed consent to use the land and resources of our children. In fact, we natural people cannot sit at the table with subordinate artificially created illegal entities who rape our land.

The corporation of Canada has a limited duration, from one election to the next. Canada can be dissolved when no one votes. The Liberal Party is now ramming through a bill to change election laws without a referendum of the people.

A dictatorship is when the rules of engagement in a democracy are changed without going to the people. No one knows how the votes are counted in Canada. Politicians are not elected, but selected in all ranks – band/tribal councils, municipalities, provincial and federal governments and so on.

The business plan is to try to carry out the final solution of the INDIAN problem by 2024. It is conducted in the Indian Affairs war room. Our minds are supposed to be totally colonized and we are to be assimilated into the corporate body politic. In the end they hope to take over all of our assets.

Corporatism ends when the power returns to the land. To stay on ono’ware:geh, great turtle island, everyone has to follow the kaia’nere:kowa, the great peace. The corporate 51% majority of those who vote allows war to continue. This elite controlled system must be eradicated.

Corporate Canada is a private company owned by the CROWN. Trudeau took an oath to the Queen, not to the people or to the land, so the CROWN can continue their illusion of freedom in their military corporation called Canada.

According to the Declaration on the rights of Indigenous People signed by the corporation of Canada, the original people must now be asked for permission to do anything to them, their land, water and air. It is illegal for the natural people of ono’ware:keh to be forced to ask the occupiers for permission to do anything.

A “constitution” defines the organization of a government or governing entity. A “charter” defines the organization of a corporation. Canada has no constitution. It was set up by a CROWN charter and incorporated in 1867 – ISO #1366-2:CA, registered in the Vatican. It’s a private corporation, which will soon be insolvent. The creditors, whose land, resources and assets were stolen by the company, have to be paid first.

Canada’s resource extractors illegally run the corporation of Canada by violating our rights. Canada’s total economy is derived and depends on mining and oil stolen from our mother.

Trudeau: “Remember your oath to the INDIAN Ring”.

PM Trudeau promised his partners that the illegal pipeline will go across Canada. After the biggest fire in Canadian history at Fort McMurray Alberta, he is already calling people back to work on the pipeline. They need our prior and informed consent. The settlers cannot define ‘consulting’ as talking to their corporate band and tribal councils. This violates the UN Declaration on Indigenous Rights that he publicly signed in front of the world.

Canada now has to get our permission for everything. International law principles are based on the teio’hateh/Two Row Wampum. The colonial settlers have a choice. They must decolonize their own minds or they must leave.

MNN. May 10, 2016. The colony of Canada refused help from seven countries offering aid from Russia, US, Mexico, Australia, Taiwan, Israel and Palestine to put out “the largest forest fire in Canadian history”. Prime Minister Trudeau and his business partners have a different agenda – to scorch the land and force us to move.

We and our mother refuse to cede our land and resources.

Scorched earth and removal is a colonial policy and still the battle plans of the war room of Indian Affairs. In the 1800s the military used scorch-earth tactics to subjugate onkwe’hon:weh. Troops were deployed to protect railroad workers from the onkwe’hon:weh, who knew the railroad would mean further encroachment on their territory. Military outposts were put across the region, expanding white settlement on unceded territory.

INDIAN policy is set by the military, to destroy anything that might be useful to the enemy, while advancing through or withdrawing from an area.

We were placed in POW camps called “reservations”. Those not incarcerated were considered hostile, hunted down and killed. onkwe’hon:weh were sent to separate territories under military guard.

Today the onkwe’hon:weh are resisting oil and pipeline development. The Canadian military is attempting to crush our resistance by destroying our land and removing us.

Like the buffalo hunt, the economic basis of our lives is being destroyed to force us to submit. Otherwise we will be attacked, just like in Alberta. Our people are the targets of this military campaign that is heading east. By 2024 they are trying to have us either assimilated or under lock and key or exterminated.

MNN. May 10, 2016. Paper money made out of thin air is breaking wind. The bag of wind called “bankers” have nothing. They want control of all our assets, gold, diamonds, oil, minerals, land, trees, water, wind and every resource which are a part of us. They try to put a dollar value on everything.

For hundreds of years we have been almost exterminated because of this. The mass murder [genocide] failed because we and our mother continue to co-exist to follow the kaia’nere:kowa. We are tied to the earth. The bankers are definitely not. The internet exposes the UN Depopulation Agenda 30 to rid the world of onkwe’hon:weh.

All our gold taken from Kirkland Lake, at the time the biggest gold mine in the world, is gone. Three years ago Mark “Carnage” Carney vacated the Bank of Canada and went to the Bank of England with our assets.

According to Admiralty laws, the CROWN thinks it has possession of everything and everyone on earth as their legal property! They decreed they own us, our names, birth certificates, drivers licenses, homes, property, businesses and land. They purport to give permission to their subjects to use their props according to certain time limits designated in their scripts [loans, mortgages, etc.]. Everyone is measured by their ability to pay the banker on time every month.

Only our mother and her creation are real. Everything she created cannot be relinquished. Man-made scenarios are all planned by the bankers, every war, election, economic upturn and downturn, etc.

Our relations in the natural world have all the assets the bankers want. The trees, rocks, four-leggeds, winged ones and the rest of our relations in nature will never play this “monopoly” game the bankers have instigated worldwide. Their plan for the final solution is carved in the Georgia Guidestones. They plan to reduce the world population to 500 million to kill 80% of the onkwe’hon:weh. Kissinger calls us “useless eaters”.

We are real even though Canada and US fraudulently register or enroll us in their Admiralty system.

It appears the Hegelian dialectic is in play now with the Alberta wildfires. A problem was created so the colonial settlers would demand a solution, “Save us. Give us the pipeline”!

“PRO’ROGUE HARPER

MNN. Aug. 29, 2013. Prime Minister Harper ended a session of Parliament. Proroguing is a fundamental abuse of power. “When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled”. [Monty Python]. We Indigenous have always been in the way. Hence the holocaust of 150 million of us with bullets and disease!

Harper feared a non-confidence motion which would have forced an election. He would have lost. All political parties and the Senate are muffled.

In Canada everyone needs the bank’s approval to exist – birth certificates, licenses, car registration, medical coverage, credit cards and so on. Mark Carney set up this extensive system as Governor of the Bank of Canada. It is the model for the bankers’ takeover of the world. He’s now the Governor of the Bank of England!

The bankers are dissolveing their corporations [cities, towns, companies, counties, etc.]. Every corporation is owned by the bankers, set up for profit of the shareholders. Band/tribal councils and all native organizations are corporations and a vital part of the genocide grid. Detroit and other cities are bankrupt. Profits are being distributed among the shareholders.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper needs to overcome Indigenous opposition. During the suspension of Parliament he can declare an “emergency”, like making weapons for war with Syria! He needs to turn all Indigenous territory [Canada] into fee simple land to allow the banks to own everything. Then they can take all the resources they want. The people are silent.

They fear the coming financial cataclysm and are covertly supporting their beast.

Financial sectors ignore public sectors, except to collect taxes from them. The banks are picking over the bones of the collapsed economy for pennies on the dollar. They are privatizing vital services such as infrastructure, health, social and educational programs, policing and fire fighting services, roads, schools, water systems, sewage plants and airports. Public services will become even more costly. Only financial institutions will be left standing and in charge.

Indigenous as the natural people of the land are not investors in the demonic world economy. It all belongs to us and always has. Remember, it’s all an illusion. Only we and our Mother Earth are for real! Mass murder will stop. Supporters with good minds can trace the roots of the tree of peace to its source and sit under its shade for protection.

MNN. JUNE 8, 2013. More than 370,000 international corporations of the bloodline bankers and 31 off-shore banks are registered in Panama. Dirty or stolen money, like the ever-growing Indian Trust Fund, can be deposited, cleaned and redistributed from here.

Close confidante of Canadian Prime Minister Harper, Dr. Arthur Porter, is wanted in Canada on charges of fraud, breach of trust, accepting bribes, money laundering and selling insider information on the bids to build the $1.3 billion McGill University Super Hospital in Montreal. He is fighting extradition to Canada. His wife is not.

Mr. and Mrs. Porter were arrested in Panama on their way to Trinidad and Tobago, money laundering havens. Money can be stashed and transferred to off-shore accounts without authorities finding out. FINTRAC of Canada keeps track of international transactions, where the money is, where it’s going and who is moving it.

Porter diagnosed himself with stage 4 lung cancer. His partner in his Bahamian health clinic, Dr. Karol Sikora, misdiagnosed the Libyan bomber of the PanAm jet in 1988. He reported that the Libyan prisoner in Scotland had stage 4 cancer and a few months to live so he could return to Libya to die. He lived for years thereafter. Sikora will be diagnosing Porter so he can’t travel to Canada.

Dr. Sikora: “Arthur, you can’t travel. You’re 8 months pregnant”.

SNC Lavalin won the contract to build the Montreal mega hospital. A Panama lawyer sets up a dummy corporation with owners that can’t be traced. The corporation opens a Panamanian bank account in another country like Trinidad or Tobago. SNC Lavalin deposited $22.5 million into Porter’s Canadian and Bahamian bank accounts. The money is deemed to come from a corporation that’s made to appear legitimate. It can now be moved around the world. Most launderers move it electronically to United Arab Emirates, to the Caribbean and then to Canada or elsewhere.

The worldwide debt-based currency system is running off the biggest debt owed to the Indigenous people. Since 1704 40% of all monies garnered from natural resources was to be placed in trust. Since their money system is based on debt, it means their whole system is running off this debt to us. For example, if $100 is deposited into their bank account, they can lend out ten times that amount. We, as the biggest debtor, demand full payment on all our debt since 1704, with accrued daily interest. Their banking system will collapse upon itself. We will take all our money to clean up their mess. They will return to the Fatherland.

The solution is for everyone in the world to go to their Indigenous people and follow the laws of the land, not Admiralty Law, the laws of the seas.

The exact total of the wealth in “off-the-ledger” accounts is not known. It could be thousands of trillions of dollars in gold, plantinum, gems and federal reserve notes and other currencies.

The central bankers set up a system that allows the Bank of Canada to block anyone but the banking elite from using the account. The actual owners – the Indigenous depositors – are prohibited from utilizing their assets for humanitarian programs as originally intended. As Joan Baez reminds us, “We shall overcome”. Joan Baez

MNN: We are Women…

WOMEN, STOP CAUSING DEATH & DESTRUCTION

MNN: Jan. 29, 2013. More drone bases, more guns, more bombs, flying killer robots, more gas, more killing fields of women, men and kids, more hunger, malnutrition, starvation. We Indigenous women are the “progenitors of the soil” on behalf of the coming children. We are letting the war makers and profiteers hide in our territories, to steal our resources to make lethal weapons and to commit atrocities against everyone in the world. They and their accomplices live here in their high rises, dressed in fancy suits. Their highly paid band and tribal chiefs grovel at their feet crying, “Give me that paper. I’ll sign it!” They are always ready to push Harper’s fake laws to continue the bloodshed.

“Please stop dropping bombs on us!”

Our work must be supported and protected. Our duty is to stop the war problem forever, to bring peace on earth. To those profiteering and manipulating the war economy, get off our land! Take your band and tribal council pets with you.

The council of the great peace needs the balance of the male and female energies within the consensus process. It is the basis of the interactions between all our communities. The men help the people to follow the law of the land.

The Corporation of Canada is making a last ditch try to steal everything. Then they plan to flee with our $3 trillion Indian Trust Funds. Mark “Carnage” Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is on his way to England hoping to drop it at the feet of his royal economists. Indigenous have reported him to INTERPOL for investigation of the biggest heist in banking history.

The lawyers, bureaucrats and developers show up for the sale. The bosses from Ottawa draw up the papers. The chiefs sign them and walk away with envelopes stuffed with money. National, provincial organizations and Band and tribal councils have been set up for no other purpose than to help with the theft and genocide.

Assembly of First Nations and the band council’s job is to ignore our rightful requests for full consultation and consent. Municipal councils send a fax or email to the nearby band councils, who are not supposed to respond. Based on the non-response, contracts then proceed.

If anyone doubts this corporate plan, ask your band council for their corporation number, corporate papers, minute book, shareholders list, business plan, chiefs’ and band bank accounts.

We are not victims. We are the proud natural people of Great Turtle Island. Round dances are wonderful. Soon we will dance for joy when the blood suckers leave. Band councils, stand aside as you have alienated yourselves, according to our law. Canada, dissolve your illegal corporation because you aren’t going to steal any more of our resources nor our money. Mark Carney, drop that bag of Indian loot.

MNN: JUNE 25, 2013. Following Iceland’s lead, we launched a INTERPOL investigation into the fraud and theft of our Indian Trust Fund. Iceland successfully jailed the bankers, eliminated their fake national debt and rewrote their constitution to protect themselves from the bankers. Governmental officials involved are all stewing in jail.

We are Onkwehonwe [natural to North America]. There is $3 trillion in our Indian Trust Fund, located at the Department of Indian Affairs in Ottawa. This money is used to run Canada without our knowledge or consent. It comes from the illegal extraction of all our resources for 150 years.

As the international world police, you have the duty to investigate any breaches of international treaties. We are asking for you to investigate one Mark Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of Canada, and his role in transferring our Indian Trust Fund to the Central Banks. He will become the Governor of the Bank of England on July 2013. It is international fraud at its highest.

Our title to our land, resources and trust funds are going to be illegally extinguished to complete their theft. Prime Minister Stephen Harper is trying to enforce omnibus bills that will steal our trust funds through declaring us as a non-existent people.

The Trust Fund Management System can be accessed at Indian trust fund It is clear that any licenses, permits and other instruments to individuals and organizations that exploit our resources belongs to us. Other accounts in the trust fund are: Environmental Studies Research Fund Accounts; Special Accounts; Indian Estate Accounts; royalties for the exploration of all our natural resources.

They justify their theft from the illegal [genocidal] legislation that turned over our lands and resources to the provinces and left us dying in little pockets of land in the midst of our own lands. All resources belong to us. They are supposedly held in trust for us by the Queen of England for our benefit.

This is the biggest banking crime in the history of the world which you need to investigate. It violates the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide that Canada signed in Paris on December 9, 1948.

MNN: Jan. 24, 2013. Mark Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of Canada, shielded Canada from the effects of the recent financial crisis. He used our Indian Trust Funds to bolster the Bank of Canada. This is the secret Indigenous Trust Fund that the Canada banking system and economy is built upon. In 2012 he was appointed Governor of the Bank of England, to begin on July 2013.

Carney went to Harvard and worked at Goldman Sachs. In 1998 he advised Russians and at the same time bet against their ability to pay back their debt.

In 2004 Carney worked under the current Canada Finance Minister, Jim “Austerity Measure” Flaherty. He provided additional liquidity to the Canadian finance system using our Indian Trust Funds. The Corporation of Canada is thriving in comparison to the other G8 countries.

In 2009 Canada was capitalized with our money to take advantage of the US and European financial crisis. In 2010 Carney was chairman of the Bank for International Settlements, member of the Group of 30, World Economic Forum and Bilderberg Group [Rothschild entities].

Carney is now going to the UK with our $3 trillion. The Bank of England can’t steal this money without him. They need the banker who knows these secret bank deals. Carney and the bankers are playing with the world’s economy. They invest worldwide using our money to extract Indigenous resources from our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world.

Britain is leaving the European Union in 2017 so that our money [natural resources] will finance their economy. The bankers need to turn the settlers here against us so they can be a party to the fraud without their knowledge. Their media constantly vilifies us.

By design their corporate band councils mismanage our money, stash it away and keep us in dire living conditions. Indian Affairs sends in the bankers. Multinational corporations then have free reign over our natural resources, for example, Attawapiskat. If there are no longer any Indigenous, then they don’t have to pay into the Indian Trust Fund from the exploration of our resources. 100% will go to the bankers through Mark Carney.

In the Iroquois consensus decision making process those issues that affect everyone goes into the Well for discussion and direction. Everyone has a duty to add their thoughts to the solutions [Onigonra]. The Council is divided into three parties [Clans]. The Well Keeper of the Turtle Clan brings the issue out of the Well, explaining the question. He passes it over the Council Fire to the Wolf Clan, who deliberate. They pass their decision back to the Turtle Clan. They deliberate. If the decision is the same, the Bear Clan confirms the decision. MNN. Jan. 23, 2013. It’s “Nazism”. [Operation Paperclip]. Harper and his criminals are trying to get away with genocide and the biggest theft in banking history, our “Indian Trust Fund”. With the help of his band councils and provincial and territorial organizations PTO, Prime Minister Harper is trying to assimilate us, terminate our rights and end our identity as the original people of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island, as if we never existed.

His ‘tables’ will force us to terminate ourselves. If we don’t agree, the table will be folded and taken away. The PTOs think they will get piles money for helping him. Advisory services will be picked out to bypass our defending our lives and stopping the theft of everything we have.

Former Bank of Canada head, Mark Carney, is in London to complete the theft of our $3 trillion “Indian Trust Fund”. Our funds are meant to prop up their banking fraud and top up the blood line system [apartheid].

The Indian Act is illegal. To be interpreted by Harper and his puppets. Our communities will be turned into municipalities. We will be separated and individualized. Our communal society will be made illegal and dismantled.

The final nail is: neutralize us; taxation; provinces to get jurisdiction of us and our properties; eliminate our communities; impoverish us economically; dismantle all legitimate agreements such as the Guswentha [Great Peace of Montreal 1701].

Band councilors are major consplrators to the crime. Harper’s corporate Indians are going to help him terminate federal trust responsibility, reduce spending, shift us to the provinces and get rid of Indian Affairs that holds our money. He wants to renew the abusive relationship, not to remove the tarnish from the chain.

This is the US termination Act and Canadian 1969 White Paper rolled into one. It is paper theft to accelerate the genocide and get away with it in the eyes of the world, so international bankers can continue to steal our natural resources.

We are still here. We will stop the theft and extermination attempt. We are a part of Great Turtle Island and always will be. Paper cannot remove us or separate us from our Mother. Electronics cannot snuff us out. We are still on our land and will not let one single thing leave. Herr Harper, you will not be able to remove one single stone, tree or drop of water, from your jail cell in Nuremburg!
