Our civil, human and sovereign rights were violated. Over 100 people, mostly women and children, met on private property to get an update on the taxing issue that NYS was trying to impose on all onkwe’hon:weh in New York State. Also a spiritual tobacco burning ceremony was going to be conducted. Following that we were to have a picnic for all the families. Without explanation or warning, at 3.00 pm the NYS Police marched in force and physically assaulted and arrested many of us.

Subsequently, a judge advised NYS that they would lose the trial and that they should offer us a financial settlement. Everyone has to agree on the settlement. 20 of us rejected their financial/non-disclosure settlement offer. Now the trial must proceed.

The jury trial is set in Syracuse NY. So far we are doing it ourselves. It looks like we could be victimized again through procedural wrangling.

Last week a black man was shot dead at a Montreal North demonstration. A day later at Lac Simon a Quebec cop rammed anishinabe Sandy Michel and then shot him multiple times. The corporate Mohawk Council of Kahnawake works with Quebec and Canada, along with the 207 Longhouse, a religious organization run out of Onondaga NYS. They don’t represent the people.

207 has given an ultimatum to MCK Inc. on jurisdiction over citizenship, membership, land management and taxation. MCK Inc. is a private corporation that was set up by Andrew Delisle Sr. as first director, with headquarters in Arlington VA, the same address as Homeland Security.

207 spokespersons Joe Deom, Kenneth Deer, Lynn Norton, Tommy Deer, kenentokon and kanentiio Hemlock and Judy Jacobs are the main players. Tommy Deer drafts the paperwork under the direction of the Onondaga Council Inc. This is 207 Longhouse’s 8 points plan to be rid of the kia’nereh:kowa: 1991 redrafted in 2006. 

The conflict between them is over who will control the money. The push for taxation is directed from Onondaga.

Mar. 22, 2016. We thought the Onondaga Council of Chiefs Inc. and the Saint Regis Council of Akwesasne Inc. went to Washington DC recently to belt George Washington for what he did to us. Instead they’re all smiling and commemorating the 1794 George Washington Belt, otherwise called the Canadaigua Treaty. This belt honors the doctrine of discovery and set up the genocidal master-slave relationship known as Federal Indian Law. They have the paper and our land and we have the belt hanging in their Capital.

The belt is 6 ft. long. 13 big men stand along each side of the belt representing the 13 bloodlines. The White House is depicted with a small longhouse inside. Two little guys, a Mohawk and Seneca, stand alongside the longhouse. Arms are stretched over them suggesting we have become wards of the state and are being protected by them. George Washington carried the belt around to give it to those who accepted his arrangement to sit on top of us and tell us what to do. The belt never went through the Grand Council of the rotin’shonni, therefore it is illegitimate. Anyone honoring this belt shows us that they have left the canoe and gone to the other side of their own free will. At this recent commemoration a few Senecas attended but the double crossers did not put them in the ‘official’ picture with the belt. The Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga and Tuscarora know it’s illegitimate without their elder brothers present at all councils.

Now is the time we onkwe’hon:weh have to stop honoring any treaty belts. They have not ever honored their side. Everytime we put on our gustowas and ribbon shirts, and march arm in arm with the feds, we are celebrating their dishonoring of their side of every belt they agreed to.

*”… the bellt is meaningless. Whatever those images are intended to depict means nothing. There are no terms to an agreement. There is no recorded narrative to its meaning. Washington had the belt made. He commissioned an Oneida to craft it two years before “Canandaigua”. His men may have carried it around with them at Canandaigua, but there is really no connection between this insulting set of images and the so-called “Treaty of 1794.” As shitty as that lopping off of land was, there is nothing that asks for protection or suggests subjugation in it. Three times in “Canandaigua” the US clearly states that they recognize our land as OURS and that the US will never claim it (in spite of the Doctrine of Christian Discovery and what the Marshal court would say 40 years later). March 12, 2016. The kanekota undertaking began in November 2000. It is the northern portion of the Haldimand Tract, northwest of Toronto, at the source of the Grand. In the 17th and 18th century, the rank Captain General held the power of the king to make laws and proclamations. Sir Frederick Haldimand was the last military general to hold that rank.  In 1784 he staked a Proclamation setting up a permanent protectorate for the ‘Mohawk’ on our vast land we call ganienkeh “for any of the Mohawks who choose to settle in that quarter”, defended by the British military.crazy horse

Being an onkwe’hon:weh, I moved to a farm near the source of the Grand River at kanekota.  My first winter was harsh. The first snowfall was in the first week of November and stayed until  the first week of May. Bell Telephone had a monopoly and charged me 2$ a minute to call Toronto. Rent was $1200 a month. By July I, 2001 my management consulting business was moving along. In August I was in a car crash that left me in a coma. When I awoke on September 11, 2001 the main news was the burning towers in New York City. My family moved me to Toronto. A year and a half later I returned to the farm in Kanekota. The brain injury limits my mobility. I recorded “Power & the Peace” at that time.

I moved to Hornings Mills on the banks of the Pine River one mile from the source of the Grand River. Foam was constantly leeching into the creek. The Ministry of the Environment and all regulatory agencies were unconcerned. The library and museum provided some information. A story was published by Mohawk Nation News MNN. During that summer a woman visited me. She asked if I was an original inhabitant and knew a certain family. She had been raised in the mansion built near the pond at the source of the Grand River in 1947. Her father was stationed there after the war. I found people who remember the army constructing the “by-pass” around Hornings Mills and digging the pond.greenwash

Consumers Gas decided to put a pipeline underneath the polluted Pine tributary. We issued a cease and desist order. Shortly thereafter the landlord gave me a termination/eviction notice and 3 months to leave. My neighbours shunned me. While packing a strange call came from an undercover police officer who had read our coverage in MNN. He visited me. At the door I read him the Royal Proclamation and showed him the survey map and my claim for Lot 1 Concession 11. I asked him why he pretended to have jurisdiction over me on this “British Protectorate” for the Mohawk. He shrugged.

My 15 year old son and I moved to Shelburne. One month later the property manager served us with an eviction notice. 30 days later another arrived. Then 30 days after that another one was serve on us. The Ontario Rental Tribunal found the landlord in contempt.

The next summer I visited my former landlord at Hornings Mills. He told me that while I was in Kahnawake, the CEO of Consumers Gas told him and the neighbors the pipeline could not be built through Hornings Mills because of the resistance of the “one Mohawk in your basement”.

Who was the hidden hand behind this? Was it federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty? He had purchased a part of my 360 acre claim and erected a big home. I informed the Toronto city councillors I would attend Council Chambers to pick up the keys for the abandoned “Etobicoke Outdoor Education Centre” which is on my property. On my way to Toronto city council Rob Ford called the driver. Ford diverted us to the Etobicoke council chamber. He alluded that he had the keys. At the meeting when I ask him for them, he shook his head “no” and said “It’s a real sensitive issue. I can’t step on any toes”! It probably was the same hidden hand that was causing all my problems in kanekota.

The farmers in Shelburne organized NDACT to stop the proposed mega-quarry being built by the secretive “Highland Group”. NDACT organized a walk from Queens Park in Toronto to a farm in Kanekota. There I walked with them and volunteered to sing at the event they called “Foodstock”. They didn’t want me because they didn’t like my voice, so they said. After that a Unity Ride was organized from one NDACT farm to another, with paid INDIANS.

Then I filed a suit at Federal Court of Canada. The “Highland Group” had purchased 8,800 acres of farmland in kanekota to dig a mega quarry. When I asked the court for a list of the shareholders of the Highland Group, their plans for the quarry were withdrawn.

I called General Sir Peter Wall at Whitehall in the UK to remind him of Captain General Haldimand’s order. I requested that he send a regiment to occupy the mansion at Hornings Mills. The corruption runs deep. It can be assumed many ex-prime ministers, premiers, etc. are members of the Highland Group.

I met the KAIROS group of residents in kanekota. They asked me to help them understand the Truth and Reconciliation Commission inquiry. Then I explained the kaia’nere:kowa, the law of the land. They now wish to reconcile the crimes of the past.

De-colonization problems are worldwide. Three emails were sent to Carolynn Bennett, the new Minister of Indian affairs. She has not responded. She wants to become the Minister of Reconciliation!

Lot 1, Concession 11, Nottawasaga Township, will be repossessed by the Mohawk, to establish a longhouse. We will put crops in this year. The power is the people.

MNN. DEC. 8, 2015. None of these tactics used to destroy and discredit us are random. Big tobacco, Canada, US, NYS, Quebec and Ontario carefully planned the use of our sovereignty and tax exempt rights to enrich themselves. Brand name cigarettes were transported to the US, and then had our people bring it back to our communities. We sold them tax-free. The corporations made billions, which they hid in their off-shore accounts. Everybody got illegally paid.  We legitimately earned some money.

Then we got too smart. We started our own businesses, growing our own tobacco, making our own brands on behalf of all our communities. Big tobacco wanted the monopoly and had to eliminate the competition, just like Al Capone in 1929 Chicago.

Corporate traps were set up to knock us out to this very day. They made us think we were doing something wrong, when we were not. The cops arrested us for delivering product for big tobacco. Our private vehicles were taken. Our products seized. We had huge fines to pay or long jail sentences to serve. Those imprisoned were beaten. Many got lifelong criminal records, followed by probation and rehabilitation to put us on the sidelines for the rest of our lives. Our communities were disrupted. Today a huge number of our people have illegal warrants.

We have been made afraid to claim our rightful social security, pensions, health care and other funds that are owed to us. Millions will die for fear of going to hospitals. Our pensions, annuities, bank accounts were seized, making us persona non grata for jobs. Our future livlihood was deliberately destroyed. We cannot look after our families.

The big tobacco backed by the police state protects their monopoly. Every cent big tobacco makes is theft. We have not broken the law. Illegal taxation has been forced on us. If we don’t pay, we and our families are persecuted, placed on lists to be targeted for everything. Our names are never removed from their list.

Even your citizens were harassed, taxed, homes and bank accounts seized and forced to pay taxes with penalties. They are being threatened with imprisonment and loss of all their possessions. Our economy is broken to eliminate any competition for their illegal monopoly over our natural plant.

Sitting along the road or at pow wows selling beadwork is fine. When we make a lot of money, we are targeted, criminalized, violated, placed on multiple government watch lists, all absolutely illegal to all agreements that were ratified.

Now the corporate band and tribal councils are controlling our businesses on behalf of the corporate matrix. They only swear allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and her heirs and ancestors, then through the Order of the Garter, they pay their taxes to the City of London.

We know which judges, lawyers, prosecutors, cops and government officials were paid off. We will be providing this important disclosure to the public soon. We did nothing wrong but they did everything wrong. Trial of NYS Troopers is supposed to be in January 2016.

MNN. Dec. 5, 2015. Imperial Tobacco initially set up the “contraband” market in the early 1990s taking advantage of our sovereignty and tax-exempt rights. Brand name “cigarets” were shipped to Buffalo and Syracuse in New York State, supposedly for sale there. No taxes were paid to Canada. Then the product was sold to middlemen, brought back to Canada for sale at very low prices. Sales rose from $800 million a year to $6 billion by 1993. Policing agencies – NYS Troopers, SQ, OPP, army, politicians, corporations and all CROWN entities – were part of the the plan to attack. Judges, lawyers, stores, cigarette companies and others were involved. They didn’t want any competition.

Tobacco is an onkwe’hon:weh plant. We have every right to use it to achieve economic sustainability in anyway that we deem necessary. Our businesses are legitimate based on the law of the land. We could purchase and sell anything to whoever without charging taxes, as reflected by the Jay Treaty 1794, the treaty of trade and commerce. Then we set up our own manufacturing and marketing of our own tobacco products. Big tobacco and everyone else were by-passed.no-trespassing

They tried to destroy Iroquois sovereignty and put us out of business to bolster their monopoly on that trade. US, Canada and big tobacco are still pressing this economic button. Corporate by-laws were passed overriding our sovereignty and international law. Prices are manipulated. All taxation is  remitted to the City of London. To force our compliance to their rules, military operations were mounted. Our legitimate businesses are falsely called “organized crime”. We are threatened with criminalization and death. We will always defend our sovereignty to the end of time.

In 1996 fully armed military death squads were set up to invade our unarmed communities. 1800s American genocide policies were invoked [Wounded Knee, Sand Creek, etc.]. In the US it was operation “Gallant Piper” and in Canada it was operation “Scorpion Saxon”.  Then in 1997 New York State Troopers attacked us in Onondaga, for which they will be standing trial in January 2016.

Big tobacco – Rothmans, Imperial and R.J. Reynolds – Canada and US are still trying to interrupt our economic process to eliminate competition to their exorbitant prices. NYS continues to stall the trial, which is now almost 20 years old.
