CEO Prime Minister Harper puts the criminals in charge and above the law. The bankers tell the CEO who to appoint to the Senate. They are the Board of Directors who draft and lobby by-laws. The Prime Ministers Office PMO controls the RCMP and courts. The main stream media is the Ministry of Propaganda that puts blindfolds over everybody’s eyes.

The RCMP released 89 pages of incriminating emails that point directly at Harper as being part of the PMO cover up of their wrong doing with Senator Mike Duffy.

Senators Duffy, Pamela Wallin and Patrick Brazeau were set up for the slaughter and are expendable by design. When the PMO is in charge of the Supreme Court, senators and RCMP, they are unlikely to be charged with wrong doing.

The current bizarre Rob Ford-Toronto City Hall escapades and Harper-Senate scandal are distractions to keep us from seeing the theft of the $3.1 billion anti-terrorist funds created after 911. The Auditor General cannot account for it. No one is talking about it in Parliament. Rob Ford runs into Toronto city council and pushes people over. The thieves play out the political crime show on “Question Period” in Parliament. These shenanigans are all theatre!

It appears Rob Ford and Stephen Harper cannot be removed if they chose not to be. The corporate by-laws protect CEOs of municipal, provincial and federal corporate bodies.  They are the “untouchables” and un-removable until the next pretend election. Remember, all leaders are selected, not elected under the pretend democracy. In the Montreal Corruption Inquiry, after public exposure, dozens of blatantly crooked politicians and their cohorts took the money and left. Only one mayor appears to be facing criminal charges. In March 1942, a group of scientific and medical researchers went to Norway House, Cross Lake, God’s Lake Mine, Rossville, and The Pas in Northern Manitoba Canada. Conditions were “deplorable”. The people were starving. Their task was to conduct experiments on us through controlled starvation. Sponsors were Indian Affairs, the New York-based Milbank Memorial Fund, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and the Hudson’s Bay Company. Managers were Dr. Percy Moore of Indian Affairs Medical Services and Dr. Frederick Tisdall, a RCAF Wing Commander. 

10 Nuremberg Code Principles came out of the Nuremberg Doctors Trials addressing the atrocities of Nazi doctors and scientists as ethically wrong. Scientists viewed it “as a code for barbarians and not for civilized physician investigators” of our people. 

During and after the war hunger was epidemic among Indigenous people. Violating the Nuremberg Code the researchers saw residential schools and our communities as “experimental materials” and “laboratories” to pursue their political and professional interests. 50% of Indigenous people died during and after these experiences. The researchers argued that white people had to be protected from Indian “reservoirs” and “vectors” of diseases like tuberculosis!! Researchers found a terrible “state of malnutrition” leading to general apathy, slowness, inertia and premature ageing. 

Indigenous were to be lead away from racial indolent habits caused by their easy means of feeding themselves by hunting and fishing. Moore, in a 1941 article, said that, because “the Indian” has the “psychology of a child,” researchers should not tell them about the research. 

Studies were made possible by their access to deliberately starved children through being made wards of the state. “Controls” and experimental subjects were set up of children that were deprived for two to five years of nutritionally inadequate diets and denied dental care to create anemia. 

indian madeIn the 1950s, Indian Affairs socially engineered a solution to the “Eskimo Problem” of hunger and “dependency”. The Ahiarmiut of Ennadai Lake “experimentally” were relocated to isolated animal-less areas without their consent. Hunger, starvation, and misery killed many of them. Indian Affairs Robert Phillips wrote to the Deputy Minister in 1955 that it was useful for the Department to “think of 9,000 Eskimos as a laboratory experiment and give the imagination full rein on what might be done to improve the culture.” We continue to be “experimental materials” and “laboratories” for scientific and social experimentation. They are part of a larger institutionalized and dehumanizing colonial racial ideology that continues to be Canada’s policies towards us. Though we developed most of the food eaten worldwide, we continue to be one of the most starved. Mar. 28, 2013.  Each Indigenous has an equal share of the ever-growing $50.3 trillion Indian Trust Fund being administered by the illegal trustee, the Corporation of Canada, through the Department of Indian Affairs, 10 Wellington Street, Ottawa/Hull. It is the accumulated wealth from the exploitation of our natural resources. We demand our fund. Should they refuse to turn it over to us, we will seize our assets and foreclose on the law-breaking trustee.

They have to pay for their genocide and they know it. Sorry isn’t good enough. 

Canada is spending our fund without our knowledge or consent. They use it as collateral for payment of the corporation’s debts, to raise money on the stock exchange and to bolster the Canadian banking system. 

The Indigenous People will recover our Indian Trust Fund that was set up under Section 109 of the British North America in 1867. The same year the Corporation of Canada passed the illegal “persons” law that “a person is anyone other than an Indian” so they could become the trustees of our fund.  

All parties have been put on notice by registered mail sent to Prime Minister Harper by a Mohawk woman elder, demanding her share of the Indian Trust Fund. 

The trustee has defaulted. The entire fund shall be returned, along with any amount spent or loaned, plus all the interest. The Corporation of Canada will be dissolved to liquidate its debt to us that they cannot pay. 

Not with our ever growing Indian Trust Fund.

We will foreclose on all the banks and shareholders of the Corporation of Canada who are guilty of selling our land and resources to accumulate this fund. Should there not be enough funds to cover the principle amount owed, the accrued interest and fees, all federal property throughout Canada will be seized by the Indigenous beneficiaries of the trust.   

To begin the process, we can convene a meeting of our People of our communities and notify Canada to return our fund. Should they not respond, we will begin the foreclosure procedures and seize all the assets of the corporation. 

Don't come back, you hear!

All Canadians have benefited from the proceeds of our funds. To begin the reconciliation- repayment process, they will have to assist us. Should they wish to stay here, they must polish the chain, wipe the dust off of their own memories and start living according to the principles of the original Two Row Wampum agreement. Once a nation accepts the Peace they are obligated to spread it, to the world.

The Corporation of Canada is trying to do away with us by pretending to remove their international treaty obligations, budget, protection and stealing our ever-growing Indian Trust Fund. They want to get out of actions for liability for all the cruelty, larceny and crimes they’ve committed against us. They think the stroke of a pen can make us into “Canadians” against our will. They will not get away with genocide. Obviously, they will try anything.

We’re not disappearing. Indian Affairs will be killed off piece by piece. The Indian Act is the “weapon of mass destruction”. We are using the law of the land, Kaianereh’ko:wa/Great Law of Peace, the Two Row Wampum and taking over our massive Indian Trust Fund. Then we can do what ever we need to do. We will set up law of the land courts. Everyone has to follow it. 

We want full accountability and total forensic audit of Indian Affairs and its entire gangsta’ apparatus, subsidiary companies, contractors, and the names of all the shareholders of the derelict corporations. We will be holding the feet of the criminals to the fire. A lot of lawyers and consultants have been getting big career boosts and piles of our money by misrepresenting us and feigning investigations into criminal acts committed against us by the colonial government without resolving them. By design, they are meant to be lost.

Indian Affairs is organized crime. Prime Minister Harper is the head Don. The provinces, ministers, corporations, judges and armed forces are all part of it. They take blood oaths to the godfather [mother], Queen Elizabeth, to hide their wrong doing, as Pope Ratzinger is doing now hiding in the Vatican to avoid prosecution.  

The tribal and band councils are striving to become full patch members to exercise the rule of terror over us to keep us in line. They are all following the business plan of the royal economist bankers. 

A proper land-lord tenant relationship will be set in place. Settlers will stop gobbling up our assets, polluting our land and destroying the inheritance of our coming generations. We will  sit down and start talking about the terms under which they can stay here. Their future relationship will through Guswentha to the Kaianereh’kowa. They must become of one mind with us, or the war will continue. 

No, we’re not afraid to get rid of Indian Affairs. They have an ongoing debt to us supported by their own laws [Section 109, BNA Act, Royal Proclamation, and so on] and the human rights covenants Canada signed and supports internationally. We have to carry out our original instructions. The land has to be taken care of. The damage has to be repaired.

MNN.  Jan. 31, 2013. We remember that Canadians elected megalomaniac Stephen Harper as CEO of the Corporation of Canada. His two main goals for the shareholders are to get rid of the landowners, the Indigenous people, once and for all, and to steal our resources for good.

Canada is a hot dictatorship. Harper can enact laws without consulting anyone. He can prorogue Parliament anytime to put the illusion of democracy on hold. He doesn’t have to answer to anybody. Two years ago the people could have pulled the plug on him. They did nothing.

Canadians, even though they may not like his genocide strategy, turn a blind eye. They are complicit in the genocide. When will they stop looking away while he puts Canada in all the wars of the black serpent, in Mali, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Syria, and so on? Everybody will either end up dead or continue serving the male hierarchy as slaves.  

Residential Schools are their monuments to remind us of Canada’s trail towards fascism and mass murder. 50% of our children were killed. Hitler studied and perfected this death camp system with a 100% death rate.  

The masses erase from their memory all the crimes committed against us to get what they have today. The thugs of the royal economic crime syndicates are setting up their machinery of global mass murder in Canada because they think Canadians will not resist, “We need the jobs.  We have to follow orders!”

Canada has a British Parliamentary system based on hierarchy.  Canada is a Corporation with shareholders [bankers].  Directors [Senators] are appointed to oversee the officers.  The officers [Members of Parliament] manage the day-to-day operation of the corporation to provide ever increasing dividends for the shareholders. The top officers are the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Opposition and the Finance Minister. The  directors [the Senators] only report to the shareholders of the corporation [bankers].  None answer to the people, only to the bankers.  

The main duty of the officers of the corporation is to provide ever growing profits to the shareholders and to continue the illusion of freedom to the people. Harper often reminds the masses they have no rights, only privileges. Our Great Mother always reminds us to resist!

MNN.  Jan. 28, 2013.  The cabal is meeting today in Ottawa.  It is between the cooperative Corporate Indians and the economic royalists. Pressure is on to steal our resources needed for war. The bankers are directing their CEO of the Corporation of Canada, Stephen Harper, to ramp up the extraction of war materials that the Indigenous people are living on. We never gave up any of it. The economic royalists are planning to split the blood money.  The sub-corporations of Canada, known as band and tribal councils, are there to give the illusion of legality and to get a few crumbs for doing it.    

Mark “Carnage” Carney, former Governor of the Bank of Canada, is heading to England with our $3 trillion Indian Trust Fund in tow to give to the economic royalists [bankers].

Nothing is new under the sun. US Major General Smedley Butler, in his famous 1933 speech, clearly laid out that “War Is a Racket”.  

Major Butler, one of the most decorated generals of World War I, outlined how WW11 was planned. One year later, Butler gave secret testimony to the McCormack-Dickstin Committee [later the House Committee on Un-American Activities]. He told of a plot headed by a group of wealthy American businessmen [American Liberty League] to set up a fascist dictatorship in the US, complete with concentration camps for Jews and other undesirables.[ Full article:  War is a Racket: Smedley Butler

Butler was approached by Gerald T. MacGuire of Wall Street’s Grayson M-P, Murphy and Co.  An army of 500,000 would be assembled of unemployed WW1 veterans to march on Washington DC to bring down the government. The plutocrats wanted Butler to lead the coup, promising $3 million to start and $300 million later. Butler went along with the plot to learn their identities.  None was ever called to testify or charged with treason.  Almost all were founding members of the Council on Foreign Relations CFR.  The League was headed up by DuPont and J.P. Morgan cartels.  Supporters were Andrew Mellon, Sun Oil, Rockefeller, E.F Hutton, US Steel, General Motors, Chase, Standard Oil and Goodyear Tires. Money was funneled through Senator Prescott Bush through his Union Banking Corporation and Brown Brothers Harriman.  To the plotters bragged about Bush’s connections with Hitler.  Germany had promised Bush they would provide weapons for the coup. 

Butler concluded war is the oldest, most profitable, most vicious racket.  It is international in scope.  Profits are reckoned in dollars and losses in lives. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the very many. In WWI a handful garnered all the profits.  At least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made in the US. They admitted their blood games in their income taxes. Others falsified their tax returns. None shouldered a rifle, dug a trench, went hungry in a rat infested dugout, suffered sleepless, frightened nights, ducked shells, shrapnel, and machine gun bullets.  None parried a bayonet thrust of an enemy or were wounded or killed in battle. 

The public paid for grave stones, mangled bodies, shattered minds, broken hearts and homes, economic instability, depression and all its attendant miseries, and back breaking taxation for generations. 

Now I see international war clouds gathering. Sides are being chosen. France and Russia are standing together. Italy and Austria are side by side. Poland and Germany are working together, forgetting their dispute over the Polish corridor. The assassination of King Alexander of Yugoslavia complicated matters. Italy was ready to jump in. France and Czechoslavakia waited. They all looked forward to war. Not the people, who fight, pay and die. Those who foment wars stay home to profit.  40 million men are armed. Statesmen and diplomats lie that war is not in the making.  Hells, bells!  These men are not being trained to be dancers! 

In italy, Premier Benito Mousselini said in “international Conciliation”, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace publication:  “And above all, Fascism, the more it considers and observes the future and development of humanity, … believed neither in the possibility, nor the utility of perpetual peace… war alone brings up to its highest tension all human energy and puts the stamp of nobility upon the people who have the courage to meet it.” 

His well-trained army, fleet of planes and navy are ready for war. His stand at Hungary’s in its dispute with Yugoslavia showed that. Also troops were quickly mobilized on the Austrian border after the assassination of Dollfuss. Other Europeans rattled their sabers for war. 

Herr Hitler rearmed Germany and constantly demanded more arms. France recently increased military service from a year to 18 months. Nations are camping in their arms. The mad dogs of Europe are on the loose.  

In the Orient, in 1904 when Russia and Japan fought, we kicked out our old friends, the Russians, and backed Japan. Our generous international bankers were financing Japan.  Now we are being poisoned against Japan! 

What does the “open door” policy to China mean to us? Our trade with China is about $90 million a year. We have spent $600 million in the Philippines in 35 years. “Our bankers, industrialists and speculators” have private investments there of less than $200 million. To save the China trade and protect these private investments, we are being stirred up to hate Japan and go to war – a war that might well cost us tens of billions of dollars, hundreds of thousands of lives of Americans and many more hundreds of thousands of physically maimed and mentally unbalanced men. Millions and billions of dollars would be piled up by a few munitions makers, bankers, ship builders, manufacturers, meat packers, speculators.   

Yes, war pays high dividends.  But what does it profit the men who are killed, their mothers and sisters, their wives and sweethearts, their children? Except for the very few to whom war means huge profits.    

Until 1898 we didn’t own a bit of territory outside the mainland of North America. Our national debt was a little more than $1 million.  Then we became “internationally minded”.  We forgot George Washington’s warning about “entangling alliances”.  We went to war. We acquired outside territory. Our national debt jumped to over $25 million. We ran a little behind year after year. It would have been cheaper to stay out of foreign entanglements.  

The lesson is don’t forget the failed 1934 coup attempt by the economic royalists on Wall Street, owned and run from the City of London. None were jailed. They have the same agenda today. We Indigenous can stop war by occupying the means of production to deny them the goods they need.

MNN:  Jan. 24, 2013.  Mark Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of Canada, shielded Canada from the effects of the recent financial crisis.  He used our Indian Trust Funds to bolster the Bank of Canada. This is the secret Indigenous Trust Fund that the Canada banking system and economy is built upon. In 2012 he was appointed Governor of the Bank of England, to begin on July 2013.

Carney went to Harvard and worked at Goldman Sachs. In 1998 he advised Russians and at the same time bet against their ability to pay back their debt. 

In 2004 Carney worked under the current Canada Finance Minister, Jim “Austerity Measure” Flaherty. He provided additional liquidity to the Canadian finance system using our Indian Trust Funds.  The Corporation of Canada is thriving in comparison to the other G8 countries.  

In 2009 Canada was capitalized with our money to take advantage of the US and European financial crisis. In 2010 Carney was chairman of the Bank for International Settlements, member of the Group of 30, World Economic Forum and Bilderberg Group [Rothschild entities].

Carney is now going to the UK with our $3 trillion. The Bank of England can’t steal this money without him. They need the banker who knows these secret bank deals.  Carney and the bankers are playing with the world’s economy. They invest worldwide using our money to extract Indigenous resources from our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world. 

Britain is leaving the European Union in 2017 so that our money [natural resources] will finance their economy. The bankers need to turn the settlers here against us so they can be a party to the fraud without their knowledge. Their media constantly vilifies us.   

By design their corporate band councils mismanage our money, stash it away and keep us in dire living conditions. Indian Affairs sends in the bankers. Multinational corporations then have free reign over our natural resources, for example, Attawapiskat. If there are no longer any Indigenous, then they don’t have to pay into the Indian Trust Fund from the exploration of our resources. 100% will go to the bankers through Mark Carney.  

In the Iroquois consensus decision making process those issues that affect everyone goes into the Well for discussion and direction.  Everyone has a duty to add their thoughts to the solutions [Onigonra].  The Council is divided into three parties [Clans]. The Well Keeper of the Turtle Clan brings the issue out of the Well, explaining the question. He passes it over the Council Fire to the Wolf Clan, who deliberate. They pass their decision back to the Turtle Clan. They deliberate. If the decision is the same, the Bear Clan confirms the decision. In case of disagreement, deliberations start over, revealing new information.  If disagreement continues, the Bear Clan cast their ‘vote’, for a two-thirds vote. The minority then agrees with it, making it a unanimous decision.  The War Chief and his Men make sure proper protocol is followed. 

Issue for deliberation:  Should we stop the bankers from committing the biggest heist in banking history, the theft of $3 trillion from the proceeds of the Indigenous natural resources and from all future extraction. Send your comments.

MNN.  Jan. 23, 2013.  It’s “Nazism”. [Operation Paperclip]. Harper and his criminals are trying to get away with genocide and the biggest theft in banking history, our “Indian Trust Fund”. With the help of his band councils and provincial and territorial organizations PTO, Prime Minister Harper is trying to assimilate us, terminate our rights and end our identity as the original people of Onowaregeh, Great Turtle Island, as if we never existed.

His ‘tables’ will force us to terminate ourselves.  If we don’t agree, the table will be folded and taken away.  The PTOs think they will get piles money for helping him.  Advisory services will be picked out to bypass our defending our lives and stopping the theft of everything we have.

Former Bank of Canada head, Mark Carney, is in London to complete the theft of our $3 trillion “Indian Trust Fund”.  Our funds are meant to prop up their banking fraud and top up the blood line system [apartheid].  

Indigenous title will be extinguished. Underlying title will be turned over to the provinces.  Like the “Trail of Tears”, we will be forcibly removed from our homelands, thrown out on the snow in the middle of winter, with our children and elders. To get our homes back, we will have to register with the provinces.   “Leaders” will b selected for us.  

The Indian Act is illegal. To be interpreted by Harper and his puppets.  Our communities will be turned into municipalities. We will be separated and individualized.  Our communal society will be made illegal and dismantled. 

The final nail is:  neutralize us; taxation; provinces to get jurisdiction of us and our properties; eliminate our communities; impoverish us economically; dismantle all legitimate agreements such as the Guswentha [Great Peace of Montreal 1701].  

Band councilors are major consplrators to the crime. Harper’s corporate Indians are going to help him terminate federal trust responsibility, reduce spending, shift us to the provinces and get rid of Indian Affairs that holds our money.  He wants to renew the abusive relationship, not to remove the tarnish from the chain.  

This is the US termination Act and Canadian 1969 White Paper rolled into one. It is paper theft to accelerate the genocide and get away with it in the eyes of the world, so international bankers can continue to steal our natural resources. 

We are still here.  We will stop the theft and extermination attempt. We are a part of Great Turtle Island and always will be. Paper cannot remove us or separate us from our Mother.  Electronics cannot snuff us out. We are still on our land and will not let one single thing leave. Herr Harper, you will not be able to remove one single stone, tree or drop of water, from your jail cell in Nuremburg!

MNN.  Jan. 22, 2013.  All the money to run the Corporation of Canada comes from interest on the Indian Trust Fund. This revenue comes from exploitation of our land and resources.

In 1907 Canada declared us as non-persons so they could control our money, lives and future.  They gave themselves power of attorney without our permission. According to the Trust Fund Management System, the Indian Affairs Minister can manage our money as if he was our parent. He can collect, receive, hold it, decide how to manage and spend it without our knowledge or consent.

The shareholders of the Corporations of the United States, Canada and the UN are getting filthy rich playing with our trust funds. Very little comes to us.  Most goes to their friends, corporations and governments.

Indian Affairs website states that “any licences, permits and other instruments to individuals and organizations” that exploits our resources belongs to us. Otherwise, there would be no need for a cabal known as Indian Affairs. They distribute 10% or more of the interest to the Vatican, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, international banks, the Queen and the bloodline families.

Indian Affairs suspense accounts are from businesses run on our behalf by the Corporation of Canada. Public Accounts of Canada monies cannot be disbursed or given to us.

The Environmental Studies Research Fund Accounts belong to us. Special Accounts are individual and band accounts which we never see.

Indian Estate Accounts are from deceased Indigenous, or those deemed incompetent and “missing”.  They collect and hold money on dead Indians.  On every child monies due is collected and kept.

Not included are the vast royalties from deals between the provinces and multinational corporations for our natural resources. The following table shows what Indian Affairs admits to taking and distributing to each province. They answer only to the bankers.

It’s all ending.  These new omnibus bills like C45 shows that the Corporation of Canada is trying to steal whatever it can and then flee with the loot.  We will not be extinguished through their new fascist bills.

We will put in place a fair distribution system for our people to take control of our land and resources.

Sir William Johnson, King George’s representative in North America, told him that the Iroquois were not his subjects. “Any man who dared tell us we are subjects of a foreign power, no sooner were those words spoken would his throat be split. You better have a good army at your back if you make that claim.  We are slaves to no one.”

All resources are ours. Our funds are illegally held in trust for us by some very untrustworthy people. Remember that the colonial band and tribal councils are all incorporated and the councilors are chief executive officers. They try to steer the canoe for the boat master, violating the Guswentha.

C-45 IS UN AGENDA 21

MNN.  28 Dec. 2012.  Prime Minister “Pudge” Harper faces the final dissolution of the corporation of Canada. He and his cabinet signed C-45 into law.  It’s an unconstitutional illegal corporate by-law to enhance UN Agenda 21 to set up a one world government.  To do this Canada has to take over all our land and resources through a hostile corporate take over.  UN Agenda 21 is forcing changes to our lives worldwide.  Harper has consulted mostly CEOs of banks, foreign oil companies and dictators. 

Canada is trying to control and threaten us, reduce protection of our communities and millions of our lakes and rivers.  Our communities can be leased through scam votes. The government can call a meeting of their band council and a few followers to vote to absolutely surrender our land.  This vote will be deemed to have been assented to by the entire community, even though the community was never consulted.  

All parks and selected lands will be UN protectorates.  The Niagara Escarpment is a world biosphere protectorate ceded to the UN.agenda21

Agenda 21 has laid out a depopulation plan called “sustainable development”, controlled by the UN and a one world government run by a small group of bankers.    

Sustainable human settlement development means they will go into poor Indigenous areas to take our resources to the elite in rich countries. We will be moved to densely populated areas to make our lands available. Our lands will become “wild lands’ where we will not be allowed to live or even traverse.  That is why our communities like Attawapiskat are not being developed. Band councils, special law enforcement and consensus structures are being designed to implement this fiendish scheme in our communities. 

The fire inside the Indigenous people, past, present and future, cannot be extinguished. We are facing Harper’s war machines that are mounting what he thinks is the ‘final solution’.  He is trying to take our rights, lives and possessions. Harper, you can keep your corporate artificial band councils and their followers.  The rest of us, you are going to answer directly to us!  

Their desperate corporate pyramid is coming apart.  They cannot save themselves by larceny, lying, attacking and threatening.  Their guns are turning on themselves.  Individualism is being replaced by collectivism, lies by truth, war by peace. 

We Kanionkehaka saw the conflict in 1990 and learned the lessons of war.  We stood up on the Guswentha [Two Row Wampum] and the Kaianerekowa [Great Law of Peace].  

We were never ashamed to resist when they tried coming into our homes with guns.  We didn’t stand there and turn the other cheek.  We did not run from the conflicts.  We ran to it, like to Kanehsatake when the Quebec police opened fire on the Mohawks. Our brothers and sisters came from everywhere to help us.  

Theresa Spence of Attawapiskat could die from hunger.  We must run to her, not away from her.  When we burn tobacco we embark on a journey, to practice, uphold and enforce the great law, the true order of the natural world. apocalypto2-2
